Paid down paymint on a car and was told it was unavalable so a new one was brought in. The sales guy was nice and helped me pick out a car that fit my budget. The finance guy was a bit pushy but got me a good rate. Overall, happy with my purchase and the service at Steele Ford Lincoln.

Steele Ford Lincoln I got a new ride from Steele Ford Lincoln in May

I got a new ride from Steele Ford Lincoln in May. Ford paid off my old loan and my new payments were to start on June 19. But on June 2, Ford took out another payment of $960 from my account for the old loan by "accident". I told Steele Ford and they said it was Ford Credit's fault and they couldn't do anything. They said they'd send me a check on June 16 to pay me back. But it's June 25 now and I still haven't got my money back. And then on June 18, they took another $930 from my account for the new loan. I know mistakes happen, but when I told them on June 2 that they took my money, I asked them to send me a check or just put the money back in my account. Steele said they couldn't do that. They said I'd get my money "eventually". I said they took my money and they should give it back ASAP. It's been more than three weeks and I still haven't got "my" money.

Steele Ford Lincoln I went to Steele Ford Lincoln last July 30 because my check engine light was on

I went to Steele Ford Lincoln last July 30 because my check engine light was on. There were three problems, but I only asked them to fix two: the p0422 and the p0299. They fixed it, but after a couple of days, the p0299 code lighted up again. I brought it back, and they fixed it again, but after a couple of days, it lighted up again. I brought it back, but they said there was no problem with it. So, I took it to another Ford service to check the problem, and it cost me $172 just to show them it was the same problem. They changed something without checking what the real problem was, and after a couple of days, it lighted up again. I brought it back to them and talked to the assistant manager, and he told me they would fix it. So, I brought my car back again for service, and the service advisor told me that they would call me when they got the parts for my car. I called them every week, asking if my car parts were already there, but they said it was not yet. So, I asked them what parts they were waiting for, and they told me it was a seatbelt bolt. I did not ask them to fix my seatbelts; I asked them to fix the code p0299, which was a problem with the turbo that they were fixing from the first time. It has already been more than a month, and they have not called me back. I hope you can help me. Thank you very much, keep safe, and have a nice day.

Steele Ford Lincoln We got a used 2018 *** Macan from Steele Ford on September 22nd

We got a used 2018 *** Macan from Steele Ford on September 22nd. They said it would come on October 3rd but it was late. We've been paying for the car and insurance since we signed the contract, which isn't right. When we got the car, we saw that the tires were wrong. The sticker on the door said it needed 265/45/R20 in the front and 295/40/R20 in the back. But they sent it with 265/45/R20 on all 4 wheels, which is bad for the car and could hurt it. We talked to the sales guy *** and he said the dealer should buy new tires. We didn't care about the brand, just the size. They didn't lower the price because of the mistake, but we still bought it. The dealer is in NS and we're in ON, so we couldn't check the tires ourselves. We trusted them to do it right. But the tires they used can't be found in ON or NS. Nagy Abdou said we should split the cost of the mistake. *** gave them a price but they didn't answer the email. We've been trying to fix this fast, but the dealer doesn't seem to care. They won't take responsibility for the wrong tires, rims, or balancing. Me and my son have been really worried and stressed out. We can't get the car from our *** dealer because of this. They wanted to send the tires over but that would take too long. It's not fair that we can't drive our car because of a mistake by Steele Ford. We have the *** invoice and the tire sizes in the car and on the tires.
