StyleWe company and clothes

The Order: I ordered five items from StyleWe from their different designers. This website shows a wonderful display of modern, chic and beautiful clothes, but the actual products do not match the pictures. I received the order after three weeks and realized that the package came from China.

The clothes: the sizes of the clothes are completely off. I’m normally a size medium or large depending on the brand. For this order, I order all clothes large. These clothes were extra extra small. The sizes are designed for very small people. Their sizing chart is completely inaccurate. The fabrics and colors did not match the pictures on their website. The colors, material, and sizes everything was wrong.

The refund: I sent them an email and follow step by step their instructions through their website to request a label, ship a package, provide proof of shipment to obtain the refund three business days after they received proof of the package per their policy. After several request through their website their last message was that they are away due to the New Year’s Holiday. Huh! Clearly, the company is in China since it is February in the US. At this point, I dispute the charge with my credit card. Currently waiting for my bank to complete their investigation and credit my account.

I believe that this is a scam company. They are advertising a company as if they are in the US. This is a Chinese company and the items ship from China. This is something they should disclose on their website. The product is not what is shown in the website. If you have a question, there is no one that you can call. There is no customer service. There is no phone numbers to call. The only way to communicate to them is by sending them an email through their website. Then a automatic genetic email is sent back to your email indicating that they received your message and will reply to you sometimes within 24 hour sometimes 48 hours or sometime depending if there is a holiday in China.

StyleWe don't order from stylewe!

Do not buy anything from Stylewe, the majority of positive reviews are fake and probably written by their employees. I have survived a real nightmare to return two dresses. The whole process was ridiculous and painful, I asked for their return address like million times and sent them photos. I also sent them a picture of the tracking report, which showed when the dresses were received. I've sent several messages and received absolutely no response. After reading other reviews and complaints, I now understand that I made a huge mistake when I decided to order something from StyleWe. Many consumers lost their money because of these scammers. I'm going to report them to the BBB and I'll leave negative reviews about them everywhere is possible. StyleWe is a scam company, do not buy from them!

I purchased three dresses before christmas, two arrived late and one wasn't in stock. They immediate said they will credit my card for the dress not in stock, that email was sent December 29th. StyleWe very disappointed customer

I purchased 2 dresses 1/2016, but when they arrived they were too small. I've sent several emails trying to contact StyleWe to get more information on their exchange policy, after realizing that you will get ripped off if you try to return the items. I have yet to receive a response from the company. Had I read all of the complaints posted, I never would have ordered from the company, beware, terrible customer service.

StyleWe purchase-2 coats

I was on a website and noticed Stylewe as a pop-up on the right. Noticing all the wonderful styles and prices I thought I would take a chance and place an order. I ordered two jacket size 3X because I normally wear size 16 and I wanted make sure it was loose. After I received the same order delay as many of you, I finally received my order. I could barely get my arm in one and the other coat would not even close. The size was nowhere near advertised. What a mistake!

Immediately, I tried to contact Stylewe and return the items. The website points you to your order page and advises you to press the button for returns, but there is no button to press. There is no customer service number to contact anyone and it seems once you have paid you are on your own, Having no prior history with this company I decided to use PayPal to buffer my order. Thank God I did!

The dresses listed on the stylewe.com website are woefully mis-sized. I have had to return 3 of the 5 dresses I recently bought. I received a refund for the 1st return, after Order # MIBC5811 was mailed to stylewe 12/30/15. It was received by stylewe on 1/2/16 @ 2:32pm per the USPS tracking # [protected] 1816 87). I received my refund on 1/19/16...

StyleWe poor quality & does not refund

I ordered from this website even after I read all the negative reviews on here. The clothes looked so great in the photos so I thought I'd take a chance. I received a part of my order 2 weeks later and everything was off. Too big, too small and poor quality especially the zippers. I emailed customer service for a return and sent 3 items i received via Fedex. I emailed customer service per the instruction with the tracking number of the shipment which arrived the next day. I received a response requesting the tracking number and order number which was provided in the prior email. I have still not heard back from Stylewe. They have refused to respond to emails and I had to open a Paypal claim. I would be returning the remaining items as well and filing a subsequent claim on Paypal to be refunded for those as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

StyleWe stay away from this place!

