Stitch Fix A Mix of Experiences with Stitch Fix

As a potential customer considering Stitch Fix, it's important to note that reviews are mixed. While some users have had positive experiences with the personalized styling service and quality clothing, others have faced issues with customer service, product quality, and billing practices. It seems that the key to a successful experience with Stitch Fix lies in clear communication with your stylist, providing detailed feedback, and being proactive in managing your account. If you value convenience and enjoy trying new styles, Stitch Fix could be worth a try, but it's essential to stay engaged and vocal about your preferences.

Stitch Fix StitchFix fixed me!

My sister-in-law referred me. After reading your latest reviews, had she not, I would not have given it a try. I've seen her a multiple family parties lately and she always looks fantastic (she did before too but something is different now, she's added more color to her wardrobe because of you). I got my first shipment. The shopper hit the nail on the head 5x! The quality is great. The prices were a bit high but not exorbitant. Not to have to go to a store and try on a million things to leave with nothing was awesome. Definitely worth the try. If you hate the first shipment, try again and be more specific and honest. One shot is not enough. Looking forward to my next shipment.

Stitch Fix I love stitchfix!

I should probably write several reviews but...their customer service has consistently been excellent and my stylist listens to what I request and does her best to comply. I HATE to shop and have a hard time finding good fits/styles - when I signed up I gave measurements and indicated styles etc... they nailed it on the first try. I think I kept EVERYTHING in that box and since then I usually keep 2-3 items from each new fix. I've also found several styles that look good on me that I would never have thought I could wear until Stitchfix sent them to me. My family is thrilled that I am looking much more put together and polished - and I like knowing I look good.:-) Thank you stitchfix folks!

Stitch Fix Great company

I used stich fix for the first time last month and loved it! They cator to your personal style and make it so easy to send back any items you are not a fan of. The stylist personalizes your order based on your a detailed survey about your style and requests of what you would like them to send you ( clothing, jewelry, outfits for a special occasion ect). By sending a return envelope that's pre paid, they make it very easy to send back any items that don't fit your style after trying them on. The stylist are friendly and are really interested in what it is your looking for. I also like how if ou purchase all 5 items they send, your get 25% off your order! I will definitely be using stich fix again!

Stitch Fix Great customer service!

I've ordered 5 or 6 boxes from Stitch Fix now. The pieces always fit great and are tailored to my style. It helps that I have a Pinterest board for the stylists to look at. I've even gotten a few pieces that I pinned. As far as their customer service, I had a seam open up on a coat that I only had a a month. I contacted them, sent a picture and they told me that they can send me a new coat or give me a 100% refund. Also they said I could keep the "damaged" coat. This happened with another product a few boxes later. I contacted them and sent a picture of the damage and I was given the same options. They stand behind having nice quality products and if the quality does not meet their standards, they will do what they can to make it better.

Stitch Fix Great experience, good clothing

I've used Stitch Fix for about three years. I've added some great, well-fitted pieces to my wardrobe. Generally I keep at least 3-4 of the five items. Occasionally the box is a miss but most fixes are spot on. Clothing quality has been consistently good. I like being able to pause and schedule for later in the year as needed. Styles were appropriate for me and my age. I'm an above average size gal and the pieces they select make me feel feminine and stylish, not frumpy. I've purchased jeans, dresses, work pants, sweaters, blouses/tops, blazers and casual items. Seems like many previous items also match newer ones, which I love. My experience is my stylist listens to what I like and want. Overall happy with prices, quality, service and style. Have recommended to family and friends.

Stitch Fix Every mom needs to try this!

I absolutely love this service. I fill out a detailed questionnaire about my measurements and style preferences, and someone sends me clothes to try out with the things already in my closet. If I like it, I keep it. If I hate it, I send it back with postage already paid. Even if I don't keep anything, I still feel like I'm saving myself money by not having to go to the store to shop, but so far that hasn't been an issue for me. My stylist has REALLY done an amazing job zeroing in on my style and my budget.

I absolutely do want to caution that with clothing boxes it can take 2-3 before the stylist gets the hang of what you love. So I absolutely recommend requesting that they include a piece of jewelry that you'll love and want to keep so that you don't feel like you've wasted your styling fee. Make sure to leave lots of feedback and be as detailed as possible. Link up your Pinterest board to give your stylist ideas. This will absolutely work for you!

