#1. 2 dates for the same event on 2 of the 3 days. Specifically, NHRA Nevada Nationals Saturday October 28 2023. Sunday October 29 2023.
One option says:

It looks like 2 different places. As a customer I would hesitate to pick
#2. When you pick one of the choices...The seat availability in the sections are completely different. Purple Available verses White Unavailable. One option only offers the last half of the track with the entire first sections 1A through 1I unavailable. The other option shows 1B, 1E, 1F, 1G no seats available which is more probable but who knows.
I understand that people may not want to gather in large groups with what is going on in the world, however, the date listing options still shows an error that requires a fix for me to believe it. You don't make money if you don't sell the customer tickets. so, I would think you would have an interest in the fix. I have reached out to your customer service by phone and email. Nothing happens. For reference here are my listings:
I think you have the ultimate responsibility and obligation to check how the dates and tickets appear to the buyer. I'm glad I checked. I was told that it appears different on a different device, Nope. That a ticket has been submitted, Okay.. the event is this weekend. Thank you for reading this rant. Jan
Desired outcome: Fix the Duplicate dates listed. That would fix the seat availability discrepancies. I can send the seating chart comparisons comparisons
