Taco Bell replacing menu items

Get to the drive through and had already decided that I wanted to get stackers only to find that these have been replaced by some kind of fries. These things were literally the only stuff I wanted and they didnt have them but a few weeks. I don't understand how these things work but maybe next time you keep the things that are a dollar on the dollar menu. I mean it's not like it takes anything special? Its ground beef and some sauces and the employees already know how to make them so the skill isn't the problem either. I dislike the way things fly on and off the menu. Maybe introduce something and keep it next time.

Taco Bell employees/managers

I stopped into Bartow taco Bell to get a burrito supreme and I noticed I had gotten the wrong order. I waved down a manager named rose to show her that I had received the wrong item and she gave me the most disgusted look and said okay it's not like you actually need to be eating taco Bell fatass. I was in sock I then said excuse me can I speak to your GM they are available she then continued to call me vulgar names including a n[censor]. When I talked to the GM Brent bell I was told "what DO YOU WANT me to do about it" if you don't like the service you can leave. I am so disgusted in this! I just wanted my correct order which was one burrito it didn't to escalate the way it did. Something needs to be done about employees and managers at this taco Bell it's ridiculous. I will be contacting corporate these two need to be let go. I am furious

Taco Bell chicken quesadillas

I ask for this and did not want to spicy cheese and on menu it said no hot. I have stomach issues due to I'm a cancer patient but when I receive my food went home took a bite and it was hot all of it. I was very unsatisfied because I ask them not to make it spicy I ended up with spicy food. I didn drive so I wasn't to go back customer service suck.

Taco Bell cleanliness and poor customer service

I went to the taco bell in lathrop ca. Everyone in that place seemed like they just hated yo be there. The place is disgusting there was a small bucket right on the food serving counter that read sanitizer on the side, this looked like about as unsanitary as it gets. Looked like dirty mop water with a rag in it.
The floors were covered in food pieces, counter tops the same way.
I should have stayed with the drive thru option. Yuck. When i asked the worker what was up with the chum bucket he laughs and said oh it sanitizer and quickly hid it behind the counter where it should have been, or the dishwasher woulda been better place.the good was soggy like it had been microwaved or sitting around way to long. Place should be closed down.

Taco Bell messed up my hole older and are rude people

Went to taco Bell and they messed my hole order up so I went back and they said ok we will fix it there's four worker's and all of them went to the back with my food I couldn't see them so I think they got mad because I returned my food and so to me my first thought was they was doing something to my food I had a big order so I ask for my money back so they gave it back but they was rude and hateful that store is poor and there employees are very rude shouldn't even have a job is there going to treat people this way

Hi, I live in Kansas city mo and your employee DuMeshia Walker working at the store at 1310 Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64110 tried to sell me weed and also told me about her tryna get her boyfriend to Rob the facility she also told me how so many females she dislike she spits in there drinks im disgusted by this employee I've called up to the job and nothing was done

Taco Bell employee

I went through the drive-thru at Taco Bell at 7:51pm (1135 South Lewis street Metter, GA). I waited approx 5 minutes before my order was taken. An employee named Nykera began to take my order with an attitide as if she was frustrated. She had a very terrible tone throughout the entire time she was taking my order. While I was giving my order she kept leaving the mic for about 2-3 mintes at a time twice without saying hold on, in which I had to keep repeating my order. She did not greet me at the window nor did she say anything when she gave me the food.

Nykera was very rude and this type of behavior should not be allowed in customer service positions.

Visited Taco Bell drive-though and waited 15-20 minutes to place order because of backed up cars then waited to receive one Mexican pizza. No napkins or spork and not discovered until reaching home. Ridiculous to call Taco Bell a fast-food restaurant. Location: 555 W. 104th Ave., Northglenn, CO 80234. Telephone: [protected]. No explanation given as to holdup. Frustrating especially since you cannot back out of line once in it.

Taco Bell my dining experience

Today I went into Taco Bell like I usually do and as I sat down to eat my meal and employee had their child at the restaurant while they were working but the child with unruly running across tables and even across mine I asked the child to please get down the parent of the child never instructed her child to get down off of my table while I was eating to the point where I dumped my tray and left without finishing my meal I felt that that was very unprofessional and I was very dissatisfied with my visit.

Taco Bell bad manager

The lake delton Wisconsin taco bell has a manager that is handin out drugs to employees. His name is brad barron.hes the night manager.n a employee turned him in n now he is harrassin her.n also hes been smokin in the building. N nothing is bein done about it. Ive complained about it numerous times. Its getting to be a hostile work environment. It needs to be dealt with right now or im goin to a lawer n bring a law suit..thank u mr.sigafus of reedsburg Wisconsin. I left a pic of the cigarette in the garbage can in the bathroom were he smokes it.

