StorageMart review: Customer service.

I rented a storage unit for the first time. In London Ontario on wonderland rd. April 19 I rented a unit.to.fit.a.two bedroom. Paid 178.00 .my understanding was I was covered for the end of month than the.second.month was.free. %50 .was.told. Than lost key so.had to.rep!aceckstwas$80. Went to unit on may 5 or 6 I was !kicked out.. Called customer service and the to?d me I owe 78 dollars. Told them to.use carbon file.they said.no.card on fi!e. I.didnt.havemy.card. so.wasted my time.and.taxi.for nothing. Next day I went.to.pay and my bill.was.211.00.
So in 2 weeks.I've paid like 400 plus my stupid losing the key. Like 500.00. So i.asked if I could just pay and.get my stuff out as it cheaper everywhere e!se. Why the lady didn't tell me.it needed tone paid that day or I was too v to pay all this.all these chargers.. I'm a sing!smother who raising a special needs daughter I do t have this extra cash. On line ur prices afetota!my different. I want this fixed as I put in 3 nonsense trips and spent on driver