I bought a dress on December 28 from StyleWe. Several days later I received a message stating my order was shipped. Few weeks later I got another email and was told that there was a problem with my order and they had to cancel it. I sent several requests regarding the status of my order and got back identical emails providing me with the return address. I email them again and said that I don't need a return address, because I never received anything. But I received the same message again. Every time I try to contact them I get nothing but a return address. I also demanded a refund, but of course there was no answer. I just want my money back! I will never use StyleWe again.

StyleWe customer service & clothes from this site

Abysmal and subpar customer service and quality. Good luck getting any responses to queries or assistance with returns, UNLESS, you file persistent complaints. Read reviews on www.sitejabber.com and this site, www.complaintsboard.com before committing to buy anything from the site. No customer service phone number provided to customers. All communication is via email. Easy to make purchases but very difficult to initiate returns and even more distressing to get a refund, if lucky. Items shipped from China or Singapore. My order had an awful stench, did not meet the quality of the pictures on their website and the quality was laughable. Would NEVER recommend this business. Buyer Beware!

StyleWe bad experience

I ordered a coat from StyleWe. I used followed stylewe's measurements and ordered a medium sized coat. I received the items in reasonable time, but it appeared to be too small for me. Also the color was wrong and there was a little hole on the sleeve. I contacted StyleWe customer service, we discussed all the details and I shipped the coat back to them. Everything seemed fine, but several weeks passed and I heard nothing from them. So I sent them a message and asked about the coat. Their representative confirmed that item was received. Then I sent another email and asked about the money, but since then there was no response from StyleWe. For this reason I do not recommend this company.

StyleWe no customer service!

I bought a dress from StyleWe and received it in reasonable time. The dress was lovely and very beautiful, but it was too small from me. I contacted StyleWe customer service and asked about an exchange. I have sent them numerous messages but received no response. Their prices and items are lovely, but the lack of customer support is a big problem. I had an issue, but they never helped me and that’s a shame. I actually never hear from them again. They just took my money and disappeared. Be careful and better do not order anything from StyleWe. I made a mistake by trusting this company.

StyleWe refund

I bought a total of 6 dresses and coats. 3 of the dress sizes was not what I had ordered and 1 of the coats size was large while that coat even my friend whose size is medium was tight. Anyways, I contacted the customer service for the 2 different orders, and 2 different customer service reps replied to my e-mail stating that if I return the items using USPS( which cost me about $ 40), and I e-mail the m the proof, I get my money back. I followed their advice . put all 4 returned items in the same box last Saturday Jan.16th, 2016. I right then, took pictures from the box, returned items and the receipt as requested . No response. Yesterday January 19th, I again contacted them through their website. NO RESPONSE!

I also RETURNED 2 dresses, and I have not HEARD or SEEN my MONEY RETURNED TO Y ACC. Plus I will NEVER AGAIN Purchase From Any Company That I Have To PAY FOR THE RETURN. Also The Clothes Were NOT THE QAULITY EXPECTED, No LINING, CHEAP!. The clothes look SOOO FAB ON LINE BUT, NOT SO.

This company is engaged in fraud. The dress I purchased online was a joke - it looked like a 5th grader hobbled together tissue paper. NOTHING like the photo and unfit to wear. They fought with me over a refund. Finally, they agreed and sent me a return shipping label. I returned. Now they are refusing to issue a refund. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

I ordered three different items in February 2016. One item didn't fit well. Another was a cheap and thick material quite unusual for a dress, and the blouse fit but again the material felt scratchy and was cheap. I followed their return policies. They have my money and the returned items. Whenever I write them to ask where my refund is, they write this: "Yes, We will refund to your original payment method. If you run into any problem, please let us know." And, when I write back to inform them that my money is NOT in my account, they write this: "It is suggested to use the transaction ID to check your paypal record or your credit card/debit card." This has been going on for MONTHS as it is now June 22nd. They even lied and gave me false transaction numbers, telling me my money had been returned to PayPal, but I don't have an account and used my credit card where, of course, I have proof of my transaction.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM STYLEWE. IT IS A SCAM.

I ordered two dresses from StyleWe and they were to small. I mailed them back to the company, and have not received refund. I faxed proof of shipment to their company. USPS is now trying to track address to this company. PayPal is charging me for items I do not have. $134.00.