Stitch Fix Love this Company

I just received my Stitch Fix box today. I was so surprised. I expected to get at least a few things, I wouldn't like but I loved everything in the box! They totally got my style. One blouse, I looked at and thought "oh that's not really something I'd wear" but I tried it on and it looks amazing on me. Another sweater I love but it's not a cor I'd normally choose. Tried it on and was pleased to see that I look good in that color. I did include a note to the stylist previously detailing my hair color, eye color and skin tone to help them choose colors that would look good on me. The clothing quality is very good and the brands of the items I received are all higher end brand names. Yes, I paid a little more than I would if I was buying from a local department store and shopping sale racks but I feel I got better quality items and wasn't left choosing from a rack of clothing no one else wanted. Plus I love the convenience of having the items delivered to my door. I'm on auto shipments and I often forget about it so receiving my shipment is always a pleasant surprise, both when I find the box on my porch and when I open it! I will continue to use Stitch Fix as a little reward to myself.

Stitch Fix I have fallen victim to Stitch Fixs false advertisement and misleading offers twice!

I have fallen victim to Stitch Fixs false advertisement and misleading offers twice! There will not be a third for me. The first time, I received a promo from Stitch Fix stating that if you spend $150 or more, you will receive a FREE $40 credit to your account. I looked for fine print in the email and even double checked their website. The only thing I found was that the credit would be applied the following month. I purchased a $150 gift card for my wife and awaited my credit only to be found wanting. I contacted the company and they stated that the gift card did not meet the requirements and that the offer only applied to freestyle purchases. I was THEN sent the terms and conditions of the now expired offer. I ranted on *** and emailed them pointing out their dishonest advertising. After a couple of emails, they apologized and told me that they were going to forward my complaints to their website team and they gave me the $40 credit. I felt better and deleted my tweets. This time, my Wife and I both purchased $150 gift cards on Mothers day morning. The website states send your gift card now and claims the recipient can shop instantly. These claims, we have just learned, are also false. We made our online purchases, verified that the money was deducted from our accounts and we received nothing! It is now 9:37 PM on Mothers day and we havent received confirmation emails, and our Mothers have not received their gift cards. We cant even see the purchase we made because the website only tracks clothing. My Wife and I have both emailed the company and received no human response. We are now assuming that they are closed on Sundays and that they dont process gift cards or respond to customers. I am seething with hatred for this company and I feel so guilty that my Mother didnt receive a Mothers day gift. Customer Beware!

Terrible customer service. My daughter tried to use a referral code through me to try out their subscription, but they instantly deactivated her account saying our accounts were identical because we live at the same address. They treated her and myself as though we were criminal and wouldn’t even hear us out. They even closed my account because they said I wasn’t in agreement with their terms. I had spent a lot of money over the past several months on their boxes and they treated my family like dirt. I do not recommend this company if you want to be treated fairly.

I was really surprised to end up loving Stitchfix, even though it's a bit more than I generally pay for clothes and I doubted they could pin my style. The first "*** preview" I got was ok, not great, but I didn't need any of it so rejected it all and waited for my surprise fix. And that time they nailed it. The fit was amazing and the clothes were nice professional wear, not everyday casual stuff I could easily find. I even liked the jumpsuit, and I've never even tried one on before. I ended up keeping it all (after getting a second opinion from my more stylish sister.) A while later I did have a quality issue the first time I wore one cardigan, which despite thick cozy fabric couldn't stand up to mom-life and some threads came out. I emailed customer service and they went above and beyond. (They gave me a refund, some credit to shop, and even waived my next styling fee.) I've bought a few products in Freestyle and they've been great. While I probably will rarely get a fix due to the cost, I like it so far. It's like getting special capsule pieces to upgrade my wardrobe.

If you want products that have not been returned multiple times and have not been cleaned and repacked this is not the box/shopping experience for you. I have gotten several different things (shoes, cardigans, and shirts especially) that were obviously not clean. I have been sent multiple boxes that have been colors and shoes that I specifically told them I cannot wear flats and didn’t wear those colors! They DO NOT read anything that you require or request. I would suggest that you sign up and get 1 box. Send everything back bc it’s going to be mostly awful. Then order the suggested items in the trending list. While this is harder than anything I imagined I do find a few things I love. Wish they had a different platform and it was better to communicate with them. So buyer beware.

They want to charge me $300 for 5 articles of clothing? They can charge these [censored]ing nuts. I’ll change my bank account number before I let these worthless [censored]s take my money. The stylists don’t even give a [censored] what you want, all they want is the end charge. I’ll never do or recommend this to anyone EVER.

Hi- I'm writing after attempting to resolve my issue for almost a solid month. I wanted to try this service as I'm a busy single mom working multiple jobs with little time to shop- this seemed to be a perfect solution. My first fix was perfect- I kept a pair of work pants, and sent back the rest- no problems. My second fix, I didn't like anything so I put it back in the mail. I heard nothing and thought everything was fine- NOPE. I was charged the full amount of the products. I have went round and round with not only stitch fix, but also paypal. Paypal says this charge is consistent with my history and denied my refund- case closed. Stitch fix claims that they cannot refund me because I opened a dispute with paypal. I'm incredibly frustrated and out $150- no money and no products to show for it.

