Went to lunch for a quick bite waited 10 mins before anyone came out, Corbin D took my order said they were short handed, gave him a 20.00 bill he went to the back to get keys to open the 2nd register and left the first register open I asked where is the manager he pointed to him I pointed at the register. He looked away. Really? Than the employee came back I asked him why he left the register open, he said oh well we have camera's. It took over 26 mins to get my small lunch.
The manager on call was Jose, seems like he was to busy to help he was in and out talking to a girlfriend.
Very disappointed at the food and service.

I ordered 33 dollars worth of food online just to have it all wrong when I received it. I had to call 8 times for anyone to answer the phone only to be treated like i was a liar. I paid extra for chicken on both chalupas and still got them with beef. I paid for supreme on 2 tacos and they had no sour cream. There was a man who answered the phone but gave me a womans name when asked. It was the bristol tn location on volunteer pkwy. I ordered at 1148 pm.

Dear Mr. Complaint,
I was having a very gloomy Sunday afternoon, and thought to myself, I'll go to Taco Bell to perk me up. Unfortunately, my experience was not as perky as I was hoping.
I pull up to the drive thru, I was anxiously awaiting my fantastic customer service that I always experience, and this customer service over the intercom was as great as it could be!
I pull up to the window to pay and receive my scrumptious order along with my ice cold Baja blast! It smelled so delicious, I couldn't wait to devour it. I went to unwrap my tacos, and they were all hard! I never order hard tacos, but I was like oh well, I'm starving, so I quickly got over the disappointment. Then, I open the taco to add some fire, and there was cheese everywhere! I have a food allergy, so I asked for no cheese. But, me being very easy going, I removed the tiny cheese strands. I was on my second taco, and placed it down, and realized there were three black hairs! EWW 😷 I immediately spit it out.
I just hope that this doesn't happen again, hairs, cheese and taco shell. No body wants a bad Taco Bell experience, or unwanted corse hair in their DELICIOUS taco. I think it's also important to check the order before handing the bag to the famished customers.
Maybe I'll get over this upsetting experience and will one day enjoy Taco Bell again without fears of loose hairs or incorrrct orders.

12 soft tacos
On 5-11-18 around 5:30 pm my husband visited the location in Aubrey, Tx and picked up 12 soft tacos and 2 burritos. Myself, and my 2 boys had 2 soft tacos each, and my husband had 5. Between 3am and 5am we all work up throwing up along with diarrhea. Not sure what was bad on the soft taco or what employees that handled this food obviously were not sanitary. But we are wanting to make sure that our neighborhood as well as our surrounding neighborhoods do not visit this Taco bell location.

On 5/16/18 I went through the Taco Bell drive thru in Thomaston, GA and placed an order for the chalupa combo meal. I said, "I would like the number 9 (or whatever number it is)." The girl taking my order asked, "With what to drink?" I answered, "Dr. Pepper, and I don't want lettuce on any of the food items."
As soon as I said that, a different girl came on the speaker and said very rudely, "Ma'am, we have already made your order."
I was completely taken aback, so I said, "I'm sorry?" It sounded like she was telling me that I could not get the food I was paying nearly $10 for the way I wanted it because they had already made up some chalupas in the ten seconds between the time I said I wanted chalupas to when I asked for no lettuce. There was complete silence on the other end of the intercom for several seconds, enough for me to have to say, "Hello?" several more times with no response. At that point, I was so taken aback by the unnecessary rudeness that I was about to just drive away, when the first girl came back on and told me my total like nothing had ever happened.
When I pulled up to the window to pay, I half expected someone to give me an apology or an explanation, but they didn't. They just acted like the rude comment and the silence didn't happen. The girl handed me my food and shut the window, but I sat there for a moment to check my food, since I had a suspicion that the order was probably incorrect, since asking for no lettuce had been such a big deal. Sure enough, there was lettuce on one of the food items. So I sat and waited until they were forced to open the window again to talk to me, and normally I am not confrontational with restaurant employees, since I know that it can be a difficult job and I always try to treat everyone the way I would like to be treated. However, this time, I was about to just bring everything out in the open and ask what was going on and why there was so much rudeness toward me, but the girl who finally reopened the window actually happened to be one of my students from school, which caught me off guard. I don't think she was the one who had been rude to me, so, not wanting to take it out on her, I just handed her the Taco and explained that I had asked for no lettuce.
When she took it back to the girl who was preparing the food, I distinctly heard that girl exclaim, "Oh my GOD!" as if I had asked for the most unreasonable thing she'd ever heard. Between the initial rudeness of the girl who commandeered the intercom, the silence that followed when I asked about it, the fact that no explanation for her behavior was ever given, the fact that they completely ignored my request and gave me food with lettuce on it anyway, and the rudeness with which the girl responded when I simply asked that my order be made right, I just find the whole situation completely inexcusable. I don't appreciate being made to feel bad for asking for what I paid for, so needless to say, I will not be going back to Taco Bell in this town any time soon. Customer service at its worst.

