Swarovski® Crystals Rose Gold Finish Crossover Ring on size T
Ring turning finger green after 2 weeks. Not worn whilst washing up, cleaning or having a shower. Really let down. Description says rose finish but I don't expect the rose finish to rub off after 2 weeks and expose a copper/green looking band. Disappointed as swaroski used to be seen as a trustworthy, luxury designer brand. Ring was originally £68 down to £20. The price isn't an excuse. I've purchased £20 rings from Argos before and never had this issue. The quality on this swaroski ring is something I'd expect from Claires accessories.

Lady watch send in for repair.
Repair Order ID : W18215240001001021 (C044783270) watch send to Tampines Swarovski for repair on feb 2020 and return back on 17 july 2020 without repair because the cost is too higher. After receiving the watch, at home I discovered that watch back cover came off and the battery is missing inside and the minute hand cannot move when I turn the watch knob.
I complaint to Store Manager Mr Jason Ang who is so nice and very willing to solve my problem with the service centre. In the end I did not receive a good favourable answer. Very disappoint with the service centre. My email is [protected]@hotmail.com

I contacted swarovski by email on march17 2020 after trying to call and speak to a ccr without success. My rose gold plated jewelry is all tarnished... Earrings, bracelets. After multiple emails with no response or unsatisfactory comments or replies... Finally a ccr took over my case and seemed to truly care about my concern... She asked for pics which I promptly provided and told me she would submit them to the special craftsmen and would get back to me. That email was sent on april 15. I waited 1 month no reply so I emailed her once again and she said she would look into it. Today june 11 still no reply... So disappointed to say the least... I've been a loyal customer for over 25 years and not to mention all the swarovski pieces i've received as gifts.
I would maybe like the jewelry to be replated if possible or some pieces changed or replaced...
I will submit all emails and the pictures I sent them upon request from my email... I'm having a hard time including the pictures won't take them

On august 2019 i went to lebanon as tourism and got the sagittarius necklace, i tried the necklace a week ago and while shopping on swarovski website i found out that the necklace has 3 chains, but my necklace has 2! J'ai offert à mon épouse une parure Swarovski l'année dernière: un collier et une paire d'anneaux pour son anniversaire en avril 2019.
Je lui ai ensuite offert le bracelet pour la Noël 2019.
Cependant, après avoir porté le collier et les anneaux (pour une deuxième fois seulement le 12 décembre dernier) nous avons remarqué que plusieurs pierres blanches avaient disparu du collier, confirmé par votre préposé de la branche de Grand Baie (qui a constaté et pris une photo).
Une semaine après, nous avons reçu un appel du même préposé confirmant que le collier sera remplacé par un autre, en garantie, vers février de cette année.
Quand, à la fin février, je me suis rendu chez Swarovski de Grand Baie pour m'enquérir de la situation, j'ai été stupéfait d'apprendre que non seulement le collier n'est pas arrivé mais en plus, il n'est plus fabriqué!

Hello, I am a loyal customer of Swarovski since years. Every country I live and visit I always love to shop from swarovski and I would never imagine this could happen at one of your store.
13 th of February I bring my family to Galleria Dallas and we stop by swarovski store inside of it. I love the set of rings that I saw on the display. I asked the sales representative if that is a set or apart. He said they are selling it seperately, they put them together for display. I said ok I wanted the buy one of them that I like most. He sold me the piece. Today is 16 th of February, I went the store again to bought the other one that I saw on the display. The same representative wasnt there. There was another lady who told me that they come together, that is a set. I asked if she is sire about it because when I was buying I asked the guy and he was so sure that they r selling seperately. So she checked the website and said, I dont know why he did that but it is a set of rings and she asked me to went back together tomorrow so she ll check the other ring. I felt so humiliated, maybe he thought we r tourists so we ll never figure it out. I dont know the explanation. But I dont see any good intentions. I wanna believe you make background check of your employees.

latisha flower broken and remix bracelet lost due to the magnet broken
My boyfriend gave me on June 2019 a Latisha Flower pendant that he bought in MSC Musica a cruise company, however now the white face is broken in pieces and the little dimonds are falling apart, is a very bad experience because because it cost a lot of money and it looks like cheap jewerly after this happened, to complete this, at the same time he gave me a bracelet Remix evil blue eye with bless on it and one time the magnet felt and my bracelet dissapeared, I managed to changed it but after days happened again but I lost it due to this magnet, I really want to have an answer and my money back or at least a replacement for them. I am very dissapointed with Swarovski and I have the pictures if you want proof.

