You sent me a letter dated august 19, 2017, application number n5718135c - which I guess was for service - I have not applied for sprint service - you stated several factors for denial of service that are not associated with me - where can I request a copy of the application - I want to see who this person is - I have also submitted to you last month a fraud identity packet of which you have not responded - /I have also reported you to experian credit reporting as well - you can message me at [protected]@yahoo.com
sprint
2 months ago I went to a sprint store. The one in 8650 sw and 24 st miami fl 33155. They told me the will give me 2 speaker for free that I only had to pay the taxes so I did. The next month I got my sprint bill and there was a charge for the speakers. I went to the store so they can explain to me why they were charging me for the speakers and they told me I singed a contract that I will pay monthly for the speakers, but they never told me that. They lie to me and every time that I go to the store they have a really bad attitude they do not want to help me, and its not the first time something like that happens at that same store.
stolen phone.
On sunday, august 20th, I had my samsung galaxy s7 stolen. I called sprint to discontinue to service on my phone so I would not have any future problems that is where the nightmare began. I went to a sprint store on biscayne and 22nd street in miami. The employees, they had working there were terrible. One they claimed they were not authorized to discontinue my service. Therefore, in the store I called sprint after an hour they were finally able to block the service on the phone that was stolen. After, I got that resolved, I asked the employee if I could purchase a chip and use an alternative phone, I had purchased with sprint 5 months prior. What I found amusing was the sprint store did not carry chips for the phone, I had purchased the phone at that same store. When I complained in disbelief, one of the employees said that the store was not part of sprint corporate. So it is a sprint store but they are not part of the sprint corporation? When I went to talk to the manager, he tried to be cocky and make it seem like, I had an outdated phone. When I asked him for his name he would not give it to me and said, he would be calling security on me. Haha. I told him to do so because I could not believe a company sells a phone but does not carry the chip to activate it? I have been almost a week without a phone and sprint has not helped me at all. I think this is a very dishonest company.
new service - potentially!!
I was on the phone with a sprint rep to have 3 lines brought over from another carrier. They requested my personal info, ss# etc for credit check (was the first time in 20 years that happened). Was placed on hold back and forth then with being on with them for approx. 1.30 hours, after to be told I needed to go to a sprint store to show them my id. I called a local store to be told my samsung note 4 and 6s wold not work on their network!
Makes sense why sprint is in last place behind verizon, att and t-mobile!
excessive advertising use
I think you should cut down on how much advertising you do. Your advertisements are everywhere, especially youtube on every single video I click on.
Let me tell you something. Excessive advertisements like this do not help you and have the opposite effect of what you're trying to achieve here. And that is more sprint consumers. Personally I will never switch to sprint no matter what the advertisements say, and I am very happy with verizon as opposed to your disgusting company.
Here's some advice, cut back on the advertisements and find another way to get people to switch to sprint. People assume the more advertisements the better, but that is not the case and you are losing money.in the meantime, I will be buying youtube red (to get rid of the advertisements) and recommending verizon to everybody I know.

Can someone help me in filing a complaint with sprint. They are charging like a hell instead what they have promised when we are joining with them. And that too they are unable to explain the bill which ever is showing in the site. We went to the store and asked about the bill, they said it will change by the end of the billing cycle. That didn't happen and now they are saying that is the plan which you asked and they applied prorated charges for entire account. You know they gave bill as $670 for last month. And we thought of buying out the leased phone and I paid off ($325) remaining balance, here is the silly thing. They charged around $250 for paying the remaining amount before the end of the lease. Please help me in this and these sprint guys are promising one thing and doing the other thing.

Sprint doubled my per line charge and was extremely rude and uninformed when I tried to resolve the issue.
The rep put me on hold for 47 minutes and never returned to the call. He said works for sprint but is not accountable.
That person's name is andre and and the case number was [protected]. He will be the chief reason I leave sprint but there are certainly others, most notably doubling my per line charge with no explanation.
Sprint has provided the worst customer service I've every encountered. Uninformed, belligerent, 50 min + holding times when rep never returned to the call. Rep's name is Andre, case #[protected]. Tried to resolve the issue of why my per line cost doubled for no reason and ran into impenetrable walls. I've read too many complaints so this is how sprint does business
iphone and service
I'm seriously dissatisfied with sprint's service. I need my phone for work and am frequently unable to get my phone to make calls, check emails, or receive calls. I went on vacation to cape cod and had no internet service on my phone.
I want to switch back to verizon and found out that my device is not compatible with verizon's network. I paid over $1, 200 for two new iphones (7), and now it looks like i'm stuck with sprint, like it or not. I believe this is highly unethical.

