State Bank of India [SBI] unprofessional behaviour

I went to SBI-Anandnagar(Ahmedabad) branch on Friday at 15:40 with filledup PPF account form and went to the lady who was verifying them, there was a residence proof missing and so she asked to attach it. I did not have it with me at the moment so requested her to submit it within 5 minutes as that was the maximum time for me to collect it from my office opposite to the branch. The lady in charge denied very straight that they are closed at 16:00 (however the bank clock was yet to tick 15:50!, 10 minutes have no value for SBI employee?) inspite of my sincere request to her that I will be back much before then.

I left and went to the bank again on next day (Saturday at 11:45) with filled up form and all required documents, that lady was not there today so I went to the branch operations manager with a hope that it will be surely completed today. The branch ops manager checked the form and asked to sign on my photo sticked on the form, I signed in front of him with his own marker pen. He checked the form and said that the form is okay, he handed over another form for depositing amount in PPF account and asked me to submit it on Monday with a reason "we do not open a new account on Saturday". (I understand if he can not process the applicaion but it was weird that he could not accept the form too, even though I!)

I asked my father to submit the form on Monday thinking that everything has been checked by Branch Ops Manager, unfortunately the Branch Ops Manager was not there today so my father went to a new person in charge. Now the new in-charge raised a new query, asked to get signature of two witnesses on the form (I ensured it from the branch ops manager on Saturday that I don't need to get the signature of witnesses as I am already having a savings account with the bank) and to produce originals for the photocopies of the documents(PAN card, voters id card, electricity bill, even though I had attached self attested copies of the documents) for verification. I met my father in the evening hoping that the form would have been submitted but was quite disapointed listening the above story from him.

Again on Tuesday, my father went to the bank with form having signature of our neighbours as witnesses and originals of the documents. Now the same in-charge baabu said that he can not accept the form as the applicant has to submit the form himself and he can not accept the form from anyone else. I asked my father to tell the baabu that I had completed personal verification with the branch ops manager on Saturday when my father called me from bank but baabu had made his mind to stick to his words despite of all requests. I asked my father to let me talk to that baabu but baabu got angry on my father saying very rudely that "I dont have time to speak anybody" (even I heard his words on phone and can draw the baabu's angry face remotely!). My father still went to the Branch Manager to convience him for accepting the form as my personal verification is completed and I already had an account with the bank, but the branch manager also denied him suggesting to submit it by me only. (however he answered very politely).

It looked like, may be the Ego of baabu had a higher preference over a new business or an existing customer of the bank and so the branch manager was not able to accept the form by going against the words of the unprofessional baabu. This is the state of service being provided to existing customers so that you can guess the level for new ones. It is quite obvious to me why the private/international banks are getting so much of success in India, with mercy of such unprofessional behaviour and frustrating level of service by the employees in national banks.

As per the proverb "One rotten egg spoils the whole pudding", "One unprofessional employee in a group spoils the whole organization").

State Bank of India [SBI] fraud and worst bank faced ever

Please be very careful to be a customer with sbi. by mistake I transferred a huge amount to wrong benificiary account. for past 1 week I am tried to get this transaction to be cancelled. for all my mail queries I have received a single answer ' this transaction cannot be cancelled'.

I don't know whether there is any one of the sbi higher official has the knowledge to browse the internet about their bank's feedback. about 40 % of the people where affected in one or other way like this by sbi.

The real abbreviation for sbi ' suffer bank of india. please try to keep out of reach with sbi and safe your money.

i have filled the form for the D-mat account at sbi securities four months back. frist of all the reprasantative sejal parmar is not ready to issue me form .afterwards she is trying to misguide me while fill the form .she ask for the lots of documents and trying to find loops from it.now as per her my mom's name is not eligable for trade but the same name is applicable for the opening of account.later on i am gona to know that x employee of state bank of india, surat (gujarat) mr K.T desai whose brother was work under my dad when he was a ADD.collector, surat suspended him on corruptin charges.now he influance to artificialy lingring things by useing sejal parmar so mrs parmar is useing every ignorance of ours to put obstical in our registration of D-mat with state bank securities.i want frist of all the information of form filling and wich document i need to attech coz i felt she is trying to misguide me and also intentionaly trying to lingring things as possible as she could or if possible some other reprsentative should address my case so i found conviniyant to deal with account.i also want to add my name with my mom and dad.i hope i will get posative approch from .S.B.I.Me and my family are dipositor of 15 lakh in saving acc, 10 lakh fixed, my fathers pension accont is also with S.B.I surat(gujarat), bhattar branch, idralock complex. branch code is 7443. my customer identification number is [protected] hope it as an old customer my complian must be add.

