Mixed Experiences with Vistaprint
As someone who has been ordering products from Vistaprint for a while, I understand the mixed feelings that come with using their services. While the online tools make the process simple and clear, there have been instances where mistakes in orders were not rectified promptly. I have used vistaprint for most of my business marketing
I have used vistaprint for most of my business marketing needs. As Sara D. Said, taking your time while designing your projects makes a huge difference. Also making sure that if you are uploading images to make sure you are using ones of excellent quality. I utilized the double side printing on my biz cards, and was very pleased with the end product. I have also had lawn signs printed that were phenominal (very cost effective). The car magnets I had done didn't last as long as I wanted, but I couldn't complain. They cost less than 15 bucks, plus I got one free. I also had window clings done for my shoppe. Overall I am very pleased with everything that I have gotten. Not to mention, they throw in alot of freebies, which works great when you're trying to watch the bottom line.
Been using Vistaprint for a long long time
I've always been happy with their business cards, but this time I needed something different. I had only ever ordered one t shirt from them in the past so I had no idea how this new one was going to turn out, as this one had colours and lots of details that the first one didn't have. The order took longer than their predicted delivery date, but it was worth the wait. It ended up coming 5 days after when they said it would arrive... so it did miss the birthday that this shirt was intended as a gift for... but this person is going to absolutely LOVE the shirt when he sees it! They did such a fantastic job with it and the detail in it is AMAZING. (It was original art done by an artist I hired and I sent them the sketch to put on a shirt) The artist who did the original design was super impressed with the outcome of it as well. I cannot wait to give the birthday guy his gift now! Thank you Vistaprint for yet another order I'm super pleased with.

I recently ordered several different business cards and business card stickers. I love that I can go to the Vistaprint site and design my own. I love that I can call when I have a question or need a bit of help with the design and get a representative that knows what I am talking about and resolves my issue quickly. Fast service, quick shipping and quality products are my experience with multiple orders. But the best part is my experience with 99 Designs by Vistaprint. I was in a hurry to get a logo designed for my new business. You can either work directly with a designer or you can start a contest and invite their entire creative community to participate in your project. Designers submit ideas and you pick your favorite. I chose the contest and was totally impressed by the submissions! I fell in love with one design as soon as I saw it. The designers were all awesome and I chose the logo and designer that are a perfect fit for me. Choosing Vistaprint is a win win.

I have used Vistaprint now for a number of years for business and personal use. I love thier easy to use step by step design tools that enable you to create the most beautiful and personalised items. The provide most things from business cards to t-shirts, fridge magnets to logo design, if you want it, likelyhood is they can do it for you.
One item I notice they don't do is a useful menu template for a cafe / restaurant but thats about it.
Their prices are very fair, and to be honest you could probably find some items slightly cheaper on other sites or from printing businesses in your local area, however, you are paying for the ease of use, the thousands of excellent template designs they provide for you to use on their website and the shear conveneience of sitting and being your own graphic designer from the comfort of your own PC!
The slight downside is that once you have uploaded your design thy give you about 20 other choices of fabulous products with that design on to tempt you to purchase, you can easily skip through these (if you can resist!) and purchase just your order, beware of VAT and delivery added on before you checkout too, be sure to order in plenty of time as its cheaper to wait longer then have a priority order of less than 7 days for example.

Extremely happy with their customer service
I have used vista twice for business cards. The first time my text was too small (It was my mistake after reviewing my submitted photo). Both times, the text size and colors have been exactly as I ordered, and the color is awesome!
Today I received my first order of 11 x 17 posters, which had a couple of issues. One of them being my fault, and the other quite possibly the Mail Carrier...
I called Vistaprint (around 3:30 pm est), and waited only about 5 minutes when someone answered. The lady I spoke with was very helpful, and quick to address my concerns.
She was able to access my order, and fix the 3 photos that had a white margin. She resized my pics and re-added them to my basket at no additional charge. The other issue was bent corners on several of the posters. The box had some bent corners, which ultimately was responsible for the bent posters. I have to assume the carrier did this, as all of my individual posters were protected by cardboard.
(The colors are spot on! Visually stunning!)
Not only did Vistaprint answer all my questions, they also put an expedited reprint/ship on my order which I will get in 2 days! Amazing!
Words or wisdom:
Preview ALL of your photos online before ordering them, and make sure they get the full bleed.
Also, order ahead of time in case something like this happens. I am selling my prints at up coming craft shows. The nearest one is 12 days away, so with the 2 day expedited shipping I have peace of mind that if something is bent, there's still time to get it right.
Vistaprint gets an A+++ rating from me
Lastly, make sure your picture size is large. The larger the picture from the beginning, the better the quality for your enlargements.