Taco Bell shift manager

I work at Taco Bell and this is the second time that my shift manager disrespected me first time called me "a [censor] [censor]" just because I went to the bathroom and it was only us two so there were no customers and only one person came in to order she got mad because I left her alone to go to the bathroom real quick. The second time she called me a [censor] because I was waiting for them to wrap the food so I can put it in a bag (I'm just a cashier) and she said "why am I just standing there like a [censor] [censor]" and manager said she'll talk to her on Tuesday when it happend Friday. I don't even know if she told her something the first time

Taco Bell customer service

my husband and i went to taco bell #033009, 190 N. River Ave, Holland, MI [protected] on january 8, 2018. we ordered our food thru the drive thru from Corey G., the cashier. as we finalized our order we politely asked Corey G. to please make sure that we get fire sauce because for our last to previous orders our orders were incomplete. He was immediately interrupted via the ordering headset they use by another taco bell female employee who very rudely cut our conversation off with Corey G. and just demanded we pull up to the drive thru window. We then asked to speak with her to address our complaint about her being very rude and she refused to present herself. in the end our order was complete alright but along with almost 30 fire sauce packets with was unnecessary, obviously this female employee does not care about company losses because of all the sauce that will be wasted. this is very poor customer service and inappropriate because as loyal customers to this particular taco bell, we will not go back there.

im sorry, but what does age and marital status have to do with any of this? that it of itself speaks volumes about how you react to a customer behind the counter, deaf and rude.

Taco Bell the manager nate

The manger dont call or text me back after i was working there and every check was short my hours aint add up, he also knew it we check over it and i always write my hours and days work down ... he also told me it will be in my next check then it wasnt then the next it wasnt then the next so i decided to leave the job ima good worker and a hardworker for me to treated that way is unfair and i even ask for the boss number that i never got. something needs to happen. asap

Taco Bell abysmal service

The Taco Bell located at 2840 W College Ave., Appleton, WI, has been providing consistent poor service in my experiences for well over a year now. It started with simple issues, but there were lots of them, one after another. They ran out of baja blast, several times, ran out of bacon, ran out of potatoes. And every time, they took my order and I paid without being made aware of this. I've come after dark and the lights, ALL of them, menu board included, were off. If I didn't know at least some of the menu, I wouldn't have been able to order. The worst service, though, has come out of the last six months. I started going every morning for breakfast, anywhere between 7:30 and 9am, cause of $1 breakfast burritos. They are delicious and very cheap. The store's hours are open at 7, but at least 3 out of every 5 visits, the place was closed, even at 8:45am. This happened way to often and routinely ruined my day, cause the only other place for breakfast was Mcdonalds (too expensive) or Kwik Trip ( local gas station) and they are a poor option as well. Plus, I've wasted time stopping at Taco Bell and I need to get to work. That's when I discovered the mobile app. I was ecstatic about them having to serve me, open or not. Then issues with the app started. With the app itself, I kept getting, more often than not, an error message saying there is an issue with my payment, even though it worked before, and works at the store and works later with the app (sometimes). I'm not changing the payment info, but it seems random, and not in my favor, when it will work. As for the aforementioned Taco Bell location, only twice in all the orders I placed has it been ready for me when I got there. I'll check in and hit the I'm here button anywhere from 5 to 10 min. before I get there, yet when I arrive, they haven't even seen the order yet, let alone started it. And there is NO OTHER customers there! One day, I finally got upset, as there were at least 5 people in the back, and the cashier said, "it'll be right up" and I replied, in a frustrated tone, "it should already be up" To which she then replied " If you don't like it, go somewhere else" This cashier has been consistently rude to me since the day she first started. Finally, the second to last time I was there, Wed. Jan. 3rd, around 7:45am, they brought my one burrito to the counter in a bag (it was to go) and I realized then that I didn't need a bag for one burrito, so I took it out and left the bag, thinking they got trash back there. Well, this apparently upset the manager, cause the next day when I went back, she told me I was banned, cause I'm rude to the employees. I was shocked. Ask anyone who knows me, and they'll tell you I am the least rudest person they know. Any semblance of rudeness was frustration on my part due to all the things I've mention in this E-mail. I asked what I did wrong and she mention me leaving the bag on the counter, and I tried to apologize, that I didn't realized she was upset by that. She then tried to tell me that I had been informed before that I need to get my food in a bag, but this has never happened. She was trying to convince me that I had done this before, but that simply wasn't true.I tried to apologize again, but she just simply said I was no longer welcome and walked away. I've worked in fast food and retail for over two decades ( and ironically, that includes this Taco Bell location the week it open, too), and I have never seen service this atrocious before. Look at the reviews on Google maps, and its evident I'm not the only one that notices it. 266 reviews and there are over twice as many 1 stars as there are 5 and the average is 2.5. This location needs attention. Thank you for your time.