I have insurt my atm card in our sbi, hakimpara Branch ATM counter (code No 7245) but the transaction done and also debit my a/c NO:[protected], in siliguri Br code nO (0184) for Rs.2000/- but I have not got the cash on 9th December 2009. I shall be glad if you kindly look into the matter and refund my amount which has been debited from my account.

I beg to lay down following few lines for your kind consideration and sympathetic action please.
Sir, I No G/3900546 Rfn/GD Santosh Kumar thakur serving in Assam Rifles since 14 yrs and my pay account is [protected] code No7338 and now at my home on leave for the funeral ceromoney at my hom till 26 Aug 2014.

Sir, On 22 Jul 2014 my account balance was 16, 339.29 (Rupees sixteen thousand three hundred thirty nine pt twenty nine paisa ). As per my requirement I used my ATM twice in a day. Ist in ICIC Prudential bank for Rs. 10, 000/- as per ATM receipt NO ATM ADD:PLOT NO 103 INFRONT PET dt 22/07/2014, report of receipt transaction declined, response code 058, insufficient fund, Total avl bal Rs.00/-and not withdrawl money due to the as per receipt.(Same copy of receipt attach for your acknoldgment) as per internet banking inquiry of myself Rs.10, 000/- have been deducted.

So. on 22 Jul 2014 further coplaint reported to the custumer care and my ticket No.was AT429213213928. and rply of cusrumer matter will be solve in 7 working days. and this duration three time I have been approch to the custumer for releasing of my amount from ICICI bank.

Sir, today when I again approch to the custumer care rply was transaction was true, sir how it possible without insufficient balance how to withdrawal of money. sir please you investigate properly of this matter beacouse 10, 000/- rupees is big money for me. I am serving sodier money have come after hardwork.

Sir.as per twice time use of ATM withdrawal SMS alert is showing only 5017/- rupees why I am excepted withdrwal of 10, 000/- why not message came.

Sir, as per custumer you can report to home branch, my home branch is shillong, and two days journey from my village. such I am attending mother ceromoney at my home. how to possible to go there.

State Bank of India [SBI] sbi hiding information to dupe their account holders

State Bank of India, the reputed bank is now under pressure to achieve insurance selling targets from their sister company SBI Life. Beware if your SBI branch manager is promoting a insurance policy to you, as you can be sure that the hidden cost will not be shared with you and you will be shocked to know that SBI has already deducted 20% of your premium as their charge and your investment has delined by 20% on very first day...
they dont tell you this...
and what if you want to discontinue the policy within the free review period... so what the bank still charges to 20% of your money... so all in all... SBI has started cheating folks...

This is in reference to my saving account No.[protected]. sir I am a retired employee of Nuclear Power corporation of India Ltd (Narora)Distt-BulandShahr(U.P).I am a Govt. Pensioner. My Pension pay Order No. is [protected] 1).I have Transfer my account from N.A.P.S Township Narora (B.S.R) to J.N Medical Collage Brance Aligarh on 20th November 2007.My account transfer's Successfully but my Pension doesn’t transfer & I was unable to receive my Pension from November 2007.After so many effort my Pension is start to come in my account from June 2008.But still I have not received my pension for the month of November 2007 to May 2008(Seven Month Arial).so Sir Please do my fevour.I am a old man of 65 age & doesn’t have any source of income except Pension. So please take immediate action on this case. I will be highly thankful to you.

State Bank of India [SBI] non receipt of pension

This is regarding non receipt of pension from Nov'2009 . I am a central Govt pensioner and my PPO No. 23903/94/0254/5 and I was regularly getting my pension from SBI-Main branch Nanital Road, Haldwani (Uttrakhand) wef 17/01/2008 earlier I was getting it from SBI-Rampur(UP) and i am not getting my pension from Nov'2009. On esquiring from Bank Manager, they informed that they have not sent my Alive certificate to central pension processing bank Lucknow(UP) which i deposited it to them on 10/11/2009 which is lying with SBI- Haldwani due to non availability of address with them. This type of attitude by SBI Haldwani is not appreciable, request necessary direction may please be issued to SBI-Haldwani for further submission of my alive certificate to Central Pension Cell Lucknow or i may be provided address of Central Pension cell so that my pension be continued. not working properly whole staff please change whole staff of state bank of saurastra kanakia plot jetpur opp hdfc bank jetpur... not working properly whole staff and misbehave with the customer whole day., The staff has send the customer to the next window when the customer go to the next window he send the person to another window at the time of the cash. we are very tired for the misbehaviour of the state bank of saurastra branch staff.
Please please please try for change or transfer of staff over here in jetpur we are tired for the local person for the behave of daily works...

