Taco Bell restaurant cleanliness/ nachos

I visited Taco Bell at 1520 N. Hillman street in Tulare, CA at 2pm today. I have never seen a fast food restaurant so dirty in my life! I should have walked right out but I was pressed for time. Floors had thick layer of grime looks like they haven't been mopped in ages, tables haven't been cleaned had to ask a worker who just happen to be a mgr. to clean my table she used a wet dirty rag to clean my table no disinfectant just sloshed dirty water everywhere, used hot sauce packs scattered throughout floor, and trash was overflowing out of every trash can. Ordered nachos which were very stale. My six yr old had to use the bathroom and it was even dirtier in there. When we went to wash his hands the soap dispenser was broken, no soap so how do the employees wash their hands? Homeless people walking in filled up their cup with soda and walked right out without even paying. So grossed out I will NEVER visit that Taco Bell again.

I had the worst service ever the girl at the drive thru had an attitude when I ask her to read my order back to me. She also gave me my food with an attitude. I will not be going back to that taco bell ever again.

Taco Bell crunchwrap supreme

Hello I visited a Taco Bell today (27494 dana circle kettle man city CA 93239)and ordered 2 crunch wrap supremes (as well as a baha blast, Cinnabon delights, chicken quesadilla) and they didn't taste good at all. I stopped eating them half of the way and got a slight stomach ache. Order 218 I'm very unhappy about my experience because I'm used to really good crunch wrap supremes.

Taco Bell food, service, and dirty restaurant

I visited taco bell on main street 580 in dunedin florida, 34698, on 8/8/17. I am a restaurant manager and was on my break, and starving. Well with that being said, I notice everything, and I expect great service and to be satisfied when i'm on my break and to be given great service, as I do all day at my job. I have at least 10 complaints. First off, my chalupa shells were stale... And i'm tired and starving mind you. 2nd, the floors and tables were disgusting. The booths were extremely dirty and sticky. It literally looked like no one had cleaned the floor, tables and booths in days. The soda table was disgusting... And you can also tell the he soda caps are never being cleaned cause I looked at them and almost threw up. There are literally 6 employees working behind the counter, and only two customers in the whole restaurant, and 1 customer at the drive thru, but the dining room is disgusting. There are also ants crawling all over the booths and tables. The manager also did not even apologize for my chalupas being stale, he just made me new ones. Your ice machine is broken as well, so the employees have to give you ice from behind the counter, which is fine, those things do happen, but the ice tasted like slime. I'm extremely disappointed and can not even believe what is going on in this restaurant. I will never return and I think someone needs to address these issues. You're spending all this money on labor, but none of your employees are cleaning. At all.

Taco Bell maintenance and employees

I went to Taco Bell on the 5th and there was one girl, clearly stressed out doing most of the work. She was taking orders from the counter and window by herself, making those orders with about 2 other employees, like the cooks. Orders were being messed up and the cups/lids needed to be restocked. As you can look to the back and see 4-5 employees chatting away, not helping at all. And when you look at the seating area and the soda dispensary area, it was filthy. Every table had food on it, stuff left on it, the floors had trash and those 4 employees in the back were doing nothing to help this one girl doing it all. Was not impressed, and felt very bad for this girl.

Taco Bell bad business and bullying other employees

To whom this may concern I visit Taco Bell just about every day but tonight i wasn't pleased with my visit I shouldn't have to come to the drive thru window to see a male manager arguing with an employee. Every time I come to taco Bell the young lady be doing her job very well... She greet me with a smile but tonight the male manager was loud talking the female for what reason I don't know but I wasn't please with it at all and this it's the first time I the male manager didn't do his job right being a manager because I didn't like the way the male manager was talking to the female loud talking her and not only loud talking her he cussed at her as if I wasn't waiting on my food and I waited on my food for at least 15 minutes and I'm pretty sure my food was ready but the male manager wanted to cuss and talk to the female employee any kind of was and it's like he forgot I was there and if some don't be done about this tonight was my last night going to that taco Bell because I didn't like how that manger handle himself in front of a customer that's very very unprofessional and I want be going back because I think that he is bullying that young lady and I don't like that at all because it's a way in handling things like what went on tonight...

