State Bank of India [SBI] lost of 5000/- through atm

Dear sir,

I lost my 5000/- at city-akluj disst solapur (maharastra) through the atm (bank of baroda). when I was using the atm machine and withdrawing the money the atm machine lost the electricity during the processing. the accurate time was 6:45 pm date 06/07/2008. I complaint several time at my home branch vidisha which sbi branch code is 1986. every time they are taking very lightly my problem and not taking any appropriate action. so plz take appropriate action to sort out my problem as soon as possible.

Sir,

I have one ATM card of State Bank of Salar (West Bengal) bearing a/c No. [protected]. On 19/09/2009 (Saturday) at about 14:22 hrs I used ATM Card No. [protected] at J&K Bank ATM counter located at Miran Sahib, Jammu. I put the card in ATM machine and made the Transaction for withdrawal of Rs 20, 000/- but I didn’t received any amount from ATM Machine (TXN No. 2511). Then after, on 21/09/09 after checking mini statement through SBI ATM Jammu, I found that Rs 20, 000/- has been debited from my account.

I am presently serving in Border Security Force and deployed at Jammu. I am unable to contact SBI Salar (West Bengal) in which my account is existing due to exigency of my service. I have sent an written application along with the requisite form regarding the above said matter to Branch Manager, SBI Salar on 24/09/09. The concerned bank i.e SBI Salar (West Bengal) has already taken up the case for early remittance of above mentioned amount to my account but till date the same amount not yet credited to my account.

In view of the above, it is earnestly requested that concerned branch/bank may be approached to do the needful and my wrong debited amount of Rs 20, 000/- may please be credited in to my account at the earliest and would be ever grateful to you.

SUB: WRONG/DUPLICATE DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT FROM
SAVING ACCOUNT NUMBER [protected]

Sir,

1. I am holding saving account No. [protected] at SBI Udhampur with ATM card facility.

2. On 22 November 08, I had visited SBI ATM, at Army complex Chinar (Udhampur) to withdraw RS. 3500/- from my SBI Account No. [protected] using my ATM Card. When I made the transaction neither the amount not the transaction slip came out from the ATM, however the machine displayed the message ‘transaction cancelled’. Again I tried for withdrawal for the same amount i.e. Rs. 3500/- and the transaction was successful this time. Then taken out the Mini statement regarding my account and I noticed that an amount of Rs. 3500/-was debited twice on that date (i.e. 22 November 08) despite the first transaction was not materialized. Copy of Pass book showing the entries are enclosed for your ready reference.

3. I had reported the matter to your branch in writing on 23 November 08 and made several personal visit in this regard but the amount of Rs. 3500/- which was wrongly deducted from my account has not been credited to me till date. I had also intimated that the same to my parent branch of SBI but they have also not done anything till now.

4. May I request you to kindly verify your records and credit the amount to my account at the earliest and confirm the same to me I should not be subjected to lose Rs. 3500/- for the problem by the machine & negligence by the dealing man.

State Bank of India [SBI] unwanted/un-expected charges due to mistakes by the state bank of india (sbi)

How to earn from virtual zero?

How to earn rs 12000 by investing rs 2000 in a year?

Any one can answer these question?

No one case! Only credit-cards service provider banks can answer these questions.

Like others, I am being penalised/harassed/teased by the credit card branch, state bank of india (Sbi).

How they are earning from their customers, here are few traps I got into:

1. Suppose your last date for the credit card bill payment if very near. There is no way to make the payment at the counter, the other options are:

- call their agents for cheque collection - there are some hidden charges or possibility is there that collection agent don't come with the time.

- drop cheque in drop box

A cheque can be defaced on both the options, which means that they got opportunity to charge for the same. First you will charge for non clearance of your cheque by your bank (For which cheque belongs to) due to cheque got defaced. Secondly you will charged for the late payment as it will take some time for you to know about, if your cheque has been cleared or not. And by the time you will issue a new cheque the due date will be exceeded.

The thing is sbi/ (Credit card agencies) can deface the cheque issued by you as there is not way to track the same. Another thing is that they never inform their customer (S) regarding the same and presenting the cheque to your bank. This is trap! You can't escape.

Once this is done, there is another trap! Earn from virtual zero :)

Now possibility is there that you will call to the customer care saying that this is not your fault. After having some argument they will accept the thing once and will assure you that they will reverse the charges for the same.