Hello, I signed up for a monthly Stitch Fix subscription a few months ago. I've received three boxes, rejected many items, but keeping a few. I bought one item on my own. But the clothes aren't really "me" and I just want to permanently remove/delete my credit card information and delete my Stitch Fix account. But there is NO WAY to do that. Stitch Fix keeps you there, saying a credit card is required. It will not let me remove my credit card info. Stitch Fix will not let me delete my account. What it does is 1) Allows me to add a different credit card or 2) Reduce the number of Stitch Fixes to none. So basically, they force you to stay and keep your credit card there. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Oh and they have no customer service number, just their handy dandy FAQ page that does not talks in circles. This is a deceptive company, a ***. Please stay away.

The deactivated my account because I referred people living in the SAME HOUSE as me. They didn’t even try listening to an explanation, just flat out said they will deactivate any accounts under my name pretty much. I do not understand! They made it seem as if I was lying and cheating. Horrible customer service!

This company offers the BEST customer service I have ever received. They are very quick to reply to emails. I had a family emergency where I was out of state for over a month. I forgot about my monthly shipment. They quickly refunded my money, and paused my account. Allowing the clothes they had shipped to me to stay at my home until I got home. Upon arriving home, I received in the mail a personal handwritten note offering their support and thoughts with me during the difficult time in my life. There clothes are also amazing. I love their program and am so satisfied.

This company deleted my family accounts, when it states you can sign multiple family members up for a special credit. They closed my accounts and tried to tell me it's the same person. I have 3 children, and my mother in law living with us. I used the same PayPal account because 1 my children don't have credit cards, and I didn't feel comfortable sharing my CC info. Do not shop with this company because they clearly don't like giving credits out.

i signed up, got my first box, received an amazing referral (give $100 get $100 ) so i started referring people. but unfortunately if you sign up a family member who lives in the same house and you use the same payment info they will deactivate your account, take any credits that you earned away and tell you that if you try to sign up again they will deactivate that account as well...so beware and try not to refer people you live with. i ccould go on but its not worth my time. i would look elsewhere if you're looking at this kind of service.

Horrible customer service. They give me a referral code and say to refer friends and family and even have detailed instructions on how to refer your partner. They banned my account because all my referrals went to the same address. I have an account I use frequently and referred everyone who lives with me, who else am i supposed to refer? Complete strangers who have no interest in Stitchfix? I referred my boyfriend, his sister, my sister and my two other roommates one who shares the same name as me but different spelling and a different last name, obviously. How can they ban my account, my boyfriends account and my roommates accounts? Were at fault for living together because of the pandemic and losing our jobs? Where else do they expect us to send our packages? Crazy, and then they just try to scam money out of us, or at least me. Best part is they just don't respond when I explained this to them. Unless you want to be ***, do NOT use Stitchfix they give you this 'credit' and you order a box and then they ban your account and take away the credit without notice so anything you keep you are charged for. I understand a lot of people have been abusing the referral service but to condemn actual users who gave this shoddy business a shot is just horrible.

Awful company. ***. My entire family used a $100 credit code to try the service and then after we had used the credit and sent the remaining items back, we were accused of being scammers because we obviously share an address and we were told that the credits (which we had already used) were removed and that they were going to try to charge us for the items we kept and paid for using the credits. It was obvious this was done with the intention to *** us out of our money. Customer service was rude and I would not recommend anyone attempt to do business with this company. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Stitch Fix Impressed with Stitch Fix: My Experience with a Talented Stylist

I gotta say, I was a bit hesitant to try out Stitch Fix after reading some of the negative reviews out there. But let me tell you, my experience has been totally different! Lindsay, my stylist, has done an amazing job with both of my Fixes so far. It's like she really took the time to read my comments and check out my Pinterest board. She's managed to find pieces that fit my preferences while still pushing me out of my style "rut". And that's not an easy feat!

Out of the 10 pieces I've received, I've loved 4 out of 5 from each box. And even the ones I didn't love, I still liked. I mean, I never thought I'd wear heels again, but Lindsay sent me the cutest pair of wedge sandals that are so comfy, I've worn them all day long and even gone for a long walk in them. And I have a post-surgical foot, so that's saying something! She also sent me a pair of booties that are just as comfortable as the sandals. The only downside is that they're vegan, and I prefer real leather at that price point. But I didn't tell her that, so that's on me.

