Subway treatment of employees

At the store in Danville, WV I witnessed the manager Tina belittle her employees treating them like they are [censored]. This is not the first I've heard of this just the first time I've witnessed it. There needs to be management oversight there, people shouldn't be treated in this manner. The workers there are always friendly and courteous and don't deserve this treatment.

Subway horrible food/missing points store #2419-0 on beltline irving, texas

I have two receipts from Subway, both I asked for my points to be added and yet my card balance is still 0.00. Also I went in this morning and my food was awful! The flat bread was hard and old, it was so old it split...I took photos. Term ID-Trans# 1/A-176237, no points added and bread was hard. Term ID-Trans #1/A-177161 no points added hard bread. Each time I have had to throw my food away because I couldn't eat it. The server knew the bread was hard, but yet she served this bread to me anyway. I frequent a Subway at least 3-4 times a week and not just at this store, but others because you are my choice for breakfast. If I am budgeting out to eat at your restaurant that many times a week and I don't vary far away from it, I expect to get some decent food. This may not be a lot to you, but I spend an average of $75 - $100 a month and I expect my food to not be old or un able to eat.

Subway lazy, poor sandwich skills, rung up order wrong then refused to fix it

I would like to file a formal complaint about the Subway @ 368 Voters Rd. Slidell, La 70461. I ordered a spicy Italian foot long, which is currently on sale for $4.99 plus tax. I asked that the sandwich be cut in half, because I was splitting it with my husband, and we eat differently. When preparing my husband's half it was done poorly, the mayonnaise bottle was nearly empty, but she continued to force it out, to the point where it sprayed all over the wrapper. Then when I went to pay for the foot long she charged me for two separate 6 inches, not even honoring the special. When I asked for it to be corrected, she argued that I was wrong. Luckily another employee by the name of Nick overheard, took over and corrected it for me. But wow, what [censor]

Subway poor customer service

Our local store is extremely slow all the time. So much that alot of people have stopped going and i say this because the last 2 times i have gone i am the only one there. Today when i went i didn't get my bottled water. I waited at the window (i was at the drive thru) karissa finally comes back to the window and i say, nicely, that i wanted a bottled water also and she says very abruptly, "you didn't ask for water" slammed the window closed and comes back with the water and my debit card, hands it all to me in one hand and says, have a nice day and believe me that's not what she wanted to say. I will not be going to subway for lunch anymore.

Subway horrible treatment

I would like to file a formal complaint against the store 6061 Jericho Turnpike Commack New York 11725. Store number 25938...On 4/4/18 I went into this store and ordered a Tuna sandwich. When I got home i saw the bread was stale and hard, I then reached out to Subway listens on Twitter. We spoke via private message and they apologized for the service and food. I was told the restaurant owner should contact me within 2 business days, but never heard from them. Subway then provided me with a gift card of $10.00. Following today 4/15/18 at 6:50 PM I go back to the same Subway in hopes of no hard feelings and a great sandwich. I was not even half way in the store when the owner started shaking her head at me telling me she refuses to serve me. I asked her what was wrong and she proceeded to say "I will not serve you because you called Subway on me, you can go down the road to a different store, I rolled back my cameras and I know it was you" I then told her yes I did file a complaint regarding her stale bread and she continues to talk over me telling me it's nearly impossible the bread was old. On 4/4 I was served by her daughter whom had an attitude while making my sandwich, she was the only one working. Her mother tells me tonight that she heard the whole conversation and was in the store with her daughter that evening. This conversation went on for about 10 minutes of her going back and forth arguing with me. In the middle of getting loud with me she tells me to shut up and leave her store. A Spanish couple finishing up eating were in the store, as I left she then starts telling the customers what was happening. Not only was it raining tonight, I have a disability and going to this Subway was convenient for me, being around the corner from my home. i do not appreciate this treatment or service.