Now you will make the payment for the thing you were supposed to be. But trap!
They are consider that (Late fee)/ (Cheque bounce) charges as a part of your payment that particular month. Thought they will reverse the charges as the committed, an interest will be charges in the next month statment.

The worst/silly fellow in sbi customer care is the ajay bharti as it needs lots of time to give him the understanding about the wong thing they have done.

State Bank of India [SBI] ambiguity in billing

From last six months I m using SBI Card. It's the worst card I've ever used.Customer service is very bad. Customer care executives don't have the manners of how to talk to their customers. Billing statements have lot of ambiguities because of which I've been charged 400Rs. extra for finance charges and when tried to talk to call center they talk very rudely.

This is my advise to all people. Plz don't go for SBI credit card.

State Bank of India [SBI] rejection of application

I had applied for sbi platinum credit card on 24.07.08 via acknowledgment no. S0004518389 and application no. is [protected]. Along with application i had submitted my pan card and credit card statement. I was surprised when I received a SMS saying my application has been rejected and there was no reason mentioned. At least they should mention the exact reason otherwise I will doubt about my creditworthiness.

I AGREE WITH THE COMPLAINT, MINE IS THE SIMILAR CASE MY APPLICATION NO: S [protected], THIS WAS MY 4TH ATTEMPT IN LAST 2 YEARS, AGAIN TODAY WHEN I ENQUIRED THE ANSWER WAS " REJECTION" WITHOUT STATING REASON, WHEN PROTESTED THEY TALK TERMS, CONDITIONS OF SBI CARD & HANG UP,

A WEEK BACK I AM TOLD THAT THERE IS ACARD IN INACTIVE MODE IN MY NAME ( I CANCELLED IN 2007), I QUESTION THE ATHORITIES CONCERNED WHEN I EARNING 3 TIMES LESSER DURING 2004 I WAS ISSUED A CARD, NOW I AM IN BETTER POSITION & CAN AFFORD A CARD IT IS GETTING REJECTED TIME & AGAIN,

I WAS GIVEN A EMAIL ID (feedback.gesbi@ge.com), I DOUBT THE EMAIL ID, IS A FACE SAVING IN FACT AVOID A CUSTOMER RULE OF SBI CARD.

State Bank of India [SBI] wrong bill statements

Hello,

Yesterday I recieved a credit card statement for my sbi card. They have put some late payments and some other charges but till date i've not done any shopping form it. And from the last 4 months I am out of india. Dont knoe wat is happening.

Now I want sbi credit card department to send me the zero bill statement and deactivate my card.

helo sir i m poonkannan last five month i m using sbi credit card every month up to date i cleard all payment but Yesterday i recieved a credit card statement for my SBI card. total amount to pay rs.7000but i used only for rs.1600 i think They have put some late payments and some other charges but till date i've not done any shopping form it. Dont knoe wat is happening.nobody giving proper answer..nobody pick the call...is this your way of giving customer satisfaction?very bad

State Bank of India [SBI] fake charges debited from credit card and delay in sending monthly statement month on month basis

Dear sir,
this is sumit ganguly sbi card holder[card no - [protected]] being harrashed by different problems and fake charges which are as follows;-
.
1. late payment fees [excl gst rs 43.26] rs 350
2. annual fee [excl gst rs 92.70] rs 750
3. total gst for current stmt rs 230.97.

On the base of this following clarification asked to sbi customer service head is as follows-

1. I have been clearly instructed at the time of assigning the card that its life time free card so after that also annual fee got charged and also would like to intimate that my card got lapsed as on 06/08 and I have denied to renew the card and already instructed this to customer care but after that also I got charged for renewal as on 03/07/08 whethr my card got lapsed prior to that.

2. after receiving the payment for the month of june of rs 1790 via cheque no-909657 received by sbi as on 9.06.08 also I got charged for late payment whether the due date was 23 rd of every month.

3. there is no propoer clarification mentioned for gst debit fo current stmt charged month on month basis on my card.

4. as per the may month statement total outstanding shown rs 8021 and also and encash ammount of rs 34000 total comes to rs 42, 021 but on the month of july statement its shown that total ammount due is rs 15589.45 and enacash ammount is rs 34, 807.50 total comes to rs 48, 739.45 which shows a difference ammount of rs 6717.50 charged completely fake on my statement whether I have not made any transaction on june 2008 and also not received the statement for the month of june.
There is massive discripancies shown on my month on month statement.
5. I have already made a payment of rs 2403 as august 08 paymet as on 07.08.08 via cheque no 059211whether I havn’t received the statement for the month of august also.