Now, I will say that some of the prices are a bit higher than what I'd normally pay. But I expected that, because this is a business after all. And I think part of the service price is for the stylists to do the legwork of researching my preferences and putting together looks that make me happy. Plus, I've gotten a couple of pieces that I think could have been higher quality. Like, the seams inside one of my jacket pockets could have been more finished, and one skirt could have had a better fabric choice for the style. But overall, I'm really impressed with my Fixes.

Maybe I just got lucky with getting a really talented stylist. But I'm definitely looking forward to my next Fix. Lindsay has been great at picking season-appropriate pieces that are really flattering on me. And I love that she challenges me while still capturing my preferences. I've even received compliments when I wear the pieces she picks out for me! So yeah, I'd say Lindsay is a keeper.

Stitch Fix Stitch Fix: The Best Personalized Clothing Subscription Service

Stitch Fix is like, totally amazing. Everything they send is like, top quality, and you can customize their service to meet your individual needs and expectations. Unlike others that provide similar online services, you can like, pause your subscription altogether or choose to get your fixes monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, etc. They have options to fit everyone's needs, which is like, super cool. You can also go on the Stitch Fix website and shop some of the items they carry and add them to your next order or purchase them right then. And when you are completing your style assessment they include example photos with each option so you know you are actually selecting the style that best matches your preferences, as opposed to just selecting the description you think is right and hoping you'll actually get something you can use.

After each shipment, you rate each individual piece and tell them what specific areas did not fit right and how, and if the price was too high, too low, or just right, so they can use it to provide a more personalized experience moving forward. It's like, totally awesome that they care about your feedback and want to make sure you're happy with what you're getting.

In addition to providing this outstanding, individualized service, they also have the customer service to match. I reached out to them one time after they had already received the payment for my latest fix, but money was a bit tight and I really couldn't afford to get through until my next check after it had come out of my account. Without hesitating they returned the full amount that had been paid to them, never asked me to return the items first, never tried to make me commit to a future payment date, and never hassled me one time for the money I owed them. They gladly gave me my money back and let me pay it when I was able to do so without putting myself and my family in a bind. That is going above and beyond for your customers, and I have no doubt I'll go the rest of my life and never find service even comparable to what I received from Stitch Fix.

Overall, Stitch Fix is like, the best thing ever. They have amazing clothes, great customer service, and they really care about their customers. I would totally recommend them to anyone who wants to look good and feel good about what they're wearing.

Stitch Fix Stitch Fix Review: A Game-Changer for a 52-Year-Old Lady Who Hates Shopping in Stores

Yo, I gotta tell you about Stitch Fix. I'm a 52-year-old lady who's been feeling frumpy for like, two decades. I'm short and overweight, and I hate trying on clothes in stores. I usually just hit up Target or Kohls when there's a sale and I have a coupon. I'm not into fancy designer brands or girly clothes, and comfort is my top priority.

But then I tried Stitch Fix, and it's been a game-changer. I've gotten like, eight boxes in the last year, and I've been pretty happy with all of them. I've made a couple of requests, like asking for jewel-tone colors or longer shorts, and my stylist has tried to hook me up. Sometimes I get stuff that I wouldn't pick out for myself, and I'm like, "ugh, really?" But then I try it on, and it looks pretty good. Everything fits perfectly, and the materials are super soft and comfy. I haven't had any issues with poor quality, like some other people have mentioned. I think the quality is on par with Target and Kohls.

The only downside is that sometimes there's an item in the box that I don't really want, but I end up buying the whole box anyway to get the 25% discount. It's cheaper to keep everything than to return one thing and keep the rest. The prices are kinda high, though, even with the discount. My boxes usually run around $200. My last box had a t-shirt dress, shorts, two tops, and a sheer wrap, and I still paid more than I would have at a store.

But for me, it's worth it to save the time and hassle of shopping in stores. Plus, it gets me out of my jeans-and-t-shirt rut and into some different styles. Overall, I'm a fan of Stitch Fix.

Stitch Fix Customer service/ false advertisement

For a company that promises you can pick out the styles and clothings that you want and or need they consistently send me whatever is laying around their warehouses. When I asked why I wasn’t getting the things I was asking in an email to customer service I was told it was based on what they had available at the warehouses. The customer service agent was rude and aggressive giving me unrealistic advice and treating my complaint as a one off. When I further tried to explain my frustration she gave me a twenty dollars credit and then cancelled my account. It’s the same agent that has been answering all of my emails and she won’t forward me to someone else and now she’s sabotaging my account. This company is a joke and they don’t care about the customers.

Desired outcome: I’d like a manger to look at my complaints and address them with a solution. Instead of bowing me off with underhanded remarks.