I purchased 2 of the same dresses because the size explanation was odd. The shipping stated within 12 days and I received them after 21 days. (Missing the event I was actually getting the dress for). One fit and one was too big, however, the design was very different on each dress. Not like the picture on the website. I requested return information. Problem?: I made the purchase without creating a log in StyleWe account first. Because of that there is no order history. After 4 emails back and forth with "customer service" I was asked to provide the order number. I not only did so, I emailed a copy of the email confirmation of the order. I have never heard back. I have reached out 3 more times and have heard nothing.
It is now over 31 days since I received the item, so, as I have read in other complaints, they are not obligated to provide the full refund. They may never respond anyway. Very poor - I have deterred many friends from making the same mistake.

Item sent bordered on ridiculous-looking. Picture of item looked appealing but when it arrived material, construction of item, sizing and style were not beyond belief. How does one go about getting their money back on this over $100.00 item?

I ordered two dresses. Both were silk. When I opened the packages, I realized that both dresses were very cheaply made and the material were very poor quality. Both dresses feel and smell like old material that has been stored too long. I immediately repackaged the dresses and wrote style we.com an email notifying them that I was not satisfied and was requesting a return label for a refund. The company will not respond to my request for a return label and there are no invoices in the packaging. The order required the use of PayPal which raised my curiosity but I ordered anyway. This should have been a red flag. I have since made three attempts for a refund label in the past two days. Now that I have read the posted complaints, I realize that this company is a sham. PayPal should not continue using them. No one should buy from them. They only produce lovely pictures and have probably written the good reviews themselves. Buyers beware!

Stay away from STYLEWE. My items are on back order. After several attempts to get information on items "shipped" I haven't received, STYLEWE won't provide me a status on my pending items shipped. StyleWe is good for only giving you the run a round! Before you purchase online, check company's track record on customer satisfaction and complaints, I know I will!

StyleWe terrible quality

I decided to buy something from StyleWe, because I liked their website and their products looked amazing. So I purchased 4 dresses and received them a week later, but was very disappointed with the quality. The material was thick and itchy, and the workmanship was horrible. I sent them a message and asked about how to return the dresses. They wrote back with a return address, asked me to take a picture of the return package, and the refund will be posted in 2 days. I did as they said and paid $40 for the return shipping. Two weeks passed, but still no refund. The tracking system says that they received the package 2 days ago, and still nothing. Very disappointing!

I believe in all the complaints and bad reviews these people have to offer about StyleWe. I personally think that no one wants to waist their time writing bad comments about their bad experiences with this or any other company. Before I make a purchase from websites that I am not familiar with, I always check their credibility.

To all people, if you order from this company, you will be wasting your money.
I ordered (2) dresses total paid $136.00. I would not wear them inside of my house. They were to small and terrible material. Never again will this happen.
Leave those facebook on line orders alone. I will not spend more money trying to return. Should have read the reviews before ordering.

StyleWe horrible customer service.

Please save your time and your money and don't purchase anything from StaleWe. They send you the wrong items and refuse to give you the full amount back. I bought three dresses, but received completely different ones. I contacted customer service and heard nothing. Later I got a message from StyleWe rep and was told to take measurements and pictures. I was told that if I did this I would receive a 100% discount. A 100% discount is not even possible! I refused to do that and asked for the return address. The rep said that they would give me a 50% refund if I ship the items back to China. Later I emailed them again and told that will accept a 50% refund (well, it's better than nothing). But the rep said they changed their mind and would not give me a refund at all. I hate StyleWe, pathetic company!

Horrible quality!” - I received my first order yesterday that I placed on December 23rd. The dress is broken! It's a huge hole on the butt! I took a pictures from it and send it to the stylewe customer support. No response! I paid full price of $78.00 and when I got it was so frustrated! The size is way smaller than there size chart! I'm size medium ordered a size XL and it's look like I need XXXL instead! The material is cheap. This dress looks like $5.00 from China! Yes it is from China but not worsted $78.00 and all issues with all my 8 ORDERS! From all those 8 orders 4 of them out of stock and I never get my money back! The customer service is horrible! Please be careful guys if you decided to buy something from there website store. On pictures all clothes looking very beautiful and gorgeous and amazing! But NO NO And NO! Don't waist your time and money!