All I wanted was to get my son a phone next thing I know I have three lines of which one I dont need. I am on a fixed income I tried to get it straight with them but never got any were my bills were 200 +. Needless to say I have been with sprint sense it was nextel with the same phone number for over 20 years. I begged and pleaded to get the bill under control to where I could afford it finally got somewhere to a reasonable spot and then the next thing I know the bill is back up over $200 again tried to get help anna getting home with her. I tried to switch to another company and use my s5 that is completely paid for and sprint will not release this phone for me to use until I pay the bill completely. I think that is a pretty crappy way to treat someone that stuck by you through all your tower upgrades drop calls missed text messages missed voicemails and all the problems you had but yet stuck with the company all that time to be treated this way. So now I have a phone that I cannot use even though it's paid for they have it locked won't release it unless I pay them the full bill which I told them I could not afford in the first place. Long story short not a good way to do business with somebody that's supported you through your tough times.
fraudulent sales
My business was sold an unlimited data account last year. After receiving notices that we were nearing our data limit, we questioned it. We found out sprint, at the time, had no unlimited data plan! I made sure we owned our equipment, then terminated the account. Once we received early termination fees, I fought to have them credit the account to zero out. I felt it was not my fault the sales rep lied about the product we were told we were getting, so I shouldn't be responsible for those fees. Well, it was brought to our attention we would be responsible for those fees because our contract "had a signature". I told them I never signed a contract nor did I ever receive a copy. Once they finally sent this contract to us, it was made know that the sales rep had forged one of my employees signatures! Sprint still wouldn't get rid of the fees once I told them what their employee had done. Therefore, I had to involve a lawyer... Now they are refusing to take responsibility for all fees, including the legal fees accrued. They committed fraud and i'm the one out thousands of dollars! Never use sprint!
discount programs
I just realized that I have been eligible for a teachers discount, that I was never informed of when switching from verizon to sprint. I switched plans in december and the representative never mentioned a teacher discount. I just stumbled across it 7 months later! What good is offering discount programs if you never tell your customer that you have them? I am very disappointed that I should have been receiving this discount and was never informed. This seems like a terrible way to do business and not very forthright.
payments and service interruption
I have a past due bill from June. I paid that past due bill last Friday, July 21st. I setup a payment extension for the current bill. A new bill came out on Monday July 24th which made the current bill past due and caused my service to be interrupted.
Long story short, I should not have been interrupted when there was a scheduled payment to come out on a future date. Because of this one small past due amount, my account was assigned to what they call a dedicated financial team of advisers demanding more money to restore my service. I never experienced this type of treatment through Verizon. I am definitely working on moving on to another company. So my service is off until I pay the current past due amount.
customer service and billing
Sprint has the worst customer service that I have ever come across. They speak to you as if you are beneath them or that you are a bother to them. I tried to talk to them about my phone bill and to get an extension because my son has medical concerns right now and they told me that I could not get an extension. One of the representatives in the higher up part of Sprint hung up the phone on me in the middle of our conversation, which I thought was very rude. I took my number off of sprint because they are rude. The only reason I continued to have my son's phone with them is because he uses it for school and connection to his laptop. I have had many dealings with Sprint and nothing good to say. I think they need to get rid of some of their customer service people and upper management as well. I think I will file a complaint with the BBB and see what happens. No one should be that disrespectful.

I am really unhappy with the service that sprint customer service gave. One of the phone lines on my account was eligible for an upgrade in april and in june we went into a sprint store and got another phone. The line that was due for an upgrade was a I phone se that we got from an apple store. I have no idea what the person who helped did because I saw that there was an extra number on my account. I am being charged for a account that I have never used. We went back to the store where we had signed up for the phone and we were told to just call sprint customer care and they would cancel that line. We called and the person who we spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. We have called several times and have been given the run around. The person who helped at the sprint store was very dishonest and had us sign the contracts, explained everything incorrectly and now no one can help us. I should not be paying for something that I am not using. I have been a sprint customer for a long time and now I am thinking of leaving and going somewhere that will not try to rip me off.
We have called so many times and walked into the sprint store but no one wants to help us. I need the extra line closed and my money refunded as soon as possible.
being misinformed
I signed up for a business account about 3 weeks ago when I went into the store I wanted the buy one get one iphone 7 at that time they do not run my tax id information but my credit came from my social security number which made a $300 deposit before I could get those phones but I was talked into two phones that i'm not happy with that all that i've let them know this and I have paid $175 down on these two phones that I did not want I have been calling customer service and the corporate office about 3 days after I opened the account and i'm very frustrated that I have spent hours and hours on the phone with your customer service department about being told I could get the iphone 7 that I wanted from the get-go and then had one person tell me that I have to pay $199 down all I wanted to do was add a line and I was told different things from every person I talk to you these stores in my area are rude and i've even had employees from the customer service number for business accounts that pretty much acted like they could care less that i'm leaving sprint to go with at&t and the manager getting care that he lost a business account all due to not wanting to send me the phone I wanted not to mention my bill is over $200 which makes no sense so i've already reported you to the better business bureau I have been on the phone about 8 hours all together I was on the phone with a representative today for almost 2 hours just for him to tell me there was nothing that he could do he gave me my account number and it's going to send me my bill you at&t and he was just totally fine with that so I will not refer sprint to anyone especially if you are willing to lose a business account all because you can't follow through with what has been said I have never had this crappy customer service ever in my life and all I wanted was either the iphone 7 or the refurbished iphone 6s so i'll because the down payment couldn't be waived because of the aggravation does is cost then they have lost a business account and I will let everybody know that I know that they should not get service with sprint because this is been a horrible experience
unauthorized bank account deduction and refusal to return money in a timely manner
On [protected] sprint stole $266.16 from our bank account for a payment that was already made on the 15th of june, 1 week earlier. My husband and I called and spoke to 3 different people and on the early morning of 6-19-17 to let them know they took money from our account unauthorized at that. We were told that the paperwork was put in before we even got off the phone with a so called manager and that this money would be returned to our account no later than today friday 6-23-17. I call when the money was not in the bank and spoke to some person who had the nerve to tell me that it was just authorized by the back office yesterday 6-22-17 and that it would take an additional 5 days to return to my back. I'm pissed and disgusted with sprint. It was not my idea to go with sprint but I digress. I will not ever give sprint any good recommendations or kudos except for thievery and poor customer service. All we want is to have our money put back into our account. You (sprint) are quick to disconnect someones services for non-payment but not quick to return money you stole from your customers.