Taco Bell management and drive thru

My family and I went in drive thru at Taco bell store #028272 on Mansfield Rd. in Shreveport LA. We asked about what all came in the Stacker Box cause we couldn't read the sign. The manager was taking the orders and listed the idea, then rudely said its right there in front of you. Then we explained we couldn't see that far thank you. She responded Oh your welcome sarcastically. When we pulled to window to pay, we asked for manager to let her know what happened so rudely "not knowing it was her that took the order. We told her what happened and she just said" oh ok". No apology, nothing! So upset I decided to walk inside and speak to manager. I asked inside cashier who was taking orders thru drive thru, she said the manager. Manager walked over, I explained what happened. She said it wasn't her who took order. Then she said I addressed it to yall, I explained to her no she didn't. Saying Oh OK wasn't addressing it as a manager should. She said she was busy taking another order. Told her I realize that but after taking the next order while we're sitting there at window waiting for our food she should've apologized for it as a manager would have. She just said OK with a big attitude. I told her I would make sure to report this. She told me she had customers she had to tend to and walked off. I told her that's being very unprofessional as a manager. Then she told me I was being very unprofessional. I told her I'm the customer and she's the manager who should be acting like one instead of being rude. The manager then yelled have a goodnight and don't forget to call and report it. I yelled back hope you have a better night and start treating customers better in the drive thru. She is the rudest manager with the worst personality. She didn't care one bit how she treated us in drive thru nor myself inside in front of everyone. To lie about who took order too after inside cashier told me. Also matched attitude inside, so I know the inside cashier wasn't lying.

Taco Bell no food

Pulled in to taco bell @ 2048 west indiantown road at 2:50am on 1-1-18 2 cars ahead of me in drive thru — waited for a cpl of minutes and finally spoke into the speaker to see if someone was going to take my order — tamika answered that they were closed — closed I asked, it's 50 minutes before your hours say you're closed — she said they are out of food — what? How can you be out of food? What do you do at 6:30 am when you open — tell people you don't have any food — I call bs — the lazy employees you have didn't feel like taking more out of the freezer/refrigerator to make it — shawn (Spl) the mgr told me to have a happy new yr — great customer service you have there — suggest you hire some people who are a bit more customer service oriented — lost a customer gary

Taco Bell drive thru in little chute

My husband went through the drive through & waited 15 minutes & then just left cause was not going to wait any longer, he said only one person was working at that time & had little child in car getting little inpatientvalso! Maybe two people possibly working & one guy was in like for at least 10 minutes or so! Needless to say he will never go back now to that taco bell. Of course was getting the food for one sick child at home who's favorite restaurant is taco bell! Sadly to say he won't ever be going back! Either will I & we go there a lot! Will be losing our bussiness!

First of all they didn't put any sauce in the bag that we asked for. My crunchwrap wasn't closed up. This little chute location sucks. We never have a good experience. It's by far the slowest taco bell I've ever been to. It's like the employees are given uniforms and put to work, no training.

Taco Bell doors locked

I drove to the Taco Bell located at 2355 South 17th Street to get some food. I walked up to the doors at 5:18 pm and the doors were locked. I went back to the car to go through the drive thru it was one car sitting there. After a few minutes sitting there and no one taking orders I left. Employees were there however I don't know what was going on where they locked doors.

Taco Bell drug problem

We took our family to taco Bell Newark Ohio. We noticed a lady in the parking lot picking her face with tweezers. Made a comment of what the heck. That's nasty. We unloaded our family; We were in line and I realize the lady in a manager uniform walking in was the lady picking herself with tweezers. At closer look it was a high management. No I can't tell you names of anyone working for they don't wear name tags. But I realize this seems to be the general manager by orders being barked.
We did not eat. We left. Why because she had wet and dried blood in face. That's down right nasty. She could spread diseases. We will not be returning until this is taken care of. If this was during the day I wonder how things are in the evening

Taco Bell service

store #20215 ordered 2 breakfast wraps 1 with sausage 1 with steak, only one other person in front of us ordering, we get our order and they gave us 1 wrap and 1 burrito. took it back and the answer we got was oh i wrapped it wrong. went to get a glass of ice water no ice from ether ice dispenser. the guys in back were swearing with no regard for customers in the building also if you are going to sell breakfast you should have milk to sell with it