6. each an evry month I have to send mail to request you to send the statement.

. I have intimated sbi several times but after that also month on month basis im facing the same problem whether lots of difference shown on my statement and also this is not shorted out properly nor any action taken from sbi to prevent this fraud.

NOT ONLY LATE IN SENDING BUT TRYING TO GIVE LOAN AT VERY CHEAP RATE, THERE AFTER CHARGES IN HUGE AMOUNT.LASTLY NO NOC WILL BE GIVEN. EVERY TIME U CALLS NEW EXECUTIVE ENTERTAINS.WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION. State Bank of India [SBI] unauthorized debit

My Bank debit INR 8000/- from my account, they show it as shopping using card. But i fully sure that i never use my ATM card for any shopping or online payments. My card's No. and ATM's PIN No. is also very confidential so where my money gone? I want to know on which account/bank my amount was debited.

My younger brother's account is debat by 30, 000 in a day but he cash only 25000, for this Unauthorized debit we are given two times Application but every time bank magnger told, your money will be return within 2 days, but Still 75 days is gone we didn't get any positive result,

State Bank of India [SBI] unauthorized payment

I have received statement on 19/July/2008. Observed that, payment to LIC of India. My premium amount also similar to the same initially, i have not noticed. After 2 days, there is change in premium amount, and I remember, i have paid through ICICI online payment. Then, I called, Call centre, that time I do not have the policy no. I enquired with Call centre guy. This is the amoung is seems to be higher, can you confirm the LIC Policy no. He has given the Policy no. I have already registered in LIC website. I have logged and enroll this polich no. Then, I come to know that, it is totally new policy no. which is owned by a unknown lady name. 15 minutes after I called, SBI call centre and communicate the issue. But, the call centre guy is refused to take the complaints. And, he said you only authorised the payment. I refused, i do not know the person. How come i can authrose a payment to them. I have argued with the guy, even he is not interested to take the compaint.
then i wrote the mail to email addrsss given in the statement. Waiting for the feedback. The way the credit card team is working it is highly dangeros. Normally, I am very the statement carefully. As per the Bank, the payment were received even before. I have shocked to here this. I do not know, how it is possible.
This i need to sort out legaly and through consumer forum. Please guide any one.

State Bank of India [SBI] entered my name in cibil with inaccurate information

I gowri shankar gavara applied for sbi credit card and got it.

As a new credit card member to the bank.. sbi has offered me giving 32, 000rs/- dd free of interest for 3 months, and

Nominal fee 300rs - to be paid on receiving the amount. as promised by sbi, they have sent dd to my office address.

I couldnt receive the dd due to my office dispatch departmenet misplaced the dd.

I didnt encash the 32, 000rs/- in my bank account. I was not aware that they were sending credit card statements to office address.

Eventhough I received the credit card I didnt use the card.

After few months I got a mobile message from sbi asking me to pay 52, 000rs/-.

Since they were keep on adding the interest on non credited 32, 000rs - in my account.

Immediately I complained to customer care and told them to revert back the fees whatever they charged.

Customer care said its their mistake of charging the customer and said they will revert the charges.

Due to personal reasons I applied for personal loan in private bank and came to know that my name has been entered

In cibil by credit card department (sbi), so bank declined my personal loan request.

They suggested me to remove my entry from cibil as early as possible.

Then I approached sbi credit card customer care and requested send me no due certificate and removal of my name

From cibil.

Two months later (after so much struggle, calling once in two days to customer care) I received no due certificate from sbi avp customer care.

Customer care is not updating the cibil database, since removal of my entry is not their scope.

I am fedup with the delay in process.. almost I lost 3 months in followup of removal of my name from cibil.

Could you please suggest me how can I deal this (removal of my name from cibil).

Can I put complain in consumer court?

State Bank of India [SBI] wrongly debited amount of rs.25,000

I was using the SBI card since 2017, In the month of April 2017 they had issued the pay order of Rs. 25, 000/- which we had not received & they wrongly debited the amount of Rs.25000/- (Twenty five thousand) in my SBI card statement & also they have started EMI for this amount. After observing my statement I had complained to SBI regarding the wrong debit of the amount, which they had also confirmed that they had got the pay order back. But despite the complaint they have debited my account with Rs.25000/- & also charged Late payment Fees, & interest on unpaid EMI in my account.

