We purchased the invisible tickets May 21, 2024 Purchased Air fair same day and The Landing Hotel. Entire trip totaling $4,456.79. Not including parking at the airport in Charlotte and boarding our dog. Flight was amazing, Hotel amazing. Up until kickoff we were lied to saying the tickets were coming. Guess who missed the game between Pittsburg Steelers and Baltimore Ravens. Game sold out. They obviously resold our very good seats to the highest bidder. My husband was crushed and had to go to the doctor immediately. I want my money for the air fair and hotel back.
Recommendation: NEVER DEAL with STUB HUB, they are scammers. We are seniors and may not even be around next year sadly, this is the world in which we live.
On Tuesday, May 21, 2024 I purchased tickets to the Steelers vs. Ravens game, November 17, 2024. We never received the tickets. After flying from Charlotte, NC, and staying in the Landing Hotel and paying for the tickets to the game.
You refunded the tickets after saying the tickets would be sent by Saturday November 16, 2024 @ 2:00. The refund came too late to purchase tickets to see the game. So we basically spend a total of $4,456.79 for nothing. There is still the matter of our hotel $1320.12 and our fight $1948.90 totaling $3,269.02. Which is what you owe us. When we returned home my husband had to go to the doctor because his pressure was way too high, caused by his hard earned money that was trashed because you did not send us the tickets to the game in which we paid for. I am putting this on social media, The better Business Bureau and sending over to the Federal Trade Commission. Your reviews are horrible which is why I don't understand how you are allowed by law to do this to people. I am forwarding this complaint to my attorney as well. Send your documentation, which includes your booking confirmation, the refund notice, and receipts for your travel expenses, directly to StubHub’s customer service team. Stress the emotional and financial burden that went on because the tickets were not delivered. Ask reimbursement for your expenses that are non-refundable due to the constraints of being a goodwill act since there was a massive effect on your arrangements.