I am thrilled with Vistaprint. I placed an order for a customized embroidered polo shirt as a Christmas gift. There was a fulfillment issue (on their part) with my initial order and I've since provided my recommendation to them about more thoroughly informing the customer about an unforeseen cancellation. But, every experience with them afterwards was fantastic.
They have a wide range of logos you can choose from to put on a polo shirt and then you create your own text that they embroider. I placed my order but 2 days later received a notice from them that it was being cancelled. There was no explanation as to why. I got nervous because time was ticking away. So, I called the Customer Service #. I reached the nicest, most helpful woman in their Jamaica office. She was extremely courteous and explained to me that their logo (a U.S. Navy ship) was too detailed for the stitching. Again, this will be something they must correct because it's part of their offering. However, she and I worked together both on the phone and simultaneously on their website. I chose a different, simple logo (an anchor) and within moments, she was able to display for me the revised order and how the final embroidery would look on the shirt. It went into the online cart and the order was now revised.
I just recieved the shirt yesterday (in time to give to my brother-in-law for his Christmas gift) and I couldn't be more pleased. The quality of the polo shirt is quite nice - not thin and flimsy - and the logo and embroidery are fantastic. I just know that he will really appreciate this personalized gift and wear the shirt all the time (much to the chagrin of my sister).
I will most certainly use Vistaprint for these kinds of specialty gifts. Their customer service was superior and their turnaround time and shipping of the item was incredibly fast. They're an excellent web business.
Used for many things and seem to be a cheaper option and easy platform to work with
First let me say as a small business owner, it is difficult to find cheaper marketing solutions besides social media. Vistaprint is one of those solutions and when the seem to be subpar (it happens at times)- they seem to be willing to work with you and fix it. I have used them a lot and I have called customer service 2x.
I have used their many sign options as a cheaper way to put signs on windows, and signs in the yard and on the doors, instead of spending hundreds + of dollars on other sign options. I also use their marketing tools such as business cards, brochures and postcards which amount to a lot less than using a other business that what to charge you to design and alter it for you.
First, you have to be able to design some or a lot yourself. I do design my own logo and and usually all of the above. That being said- Vistaprint has a easy and very workable platform and the will save it for you on your own portfolio. It is a win win. I have things saved for years on my portfolio. The only con is that it seems some of my older things I cannot edit but this is years later. I really can't complain. I usually just redesign using their template and add my touches which basically I redo completely but that is me. I have a art design degree under my belt.:)
When I have had to contact them- for things that are less than ideal- they are always very helpful and happy to help! That is always a A plus in my book!
I really wanted to share that if you are a small business - give them a try and see if you are able to design from their templates.
If you need their help designing- it is $5 extra. Not a real big deal for the pocket if you are having an issue. I have only used it once and it they were on the phone with me and done in minutes. Very cool!
Again- easy platform and good prices. There is usually a promo code too that can help you out and if you are not in a hurry - use the lesser shipping and they usually get it there quickly!

