Sir, I purchased several car parts on Boodmo spare part Order#0210/0340642 for ₹3566 at 21:30 using Paytm, the transaction failed several times but than at 21:47 SMS request was sent from Paytm on my number for the approval of the payment. So after that approval the confirmation of the payment was

regarding education loan subsidy amount
I took an education loan in the year 2014. The annual income of my family is less than 4.5 lakh and according to government policy, I should have received the subsidy amount for the loan time period.
I received the subsidy amount only for two years in my account while the time period of my loan is four years.
As I did not receive the amount for the loan time period I will have to pay a much higher amount. I even reached out to the concerned branch but didn't receive any response from them.

On 20-07-2019 at about 08-25P.M. I want to withdraw money of Rs.20, 500/- from the ATM of SBI at 423D, Motilal Gupta Road, Kolkata-82 (Br. SIRITI-Muchipara) the ATM failed to deliver the said amount but deducted the amount from my SBI-S/B A/C32959440784 through Debit Card No.[protected]
On operating the ATM it shows the transaction in process — timed out but no money delivered. The security on duty witnessed all.
Pl. arrange to reverse the same at the earliest.

I made several complaint but of no result. Presently I am residing at Indore because of My husband Job at Indore. He is Central Government Officer.

1. I am using the sbi card from last 4-5 years, where Annual Charges was free. In the past years I have not paid any Annual Charges. In the Nov-2018 bill, SBI card charged me Annual Charges. This year cart amount is higher than the past years. After so many communication they have not revive the Annual Charges.
They have imposed annual charges in the year 2017 and revive the same (revive letter attached for your ref). Now sbi card forced me to pay and said revive will done as per usage limit more than
Rs1, 00, 000.00 SBI card mailed me bills every month with password protected; Card no is the password of the pdf file. Now those files are not opening. May be blocked by sbi card.
2. SBI card has mismanagement and internal communication gap between internal departments and Officers. Cart date is 02/11/2018. It is already 234 days from the cart date. Different officers of sbi card taken time to resolve the matter last date taken 10.06.2019 (220 days) for resolving the matter. They take time to create huddles. If their policy is clear and intention is clear than why take 220 days for clearing the matter. At different time different officer handle the problem and take time. But no solution.
When different Customer care officer taken time total 220 days for resolving the problem than how collection department send the bill to bank for payment. SBI card has increase earning by wrong intention. My actual cart value was Rs 44, 110.50 /- now the bill value reached at Rs 71, 000/- (approx). From the cart date they have increase the bill Rs 27000/- approx and in the month of june they have revive the late fee Rs900/- approx. They have adopted the wrong intention to increase the earring.
3. I got offer SMS from SBI card for no cost EMI. So on dated 02.11.2018, I have cart a laptop from Flipkart of Rs 32, 751 and after cart, mailed to SBI card for getting the no cost EMI offer. But SBI card not provide the same.
After the date another cart was done by any one from my ID and selects the option from merchant web site and availed the no cost emi. Matter is misguiding the innocent customers by sending SMS by omitting the important key works like "Where customer can avail the offer".SBI card will give the offer or from merchant web site not clear.
4. I am staying out of state and always keep in touch of sbi card officers and also two mobile nos given in my communication to sbi card. The matter was also discussed with Mr Santosh (SBI card -BBSR) 6-7 times, He suggest to discuss with Mr Deepak Mishra (SBI card Regional Manager-BBSR) 2-3 times. He has no response and it is already 234 days from the date of cart. Different officer of sbi card taken total 214 days from the date of cart for resolve the matter. I have sent more than 1000 mails to SBI card. SBI card send me only copy paste reply. Threaten me for payment and SIBIL. But neither accepts the mistakes and mis-management nor resolved the matter. When disclose their frauds through social media than SBI card blocked all with help of Social media network companies.
After all, on dated 23.06.2019, SBI card send persons to home for family harassment without intimation to me. When I talk with that person he said I am Mr Arup coming from SBI card- Kolkata office. He starts harassment with my family for money. He said, we will take over all your properties if you will not pay. When I said him why SBI card send person to home without intimation to me. Please give your ID. He only shows his ID front side. Not show the I-card back side details.
Actually His name was Mr Pradyumna Kumar Behera from SBI card - BBSR office. Than within few minutes he returned back. How SBI card can do unsocial works and harass to my family.
I am demanding as compensation of Rs 2.00 lakhs from SBI card for harassment to my family members, from 234 days I am mentally pressurized for sbi card threaten for payment without resolving the problem and threaten for SIBIL.