Stitch Fix Stitch Fix Review: Can It Help Petite Women Find Clothes That Fit?

When I first stumbled upon Stitch Fix, I was taken aback. Like with anything else I plan to spend my hard-earned money on, I made sure to read the reviews. Some people seemed to like it, but most didn't. As someone who is quite petite, standing at only 4'11" and weighing 95 pounds, finding clothes that fit me properly has always been a challenge. I used to be a clothes horse and would shop in all the petite specialty shops, coming home with bags full of purchases that I loved. But those stores are all gone now, and thanks to vanity sizing, I find myself wandering around huge malls in search of clothing that will fit me for an out-of-town school reunion.

On my most recent shopping trip, I returned home with only one blouse from Penny's. It was the end of an era for me. I almost didn't even go to the reunion because I was panicking about what to wear. Eventually, I found one dressy dress and one casual dressy dress at Annie Sez. But finding size 5 shoes was a whole other challenge. I have to buy kids sneakers! Luckily, Payless has a good selection of size 5 shoes that aren't too expensive.

I don't buy clothes online, period. I just can't imagine having someone else pick out a box of stuff for me at high prices. I can find size OP and OOP pants at the Gap or Loft stores near me, even though I'm not actually OP. My size has always been 3 junior petite, but I was able to buy clothes that fit me for years until vanity sizing became a thing. There are people out there who don't need fake size labels in their clothing - they just need real sizes that fit.

Now that I'm retired, I don't need a lot of clothes, but I still want to look nice. Unfortunately, finding beautiful clothing at reasonable prices has become a nightmare. I doubt that a service like Stitch Fix could ever find anything for me. But who knows? Maybe they'll surprise me.

Stitch Fix Disappointing Experience with Stitch Fix: Poor Quality and Not Tailored to Preferences

I heard about Stitch Fix a couple of years ago, but I just ordered my first "fix" last month. It took them a while to get it to me, like 3 or 4 weeks after I placed my request. I specifically told them that I didn't like certain things and that I needed dresses for work. But when I got my package, I was disappointed. They sent me two short dresses that were casual, not work-appropriate. One of them I could just barely get away with wearing to work, but the other was a hideous floral cowl neck thing that looked like a tunic, not a dress. I also asked for no green and no crew necks, but they sent me something with a lot of green and something else with a crew neck!

I kept one thing just because I didn't want to lose my $20, and it fit OK, even though I would never have paid the price they asked for the item I kept when shopping for myself. It was synthetic (as was pretty much everything they sent me), too. Also, I realized when I went to wear it that it had stray threads hanging all over the outside and inside seams. So tacky!

I did select their cheapest option, but their prices aren't cheap - just the clothes. They did throw in one more expensive thing, a sweater, that also wasn't good enough quality for the price. So I gave it a try, but no more Stitch Fixes for me. There doesn't seem to be a way to delete your account, which is worrisome. I am going to try to delete my credit card info from it at least!

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Stitch Fix. I was hoping for better quality clothes that were more tailored to my preferences. But instead, I got clothes that didn't fit my needs and were not worth the price. I wouldn't recommend Stitch Fix to anyone looking for high-quality, personalized clothing.

Stitch Fix Stitch Fix Review: Need for a Real 5 Minute Grace Period & My Experience Being Let Go While Pregnant

I recently worked at Stitch Fix for almost a year and I have to say, it was a pretty good experience overall. I didn't have many complaints, but there is one thing that really bothered me. I think there should be a real 5 minute grace period at the start of the day. It's not always easy to get to work at exactly 8 am every morning, especially when there's construction going on nearby, the parking lot is full, or traffic is bad. It's frustrating that clocking in at 8 is considered late when your shift doesn't actually start until 8. I mean, come on, 7:55 to 8 am is not really a grace period. It's not like I'm being given a gift or anything. And yet, I still got marked as tardy for clocking in at 8.

Unfortunately, I was recently let go (just a month before I'm due to give birth) and it's really stressing me out. Being pregnant and looking for work is not easy. I need to make sure my family is taken care of, but it's hard to find someone who wants to hire a pregnant woman. I'm still in shock that I was fired for being 2 minutes late a couple of times. I can't believe they thought that was worth firing me over. It's really disappointing and frustrating.

Despite all of this, I still hope to find another job soon. And I also hope that someone at Stitch Fix sees this and decides to make a change. A real 5 minute grace period would make a big difference for a lot of people.

Stitch Fix Disappointed with Recent Stitch Fix Quality: Cheap Polyester Replacing Soft Knit

I've been a loyal Stitch Fix customer since 2019 and I have to say, I'm disappointed with the quality of their recent fixes. I used to receive great boxes with items that I loved and kept, but since 2021, the quality has gradually gone down. It's now no better than cheap, cheap merch.