Taco Bell service

Went in to order took 10 minutes just to order and another 10 to get food with 2 other people in store
No sauce or condiments so I ask for them
Once I got in my car and started getting food ready to eat my neicel ask me what the picture on her mild sauce was..
Horrified to see that someone at taco bell drew a penis with fluid squirting out
I explained it was a game andimmediately took it away from her
Seems taco bell has issues.. A few visits before I mentioned music was loud only to get yeah the boss has it on a gay station and I guess the boss heard it and said thats right girlfriend
So, my family will never visit taco bell again..
A better name would be taco hell
Filthy, rude staff, cold and stale chulapa, stale taco shell, inconsistent food items
Bathrooms are always nasty
Staff always outside smoking
Worked in hospital9 for 30 years and I can tell you the staff was nit trained nor do they care

Taco Bell attitude and excessive weight

We pulled up into the drive through and the man couldn't seem to get our order correct so I went on around and went inside and reordered my food the man told me it would be a few minutes because they were backed up 20 minutes later we finally got our food they only have one side of the prep bar open even though there was prep food on the other side if they were that backed up they should have had both sides open I didn't appreciate the attitude and then when we got our food they got our order completely wrong

Taco Bell taco bell drive thru

Good evening, my Taco Bell experience was the worst! I order through my mobile app. When I get to the store to pick up my order the cashier stated that my order was not pulling up on their screen. I showed them my receipt from my e-mail however they did not do anything about it. Instead they told me that if they rang up my order I would have to pay for it again! The manager also stated that the only thing I could do was contact support about my money. They were not helpful AT ALL! I was craving Taco Bell so bad that I decided to pay for it again. However I feel like Taco Bell employees and managers should be a little more considerate and professional about the way they handle situations like this.
I'm contacting you to give me a refund on my original order.

Taco Bell I am complaining about my food.

I bought a chalupa at the taco bell on 12800 S Figueroa street and it came with a hair in it and my family was very disgusted about the situation and they didn't want to eat the food that I bought them because they were thinking that another hair might come in it and my sister was the one that got the chalupa and when she bit it she vomited because she saw the hair and felt some hair in her mouth and the hair is not hers because it is a small black thin hair which is not hers so she was disgusted about it my family doesn't never want to eat food at taco bell again because that [censor] was [censor] nasty.This is something very bad and disgusting and the employees should be wearing hair nets.That should be a object that employees should use that is in the kitchen.This is on August 4, 2017. Taco Bell for the second time I have not received a fork or straw going through the drive through

I go to Taco Bell quite often and I usually have good service, but twice this month I have gone through the drive through and not received a straw for my drink or a sprork for my Mexican pizza. I know that they can be in a hurry when they have a huge line, but both times it has happened there has not been a line. There is not a reason as to why I shouldn't have received a straw and spork. By the time I got home (an hour and a half away) my food was cold and unedible.

Taco Bell double chalupa box

I arrived at 5:41:40, and order a Double Chalupa Box and when I got my order my Chalupa was hard and cold. I called to talk to a employee who stayed the manager was on the table and I told him about the Chalupa he stated no ma'am it wasn't hard and it was fresh. I assured him that I ate the Chalupa and it was very deed hard and cold. He responded just bring it back. Bad customer service and bad quality of food. Deeply dissatisfied about this

Taco Bell missing items

My friend and I went through the drive through around 11:45pm, and my card was declined (most likely being a few cents above what I had on my card). He paid for it instead, AFTER removing an item from the order, (we went from 2 Doritos locos tacos on the order to just 1), and after arriving home we checked our bag to find we didn't get even one Dorito Taco (though we'd been charged for it).

I know i's annoying to have super picky customers, but this was also the first time in weeks we had spare money to spend on fast food. So it was slightly irritating. It's the employee's responsibility to check the items in the bag before out-the-window, not the customers.