I have spoken to customer service & send the mails; but they told that late fees & interest has to be paid. I had also mailed to them stated that I am not going to use in future, the same thing was informed to customer service by phone. I have also given them written complaint on 15th March, 2017, but they have taken no action & added unnecessary charges in my account.

Now recently, I have received the legal notice from Lawyers Inc. Ref:QL/150/JUNE/LOT6/PT1/08/3321 stating that my total outstanding Rs.70286.72 on 25-Jun-2017, if i don’t pay, they will take appropriate legal action against me to recover the dues with interest and other charges.

Also they have given my name in defaulter's list which is spoiling my image in all banks.

An amount of Rs350/ is charged towards late fee this month. Though I have dropped Cheque (MICR ICICI Cheque) well in advance at Penderghast road ATM DROP BOX. Penalizing in this fashion is not justified keeping in tack of credits around 2 years. I wish to revert Rs.350/ in line with good business gesture. Your billing intimation is worst in comparison other CC operators Still you are very prompt on penalization. On line feed back from web site is not passing the mails.

During one of their marketing campaigns, the agents of SBI Credit Card thrust over me a credit card. I am very meticulous in using my credit cards. I also have credit cards of HSBC, HDFC, AMEX and Stanchart. I rarely use my credit card and always believe in using a debit card as there are no further headaches. I used SBI credit card during the past 3-4 months and was paying the bill in full (I never avail any credit). Last month also, I dropped my cheque in SBI branch in Anna Salai Chennai. Suddenly, on 28.08.2017, I received a call from one Mr.Thomas (if I remember the name correctly) who asked me to pay Rs.400 as minimum payment. I informed to him that all the bills are paid. He pleaded that the latest bill is not paid and the bill is delivered to one Mrs.Padmini. He also confirmed that all the bills are delivered to Mrs.Padmini. Again I confirmed that in the complex of four houses where I stay, there is no person by that name. But he never accepted it and insisted that he would send the executive for collection of the amount.

I informed him that I would like to pay the entire dues as I do not want any credit to continue. He was not aware what the balance was and as a passing remark, he told it is around Rs.3790. He also in an accusing tone told me that I have made some purchases against the credit card. He asked me what my conclusion was. I reiterated to him that I would like to pay it in full and he can send his executive along with an up to date statement. He said, he can't do that and insisted for Rs.400. He also pleaded his inability to raise a duplicate bill or send any e-mail to me. When I was clear that I want to make the payment in full, he said, in a concluding tone "OK, We will take action against you".

On 29th Aug, I received three calls from three different people from SBI Credit card asking for Rs.400. Finally, I could talk to one Sheela and informed her that I would like to pay it in full. She said, the balance is Rs.5,138. She would be sending the executive not today (29th) but tomorrow (30th).

I have all the doubts - are they really doing some good business? The person who threatened me with action, can he be called a salesperson? I also told him to verify my earlier transactions and he can note that I have always paid the amount in full, without availing a single paisa credit. For information, I always maintain a small credit balance in all my credit card accounts - I do not want to get into the whirlpool of these tactics.

Can anyone tell the people calling to understand that not all the credit card holders are thieves or defaulters. Resorting to threatening of action is become a fashion of today. If it crosses a certain level of tolerance, this tactic is sure to explode. Can anyone also clarify as to how the balance was Rs.3790 yesterday and shot up to Rs.5138 today? What is the system? I am unable to understand.

The very fact that this complaint board says there are 53 complaints on this company, raises a doubt in the user's mind as to whether the people talking to the customers know the business and their own limitations?

I have applied for SBI card in the month of November 2017 thhrough our State bank of Hyderabad, gunfoundry Hyderabad branch as i am a employee of State Bank of Hyderabad with a promise that the card will be delivered at my residence with in 15 days. But even after 5 months i could not here anything from you. Whenever i call the SBI card people sitting at our Gunfoundry branch they say they don't know about the card.

I request you to cancel the issue of credit card.

I m using SBI Credit Card having expiry date February 2017. Last month i would like to purchase through that card. But unfortunately I could not swape the card. Then I knew that my card is expired. It was my mistake. But Bank is also responsible for this. Bank should issue a new card with new date before expire existing card. And in between this the Bank by Phone Executive called me from Mumbai and was asking me that why I am not using this SBI Credit Card..? Such a Irresponsible Service of SBI Credit Card Department...