Bought 2 sets of the dancing lions as a gift with the extra 10% . One set was damage when arrived. Circular box holding it was totally crushed. Tried calling 1-833 no printed in the receipt many times with no answer. Thinking it was New Year and people are off, called back after a week only to hear line not in service. Google and finally reach someone after waiting so long and only to be told item out of stock which is understandable but couldn't refund the exact amount, will have to loose the extra 10% off the entire purchase unless returned the whole thing and swarowski has a policy out of their hands. I know your policy but you should check your customer service. When there is problems with your delivery customer takes the pain. It's out of your hand. Shopping at swarowski is very inconvenient and a waste of my time .

I purchased this case online because the store didn't have one. I love the case but am disappointed that the silver Swarovski label attached to the case is crooked. I would think Swarovski would have better quality control so something like this didn't get sent out. The case was $91 with tax so you think you're hard earned money would get you a better product and not something they just slapped together.

I am a very faithful customer of Swarovski and have brought many items for the store earlier. But today, I had a very disappointing and humiliating experience at the Westfield Hawthorne Mall, Vernon hills, Illinois. My husband brought me a gift for Christmas on Dec 23, 2019, a chain, but the pendent on that chain kept turning. On realizing after wearing it, I decide that we would exchange it for another one. The chain costed us $149/-. So on Dec 29, 2019 at around 2:45pm we went to exchange the item but were today that since the item was worn it could not be returned or exchanged. While we understand that the manager or staff could not do much about the situation, the way this was handled was absolutely painful and humiliating. Please consider below points:
1. I entered the store and was helped by one of the associates. I told her that I was here to exchange the chain. She then opened the box and checked it and told me that was fine. I asked her if I can look around to replace and she said yes. Not once did she tell me that we would not exchange or refund the chain. So I started looking around.
2. In about 5-10 min I saw another chain I liked and called for the associate. Mind you, even at this time no one came and approached me that the chain could not be refunded or exchanged. On me calling the associate she comes and tells me it cannot be exchanged or returned.
3. We asked to speak with the manager. The manager of the store approached me and told me I had worn it for the entire day and she basically called me a lair and when I told her we weren't aware of the policy she kept telling me that I can call customer care and they would support her. We were still talking to her but she left while we were talking to attended another customer, like we did not matter. She was very rude and was not ready to listen to what we had to say.
If Swarovski can sell a $140 item to a customer (which we all know is not a small amount), the associates must have the patience to handle a situation with grace and not humiliate a customer.
I was humiliated in two counts. One, I chose something else and was said I cannot exchange it and called a lair. And second is while we were speaking to the manager she just ignored us in front of other customers standing there who clearly noticed it.
I am not a person who usually complains but I am not going to be humiliated and let a person bully me and get away with it. I have friends who buy things from Swarovski regularly and I will make sure, if this complain is not taken seriously, that they think before considering buying anything from Swarovski.

My boyfriend just bought me a bracelet for our anniversary. I only had it for 1 week and it's gone. The first day he gave it to me I noticed it on the ground in my bedroom and I didn't really make sense of how it got there. 3 days later I went out with my girlfriend to do some Christmas shopping and now its gone. What a waste of money. The magnetic clutch has a terrible connection. What a waste of money. You think if you are selling a meaningful bracelet that the quality would be decent enough to last on your wrist when you put it on. I didn't get any use of it, didn't even have it for a week. I am so upset as this was such a meaningful gift and now its gone just like that. To be honest I never ever complain about anything but this really breaks my heart
The exact same thing happened to me- only It was lost the very same day I received it. I put on, 2 min later I looked down and it was attached to my sweater. I thought maybe I'd not clasped it fully, and we put it back on. I wore it around the house that day and it stayed on, but that night I went out to the movies, and when I got home- It was GONE! Like you- I was heartbroken. The clasps on mine (the Creativity bracelet) were made to operate like a clothespin, making it so easily depressed and fall off. The official dealer I purchased through, said they'd tried to get Swarofsky to replace it- but they said they don't have it since it's a retired design. I have found it elsewhere on line- and had hoed they'd buy it back and offer to me. If I were to purchase it again- first thing I'd do is have theclasp changed out as CLEARLY- IT'S DEFECTIVE!

