Unlimited lawn care has employees that rush through treating your lawn
Unlimited lawn care has employees that rush through treating your lawn. My lawn has SOD so it is obvious in the differences between that and surrounding areas. The employees tend to not do the entire lawn, such as a hill, because of the effort, but when asked to finish the entire lawn, they tell you that they will come back another day. I had one employee argue with me about Zoning and when asked to stop, he continued spraying my yard. They tell you that you are getting a discount, but what that means is it's only for one side of your yard or thinned out treatment. My complaint is that My new home has been damaged by lawn chemical treatment with spraying my siding. It is spotted and with the sun has faded the new paint. I was asked to send in an estimate & I did. I was yelled at, threatened and ignored by the staff. They wanted me to clean it myself. The manager is not responding and I am looking to have the damage painted, not a cheaper version of what ULC allows for negligence.

This complaint is against Unlimited LTM, located in Columbus, GA for unauthorized lawn service performed at my residence at 902 Beauford Dr., Opelika, AL on July 26. This year, I did not contact or request any lawn aeration for my residence. However, Unlimited took it upon themselves to come out on July 26 and performed unauthorized aeration service and sent me an invoice for $75.00. When I contacted them to protest that I did not authorize this service, they stated that the service is performed yearly, unless I contact them to cancel. Nowhere on their invoice or their web site does it mention that the service will be performed yearly unless I cancel. And they never mentioned this. This is an illegal and deceptive business practice. After I contacted them, they told me that they have cancelled any future lawn aeration service, but I still owe payment for the service performed. And they continue to send me invoices via email after I explained to them countless times tha

I hired Unlimited LTM-Buford to perform multiple service on my lawn and gardens. When I repeatedly requested assistance with dying vegetation I was offered a repeated service only, with no evaluation. Repeated calls were never returned. When I was able to reach a live person, I was consistently re-routed from customer care to management. I was told they were evaluating the situation, but no one came to look at the issues and no one every returned my calls. Ultimately I lost 7 large hardwood trees and had to have them removed, to the cost of $6500. Numerous shrubs, butterfly bushes, red lilac, rose, etc. died as well. My grass became brown and patchy. To date the only correspondence I have received from this company is repeated emails for payment. I have responded to every email and gotten no help. I refuse to make one more payment to them for killing my yard and gardens. They need to reimburse me for the loss of my trees.
April I signed a contract with this company. On April 9 their gutys came out. I have cameras in front abs back yard. The guys DID NOT do their job. They literally did one strip close to the drive way and a strip on the right side of the house. The backyard was not touched. I called and complained and sent the video. A lady manager supposedly took care of it. Today 8/18 I got a letter from a credit agency charging me $37.50 . I do not owe something for work not done! I want a clean bill stating zero owed and it pulled from the American Profit Recovery.
Lawn technician sprayed chemicals on my grass and killed my whole lawn. Before and after pictures and video was sent to the business on 8/28, I was told a manger would reach out to me but so far no manager has done so.
On March 17, I entered into an agreement with Unlimited Landscaping Turf Management, Inc
On March 17, I entered into an agreement with Unlimited Landscaping Turf Management, Inc. for a years service for eight(8) treatments for lawn care and maintenance and treatment. They were paid in full on the above date. The first service was in March 30. The technician came, but didn't do my back yard. After numerous attempts, I finally got it done. I was advised that I needed aeration. I paid to have the aeration done. I inspected my yard and learned that they didn't do the complete yard. I called customer service and the office number to no avail and to this date, I am still unable to contact anyone and the voice mail box is full. My lawn looks terrible with brown grass. I have a sprinkler system and my lawn is watered as directed. I have bare patches of missing grass and my lawn is rapidly deteriorating and I can't discuss it with anyone. I am also getting letters from my home owners association threatening to fine me because my lawn is not up to community standards.