Subway childrens meals

The price for the child's meal on the menu board was 3.99. By the time I checked out it had grown to over 7.00. They charged me for extras. I don't understand why I was not told what does and does not come with the meal. I was even charged 1.00 for the child's toy. Unbelievable, never again, Fire House Subs from now on. I live in the same neighborhood as the franchise owner, no wonder he has such a nice home. Ripping people off. There should be a set price at every Subway for a child's meal. Very disappointed.

Subway withholding an employee check

The store manager with held my niece paycheck, telling the employees not to give her check. without notice to her about any reason why, cutting her hours because she did not come in on her day off.
I have never had an employer or manager to threaten me about my check or threaten to cut my hours for petty reasons. It is against federal and state wage and labor laws to not pay the employee promptly and there, withholding a paycheck is not allowed.
I think the manager needs counseling,
This is the first job my niece applied, so happy and thrilled to be working for your company and to be treated this way. Having a bully to use his power to push a 18 year old who is taught to obey a manager .
As an aunt I am very upset.

Subway management

The manager is completely unprofessional. He makes messy sandwiches and parties with his coworkers off the clock. When his employees try to contact him when there is an issue at the store his girlfriend always answers the phone stating he is either in the shower or busy playing video games. There is always something broken in the store for example a toilet in the men's bathroom has been out of order for a month. One employee called in sick. It was on My the second time in the whole year he workers there, and the managers girlfriend kept answering the phone. You could here him in the background screaming and yelling in the background and even threatened to come to our house and beat him up. How does he still have his management job?

Subway cleanliness

I went to the subway at 420 ellingson road #101 in auburn Washington last night because I love your sandwiches. But as I'm standing there waiting for my order I notice 2 containers with a white foam at each end I didn't know what they were till I asked for a side of guacamole that's when she pulled a small spatula like utensil out of the container to spread the guacamole across my sandwich. I guess it's used to clean the spoons and utensils used to make the sandwiches so its mayo guacamole and what ever other spreads are used it looked disgusting. I took my sandwich back to my hotel room across the street but as I thought about how long those utensils were sitting in that foam of all those spreads it grossed me out and could not eat it . I love your product for the most part but seeing that really bothered me .can you set up a new system to clean spoons or throw aways something other than letting them sit there all day in the same dirty water .thank you

Subway manager / employment

I'm not sure How do I get in contact with a owner of a subway that is franchised, 21183 Kuykehndahl Rd Spring Tx 77379, I lost my car due to Hurricane Harvey and my boyfriend was hired on as a worker . Showed up to every shift on time and the one time he made it 15 minutes late to pick me up from work which he already discussed with the hiring manager at the Subway location prior to being hired on in the interview process that we share a vehicle, well she texted him to terminate him & removed him completely off the schedule without notice when he went to work his overnight shift because he showed up late one time . It's unprofessional and something that should be addressed by the owners franchised or not, I want to know if this is how Subways operates with their business? I left my job early to get him to work and he go in and they tell him she took him off the schedule. She texted trying to get him to quit and it is like one way or the other she wanted to force him out the door probably because she is a manager having relations with a employee and he knew about it .

Subway customer service

To whom it may cobren:
My name is Odaliza Rivera and I am very dissappointed at the customer service at the subway in Taunton Ma area to be specific the one located on Washington st location in the plaza. I am a disabled individual with severe anxiety and depression. I also suffer from from panics I only take medication for my anxiety which sometimes causes me to frequently use the bathroom without notice. I walked into the subway wanting to explain my current situation but the employee at that time did not even allow me to explain myself she arruptly jumped and said rudely you must purchase something which I did have knowledge of but she continue to be rude even though I tried to slow her down so that I could explain but she continue to be rude and say that I needed to purchase before I use the restroom which is understanding but the way she went upon it was totally uncalled for. Also began to treating with calling security which I totally snapped and became very scared and nervous but willing. She should have been a bit more understanding. Thank you sincerely ODALIZA RIVERA this took place at about 4-4:30pm on April.3.2018. Thank you once again

