St. Luke's Medical Center Philippines The secretary kept focusing only to the old aged people

Dear Complaints Department,

I would like to express my disappointment for yesterday's incident. I requested few days back to HMO to assist me and booked for today's appointment 11am for myself to an available cardiologist in morning time and 1pm for dermatologist for my Mom as she will be having an minor surgery for her foot. I even mentioned to these idiot brainless staff, I am the only one taking care of my Mom so I need two different schedule since I cannot run or accommodate 2 doctors in same time! Which is it's obvious!

When I reached st lukes, in the third floor where Doc Jeffrey Dejesus cabin is located. He was not there as he went for a walk and the secretary namely Tes told me he will be back around 1:30pm and my number in the list was 10th.
I was so disappointed since I was informed it will be morning time but then I went 1:15pm there again and yet the doctor was not there, when I asked the fatty lady the said secretary of Doctor, that which number I would be? she said number 16th since we need to priority the senior citizen. I requested her thrice time that I have chest pain, I know they are important and I personally respect their age and as a person, but you and they need to prioritize us youngster/ adult as well when I am keep saying I have a chest pain and I have my aged Mom with me she can't seat for long and I can't wait for long since I have chest pain and I was dying already in PAIN! But still she refused to help me by saying I have to wait and they can't do anything since there is a lot of senior citizen and it was non stop patients for senior.

What is this? I mean, lot of youngster patient were waiting outside and they said ( walang katapusan to dameng dumarating na senior paano na tayo ano oras tayo mkakaalis dito, alam nilang may covid dapat I prioritize yung mga maaga din na dumating saka mga naka booked na).

In my case, Tes already said I was on number 10th and when I came back then its 16th already? She inserted 6 patients without my knowledge. When I tried to seek help with your poor service of HMO DEPARTMENT, they couldn't help me because they were keep ignoring my emails! Until now no one is bothering to reply me even the concierge, and other departments are in CC, still there is no response as they are running out from my concern and the incident happened.

YOU GUYS HAVE NO HUMANITY, I WAS DYING ON PAIN! I FELT LIKE I WILL BE HAVING AN ATTACK DUE TO SEVERE PAIN. I END UP LEAVING ST LUKES WITHOUT TALKING and CONSULTING WITH DOCTOR BECAUSE OF YOUR STUPID NONSENSE BRAINLESS SECRETARY! Moreover, SHE's TEXTING ME AROUND 4:20AM AND STILL LETTING ME WAIT! Wow!

Im not expecting anymore you to help me but atleast have some humanity or show humanity by offering a helping hand and open your hearts to help us since you guys are working in medical sector's and you guys are the frontliners.

Thank you!

Desired outcome: You need to prioritize us youngster or adult as well when I already expressed the urgency as I am having chest pain!

St. Luke's Medical Center Philippines bedside nurses at 6th floor

My mom got admitted at the 6th floor and everytime we needed the nurse or NA it would more than 2 hours before they come in our room. My mom cannot move on her own and needed to be turned every 2 hours since she has a bed sore but they seem to be neglecting the urgency of the situation. She was due for a CT scan and was supposedly on NPO after 8am but the nurse insisted it was until 9am. Unfortunately she was the same nurse who wrote the note on the board that NPO was 8am. How come that small details like this are being taken lightly? What if it was a matter of life and death are they really this lax? To think we are paying for their services.

St. Luke's Medical Center Philippines medical service

Last december 23, 2018, I went to st. lukes medical center inside waltermart mall along pasong tamo makati, Philippines with a very high fever. The nurse took my temperature and recorded a normal body temperature despite verbalizing that I really feel very hot with body aches. The nurse herself told us that I my skin feels very hot, still, she recorded a normal temperature. The nurse did not even bother to recheck my temperature with another thermometer (we were later told that they only have one thermometer). Later I was seen by a similar quack GP doctor, who despite my verbalization that I feel very hot, did nothing but to stick with the "normal" findings of her quack nurse. The quack GP doctor never performed a physical exam and never even touched my skin to verify my complaint. Afterwards, we were able to verify that I indeed have a very high fever after buying a new digital thermometer at a drugstore on the mall's ground floor. I am a U.S. - based nurse and I was really disappointed at how health care workers care for the their patients at St. luke's medical clinic in waltermart.