This lawncare company overfertilized my lawn and killed all my original grass. The manager finally came onsite and agreed to take a soil sample and 'make it right' but I never heard from him again, only from their billing department to call and 'remind' me that I had an outstanding balance. I have multiple emails where I have tried to contact them.
we use the unlimited lawn care company service to take care of my lawn for 1 year, weed still there, and grow more. after the end of the year, we think the service will stop. NO! They automatically renew the services without your consent. A few months after the one-year lawn care service ceased, we did not see the people came to take care of my lawn, They issued a statement asking me to pay, we will not pay for this unreasonable service.
Unlimited lawn care was contracted to service my lawn with a satisfaction guarantee of re-treatment (see images of lawn), Unlimited lawn failed to fulfil their agreement. I have video of unlimited lawn arriving on the premise and leaving without re-treating my lawn, so I canceled service. During this series of event unlimited supposedly Aerated my lawn for $98, however with their questionable record, I can not confirm. I have attempted to resolve this matter by contacting customer service. I was told by Megan in customer service " pay for the Aeration but they will not fulfill their satisfaction guarantee by re-treating my lawn". I contacted Carol Durden XXX-XXX-XXXX, she Never returned my call. I went to unlimited lawn's facebook page to reach out and was told the following. See attached facebook thread.
My grass has been overfertilized when they came out on July XX XXXX.My landscaper says this is what it is but according to them its a fungus and they need to treat it and have not treated it .No one is calling me back and Daryl who is a manger of my area is saying they are short staffed? Has nothing to do with me says he cant come out and doesn't have anyone to come until another week from now? While my grass continues to suffer? Looking at the complaints this seems to be something that's done a lot with this company overfertilization. I want someone out here asap please not next week. I have sent pictures to Lori who is the first manager I spoke to last week whos never called me back per Daryl he has the pictures I sent .I just want my grass fixed as Daryl said he would without all the excuses in a more timely fashion my yard looks horrible and I have paid you for treatment not damages!

On October 1 a service representative from Unlimited Lawncare falsely logged that they came out to treat my lawn at 1:00 pm. I work from home and was outside from 9am to some time after 1:00pm working with an electrician. My home 5 cameras on all sides of the property and notifies you once anyone steps on the property. I reached out to the company immediately upon receiving the notification that my service was complete to let them know that no one came. I provided videos which they stated was time stamped even though it was. I did screenshot of the video showing the date and time yet they refused to cancel the payment. I discontinued my service and am still receiving call about an outstanding balance. They have now stated today Jan 10 2022, that the only way the calls will stop is if I allow a technician to come out and treat my property and then pay the ***. This is unacceptable as I have a vendor and discontinued my service in October because of their dishonesty and do not which to have any further dealings with this company.

A wrong charge $30.00 on me and sent my information to a debt collection agency - American Profit Recovery on 4/12. On 2/09, I received a lawn care $30.00 bill charged on 3637 *** SQ, Norcross, GA 30092 ( ACCT# XXXXXX) for a service in Feb. 2021. I called and emailed Unlimited to stop/cancel this bill because: 1. the property on *** Norcross, GA 30092 was sold on 11/30. I have been no longer responsible for any service on that property. 2. Every year I was prepaid for the whole year service since I had been a customer for Unlimited Lawn Care. the bill I prepaid for year of 2019 and the year of 2020 attached. 3. I did not sign any contract or required any service with Unlimited Lawn Care for year 2021.
In 2020 I purchased one years worth of service from this company. At the completion of the years worth of service I did not authorize any additional services from the company. They serviced my yard two additional treatments. I notified this company I did not want their service and had multiple attends to resolve the bill with no call backs, only notifications that I owe money. The bill was turned over to a collection agency. I never authorized service beyond the one year service agreement.
Please adjust my account balance to $ 0.00 Salesman visited property & offered weed treatment service
Please adjust my account balance to $ 0.00 Salesman visited property & offered weed treatment service. I requested estimate to inform my wife, and to show my landscaper tennant. Salesman provided same, and informed me not to contact the company directly, but to call him. Salesman scratched out company's number, and wrote in his. A few days later, found door hanger with invoice stating that, lawn has been treated. Tried calling salesman, no answer, left voice mail stating that I did not authorize treatment, either in writing or verbally. Sometime after, another door hanger stating treatment. Company started calling about outstanding bills. Tried to explain that I did not authorize. They said I authorized verbally, and would replay the recorded phone call. To this day, I am still holding-on to hear that. Asked to speak directly to the salesman, but was denied. Company has since sent my account out to a collection agency (American Profit Recovery). I think the crooked salesman, authorized treatment, collected his commission, and gone. Regards