Subway customer service

I went to the subway on highway 292 in inman sc on saturday 3/31/18 when I went in no one was there both workers were in the back after a little while one finally yelled and said I be there in a little bit. Up on finally coming to the counter she never said sorry you had to wait or anything then I ordered 2 sandwiches 1 chicken 1 steak and she said that they were out of chicken she could prepare some but it would take her a while. So I got 2 steak but not what I wanted again never said she was sorry. Then a ask for a tiny bit of mustard and she said just a tiny bit and I said yes and she turn the bottle up and mashed out a lot of mustard and I told her that it was way to much. And she acted like it was nothing and said well I can make it over but I didnt want to wait any longer I had been in there for long enough already and I ask her for a comment card and she said that she didn't have one. Well why not I think her name is angel and she needs a lot of retraining.

Subway I am complaining about manager and employee

Subway #2724-0 7430 Greenback Lane, Citrus Heights, CA 95621 served by Olga (manager) 3/30/2018 12:23:33 pm. While the manager Olga was making our sandwich her employee I believe her name was Katie sneezed. Never washer her hands or was asked to by the manager Olga. I kindly stated to Olga I think the employee needs to wash hands since she sneezed. Olga yelled out to her to was her hand because she sneezed. Olga went in the back room I am thinking to tell her to stay there until we leave. Olga never apologized or said a work to me. I told her I this is something she should do without being reminded. Olga looks at me and said "I understand". We decided to stay and eat there. The whole time Olga just kept looking at me, make me uncomfortable.

Subway yesterday bread.

i bought x 3- 6" subs steak and cheese. when the owner opened the bread i could tell its not fresh, nicely i told hare is this from today, she said sure it is. by looking at it i already knew its yesterdays bread. i toke it anyway just to be sure. toke 2 bites and immediately i knew i was right. i gave it back to the owner and said its not fresh i like a fresh bread pls.she called hare employee and said way did u put yesterdays bread there? the employee said, no no. the owner gave hare such look, like she was about to eat hare alive. then she told hare gave hare a refund and left. i said i like a new sub rather then refund, she said all the bread would be the same.and she left. no apology, nothing at all. the min i asked about the bread she should have knew im a bread person and knews my bread. she should have puled the bread from the oven rather then from yesterdays rack. then she would have avoided this incident . it is not the 1st time it happened to me at diff locations. they think just becuz they will toast it then the costumer will not knew the diff. big mistake and i would never eat there again, she just lost a costumer that eat at hare place 3 times a week. no sub can beat publix subs, the best and freshest subs ever, plus the best value. they dont weight every pice of lattes they add like they do at subway, to cheep and expansive for how they measure everything to the gram.

Subway I don't know her name

The subway on 271 fisherville rd in concord nh, usually has good customer service. On 3/22/18 at 11:15 a.m. i encountered a very unfriendly employee, short female, i didnt catch her name. Did not greet me, did not ask me what i would like, just stared at me until i started to order on my own. She toasts my sub as i asked and went back to just staring at me. There were very little veggies out to choose from and no sauces or condiments. I asked for lettuce and black olives only got lettuce. I asked "do you guys have dressing?" She responds " yea its in the back" and just stared at me, I said "well then can I have dressing" she storms off and huffs and gets it. Back to staring at me. The transaction concludes and again no, thank you no have a nice day nothing that can be thought of as courtesy. I will not return to this subway. All the while the tall woman who i believed to be the supervisor observed all this and said and did nothing. As i walked away i said "thanks for being rude, you should probably get out of customer service"

Subway employee being wrote up

There was an employee rode up in the Albion Illinois Subway store by her manager for something that she did not do and she wasn't even working at the time of the incident but the manager has cut her hours and I'd like for something to be done about it because the girl that got wrote up wasn't even working at the time and this is at the Albion Illinois 628 06 Subway store

Subway rude employees.