After several attempts one Dinesh told me to wait for 3 days before credit can happen and told me if it was a cheque paid into bank, I had to wait 4 days! As per message it will give credit on 9th. Which is Sunday. Phone pe is a harassment company. In collusion with bad bank employees not crediting payee after debiting account. Electronic tfr takes less than 5 minutes. Your complaint has been registered with ticket no: [protected]. Plz quote this no. While making any enquiry about your complaint. Expected resolution time is 45 working days. I know even after 45 days nothing going to happen. I don't know how will someone succeed with unjust money.

not any type of sitting and water facility for parents

My exam centre was om institute of science and technology, Juglan, Hisar, Haryana. My father have to wait outside the centre for an hour. In the temperature of 48°C, there was no any type of drinking water and sitting facilities outside the centre. Almost all persons (300-400) presented there was discussing about the facilities provided by SBI to the parents.
Such type of facilities should be provided to the parents in this scorching heat. You should also take care of parents among with students.

My name is Mrs. GAnnamani Naga Venkata Vara Lakshmi W/o Ramesh, I have taken Crop loan of Rs. 100, 000.00 in State Bank of India, Deverapalli, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh (Bank IFSC Code : SBIN0021324). We were charging the higher Interest rate of about 12.15% against normal Crop loan interest of 7.0%. We have been asking the Bank staff for the last 2 years on this issue. But they are saying that we can't do any thing on this as it is getting calculating automatically.
I am here with attaching the Statement of my Loan account for your ready reference.
Hence, you are requested to look into this and refund my excess interest. Also we understand that upto Rs. 100, 000.00 loan there is no Interest. In such case my total interest which was collected is supposed to be refund to me.

My brother has some credit card dues on his SBI credit card. We had tried to settle the matter by asking them for settlement but they did not consider anything and were very adamant about everything!
Now this person Piyush Rajpurohit (Employee Id 420443, Phone Number : 62840016) is calling one of our neighbour continously and asking for my brother! That girl has nothing to do in all this! They got her number because she has a branch in SBI. This is how SBI bank is using its customers data in an un ethical way!
Using it for wrong purpose. They do not have any right to call someone else like that!
Also the agents are calling even after 7pm and also on Saturdays! And firstly calling some one else is just not what you can do!

I have made a payment of Rs. 3776 on 24th Nov 2018 on Jabong via PayZapp UPI linked to my SBI account. The amount was successfully refunded by Jabong on 30th Nov 2018 with ARN no. manager nagababu his behaviour bad attitude in lady customers .he is not a manager he is arressed in staff and kiosk 5 csps. He harrament 2 kiosk csp they resined also.take action immedeatly to sbi manager We have accounts in SBI adb jaggayyapet from our family.
1. The contact number they gave us does not exist.
2. they work from 11 am to 4 pm including a lunch break from 1:30 to 2:30. they are supposed to work from 10 am to 5 pm. even during the so called ''working hours'' they are doing their own thing, ignoring the customers.
3. there is no organised system to cater to customers. everything is Hodge Podge. no token system. they deal with customers in a crowded, random fashion. not enough time to ask our questions and get information.
4. some of the staff is rude and gruff. some staff is unresponsive and uncooperative. the manager is always, always busy with his computer and phone, ignoring the customers.
5. the staff themselves does not know the right procedure and forms to do things. they give us wrong information.
6. their attitude when we come to them or ask questions is as if we are a nuisance and bothering them. they are not ready to help.
7. i needed a new passbook. i went to the bank many times, the staff turned me down saying the machine is not working or we are out of passbooks or we are out of bar-codes or computer is not working. many months passed. finally i went stood in line for 20 minutes, got my turn. they gave me a new passbook but their machine in the ATM vestibule was not working so i asked them to update it. they did update it but kept chiding me for not regularly updating passbook as if it was my fault when they kept turning me down every time i came to the bank.
8. the bank staff are very bad at using computers, typing and doing the most basic things on computers. 9.in anumanchipalli 3500 sbi customers suffer their transactions like deposits, withdrawns, money transfers accounts opens etc this villege adopted sbi but there is no customer service point .manager did not give bc point in this villege, this villege people also give a requiest, but he cannot give a permission appointment kiosk bank csp we hope we are solve this problem immedeatly,