I had service with Unlimited for a short period, set up by phone, and canceled due to poor results.
I had service with Unlimited for a short period, set up by phone, and canceled due to poor results. I canceled the service by phone. Later, a representative contacted me to return to their service in December. I declined multiple times but was offered a free trial for one service. I agreed to the trial with no further commitment. However, they serviced my lawn while I was away without my consent. No notice was left. A manager claimed they emailed me about the visit, but I never responded. They assumed no response as approval, which I disputed, stating all prior communications were by phone. They insisted on collecting $32 for the unauthorized service. I argued against the charge and suggested they better train their sales team.

I have been a customer for over 3 years one of the newer techs came to service my lawn and killed 1/3 of my lawn mgmt will not return my calls I have been a client for over 3 years . I receive service at *** Dr *** GA XXXXX, My Name is ***. I called to complain of an issue of my lawn dying in March. I was given a free aeration and further treatments. I complained that the lawn was not improving. In April I was given another service and the technician told me that the condition of my lawn, was probably due to the lack of knowledge of the technicians. They have experienced a lot of turnover. That the technicians that were servicing my lawn were inexperienced and that they caused the problems of lawn deterioration. I called the office on Tuesday April 14th to complain and Ask for a Manager to contact me for a visit. I also called May 4th requesting a call back from Management, and was promised a return call. I have not gotten a call as of today May 11. I would like some resolution of how Unlimited Lawn care will repair the damage done to my lawn. I would like a consultation with management ASAP. and a good faith effort to repair the damage done to my lawn.

I previously used this company for lawn and tree/shrub treatment services
I previously used this company for lawn and tree/shrub treatment services. They are trying to bill me for work not done. I previously used this company for lawn and tree/shrub treatments. Due to their inaction to treat problems with my crepe myrtles, I fired them. After I had fired them, they sent a lawn crew to treat the crepe myrtles, obviously not the proper crew to treat crepe myrtles anyway. I have explained to Ken Payne, the original sales rep that gave me the original quotes. I have spoken to their technicians when they kept sending them to do lawn and tree/shrub services (that I was no longer a customer), I have talked to their office several times and they always apologized and said they'd remove me from their records, etc. A few days ago, I got a collections email saying I owed for service that was never done, threatening that it would be turned over to Collections. I called again, after waiting on hold for 11 minutes, and talked to someone in their service department, and she said they could split the invoice with me. After laughing, I asked why I should pay for work never done, that I didn't request, and I wasn't even a client? Needless to say, she couldn't answer and this is what forced me to report this to the Complaintsboard.com. Thanks.

I ordered the service to treat my lawn, i prepaid the service till DEc 2019
I ordered the service to treat my lawn, i prepaid the service till DEc 2019. During that period i see lot of weeds and red ants, i called them but they asked for more money to treat them. I have decided to cancel immediately but then i prepaid for the account, so couldn't cancel immediately. The term got over, i was under the impression that they stopped the service but not, i got a bill last month for $80, those charges are for the month of Jan & Feb. I didnt ask them to continue but still they went ahead and did the service looks like. I called unlimitedlawncare, they are saying until i cancel the service , they are going to treat and send me the bills. they also said in my welcome email this was written when i started the service with them. This is not fair, i didnt even know that they charge though my my prepaid term is complete, i felt like these are hidden charges. If it is a gas or electricity , i understand they continue those are basic needs, where as lan treatment is not of that nature, for which they are charging without even letting us know when we spoke about initial service agreement. Unlimitedlawncare rep told me that this is even written on the invoice: When i checked this is what written on the invoice:"For convenience, service continues from season to season. for a change in service, please call our office"" I didnt pay any attention to the above or thats not my convenience to be honest. if it is a rule they should explicity write like a rule Product_Or_Service: Lawn treatment services Order_Number: XXXXXXX Account_Number: XXXXXXX