When I received everything, I noticed the Thank You cards looked beautiful on the outside and were perfect for the way that I requested them. However, on the inside (middle of the cards where you write) and back side of the cards the bride's name was written in small font. Well, I at least needed the name removed from the inside of the cards because it was in the way of where the writing should be, but I thought even though I didn't ask for her name on the back of the cards, it wasn't important enough to make a fuss over. It might not even be noticed anyway, and I wasn't worried as much if it were left on the back of the cards.
At the same time, the bride to be didn't like that on the Thank You cards, I chose to add the words "from (bride's name)" on the front of the cards.
So I emailed Vistaprint, and I explained the problem, as well as, the bride's request, and I asked if their was anything they could do to assist me (being that this was for my sister). I mentioned everything was beautiful, but that I needed assistance with my dilemma. I fully expected to need to pay something for at least the part that I chose to add on the cover of the cards that my sister didn't care for, so they could be reprinted to her liking. I did order a total of 50 cards after all.
I received an email back stating that they received my concerns, and they would contact me back as soon as possible but it may take up to 24 hours. Shortly later, I received an email from Ms. Kerenza Claudine, Customer Support Specialist, stating that she apologized for the situation and to speed things along, she was express shipping free of charge a new set of cards right away. She was removing the bride's name from the center of the cards, as well as, removing my typing, "from (bride's name)" on the front page. She thanked me for my business, congratulated my sister by name, and even included that I was an awesome sister for doing this for my sister!
I never even spoke to Ms. Claudine just sent the request for assistance. She automatically fixed everything free of charge with no hassles. I can't say great enough words to thank Vistaprint and Ms. Claudine for such a beautiful product, professional and caring representatives!

THEY DON'T DESERVE 1 STAR. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT USE FOR WEBMAIL!
I created my website and webmail thru vistaprint when I opened my business in 2012. It was the worst thing I have done for my business. I have not been able to transfer my emails to another webmail provider because Vistaprint said "we don't do that" which means I will lose all my information if I cancel my services. Everytime my email gets full I have to call and let them know, in 2019 they told me i had to create a new email address and move all of my emails to the new address so I can free up space... ridiculos, but since I have a business to run I had no choice. 2020 I archived my emails again, 2021 they were actually able to help me and the archived my emails. No issues, I was able to continue to work during the day while emails were backing up.
TODAY! I could not access my email via outlook logged in to my webmail and my inbox was at 92% full, I called VP and have been on the phone with them all day about 6 or 7 times. I have not been able to work all day. I asked them to archive as they did before. They said I had to do it myself - I told the customer service representative that Vistaprint did that for me in the past, she had no clue what I was talking about. I hung up, called again, spoke with different person, she said, yes we can do that - however; she informed me they were having as she said "internal issues" once on the phone with customer service I asked them not to archive, that I would call back because I need to work and access emails and did not want any issues. Customer service representative said, no problem, I will let them know not to continue the process until you call back. Well apparently they did not read the notes and they archived all my emails which meant they emptied my inbox and I am not able to access any emails, have not been able to work all day not able to reply to my clients etc. This all started at 8:00 am it is now 6:00 pm and I still cannot access my emails.
Anytime I call vistaprint I have to speak with three or four different people repeat the problem and then they put you on hold for a long time. I have done the same process for different things related to my webmail in the past, everytime I call even though I know what they need to do because I had dealt with the same issue before, people tell me something different. Vistaprint has people that are not qualified at all - it is extremely frustrating and it costs my company money everytime me or my staff are unable to use our email. As I said earlier today I was not able to read, send or reply to any emails, I spent all day on the phone with Vistaprint and nothing has been resolved...

our charity reg no 1172468 Haywill animal rescue and therapy centre have been customers with vistaprint both with printing and website. Vistaprint has cost us hundreds of pounds in donations due to the fact the website keeps being put on hold. I have contacted both vistaprint and Wix trying to sort this out to no avail. I have been paying Wix separately for email and have been trying to sort out the website. Why is this happening and what are you going to do about it. Customer service
Every time I place an order and I pay full price, I receive an email shortly afterwards with offers for money off the very items I have received. This has happened several times now. I have spoken to customers reps in the past about this and they have refunded the difference this has kept me retained as a customer. Today I dealt with a difficult customer rep by the name of Hana B who refused to help me. For this reason I will no longer be using vistaprint and will have a blog on this on my social medi to make others aware.