I received a fix of five items yesterday and I left a note explaining that I'm a 50-year-old woman who likes natural fibers, especially in the summer. I also mentioned that I live in Oklahoma and need tops. However, they sent me four tops and a dress, all made of polyester except for one poly-linen blend top. Unfortunately, the poly-linen blend top was cut so poorly that my back fat was exposed and it was a size too big, with armholes that hung down to nearly my waist.

Two of the tops were 100% polyester, even though I specifically mentioned in my notes that I don't wear tie fronts. To make matters worse, one of the tops I did like the style of was made of a bad, plasticky polyester that sounded like a garbage bag when you touched it. The dress was equally bad, if not worse. Stitch Fix used to be known for their soft brushed knit dresses, but this one was made of the cheapest polyester and felt terrible. On top of that, it was a cold shoulder style, which is not age-appropriate for a 50-year-old woman like me.

It's clear that the company has slid downhill since the CEO change. The quality is lacking in a significant way, with cheap polyester replacing the soft brushed knit that used to be a hallmark of Stitch Fix. I can't recommend the service at the moment, until significant changes are made.

Stitch Fix Stitch Fix Review: Personal Shopper or Random Clothes?

I gotta say, I was pretty stoked when I got my Stitch Fix package in the mail. It's so much easier to try on clothes at home instead of dealing with the hassle of going to the store. Plus, it's a great way to try out new styles that I wouldn't normally pick out for myself.

But let me tell you, the stylists over at Stitch Fix don't seem to be paying much attention to my style profile. I've ordered five times now, and every time it's the same story. I end up sending most of the stuff back because it either doesn't fit or it's completely different from what I asked for. I even made a Pinterest board with specific items I wanted, but it didn't seem to make a difference.

And don't even get me started on the black skinny jeans and leggings. Despite my request for no skinny anything, they send them every time. And the shirts they send are pretty low quality for the price they charge. They're mostly see-through and even if I ask for something figure-hugging, they end up being baggy and too short.

Honestly, if you're into loose, see-through shirts and black skinny pants, then Stitch Fix is the place for you. It's like having a personal shopper at Tjmaxx, but with a higher price tag and none of the stuff you actually asked for.

It feels like they just have a bunch of random clothes lying around that they're trying to get rid of, and then they send you a card trying to make it seem like it's exactly what you wanted. "Oh, you're going to the beach? Here's some black leggings that would look great in the sand!" Yeah, no thanks.

I gave it a shot, but it's just not for me.

Stitch Fix Stitch Fix Review: Satisfactory Styling, Appalling Prices, and Good Customer Service

I'm an avid online shopper, so I decided to give Stitch Fix a try. I signed up and created my profile, but unfortunately, I experienced a family tragedy just two days later. Due to financial reasons, I went to cancel my first shipment and my entire subscription. However, I couldn't find a way to cancel my subscription, but I did manage to cancel my shipment. To my surprise, I received a notification that my first fix had shipped.

When I received my box, I was pleased to see that they did a satisfactory job of styling me based on my profile preferences. However, when I looked at the prices on the invoice, I was appalled. Some of the items were clearly second-hand, yet they were priced at brand new designer prices. I wouldn't pay those prices in any circumstance.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't afford the $20 styling fee at the moment. I needed to cancel and get that refunded, but I couldn't find a way to do it online or on their app. I did a quick Google search and found their customer service phone number. To my surprise, I got right through to a very friendly person on the phone. I explained my situation briefly, and she said it was no problem to close my account and refund my styling fee. This just happened today, so if I later find out that I was still charged, I will post a follow-up review.

Overall, I would rate the service a 2 because the prices are way overpriced for used or cheap quality clothing. However, I was very happy with the customer service I received. It's a fun idea, but they really milk the money out of you with the subscription and their prices.

Stitch Fix Disappointed with Stitchfix: Overpriced, poor quality, and ignored preferences

I gotta say, I was really let down by Stitchfix. So, they're supposed to hook you up with a stylist who picks out clothes for you based on a questionnaire you fill out. Sounds cool, right? But here's the thing: they charge you full price for everything they send you. And if you find the same thing cheaper somewhere else, you gotta go through this whole process to get a price adjustment. Like, what's the point of using Stitchfix if you're just gonna end up shopping around anyway?

And don't even get me started on their private label stuff. You can't compare prices on that, so you're stuck paying whatever they say it's worth. But the quality is seriously lacking. I got some private label items in my shipment and they felt like they were made out of tissue paper. And yet they were priced like they were designer or something.

