Swissport International review: Boarding gate staff members

While at belfast international airport attending gate 22 as stated on the electronic boarding screens the gate was not open but gate 24 was with 2 members of Swissport staff both female I asked the younger female “is this gate for Antalya” the younger female was stood away from the other female member at this point. The younger female who was asked the question was very rude and flippant answer of “it’s obvious they all combined” I replied it’s not obvious as it states on screen 22 she then walked off with a terrible attitude I asked her for her name she refused I asked again and each time refusing she then wandered off up the line of people. When I got the more senior meme we scanning and checking passports I asked her “please can you tell me name of the other member of staff again I was told she wasn’t prepared to give her name to me and I’m to just go ahead and complain and that when I complain that if they decide to deal with my complaint then they will know was on duty at that gate at that time she then was very abrupt towards rest of the party of 7 with me

I wish to point out it was not obvious that the 2 gates was combined or had been changed since published on the screen as it said gate 22

If it was obvious then we wouldn’t have felt the need to ask for guidance

I feel your members of staff on duty at gate 24/22 on 27/08/23 for Antalya are very very rude non helpful