Received a swarovski watch as a gift. Wanted to return the item in exchange for store credit because it didn't fit.
I have been on the phone with customer service reps 4 times, and visited 2 different stores for this return, and the company is now telling me i've missed my window for returns or exchanges, and it's nothing they can do - just a system issue.
This is absurd. The Swarovski team has been leading me through the return/exchange process. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication internally. Overall would not recommend Swarovski for anyone - friend or otherwise.

My husband bought me for our anniversary (October 2014), an Atelier Swarovski Black Velvet Rock Ring By Viktor & Rolf at the price of $570 AUD.
When I wore it our night out I came back home and the ring was looking terrible. The velvet was like fading, like been rubbed off the ring ! I went back to the store and after apologies )mentioning that they had similar complains) they have replaced it with a new one.
As you can imagine after that I was very scared to wear it and i kept in in my jewellery drawers for long time. From memory I have used it only 2-3 times...
Last month I remembered about it and I wore it twice in two events on the same week and I was so stressed to be cautious while wearing it!.
I was very disappointed and upset that evening when i found out that so easy one rock was missing and the velvet looked faded and in bad condition again! Unbelievable!
So I went to Swarovski in Chadstone Melbourne where I purchased it and they have sent it for crystal replacement and velvet repair if possible.
Unfortunately I received it back last week with the crystal replaced but with no velvet reconstruction or replacement. A ring that we paid $570! and I cannot wear it! And I am very sad and stressed cause I love it and means so much for me.
The ladies at the Swarovski Chadstone shopping centre have photos and they have already expressed their apologies about what is happening with his ring. It looks bad and
I am asking for refund of my money otherwise I am taking further actions to the consumers affairs and anywhere else needed!

My husband gave me a gift card to Swarovski that he had purchased from physical store at the mall for last Christmas. When I went to use it for the first time months after, I was told the card was not activated by THE STORE and there was no history on the card in the system. Since it had been months later, I don't even have the gift receipt anymore. The sales associate at the store (who was the SAME girl that sold the gift card to my husband!) was not only no help in the issue, but she looked like she didn't even have an interest in making a sale! As I was asking about some of the jewelry, she just stood there and either ignored me or was too lazy to look to see if they had any more of the item in stock. Than she looked so put out when I asked for different size than the display size so that I can see if size would work and purchase the item. Yes, I had actually gone in to purchase another item. More fool to me since this company absolutely doesn't care about its customers. This is extremely disappointing in a company and I will absolutely no longer be recommending this brand for gifts.

Queens BLVD location's manager JESSICA is not helpful, discriminative, workers look miserable and aren't as friendly. Manager refused to give store credit because I didn't have receipt but proof of bank statement. It was 2 brackets my bf bought as a gift that didn't fit and no longer was carried in store. Called customer service and waited over 20 mins in store and they couldn't even convince the manager! Horrible customer service, dissatisfied customer not planning on going back! #scam

I was promised a refund approx. September 9th for a whole ) $12.98. I have been put off and lied to by the main customer service line in the US over and over again. Promises upon endless promises which are never fulfilled! I have made endless phone calls to no avail with a different story and excuse every single time I call. My last phone call was today. By the way, I have been a Swarovski loyalty customer for the last couple of years - but, have decided, that Swarovski is not trustworthy, and therefore, does not deserve any further of my hundreds of dollars of purchases every year. I believe that this is an incredibly stupid way of Swarovski conducting business with customers, but it is their decision and out of my control. To whom it may concern, I bought in February 2019 a ring and after a few months (around May) I noticed that a stone has fallen off. I went and told them my problem and they gave me a new one, I even changed the size for a smaller one, so there is no doubt that is the same ring. Now in October, again after a few months of wearing it, I have noticed that again a stone has fallen. I am very upset by this problem. I know that it is under warranty but it looks like I will have the same problem over and over again and at one point the warranty will expire.