I ordered car door magnets to help advertise my business. The magnets ruined the clear coat and paint on my really nice truck. There is discoloration and paint peeling ONLY where the magnets were. I have been unable to contact or find a way to get a hold of vista print to get them to fix this issue as I and extremely upset. This truck is how I attract business to make money to feed my family. False offers
I have ordered from VistaPrint with no problems. At the bottom of my last order of business cards was a card that said "20 % Off your next order," When I entered the code at checkout on my current order, it said "no such coupon."
I called Vista Print and explained the situation. The Indian man on the line apologized and immediately said, "we will get to your problem in a moment but today we are offering a special gift card to the first 100 callers for $100. " I though that was a bit much but I fugured VistaPrint was a reputable company.
He took all my information including debit card. The told me to listen to the verification announcement to confirm. The announcement asked me to agree to some membership which I immediately rejected. The man came back on the line to urge me to just say "yes." I then told him that I would not agree to that statement. He insisted that the statement meant nothing and that I was still going to receive a gift card for $100. Again, I refused, saying I would not agree to that provision. The man was clearly annoyed by my refusal and kept insisting. I did the same. Eventually I hung up. Within seconds he called back twice and I did not respond. Something is very, very wrong with this company, It should be investigated for internet fraud.

On behalf of the trustees of Parents' Aid Southern Essex, I wish to complain in the strongest possible terms about the way Vistaprint has treated this Organisation as its client. Since 2013 you hosted our website, www.parents-aid.org.uk (this was a domain name we purchased; the name Vistaprint allocated to our site was https://parentsaid.vpweb.co.uk/). Despite occasional problems, usually minor, the Organisation was happy with the service we received and our website grew over time to contain information about our aims and objectives, the history of the organisation and the services we offer to our client families. However, when I sought to access the site last night (7/7/21), I could neither enter it to make any changes nor find it externally: the site, and all memory of it in the search engines, had vanished. I rang the Vistaprint helpline, [protected], only to be told that your technical team would have to be contacted and that they could take 72 hours to get back to us with an explanation. No-one knew how long the website had been down nor whether a backup of it was available. I rang again the next morning, only to be dismissed with the same story, and at that point our trustee board agreed that as we were now without a website (despite the fact that Vistaprint had never ceased claiming direct debit payments for the site) and Vistaprint could not advise us how long it might take to recover it, we should have to go elsewhere for a hosting agency. To all intents and purposes our Organisation, which in common with many agencies has been delivering all services and recruiting volunteers online since the commencement of the pandemic, no longer existed; our reputation for stability with partner agencies and referring professionals (the Organisation has been operative since 1989) had been undermined and all record of our achievements over the years wiped out. We have accordingly purchased another site and transferred the domain name www.parents-aid.org.uk to it.
I rang your helpline a third time to close our account and was informed that the only refund I could be offered was one month's rental for the website. However, our trustees feel strongly that the Organisation - a small charity offering not-for-profit support services to families at risk of social exclusion - deserves to be compensated for the inconvenience and embarrassment Vistaprint's negligence has caused us and the damage done to our business over the last month. We should prefer not to have to take this matter further.

Credit Card Fraud after Purchase
I purchased some announcements online through vistaprint.com on May 13th, 2021. And, almost immediately after, some fraudulent charges appeared on my credit card. My credit card company notified me and I was able to cancel the card, but this is a huge hassle. And, this has happened to me before as well -- two years ago in 2019 when I made another print order for announcements from Vistaprint.com.
Photobooks printing
Last year I received Viztaprint email with special deal for photobooks. So I uploaded my works, but in proces of ordering I was noy able to finished my order. I than contacted Vistaprint support, get reply there was problem with new software and my photobok design can not be sellected. I got promise when the software is fixed, my order would be acepted and vistaprint would honor discount price. Did not hear from Vistaprint for long time. So in February I contact Vistaprint to get update on software situation. Was told I still can not have my design photobook printed (I have the same Photobook cover for mamy years) So I had to redone all my works and re-upoad it again, because NEW "BETTER" software does not now, have the option to change book cover. Whan I redone all my photobooks and re-aplod it agaim, I contacted Vistaprint with ordering my books and request of discount I was promised. But I got JUST UNBELIAVABLE "suport" . Shirts and Banners
I have been a customer for many years and never made a complaint to them until I ordered some shirts this year. Their design team recommended shirts that did not print out clear. When I received the order, it was not clear. They never emailed me a copy of the print until I complained to multiple supervisors. The 2nd to the last supervisor I spoke to promised to send me shirts free of charge. Then I get an email from her saying they will refund me and not send any shirts they promised. So I called another supervisor and told them I do not want a refund. I want the shirts. They said since they gave me a refund, they cannot send a replacement. Then that supervisor told me that after 3 replacements, they can't send anymore. I told him that the other supervisor I spoke to never told me that. He didn't care that I had to call several times and stay on the phone for hours. I told him the customer reps were the ones who designed it incorrectly or ordered the wrong ones. It wasn't my fault. Then I received an email basically saying they band me from ordering in the future because of the complaints over the years. That was an outright lie because I never complained. This was the first time.