On 5/19/18 at approximately 11pm, I left my job at a hospital on a labor and delivery unit to run and get some food for us hungry nurses. And as many times before, we got our list together and everyone gave their card to pay, we had a total of 3 orders for tonight. I get to the window and tell the person Sarah I have 3 separate orders, she said she can only take 2 through the window and that I would have to drive back around for the 3rd order, ok fine, we are hungry. Then she asked how I was paying, I said I have 2 cards with ID and cash, she said hold on, then someone else came and said we can not take your order unless the other 2 people are in the car with you. I said politely we have done this in the past and nobody has questioned this before, she said sorry have a nice day! So I left and called my unit and asked if they still wanted Taco Bell, the 2 nurses said yes please, we are really craving it! So I go back around and place the 2 orders together, again Sarah was rude, made me wait a few minutes after placing my order before she even told me to pull up to the window, and mind you there were no cars in front of me and when I got to the window I gave her my debit card and had to give my ID. She took them, and when given them back I did not receive a receipt as I had asked so I could tell the people how much their food was when I got back to work, drinks were ordered when I asked for a drink carrier, I received a nasty sigh and given it abruptly and the window was slammed shut! Again rudeness!
I just wanted to let your company be aware of how rude and unnecessary this experience was, and that we will not be visiting this particular store again.

Went in at 4.23pm 19 may 2018, store was filthy, no clean tables food on floors, drink station had straws lids everywhere and soda splatter everywhere, no napkins in the holders, a customer had to clean there own table to eat. The mens bathroom was gross toilet was plugged, not one time did anyone. Come out to clean the tables or drink station.
I was a taco manager back in 2005 I went to California for training and opened up my store and I know this is not taco bells standards. Every time we have come here it seems to get worse but this was tge last time we will be back it was gross. If it was like that in dining area what about the kitchen area.

I currently work at TB, what I have seen is far worst in other part time jobs I had...I worked from 10p.m.- 5a.m. in the morning.. These young people don't have any class about themselves. The cook area was trashed, no order, customers in drive-through waited over 20 minutes or longer for their food, because the employees talked, played around and took their time making food. Horseplaying, and even when that wasn't enough most of the orders were messed up..I worked the drive-through to only handle the cash and credit card transactions and hand the customers their food and had to apologize for the long wait. I felt bad for these customer's that Can't find a restaurant open late to find that the order may be wrong and to have to sit and wait for food to be prepared for over 20 min or longer, due to the unessarry horseplay These employees do..I know it's 3rd shift but there should be some some order in which there is so much game playing and horsing around..I was looking for a part time job just to make an extra few bucks but what I encountered my first night.. I won't be working at Taco Bell...I wasn't told there weren't any breaks, everyone on 3rd shift just about does what they want and whenever they want.

treatment of employees
Today, May 18, 2017, around dinner time, I was in the Taco Bell store 030553 in Jacksonville North Carolina on North Marine Blvd. While eating my food I over heard a few employees taking together about how they believed they were being mistreated by a manager in the store. I didn't ask questions as it was not my place but felt strongly that this needed to be brought to the attention of someone. I come to this Taco Bell regularly and see these employees and they always appear to be working very hard. As a customer it's hard to over hear how employees feel that they are being punished for no reason because of how they are being treated by management.
During this same visit I also saw who I'm assuming is a manager, based on the difference of shirts, follow an employee into the bathroom and then immediately walk back out of the bathroom. Basically as soon as the door shut the manager had walked back out.
I enjoy eating a Taco Bell and regularly do eat here but after what I have witnessed today I feel like I will need to take a break from Taco Bell and not return to this store unless treatment of the employees from management changes.

I'm enclosing a picture of the bag that my order was in. Two of my items were wet and soggy due to the bag being wet on the bottom. I sent a complaint to the store today.