The service I paid for was shoddy and the company has avoided a resolution
The service I paid for was shoddy and the company has avoided a resolution. In October I paid for aeration and seeding for my front and side/front yard, a very shody job was done resulting in negligible results. I called (12/12) in and spoke to the service manager, Dan. At first he said they did not ever service my home and eventually said they did. Then he said I had summer grass which all their documents say fescue. Next he said they could not re treat my yard as they have no grass seed. I asked for him to come out and he continually found excusses not to. I spoke to Carol in Accounts Payable (2/20), she offered to drop all charges. I accepted however I am not being dunned by a collection agency. So in March I was at the Greenville, SC Home and Garden show. Unlimited had a booth. I spoke to them and they offered to make it right. I followed up with Multiple Phone calls they were never returned. I called the owner Mr., the AP person Carol etc. nothing I wrote emails, nothing. Finally I got Stacy, she had sales manager Skip ? come out. He immediately said they had the wrong grass type in there records and them said because I cut my lawn at 2.5" that was the issue ( in the early spring I cut shorter than summer and fall, (Scotts inc. says 2-3")and the sparce areas were here before I moved in and no one was mowing then. It would also stand to reason if the height of the lawn was an issue then it would be everywhere not just in a few areas.) Skippy said if they plant now it may only last for 7 weeks, so he was unwilling to do anything till fall. I have a sprinkler system and asked to plant now and I would take my chances, he refused and left. I wrote Carol told her the outcome and am now turning to you.

Last summer 2019 I used this company to service my yard for the summer season, when summer was over they called again asking if I wanted to
Last summer 2019 I used this company to service my yard for the summer season, when summer was over they called again asking if I wanted to continue service for the winter season, I told them "no, I would call them when I'm ready to receive their service again, which is usually around May or June. So this past February around the first week, I received a bill from them saying they serviced my property and billed me for s$42 ? I them called them and asked why they came to my home because I never called them back yet to request service? I think her name was (robin), she wasn't sure why. At this time January, February and March this year my yard has been full of leaves, the yard was so covered with leaves it looked brown. We finally raked 3rd week of March . Also, looking back on my cameras I don't see any activity of their service that I didn't even request or authorize. My cameras are posted in the front of the house and the back of the house. Today I called the office to talk to someone about this problem the young girl had no knowledge of what to do or how to handle this situation, I them asked her to let me speak to someone in charge, management or corporate, she stated there's no management or no one else for me to talk too.' The matter of this complaint is that this company came to my home for lawncare in which I did not request or authorize, they aren't even seen on my home security cameras? and they are charging me $84.00 and threatening to send me to collections. Please help! I know some people are suffering from this State of Emergency but please, they can't just try and take advantage of others for their own sake. We have 2 people in this household out of work. And we don't need this additional stress. Thanks *** XXX-XXX-XXXX ***@yahoo.com

Company is trying to collect for services not authorized (in direct contradiction to what I was told) and after property no longer in my possession. It is worth noting that the company rep tknocked on my door and solicited my businsess. I did not contact them. The rep told me they offered no contract, one service at at time special. I specifically stated I did not want an ongoing service arrangment since my house was being sold and I only needed one treatment to kill existing weeds and improve curb appeal.I I stated I was not interested in any shrub treatment, aeration or similar. I was assured that after initial tweed reatment and complementary mosquito treatment, the company would contact me to obtain authorization for the next treatment. I went over this more than once with the representative. Someone from the company also told me this via phone. Because my house was actively listed for sale with anticipated sell date in June, I would never knowingly or intentionally sign up or verbally agree to any year-long service agreement. Surely even a company with dubious practices can agree that it would be illogical to sign up for 12 months of service with a house that was being sold. I never received any written documentation from the company regarding their terms of service, nor did I receive any confirmation of any written or implied service agreement or contract. I paid for the first service via phone with a credit card. I never received any other call from the company. Nor have I ever received any billing statement via mail. The house was sold and no longer in my possession as of June 26. The company is now attempting to collect for unauthorized services rendered at a property I do not own. I received a call on August 17 from their collection department. I contacted them again today without resolution. I have clearly stated what I was told by their representative. They state that isn't true because all services are understood to be a year. Regardless of their statements to the contrary, I was not informed as to this practice. In fact, I was told exactly the opposite. I never received any billing statement from the company for any services beyond the original, or this could have been handled well before now. Please note that I have a forwarding order for all mail, as well as USPS informed delivery - a daily digest of all mail in my PO box, with scanned images of the same. I can produce evidece of the forwarding order, and every email from the USPS to show that no mail from this company was forwarded from the Suwanee, GA address. I never received a phone call about billing for the unauthorized service either. Despite them claiming that they performed services and I owe them, they have made no attempt to contact me before August 17. Instead they let the matter continue for multiple alleged services, and then had their collection department contact me. I feel that this company is engaged in a blatant "bait and switch" type of operation by verbally telling clients one thing, but attempting to hold them to another. I believe this is why they do not provide any sort of written terms of service or service agreement. Because they do not have anything in writing, they ca consistently state that they verbally told me (and others) they did not and it thus becomes the customer's word against theirs.