I hv already deposite all money in my craditcard account y u hv not closed my account, close it ill not be responcible for it, I hd received last statment of 6210/- rs on april 06 unnacessory u add me some bima money which I donor requir, then I talk to costmor care dept n close my account with 6210/- rupes n break my card n send u but u not close my account, unnacessory u r sending me bills, now if u send me again so ill go in consumer phorum, u always disturb my mind to send me sms on mobile if u not close it so ill complaint u in polise station, now plz finish my all account n never disturb me, ajay dubey bhopal

For the past year, we have been getting calls on our mobile number from GE collection centre(Cards), regarding payment of outstanding dues for some Sarmistha Bose..
Theirr pestering has been incessant although we have told them numerous times that in no way do know any one by that name.

The number we have been getting calls from is +91 11 [protected] and many more numbers from that series..

Please help us out. My mother is a patient of chronic renal failure and she gets very much disturbed by these pesky calls which disturbs her sleep..

Kindly help us out.

NB:These guys /girls calling have the audacity to say that if our mobile number is causing the problem, we should go and change our number!

I am holding SBI Credit card from last 2 years . After 1year completion my card became invalid (Validity period of the card is 1 Year). But every month i am receiving the statement from SBI credit card and they are charging Rs.100 Every month. Regarding this i spoke to call center several time every time they assure me to revise the validity period. I frequently sending the mail to Head SBI credit card, every time they will send the mail saying that they will solve the problem, But till date it is not happening. Its really annoying and unreasonable act from sbi that for invalid card i am paying Rs.100 every month. After paying 1000 Rs. i stopped the payment last month, but they charged 450 Rs.

Now, they have charged me some heavy interest and financial charges. While i asked for the explanation, they have nothing to say except harassing calls for payment.

I am holding SBI GOLD Credit card from last six months. I am not getting the bills on time and messages from sbi card. Apart from that i when i told this to sbi people, i am getting harrasing calls from sbi call centre, delhi.

its really annoying and unreasonable act from sbi that without sending the bill they are harrasing the gold card holder members.

now, they have charged me some heavy interest and financial charges. while i asked for the explaintation, they have nothing to say except harrasing calls for payment.

I had my Credit card disabled, since I failed to make payments on time. I called the Customer Support twice, to check what the procedure is, to activate the card. It was told to me that I have to clear the complete amount and once the payment is received the card will be activated. I made the payment and on receiving, when I called up to get the card activated, they inform me that they cannot activate my card. Instead, they will send me a new card with a new credit card number and that it will take 9 days again, to make this happen.

I had given my credit card number to pay for my Visa processing. Due to this issue, my payment is going to be rejected and the process is going to be delayed... for God knows how long.

The Customer Support not just gave me incorrect information, but was completely unwilling to accept any responsibility. The Supervisor did sound curt and rude instead of trying to help me out.

I have a credit Card of State Bank of India In statement for the month of August '09 and September '09, I
found that my cheque of HDFC Bank Ltd, Exhibition Road, Patna Ch No.0142621 dated 25.08.2017 for Rs.17720.00 settlement No.[protected] dated 25.08.2017 and Ch No.0142623 dated 26.08.2017 for Rs.100.00 settlement No.[protected] dated 26.08.2017 full & Final payment and deposit with State Bank Of India, Branch Exhibition Road, Patna Cheque Collection Box same date. Others payment collection by Credit Card Division for Rs.1250.00 by local messenger dated 08.09.2017 and told this amount adjustment but and this cheque Rs.1250.00 amount shall be transferred to SBI Card account([protected]) in the name of ANIL KUMAR has shown penalty as well as annual card fee also which was agreed by SBI CARD management not pay in future and I continue the card. Kindly direct SBI CREDIT CARD management either pay back me all false charges of August ‘09 and September '09 billing or otherwise cancel my Credit Card. I am a honest payer of regular credits but SBI

CARD is not maintaining creditability.

State Bank of India [SBI] showing low funds

I'm an account holder in sbi GRMC branch Gwalior, MP, under Gurumayum Sanahal Sharma account no: [protected], I last withraw Rs 15, 000/00 on 10-06-08 & came to USA on the same day i.e. on
10-06-08 at 1:50 am . But my account is showing only Rs 4345.81 instead of Rs 14345.81, my statement is showing an atm withrawal of Rs 10, 000/00 (Rupees ten thousands only ) on 11-06-08, it is the day when i was already in USA.

Above all my atm card is a domestic card where i can withrawn in India only, it is not an international card also.