But the worst part was the actual clothes they sent me. I spent all this time clicking through their questionnaire, telling them what I liked and didn't like. And then they sent me a bunch of stuff that was the exact opposite of what I said I wanted. It's like they weren't even paying attention. I'm pretty sure it's all just done by a computer program or something.

I don't really care about the $20 styling fee. I get that they gotta cover shipping and stuff. But when you're already paying for all that, it's pretty frustrating to see that they're charging you full price for everything. Like, come on, guys. We're not idiots. We know we can find better deals elsewhere.

Honestly, I'm never using Stitchfix again. It's just not worth it.

Stitch Fix Stitch Fix Review: A Total Disaster - Ugly Clothes, Overpriced, and Doesn't Match Preferences

I tried out Stitch Fix and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. I received two fix boxes from them and every single item had to be returned. I took the time to write out detailed notes on what I was looking for, what I liked, and what I absolutely hated. I even went as far as posting over 100 pictures to my idea board showing styles that I loved. For each picture, I included a description explaining what I loved about the item. Despite all of this effort, both fix boxes I received were terrible.

There wasn't a single item in either box that I would have willingly worn or paid for. It was like they sent the opposite of what I was asking for. The clothing was all totally shapeless, like wearing a trashbag. It was also incredibly outdated. Several of the tops they sent looked exactly like things I remember my great grandma wearing before she died over 20 years ago. The clothing was so ugly that I even told them in the reviews after the first fix that most of the items in the box were so bad I wouldn't wear them unless my only other option was running naked through a crowded public area. The second box was just as bad. I'm beginning to wonder if anything the company sells actually looks nice.

That aside, all their prices are way over inflated. For almost everything they sent, I have seen similar items for sale locally at a third of the price they charge. So basically, they don't match the style to your preferences, the clothes are ugly and shapeless, and to top it all off, everything is overpriced. I cannot even begin to express how absolutely horrible this company is. Do not waste your money. The only thing they might be good for is buying clothes for elderly people who have lots of money to blow and don't care what they look like.

Stitch Fix Stitch Fix Review: Is It Worth the Cost?

Stitch Fix is a pretty cool concept, you know? Like, you get a fancy stylist to pick out clothes for you that are totally personalized and fit you like a glove. It's like having your own personal shopper, but without the hassle of actually going to the store. But, let's be real, it's not gonna work out perfectly every time. I mean, the stylists don't even know you, so there's bound to be some misses. And that's totally fine, you can just send back what doesn't work, right? Well, not exactly.

Here's the deal: if you send stuff back, you gotta pay more for what you keep. Like, they jack up the prices by at least 25% if you don't keep everything. And that's on top of the $20 styling fee they charge you. So, basically, if you don't like everything they send you, you're gonna end up paying more than you bargained for. And that's not cool.

I've tried Stitch Fix three times now, and I gotta say, I'm not impressed. The first two times, there was one item that I wasn't crazy about, but I kept it anyway because of the discount. But the last time, it was a disaster. Three out of the five pieces were just not my style at all. Like, one of them was this hideous tunic that looked like something a nurse would wear. And I'm sorry, but that's just not a good look for anyone. I kept two pieces, but I ended up paying almost $40 more than I would have if I'd sent everything back. And when I emailed them about it, they just gave me some canned response and didn't really seem to care.

Look, I get it, they gotta make money. But they shouldn't be ripping off their customers like this. If they were more fair about their pricing, I'd probably keep using the service. But as it stands, I'm done with Stitch Fix. And I'm not the only one who feels this way. I've seen a lot of reviews from people who feel like they're being taken advantage of. So, if they don't change their ways, I don't think they're gonna be in business for much longer.

Stitch Fix Disappointing Experience with Stitch Fix: Overpriced Clothes and Ignored Preferences

My co-worker told me about Stitch Fix and I thought, "Why not?" I hate shopping, so I was excited to try something new. I was honest about my likes and dislikes, my favorite colors, and even gave them access to my Pinterest board to see what I liked. I wanted classic work clothes that could be worn year-round, and I made it clear that I didn't want anything too trendy or country. I'm petite with a small waist and curvy bottom, so I needed help finding pants and skirts that fit well. I live in Florida, so I wanted lightweight clothes, and I told them my budget was around $150 a month.

My first fix wasn't great. I got a black dress that was boring but fit well, some weird stretchy jeans with an elastic waistband, a blue lace skirt, a white sheer top that wasn't my style, and something so bad I can't even remember what it was. I felt guilty about not liking anything, so I kept the black dress even though it was overpriced at $88. If I had kept everything, it would have been $238 after my discount and credit. I left detailed feedback for my stylist, asking for work pieces and some color variety.