Never have we been treated so rudely at a Subway.
First our Great Granddaughter ordered a kids sandwich with Salami. We were told (unpleasantly) that she couldn't have salami. So we asked for a regular sandwich for her. We were informed she had already cut the bread for a child's portion and she could have turkey or ham. We went along with her without comment. Then my wife ordered Chicken Teriyaki. When asked what she wanted on it she said lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, salt and pepper. She rolled her eyes back and very rudely she was almost shouted at by this lady "I can't hear you." Then I ordered a ham sub. When asked what bread I said how about a wrap. Was told, "You can't have a ham sub in a wrap" very sarcastically . When we got to the cashier she said " I am very sorry for the way you were treated.
I tried entering this store # at tellsubway.com but could not.
I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to contact the owner of this store. Thank you, John Halbert

Subway employees; bad attitude

I went into subway to get lunch like any other day and when I went in there there was a girl that was helping me and the whole time she was just super rude to me, gave me dirty looks, when I asked her if she could drain the chicken she looked at me like I was a [censor] and said sure in the most snobby way possible. Also when she was asking if I wanted parmesan I said yes and i'd like salt and pepper as well and while I was saying thar she interuptted me and said again do you want parmesan again after I had already said yes she was really rude the entire time. The customer service was horrible I felt super unwelcome, when all I was trying to do was get lunch. I'm a loyal customer that has gone to subway for a long time and I probably will never go back to that store ever again because of the bad experience I had. It was complete [censor] and I have never been so disrespected before in my life!

Omg someone must have hacked into my account! I would never write someone so rude! I have mentally challenged people in my family and have some def friends that I sign language to. This was not the case at all. The girl that helped me was perfectly normal. She was not def by any means nor would I judge her in such a crude manor or at all if she was. I am so sorry to those who are reading this! I swear I had nothing to do with that updated comment. If there's a way to report it please do! I've been trying to find a way to delete it since I noticed it on here!

Update, I just found out that this rude girl is deaf. That is why she asked me again if I wanted parmesan on my sub. This is a waste of time as I already answered her. If she is deaf she should not be working with normal human beings. She should not be wasting time by asking customers to repeat themselves. I want her fired, but they probably only hired this reject because they cannot discriminate. What a shame. I will not go back to this location until they fired this mute or put her where deaf people should be, away from the public. If she cannot hear well she should not be working with the public. She wasted my time by asking me if i wanted parmesan on my sub after I already told this freak that I did. I understand that you cannot discriminate. However if you are going to hire these pathetic people they should be able to do their job and not waste time by asking the customer the same question again.

Subway the service

I have gone into the Dowling store in anchorage and one of the workers has not cut my sandwich multiple times and the last time today he not only did not cut my sandwich but did not put any of the toppings that I asked I got home and realized it called to complain all they do to say sorry about that then I drove down there return to sandwich and the girl working there now then try to just add the toppings to this sandwich that was now cold I had to ask her to remake it rather than her to offer it and when I did that I received some attitude from her I work right next to a Subway and I literally eat there every single day I spend about $200 a month at Subway and now I don't think I'm going to go back again along with telling my friends how bad the service was there I love your sandwiches and for the most part I do love the service that I get but the way that I was just treated was ridiculous

Subway closing times

The Subway in Baton Rouge, Louisiana at 4631 Perkins Rd has been closing 3-4 hours earlier than normal for the last few months and I would like to know why. It's not fair that I get off of work at 6pm and drive over to this Subway location and it's closed earlier than it's posted time. Also, anytime I've gone there and they are actually open (which is rare), the person working behind the counter has a friend of theirs behind the counter with them who doesn't work there which I find unprofessional. This location definitely needs to either just shut down or do a complete 180 with the hiring process since they don't want to hire anyone with a good work ethic.