Dear sir,

I, Raghvendra Narayan Singh, Saving A/c No [protected], costomer of State Bank Of India, Sitamarhi bazar branch, Sitamarhi, Bihar. I tried twice to withdraw Rs. 3500/= (Three thousand five hundred) only from the ATM of Punjab National Bank, New Market, Frazer Road, Patna, Bihar.on 10th August 2009 around 6 o clock evening, I could not get the rupees, but when I cheked my account balance next morning my account was debited by the same amount.

I submitted the written application on 17th August 2009 in the home branch, then after when my account was not credited till 31st August 2009 I submitted a reminder application on the same day.But till date my account has not been credited by the sum.

Sir, as presently I don't reside in Sitamarhi it is very much difficuilt for me to visit the branch frequintly and ask for this.So, please look in to the matter and do the needful.

State Bank of India [SBI] absurd behavior towards me (customer)

To whom so ever it may concerned
Respected sir / madam,
With due respect i, shivnarayan gupta(Saving a / c number [protected]) visited sbi bank, bhadrak branch on [protected]. I wanted to deposit a cheque of axis bank which was recieved by me some days before from lic in the name of rabinarayan gupta. Due to some reason i forgot my brother’s sbb a / c number. Further i visited mr. Pradeep ku jena for enquiriy of my brother”s ac number. I asked him to tell me his account number by searching his name. By listening to my humble request he(Mr pradeep kumar jena) start ed to scold me like i m his enemy. Actually my brother lives in new delhi now but for some technical fault i was not able to call him and ask his acc number to him. But is this the way to behave to an existing customer since 4yrs?. With this i suffered from mental torture and decided to close my existing and new accounts which i will have opened on next some days. Being a reliable bank i was thinking that bhadrak branch is the best bank in my city but after seeing this type of behavior towards me and other customers(Existing, and new customres) i decided to close as possible as i can and tell others not to open any account as this branch(Bhadrak) is not a reliable bank.

Therefore, i pray u to be kind enough to grant my application and take solme crucial steps towards mr. Pradeep kumar jena and some other employees of state bank of india of bhadrak branch who behave rudely to customers. Sir i belive that u will b kind to me and take some crucial steps towards my problem faced by me because it will happen again to some any other customer in comming future, which will result in account closure or hamper ur bank” personality. I want that mr. Pradeep kumar jena should say sorry to me on my personal phone as soon as possible for his missbehavior, taking rudely, for keeping me waiting for 30 minutes for no reason or else i want tht manager of the branch should make an statement against mr. Pradeep kuamr jena for his rude behavior towards customers so that i can do some other possible crucial steps towads him.

I requested to transfer my sb acc. no. [protected] from sbi tambaram branch (01243) to sbi Richards town Bangalore branch (2263) through sbi Richards town Bangalore on 10.11.2009.
My request has been forwarded by sbi Richards town Bangalore to sbi tambaram 10.11.2009 by courier.
But after one month also it has not been transferred. I tried to contact tambaram branch on [protected]/848/732 but no responses.
Kindly arrange to transfer my account to sbi Richards town Bangalore & advice me on [protected]/[protected]. Kindly send me your fax number for communication.

respected sir,
a cheque no. 977572 for Rs.3805.92/- was deposited on 7th july 2009 which was well within the valid period.unfortunately it got delayed between patna and hyderabad.now sbi-lalaguda is blaming its office at patn for non clearance and in the bargain the customer is harrassed.apllications and personal liasions have utterly failed to get encashment of money.sbi-lalaguda has been very un-cooperative and irresponsible.request take immediate n suitable actions for encashement of cheque.

State Bank of India [SBI] receiving calls even after paying full amount

Dear s/m

I need seriously help and advice from right sources.

I was a user of SBI credit card some 3 yrs back. In May '07 I had paid my full SBI statement amount and had cleared the account. Later had sent a mail to SBI to close the account.

Now its 3 yrs up the SBI Credit Card leagal department are calling me up and asking me to pay a sum of 3000.00

On asking them the reason they say you have to pay a processing fee of 129.00 Per month even if you dont use the card. so in 3 yrs it has accumulated a sum of 3000.00.

I dont understand when I had requested them to close the account how come the customer care people did not tell me about it.