We have paid to have a green healthy lawn for three years & my yard has been in steady deterioration and decline since we have been with this
We have paid to have a green healthy lawn for three years & my yard has been in steady deterioration and decline since we have been with this company. As a birthday gift, my father in law pays for a lawn service to fertilize and maintain my yard. He chose Unlimited. Since they have taken over care of my yard, it has been in steady and noticeable decline. My yard is essentially dead. I have called and complained numerous times over three years and have been assured that "someone is coming next week". Until recently, I have never spoken to anyone face to face. My complaints were not documented by their office staff. My big issue is that it is obvious that the yard has been in steady decline. I cannot believe that the technicians who come out to service the yard never voiced their concerns about the health of the yard to myself or their supervisors. Every year that we have had this service, the yard has gotten worse. I recently spoke to a manager who told me that my frequent complaints were not documented by their office staff (which is not my fault). I also had to research and find pictures of the yard when they began treatment before they would do anything. I will add that following behind their technicians and documenting their work is not my job nor my responsibility. I have been calling for three weeks. No one has come out in three weeks. Every conversation has been initiated by me. I have to call and call and email, and every time I'm told that "we're working on it". Apparently, they are coming to do a soil sample tomorrow, when I was told a month ago that "someone is coming next week to do a soil sample". It's remarkable to me just how poor the customer service is and the results of their yard service is equally poor. If you listen to their ads that they play while you're on hold, they talk a really good game about being an exemplary lawn service. This has not at all been my experience with this company. My experience has been that occasionally I have a sign in my yard saying that it has been treated, a bill, and continually deteriorating results. Any professional technician worth his salt would recognize that something is wrong with the yard and contact management or myself. They should have a plan for yards that are unhealthy or deteriorating that is discussed with the customer. That has never happened. I have had to make all of the calls and do all of the work to get this company to fulfill the promises made in their ads (which they have yet to do). We have paid for a green and healthy yard for three years and my yard is dead. It's brown. It looks like a desert. I don't know in what universe that a situation like that is okay. We have paid all of our bills. We have fulfilled our obligation. I suspect that the problem arises from laziness and disinterest from the yard technicians, and laziness, poor communication, and lack of documentation from office staff. Our desire is for this company to fulfill its promise. If they cannot or will not do that, they should refund three years worth of payments. I do not think that I should have to pay to re-establish my yard. Liability insurance should cover the cost to fix my yard. The steady decline has led to erosion problems that will cost me a lot of money out of pocket. This company is not one of the better businesses that I have dealt with. I hope they do what's right and come out and aggressively treat my yard or fix it. I have absolutely no confidence that it will happen.