Pliz solve my problem becoz I'm in usa I can't go to GRMC branch, Gwalior, MP as I'm abroad now.

State Bank of India [SBI] illegal billing by sbi credit card

Myself Vidya R Prasad, I got SBI Gold Card on [protected] & after 30 Day I got message for pay 1, 000/- Rs. from SBI Delhi office, Then I was surprised How they were telling me to pay any amount when I did not used SBI card Till Date as well as never willing to use SBI Card in future also, Then I just made complain no "MQ0070140076482" to block my card well as cancellation of illegal making such a ambiguous payment for future too.

As Customer service agent telling me that They courier (Rs Ten Thousand) RS 10, 000/- DD/cheque at my Office address Satyam computers Manikchand Ikon, But I am surprised when I received SBI Gold card at my residence address then whom to take permission SBI Deliver cheque at Office address...? And courier person Deliver that cheque to whom? When I did not received any cheque Till Date.

2nd most Imp. Thing is when I did not receive any Cheque as well as not Deposited any cheque at my account then How SBI continue Keep on charging after cancellation request. Why not SBI Enquired real fact that:

1> 1> whom to handed over that DD/courier by courier person?

2> & which account that DD/cheque will be deposited?.

3> If Courier person really handed over that DD/ Courier to any illegal person then what is that DD/ Cheque no. why not SBI blocked that DD/ Cheque for future transaction after my file complaints.

If a face such type of any illegal outstanding economical &mental Harassment then I compel to file case against you people. I am very serious regd. this matter beco'z I regularly getting call from Mob no [protected] regd clear outstanding bill amount.

I am still facing worst experience with SBI credit card.

I have owned a SBI card from 2 years. In the 1st year I dont have any outstanding amount or pending bill. I have cleared all for what I have purchased. But from last 7 months SBI card sending me bill of Rs.2597/- which outstanding against my account in last 6months without any transaction or purchased by this card. I am asking SBI customer care division for what I am charged for but they are not replying anything and asking me to pay all the pending amount. Please sir help me. and give me your suggession how to get rid of this problem.

I am also holding an SBI card. and I am getting abusing calls from +91 [protected] date 10/nov/2008 and time 12:06 / 12:08 PM, [protected] date 10/nov/2008 time 12.00/ 12.05PM. As soon as I got first bill from them, I went to pay the same in SBI Bank branch by cash. There I came to know that SBI credit card division has "NOTHING TO WITH SBI BANK" and they also said non of the branch would be taking the payment for them. Later some person from the creditcard division come and collect the payment from me by cash, but not regular, and so they slap me with huge late payment fee and so on. It continued for years. At the end the card is blocked. But later I realize that some of the payment I made is not reflecting on their bill. So I asked them for the explanation and also I asked them the details of the payment along with the cash receipt number they issued to me. They are refusing to do so. Now am refusing to pay them the pending amount since they are unable to produce the receipt details they issued to me along with the payment amount I made.

State Bank of India [SBI] wrong bill amount

I, had a SBI credit card which was valid only from September’2003 to August’2004. In the above period my total purchase amounted to Rs.84, 802/-. Where as I have already paid an amount Rs.86, 051/-, including a flexipay interest of Rs.904/- and processing fees of Rs.291.43 and government S.Tax of Rs.51.65. But SBI continued to send bills to me with some fictitious amounts, and this was communicated to the bank. Subsequently as per instruction of SBI Collection Manager, Mr. Dhiraj Khanna I paid further Rs.250/- on 24/11/2004 as final settlement. Mr. Khanna again instructed me to pay further Rs.140/- to make final settlement and I paid the amount on 25/01/2005. But SBI continued to send bills to me with ever increasing amount.

On 04/06/2005 I had talk with Mr. Kumar of your Delhi office. I faxed detail on 07/06/2005. (Acknowledgment Ref No. MQ0042060030513). And again had a talk with Ms. Rekha Adhikari of SBI Payment Assistance Unit, Kolkata 14/09/2005 at 11:30 a.m. and she also agreed that the whole problem is due to inconsistency of SBI. So please stop sending bills to me as I do not accept any liability. I understand that I have paid extra amounts of Rs.250/-(24/11/2004) and Rs.140/-(25/01/2005) after being mislead by Mr. Dhiraj Khanna. I have surrendered my card long back on 2004 but till today I am getting calls from SBI with threatening which is really a mental harassment to me.