Today for not fault and mistake these people are charging me 3000.00 Rs.

I need a serious suggession and help on how I can solve this problem without paying my non-fault amount.

Hoping to hear from some serious helpers.

I WAS SBI CARD HOLDER IN 2001 AND I HAD DEFAULTED FOR THE PAYMENT IN 2003 AT THE SAME TIME MY CARD WAS ALSO BLOCKED AND I DID NOT OPERATED THE CARD, AFTER SOME TIME I REQUESTED FOR SETTLEMENT BUT THEY WERE NOT READY FOR THE SAME AT LAST I WAS TOLD TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT I WENT TO THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE AT ANDHERI AND PAID IN CASH(TODAY ALSO I HAD THAT RECEIPT) FULL OUTSTANDING AMOUNT INCLUDING INTEREST TILL DATE AND ALSO ON THE SAME DATE I HAD GIVEN THE LETTER FOR ISSUANCE OF NOC AND SOA FOR CLOSURE OF A/C WITH ZERO BALANCE AT THAT TIME I WAS INFORMED THAT YOUR STATEMENT WILL BE SENT WITHIN 2 TO 3 DAYS ALONG WITH NOC. NOW AT PRESENT MY ACCOUNT SHOWS O/S BALANCE UPTO RS 30, 000/- WHICH WAS MENTIONED IN CIBIL ALSO
IN BETWEEN I TALKED TO MANY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES THEY ALSO INFORMED THAT UR A/C IS CLOSED THAN HOW DOES IT HAD SHOWN SO MUCH OF BALANCE EVEN AFTER PAYING THE FULL AMOUNT, WITHOUT DOING SETTLEMENT.

Respected sir,
I finished my 10th and 12th in a. k. t hr sec school, kallakurichi, vilupuram dist, 606 202
And I scored 70% in 10th and 77% in 12th std. and now I am doing b. tech civil in srm university, ramapuram campus, chennai, 600089. sbi bank manager is not giving any loan for my studies, I am from middle class family, if bank laon is given for me it will be very useful for my future life so please I take any action

State Bank of India [SBI] non payment of lease rent

State Bank of India branch code 60032
On 11th September2009 we the property owner and the above mentioned bank made a compromise of ongoing court case at DHARI court, ( Gujarat state, India ) and obtained a court decree. And as per the decree the bank has to pay us the lease rent for the period from september2001 to august 2009 (8 years). But the officials of the bank refuse to pay the outstanding amount. After a long struggle bank made a part payment, we objected but in vein. Now we are demanding remaining payment but again the manager of the branch is giving us false promises verbally, which more seems to be time delaying tactics for some unknown reasons to us.
The manager is not communicating with us and refuses to answer any query and also he is not attending any of our phone call.
We are totally confused by the bad business practice and very much surprised that they are even not respecting the court orders.
State bank of India is a government bank and the government owned organization is not following the judiciary. This makes a mockery of court decree.

State Bank of India [SBI] check book not received yet

R/s sir/mam
I m naresh kumar s/o mr. harnarayan my account number in your bank is [protected], ward -5, purani anaj mandi, nuh (mewat). bank code no.0620 of my city. I had submit my request for issuing check book 1 month ago but there is no any response from the your bank (s. b. i) & I have not yet recive my check book, if I go to the bank for the response then they miss behave with me.
So, please consider the above requset & please contact me @ this no:[protected]. I m be very thankfull to you.

State Bank of India [SBI] money debit from account but did not get money from atm

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a savings account ([protected]) with State Bank Of India, Railway Station Jhansi, U.P., Pin-284003
I have used another Bank's ATM (TXN No. 1219) on 30-May-2007 for withdrawal amount Rs. 500/-.

A bad experience I have gathered. I have not received any money from that Bank's ATM. But my account showing Rs. 500/- debited for the transaction.

I have complained to my Bank Branch with proper documents i.e. transaction slips etc.
But the branch manager is not telling me the status of my complaint. I also complained to AGM ATM, SBI, Lucknow in written with all supporting documents but nobody responded me positively.

SBI not responding about this matter.

Already a long time passed, please arrange to credit the same to my account immediately.

i am sanjay kumar s. shah advocate pr acting in udaipur rajasthan and from long time i raceved calls and sms from s bi card pay ur billes and offerers
i call to them that i not have ur card but from last 15th days thay send sms and offerers that ur payment is due pl z pay ur over dues ...etc
i not applied for s bi card and not have bot s bi card co .conterminously harries to me for sending this tipe of sms
co pl z take action for that and stop this harresement