Please note the bag was placed on back seat of my car. The seat was dry. Then when we got home and took vag out if car we noticed the seat was wet from the bag. Was very disappointed about this. Spend too much money at this location. It's also close to where we live.
filth of entire restaurant
This was the filthiest Taco Bell I have ever been to in my Life (and I am not a teenager).
The entire place was just covered with dirt, dust, grease, thrown away wrappers, napkins etc. Counters, chairs, tables, Walls, windows, trays, floors all needed to be straightened out and needed a DEEP clean. It looked as though the place had not been cleaned in a VERY long time ---and if the Health Department was called in that week or ? -this Taco Bell Would have been shut down immediately.
A large amount of water had been spilled on the floor--one of the crew (a young teenager?) just kept fooling around playing some sort of game --throwing a item in the air and then trying to kick it ?--maybe hacky sac? and totally laughed and never cleaned up the water. Very dangerous slipping potential event.

At the 8658 TX-161 location, on 5-18-18 at around 4:45pm, I placed a large order in the drive thru. I ordered a 12 taco party pack, 5-3 layer nachos, and cheesy rice & bean burrito. After I paid for and received my food, I asked the lady that was working driver thru for extra napkins because we had eight small kids with us. She had already not given is enough napkins for an order that large, and when I asked for additional she gave approximately three extra napkins. I told her I had eight kids and needed more. She rudely rolled her eyes, and I replied that she acted like she paid for the napkins. Her reply was that I didn't pay for them either! I in fact had paid for them because I spent over $22 dollars. I asked for her name and my receipt and she rudely shut the window. I had already made up my mind that I was reporting her to corporate and left to go check into my hotel room after traveling from Oklahoma with eight kids ranging from 6 to 10. I know management doesn't train it's employees to treat customers in that fashion.

I was standing in line with my wife and daughter about to order & employee while he was getting off of work waiting for his ride was sitting down next to the line from the cashier & he "had his hands down his pants touching himself" When I looked & said something to him he got aggressive & told me I shouldnt be looking (calling me the n-word) This was all happened in front of the cashier caught on the taco bell cameras & there was Witnesses. We left after his ride picked him up. [message me for any questions]
An "update" of the Taco Bell matter. I talk to the district manager and she is now currently handing the situation review in the video footage on the cameras as well as talking to the staff employee work there that night and is also having to talk with the manager to let her know how to handle a situation like that, and is also letting go of the employee. I just want everyone to know that I am not out to get this man. I'm not trying to do anything more than just have this event acknowledged by Taco Bell, thank you all for listening.

not getting all items at drive thru
Cinnamon twists not included for our son. Paid but not furnished. However they gave us 40 sauce packets of which we used none. Save a buck but wasted 2. Come on have your people double check and be reasonable with the sauce.
This is a very common occurrence. I just wish companies would pay attention to quality control. If they did it would save them as well as the consumer a lot of trouble and money.

Good morning. How are you ? I'm going to start off by saying I am an ex employee and this is not a revenge complaint. I've been fired from Taco Bell for about 7 months now. I've only eaten Taco Bell twice since not working there. Both times from the same store. The first time I was treated like a regular customer. The second time, not so much. After placing the order and driving up to the window, the drive thru person rushed my card with no receipt out the window and slammed it. I get home ready to eat, unwrap my taco, take a bite and I noticed hair. I don't care about not getting a receipt, but I do care about hair in my food. This is not acceptable by any means. It really hurts me to write this, but I can't get over the fact there's actually hair in my food. I have no problem with anybody that works there. All I'm saying is, in the future I'd like to be treated as any other customer.

I went in today May 16th 2018 and was baffled at what i heard and saw. The female manager was awfully rude to her workers, didn't help, and occasionally went outside to maybe go to her car. I'm not sure what she was doing. The food was good and the young man that gave me my food inside was kind but the rest of the environment was not organized. I am usually very pleased with my experience but this time was different. The managers need to do more because if they did their job they would have greeted me as I walked in or walked out so i could have caught their name.

Ordered 2 power burritos at 9:15 on May 16th, both poorly put together, inside of burritos coming out of the torn tortilla and a mess. Found a hair in one of the burritos. The area to get your drinks was covered in pop. Our order was wrong. However, the worst thing about the visit was the employee I encountered. She was clearly under the influence of something, when I began to order she cut me off, began shaking her head and telling me no that I couldn't order because they were out of everything, when I said I doubt that and again tried to order she began waving her arms and said we don't serve food here we sell shoes...I was visibly upset & frustrated, so she finally got quiet so I could order, of course she rang up the order wrong. It was the worst experience at any restaurant I've ever been to.

I live in hawaii and it's atrocious the service we get out here, we don't really have a dollar menu our for example crunchy taco is now a 1.49+ tax and so on you advertise in our market great savings and we can't even use the app out here I think this is unfair and wrong I have been a 3 day or better customer per week but now the food is gotten skimpy and and service is worse then ever especially the mcully store.
