On 8/30/23 I bought on Stubhub tickets to the Dolphins/Raiders game on 11/19/23 at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Florida. The tickets weren't automatically delivered to me on the day of the game. I called Stubhub and they called the guy selling the tickets and he finally sent me the tickets about 3 hours before the game. This was to late, by the time I got to the game it was close to halftime. Additionally, I purchased parking passes from another person on 10/13/23 and was lead to believe the parking lot was adjacent to the stadium. It was lot 42, which is over one mile away. The person who I went to the game with is a handicap veteran and could not make the walk. As a result we had to take a rickshaw type of vehicle with was an additional $40 to the venue and $50 after the venue.
I was delayed to the game because of the seller. I tried calling a few times to get the tickets earlier but was told by Stubhub there is nothing that could be done until the day of the game. Because the seller delayed sending me the tickets to the last minute, We were unable to get there before the game started (in which I paid a full price with full fees to get) I was misled by the parking seller and was made to think the parking area was MUCH closer to the venue. I never would of purchased this parking pass for my sister/disabled veteran because I know she cannot walk far.
I cannot believe Stubhub would allow this to happen. I hope this is not a representation of many of the sellers on your website.

Desired outcome: I would like my money back for both purchases. The whole game experience was terrible due the sellers that Stubhub introduced me to. Please honor you customer satisfaction guarantee. I am very far from satisfied.