I've attempted on several occasions for them to cancel the service, prior to them servicing me. Despite that they continue scheduling visits to my home and serving my lawn without my permission, to then charge me with a $34 visit (the service they are charging me has been unauthorized. I have been dissatisfied with their services for months, which is why I cancelled it in the first place. I let them know to cancel the service, they didn't provide the advanced calling that was agreed upon, breach of service (even if the service would have been requested as they didn't do the full job and still charged as if they did), trespassing, and undue stress from the wasted time I've had in sending them emails and calling them to try to solve this issue in the past 4 months. It concerns me that a business like this takes advantage of customers and is trying to get away with it. I refuse to pay for what they are billing me because having my lawn serviced without my consent is most likely trasspaing and also I do not want to pay for a service that I did not authorized, did not request, that was not done well/complete, and for which I was not notified was happening as accorded in the past. Agency was supposed to fix issues and instead sent account to collections
Agency was supposed to fix issues and instead sent account to collections. Now they want to split the difference on the $74 bill to drop collections! Acct XXXXXX I've been a customer of this company over 5 years. The last several years I've had an invasive weed worsen each year. This spring I also had bald spots and noticed one of my prized Hemlock trees was not needling well.I'm concerned as they had treated them not long ago and earlier killed an Atlas Cedar (for which they have not paid). April's services did not affect a nutsedge infestation and balding patches. I called and asked for a manager visit. I showed Dean the bald patches & the 10x4+ patch of nutsedge (larger each year). He asked if I had standing water in one of the bald spots. I verified I did not. He suggested aeration. I advised I manually aerated the lawn that spring. He said I had too much shade in the area & I showed the patch next to it with full shade (which looked fine). He stated he needed soil samples to see how they may fix these issues. He told me he did not know much about tree and would have another manager contact me about my sad Hemlock. I advised till I got a response on why the treatment had not worked and how they would fix the lawn, that I would hold payment. When I received no callback, I called and was connected to David. He admitted he had not come to see the tree and that it maybe it was too close to other trees. I advised that the two hemlock trees next to it were doing well and asked if they were all treated. He advised that if they said they treated them, they were all treated for woolly adelgid. Someone would call me back. With no call, I called advising I was waiting for a call back on soil sample results. I reiterated this was an ongoing unresolved problem getting progressively worse. I was told they would have someone call me back. I advised that I did not want to be sent to collections as this was an ongoing issue with services. Without a response from anyone, the next week I received a collection notice from an agency (for tree and pre-emergent services). I called quite upset as I still had not had a callback and was told that the office was in a meeting. I asked about the soil samples and they were confused, as there were no records of a soil sample being taken. I explained that there was a misunderstanding and reminded them that they were supposed to be figuring out why the invasive weed was taking over my yard, why one of the trees they had been treating appeared to be dying, and why we had bald spots. I explained I was in collections inaccurately and this needed to be pulled from the collection agency. I also asked about getting a list of what had been utilized on my lawn should I need to move to another company. I asked for a call back with a manager. I was told someone would be in touch with me. I advised I was applying for a refinance and upset at a collection agency and was told someone would call me. No callback. Today, I received another collection notice. I called Unlimited (possibly my eighth call). I was told that "Sharon the billing manager was busy." I spoke with Sydney and was advised employees reported I did not want to take their advice. I asked what advice, as I was waiting on soil samples. She tells me they said to cut the dead branches out of my tree (there are no dead branches on the tree, only sparse new needles). Sydney also said that Dean told me to add sand and topsoil to deal with "erosion". This was NEVER discussed as we were waiting on soil samples. I also do not have erosion. He told me at the visit it was too shady and I pointed to full shade areas doing fine. Sydney said there are weeds because they have not treated since April (they've been a complaint for four years). She said the person had been at my property 10 minutes to put on pre-emergent and perform tree services (on almost an acre of property). Sydney said my account is canceled. If I pay half of what is "owed" they will stop collections. The account is well disputed in their records and my yard looks worse than when I hired them over five years ago.

I enrolled in lawn services to treat my yard (front and back) and shrubs(front only). They did not treat my backyard as agreed, but invoice me as if they did. I called the office and was told, someone would come back out to treat my back yard but they did not. I called again and was told that my backyard was treated at which time I told the representative that was not possible because access to my backyard required me to unlock the gate which I had not done. I then requested a cancellation of service at which time she told me I was not enrolled in treatment of my backyard. I told the representative that treatment of the weeds in the backyard was the impetus for the enrollment. I reiterated the cancellation; however, shortly afterwards, a technician came and sprayed my yard including my creeping fig plants which were damaged by the treatment.