My friend was charged for an item we did not receive.

After eating one of the two things I ordered but not receiving the second item I am still hungry and owe my roommate money for the item I didn't receive. Thanks for that.

Taco Bell commercial

The new Taco Bell commercial is infuriating. Its just obnoxious, loud noise for some kind of new burrito. I have a two month old and it startles her awake every time it comes on. Whoever came up with this ridiculous commercial should be fired - it is literally just loud noise. I seriously hate Taco Bell now and will probably never eat there again because of this. Please, get the commercial off TV and replace it with something that's not completely, and utterly obnoxious and stupid.

Taco Bell overall service

Today I went into Taco Bell and ordered 3 tacos. The cashier was very nice and service was great. I stood and waited for over 10 minutes and still no order. My food was paid for and I walked out the door due to the poor service. As I stood and watched the workers I noticed that they were handling food and touching areas on their face and hair and their mics without changing gloves. You really need to go back into these restaurants and teach proper food handling and hand washing. All it takes is one person to get severely ill and that is it. I will NEVER go to taco bell in Hubbard Ohio again and be sure that I will tell others about my experience.

Taco Bell commerce store

I visited the Taco Bell in Commerce TX today and it just opened a new one on July 12th I was finishing my Double Chalupa and found a long piece of hair in my mouth. I tried calling and they phone just rung. I called back and still didn't get an answer. I just tried to submit my complaint and it says it wouldn't get attention without 350 words are you kidding me like I FOUND A HAIR ON MY FOOD AND THEY WONT answer the phone. They also barely wear hairnets and gloves. I worked for Taco Bell and I know what is proper to wear.

Taco Bell the cashier at taco bell

My husband went to order our food and the cashier was paying more attention to the kids who had come in and made a mess of something. My husband said his order but noticed the kid wasn't really paying attention. When his order was ready he counted the tacos and the right amount was in the bag and he left. My whole order was incorrect when he came home with it. We don't live up the block or I would of went back to change it and get my correct order. I'm an annoyed because we don't get food out to eat often and the night I'm not feeling good and just wanted an easy dinner, it turns out to be all wrong. How frustrating!

Taco Bell food was completely wrong

We dine-in and my husbands and my self order chessy gord crunch and a chk XXL GSB and. Crunch wrap sup no tomato and four nacho cheese DLT coasted $20.21 my husband burrito was beef had to go up there and didnt catch the shift manager name but she was really rude then i bite into my crunch wrap there tomatos in it went back up there and agine she was really rude then our taco were really broken bad

Taco Bell missing item, horrible service etc.

Hello, normally the location on Colfax and Glencoe in Denver CO is well kept and efficient, but I went in a few days ago and was waiting in the order box of the drive thru for nearly 20 minutes. Not only that but I waited for my orders for over an additional 30 minutes, I had already paid so I wasn't going to leave. However 3 people jumped the curb to leave behind me. Once I was finally getting my order, the employee snapped at me telling me that we had to wait.

For my second order, (separate payment) the employee ran the card and told me to pull around for the order. I waiting 5 minutes and no one showed, so I went inside. After showing my receipt and saying I'm coming to grab my order, another cashier tells me, "sorry, I can't prove that this is yours, it has a different time stamp - it's store policy" I ask for my drink, I see my passengers order, the drive thru employee says that she told us to pull around and the cashier still said her can't give it up, even with the receipt.

Once home, my first order was INCORRECT, I was missing an item, and instead of one potato rito and a beefy 5 layer, I get two potato ritos.

It took them 3 days to charge to my card and then they took out an ADDITIONAL 10 dollars that was not from my order.

I want to expect better from a respected chain because it usually doesn't disappoint, I don't ever complain but this was ridiculous and I want reparations.

Taco Bell employees

Terrible service and rude employees. Especially the one named Morgan and several others. Also think y'all need to drug test more often. Employees look like they are strung out. My orders are never right so im not doing business there no more until the issue is resolved. How can taco Bell run a decent business with terrible employees. Will end up losing so much business...