My second fix was even worse. I got a blue sleeveless top with country-like lace details for $44, a blue and white printed A-line skirt that wasn't flattering for $78, a blue crochet-like dress for $68, pink skinny jeans for $98, and a floral top that looked like a bad Hawaiian shirt for $36. The total to keep everything was $223, but I immediately returned everything and cancelled my automatic shipments. I got a new stylist who clearly didn't read my preferences or feedback from the last fix.

Overall, I wasn't impressed with Stitch Fix. The clothes were overpriced and not my style, and the stylists didn't seem to listen to my feedback. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants to save money or find clothes they actually like.

Stitch Fix They are terrible

Does anybody know their phone number? Or maybe anyone had a chance to talk to them?
Because I personally have no idea how to attract their attention. Or maybe they ignore me on purpose because I want to get my refund.
I shipped them one item back as I didn't like the way it was done. It's been 6 weeks and I am sure they have received everything. I don't know what to do and how to reach them.
Maybe there're some people who suffered from their actions (or lack of actions) as well, I would like to discuss it.

Stitch Fix Not impressed with StitchFix

When I found out about StitchFix it seemed like a great idea and I was very excited to try their service. I made an account and answered some questions about my taste and preferences. When I received my first bag I was very disappointed because items looked terrible and it really seemed like they didn't even care how I answered their questions. Next time I asked them not to send me dark color items and when I received my next bag everything was black and grey! I'm done with this service, total waste of money.

Stitch Fix Refund

I'm very disappointed with StitchFix. When I joined this site I gave them all thee exact measurements, but they still messed everything up. I received my box but had to return in because everything was way too small. First of all I contacted StitchFix customer service and they said that I can send the box back. So I did as they said and thought they will refund my money, but they said that they don't do refunds!
They returned the box to me and said that they were out of my size.
Such a poor service.

Stitch Fix Huge disappointment!

StitchFix is quite an expensive shop, but quality of their items is amazing, everything is so beautiful! Ordered from them several times but my recent experience was terrible, so I doubt that I'll ever buy anything from them again! I ordered several items from StitchFix store and when I received my package there was one item missing. And that was the most expensive part of my order. I wanted to ask about my item but they did not reply and I could not reach anyone from StitchFix! Over three weeks already passed and I heard nothing from them and still nave no idea where my item is!

I haven’t received my order. The seller kept silence. I tried to reach him, but all my emails and messages were ignored. It is very strange and I don’t know how to get my money back now. Any help?

I recently used the services from the website www.stitchfix.com. They promised 25% off if I took 5 items, which they offered me. I agreed, but they charged me for full sum. When I sent them email and asked about it, the rep replied and promised to return this sum. They apologized and everything seemed to be fine, but they haven’t return money back. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

Stitch Fix I haven't received the results, but only fake promises

I paid $20 for styling on the website www.stitchfix.com. I filled survey and they promised to send it on my email box, but nothing arrived. I contacted them and asked to provide the results, but they only promised and nothing was done. Their team is the worst, so don’t waste your time and money. Better avoid them and share this info. As well as place comments if you have the similar things with these people.

Stitch Fix is an online personal styling service that offers a unique and personalized shopping experience to its customers. The company was founded in 2011 by Katrina Lake, who saw an opportunity to revolutionize the way people shop for clothes. Stitch Fix has since grown to become one of the most popular and successful online styling services in the world.

The process of using Stitch Fix is simple and straightforward. Customers begin by filling out a detailed style profile, which includes information about their size, style preferences, and budget. They can also provide additional information about their lifestyle, such as their occupation, hobbies, and any upcoming events they may need outfits for.

Once the style profile is complete, customers can schedule a "Fix" - a shipment of five hand-picked items chosen by a personal stylist based on their preferences and feedback. The items can include clothing, shoes, and accessories, and are shipped directly to the customer's doorstep. Customers have three days to try on the items, keep what they like, and return what they don't. They can also provide feedback to their stylist, which helps to improve future Fixes.

One of the unique features of Stitch Fix is its use of data and technology to personalize the styling experience. The company uses algorithms and machine learning to analyze customer data and make personalized recommendations. This allows the stylists to better understand each customer's style preferences and make more accurate selections.

Stitch Fix also offers a range of additional services, such as a maternity styling service, a men's styling service, and a "Shop Your Looks" feature that allows customers to purchase additional items that complement their Fixes.

Overall, Stitch Fix offers a convenient and personalized shopping experience that is tailored to each customer's individual style and preferences. With its use of data and technology, the company is able to provide a high level of personalization and accuracy that sets it apart from traditional shopping experiences.