I got a bad order, and now their pop-up ads keep coming up on my screen! I am furious, especially when I read all of these posts...these people need to be stopped! Since they use the postal service to commit this fraud, perhaps USPS would be interested in their activity...which might even be a Federal Offense!

StyleWe color-block wool midi dress

I have the same complaint that other people have posted here… I ordered a dress from the StyleWe site. It took several weeks to receive it, despite the estimated 7-10 business days they originally promised. The dress I ordered was a size XS, but it fit like a L. The material was cheap, as was the production. I sent the dress back for a refund of $122 per email instructions from a StyleWe rep. The return cost me an additional $14. I was told that I'd receive the refund within 3 business days, it is now 6 business days and the refund has yet to come. I've emailed the company to follow up, but have not received a response from them. This is obviously a highly unprofessional establishment. Do not deal with them. I intend to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

StyleWe don't deal with these people!

Their website looks very professional, but products they sell are horrible. The quality is very poor and they have serious problems with sizing. Items I ordered were damaged, so I returned everything. Received a message stating I would get a refund in 3 business days. 3 days passed and still no money. I have contacted them several times with no response and no refund. I sent another email demanding a refund few days ago. I sent them the tracking number and they had already received the package! Yesterday got a message saying I'll be refunded in 3 business days. The same thing again. They should not be doing business! These people are thieves, seems like the only thing they do well is stealing peoples money.

It took almost two months for the dress to arrive! When you order they say that it will take only few days. Well, there's a big difference between few days and two months! The dress I received looked cheap and the size was wrong. It is almost impossible to obtain the return information. There is no information on their website. I sent them a message and received a reply written in Chinese! After continuously emailing them they will finally respond telling you they're sending a refund. But they will never give your money back. Well, lesson learned, but I lost $40 and that is very sad. I will never order something again from StyleWe! Horrible company in China that doesn't even have a phone number! Ridiculous!

I bought 5 dresses, I received 1 the wrong size, 1 the wrong color, 1 the zipper broken. I've returned them and they promised my money back in 3 days, it has been 3 months and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND!

I totally agree. My experience is identical to Margo's. This company sells cheap, ill-fitting clothes made for elves. After complying with their ridiculous return policy, you will NEVER hear from them again, except that they will send insane emails that make NO SENSE, after you repeatedly try to email them. There is NO customer service number, and you are dealing with people who do not understand English, nor do they understand how to do business in an honest way. They are THIEVES, you will never get your money back. HEED MY WORDS! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

StyleWe issue with an exchange/no replies from stylewe

Dear Complaints Board, I ordered a coat from Stylewe that was much smaller than indicated in their website, so I requested an exchange and got a reply from "Tiffany" at [protected]@stylewe.com. As per her instructions, I mailed the coat on Monday, December 21, to: StyleWe.com 198 East Boston Post Road, Unit 2R Mamaroneck, NY, 10543 I included a letter with information that Tiffany requested, as follows: PRODUCT: AZIMAO coat SKU: COBRE036 ORDER # C6H37842 USPS Return tracking number: [protected] 56 Customer: Andrea Reese (I also included my address for the replacement to be sent to, but wasn't sure I should write it in this public forum). The USPS tracking number confirms that it was delivered to them the following day, which was December 22. I wrote to them 2 days later to confirm that they received the coat and that an order had been placed for the replacement in XXL. (Tiffany had said in her note that the new order would be placed within a day.) I did not get a reply from Stylewe and I've sent them the same email 3 more times since then, but with no reply. I contacted them via Facebook with a message, but did not get a reply to that, either. I would still like to receive the coat in XXL as an exchange, but if for some reason that is not possible, I would like a refund asap of the $45.99 I paid for the coat. I've attached a photo of the Post Office receipt as proof that I mailed the package to Mamaroneck, which is what I also emailed them. I totally agree! A sweater vest I purchased has frayed threads hanging out of a seam, and the sleeves are too short! Tiffany had the nerve to suggest that I find some to fix the seam! Unbelievable! The other garment was a "free size" batwing sweater. Again, it was too small, not even reaching to my waistline, and sleeves are too short. I am 5ft.9in. tall, and wear an average US size 12, but these garments are ridiculously SMALL! I am opening a dispute through PayPal, and will probably complain to the NY state Attorney General! Someone needs too shut these people down!