I have been a sprint customer for over 4 years. Unfortunately, it has been my loyalty to them to resign a 2 year contract twice. Well since year 2 the sign of contract number 2. I leased 3 phones. Understanding my charges understanding what my bill was going to be in lehman's terms. Which was taxes and all was going to be 230. A month. Hmm... After the 4th month I received my first problem. A 400 bill. So I called them. Of course they were nice. Of course they said they would fix it. But literally since october 2015 i've been fighting with sprint. My son lost broke his phone. As a normal punishment. I didn't want to replace it until he paid the insurance deduction. 60 says went by. I call to replace the phone hope.. It was too late. So I 1. Can't turn the phone back in at the end of the lease. 2. I will have to pay the phone in full cost. So fast forward to august 2016. A continue fight with the 350 dollar phone bill. I called literally every day. Never once asking for a free anything. Just to be honest about my charges. I got no where oct 2016 my daughter breaks her phone. I refuse to pay for it. I know i'm so mean... Anyway. I called sprint paid in full to buy phones out right both my son and daughters phones. I paid the buy out amount over 200 a piece. Jan 2017 bill is 400 bucks I called furious. I was on the phone for 4 full hours. The supervisor I finally talked to. He was able to find out the paid amounts. Change my plan and get my account down to 150 a month. March 2017 bill 375. Again being charged for phones. Today june 2017 still calling every other day for answers. Today was the first day I flipped out. I don't care if i'm sent to collections I will be sending all offices a letter. Corp office fcc ftc and bbb. They steal from me, I am an honest single disabled mother. What the heck is wrong with this company. I beg for help. I have had my numbers for iver 14 years. This is so sad. I cried for over 6 hours. It has caused stress to the point where I havent got out of the house in days
online access to account
I have a user-name... A password... A security question... And a 6-digit pin... And yet all that is apparently not enough. Every time I try to access my account, I get a message about "upgraded security" and the need to select a device so that a new code can be sent to me so that I can change my password. Not once a year, but every time. About 2-3 weeks ago, I spent an hour on the phone with sprint about this situation, and they assured me that it wouldn't happen again. Today, it happened again. This time, the phone rep told me (after 10 minutes of exceptionally irritating "on-hold" music) that there is nothing that can be done, but I can go to a local sprint store to file a complaint. How nice.
PS to previous complaint:
So I jumped through the hoop and got the new one-time access code -- right, upgraded security, because my user name, password, security question, and PIN are not enough -- and entered it where indicated. What a surprise! It did not work: a mysterious message, "Undefined" comes up and cycles me back to the beginning.

I've tried to contact customer support and can never reach a live person. I've made payments every month just to keep my account in good standing until customer service fixed my bill. misleading information on final bill
My contract ended in march 2017 I changed carries after finding out I still had to buy my phone out $210 after paying for the phone for 2 years. I contacted sprint 3 times requesting a final bill to pay them off, however they told me my final bill would be mailed on june 8 2017. Well the bill I received was collection agency stating I own them money. They restricted my online account, I could not print a finally bill I was unable to print and I got the run around each time I call, a total of 3 times. I am very displeased with how I was treat by sprint, I have paid my phone bill on time for 24 months. Not only did they charge me late fees, I was changed and additional mother of service that I did not use. They misled me making me think they were going to mail a final bill when they were waiting to send my information to the credit bureau for late or lack of payment. They were fully aware that I needed the final bill which was buying out my contract and paying off my phones. So big warning stay away from sprint, they are nice to you before you sign a contract but if you try to leave them they are very vindictive. Be warned! I will be writing reviews every opportunity I get to warn people what a lousy company sprint is.