SBI credit card service is a real BULL SHEET.

DELHI BRANCH OF RS. 2250.00 (RUPEES TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED & FIFTY ONLY) FOR THIS COLLECTION OF SAID MONEY. UNFORTUNATELY, THE AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN COLLECTED STILL NOW UNDER LANKA STATE BANK OF INDIA, LANKA BRANCH.

I deposited the CITI Bank cheque for collection on 25-05-2009, in Madurai SBI Lady doak college branch, still i didnt get the status of the cheque . SBI people told that they send the cheque to CITI Bank branch of Chennai, but till now 26-06-09 i didnt get the status of the cheque, i dnt knw what's going on in SBI response, customer satisfaction is very poor in SBI.

State Bank of India [SBI] scam and cheating

I had applied for an account with SBI hoping that the same would give me online banking facility. But while trying to login with the kit they provided, the site says "invalid userid/password". There is not much help available. The branch manager had given me a mobile no. which he is not at all picking and the 24 hr helpdesk is also not of much help. Sometimes our belief fail us. This is one example for the same.

SBI Gowliguda Branch Hyderabad is infamous in dealing with customer I was issue debit atm card with name embossed as Perugu (instead Of Perugu Balasubramanyam) and issued a cheque book Perugu Subramanyam pass book updation with another used passbook when ever u visit this Particular Branch they guide u to come tomorrow which tomorrow never comes. Hope some body in authority S B I Will certainly go through my complaint.

Hi,

I would like to complaint about state Bank Of India Laon department which is located in Bandra, Mumbai.I had applied for an housing loan from SBI & my proposal was presented on the 21st July 2008 and i had done all my stamp duty & registartion.After submitting all documents there was o movement from their part for more than 1month.After continous follow-ups on 20 th Augsut after 1 month i was told that my loan is approved but the amount which i had asked for will ot be granted.When i asked the reason they said it was due to valuation, The valuation report had come to the STATE BANK OF INDIA ON 5TH AUGUST i was informed regarding the same on the 20th August & as i had already spent more than 1 month by bulider is after me like anything.When i contacted the AGM of th Bank he simply said rather rudely sorry.This is waht service they provide..

State Bank of India [SBI] abused by debt collector

I have a balance of 25874 on my SbI credit card and i wanted to pay the same amount in few installment however when i raised the same concern with the debt collector she got angry and become very arrogant and and told me "if i cant afford a credit card why the hell do use the card", and then then she started abusing me starting with ###, mo&^fu#@, and every possible thing and when i asked her to escalate the issue and transfer the line to her manager but she hung up on me. Same thing was escalated to sbi head of customer service via mail but i never got any satisfactory answer.

Till date i am still waiting for their reply with solution.

I am having Saving Bank account in your Chidambaram branch from past 1.5 years.
My account number is [protected]. Last June 9th 2008 I made a 1000 INR transaction in Chidambaram branch ATM at 14:04. On that time I was hear the money counting sound from the machine but I did not get any output (money) from the machine. But unfortunately in my mini statement it has denoted by withdrawal of 1000 INR from my account on that time.

Immediately I gave a written statement to my branch. They informed me that they would take a necessary action ASP. But still date I did not get any response from my branch. So kindly consider my query and do the needful.

The transaction is being shown twice in line statement and I am losing Rs.10000/- in the process.

State Bank of India [SBI] very poor & careless marketing approach

I had applied online for getting SBI Credit Card (Platinum). I received several phone calls on mobile from SBI Cards Service Agents. Their so called executives met me thrice and collected every time from me, Copy of PAN Card, Salary Slip, Copy of Driving Licence but the card has not yet been issued to me. On 07/05/2008, I again received phone call from 011-[protected] followed by a confirmation call from 011-[protected]. They again foolishly enquired those things which I had already informed us for several times. They again insisted me to provide same documents (PAN Card, Salary Slip & Driving Licence) to their executive who supposed to come to me between 2.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. on 07/05/2008. I had been waiting for him till 6.30 p.m. but no body came to me. Now I am waiting for more foolish calls of the same type from SBI Card Services who are reluctantly doing this job of marketing of SBI Credit Card.

I am pasting the mail sequence sent to sbi against the complain, but no one has bothered to respond

After making full n final settlement also, your executives are again calling me for o/s amount and talking very rude and in abusive language.

This is really disgusting and no one is responding to my mails also.

If the case is not resolved within this week, i'll go to consumer court.