I took out a website subscription earlier this year and have had nothing but poor customer service ever since. My complaint concerns vistaprint customer service operatives telling me they will contact me via phone or email to resolve the problems that I have with my website, and then failing to do so. I have had two different people called Aymen state clearly they would follow up my calls and then fail to do so. The last time I recorded all the information in order to make a complaint if Aymen then failed to contact me. Following Aymen`s (identification number 5125) failure to either email me or call me back with regard to the issues I had at the end of August, I called vistaprint to see what was happening / try to speak to Aymen. My call was attended by Sami (i.d 7315) on 29/08/19, who told me that if Aymen had said he was going to contact me then I should wait. The problem is that I have now waited nearly a month and I am still waiting. I would like to make a formal complaint with regard to the very uncaring nature of vistaprint`s customer service staff, particularly Aymen and Sami, and would like my issues with my website to be resolved please. Designed and placed an order on my first t shirt charging me £11.99 for so called express delivery with two other orders that had been placed along side it, when the items came it got delivered in two different days and the t shirt was the wrong garment to the one I saw on vistaprint website. Upon me calling for the wrong t shirt my design being printed on and sending photo image of the shirt item yet they send another two shirts exactly the same problem with I was told that the shirt type was taken off the production line and had no resemblance of what was been shown online yet I was sent another two shirt again the same after chatting to them for half an hour on the phone they seem to have no problem from their side but me and I don't know what I was talking about and it's my fault

Hi there I payed a total of 11.99 for special delivery for my items.. I waited in all day and finally saw the van he looked lost so I ran out and he was driving so fast and frantically that he didn't see me.
His driving was dangerous for a very small village estate. I have complained to them but also request my money back as I won't be getting my parcel as I payed for until tomorrow. I now I have to disappoint my client who was ment to be picking up her mother's day voucher today which is why I ordered special delivery and payed the extra!
I have very unhappy with the delivery company and have expressed it tho them when it came to the refund they told me to contact vista print as they couldn't help me there.

First of all I am not happy that my parcel was late because it was lost and no one was checking or tracking it's where abouts. This was then sorted by someone called oussama who gave a full refund and reordered the book for free, although he ordered it for free, the information on it was wrong, I then had another live chat with someone else who sorted the situation, but then that information was passed onto oussama who then emailed me off his personal vistaprint account. I do not appreciate him emailing me personally off his account because he should not have my personal details, the situation was fixed so he should not have gone out of his way to find my personal details to email me.

I called to get help on my order I couldn't complete online. I got the rudest lady from the pits of hell. I asked her for 2 colors, in 3 sizes with more to order. She told me make up my mind. I asked her to speak with someone else, she told me hang up & dial the # on my own. I'm so let down by vistaprint to hire anyone that would even speak to me or anyone in this way! She then hung up on me. I've been using them since 2013 but I'm looking hard for someone else to fulfill my order!
Non-authorized charges 4 months since ordering cards. Have tried calling numerous times... usually get a message that wait time is 2 minutes... have hung on for 20 minutes each time... still just recorded [censored]

I hope this finds you well.This is the first time I am complaining.I am very disappointed with your company and the way I have been treated by your staff in one of your African country.
One of my companies needed prints for one of my products, in order to get a contract with a client.The print from your company was not of a high standard when it arrived, I called and asked to speak to the manager Feriel, apologies for the failer and how they did my prints.
However, she told me I would be refunded the £20.00 and as a goodwill gesture, I would get a £40.00 credit into my bank account.
Nonetheless, at that time Feriel understood the importance of the label and the time one of my sales representatives had to travel to the Caribbean to see the client.
I thanked her for her quick response, Since the date, I have provided my receipts and bank details and been calling for the £40.00 to be credited into my account.
Now it's not about money but the principle, moreover, my business is growing and I don't know if I would be doing business with your company again
