My experience at the taco Bell on 92ndst between cactus and shea was the worst I have ever had. When I walked in there the lady at the register was rude. She made no contact to say hi how can I help you, she just kinda stood there. I went ahead with my order and advised that I do not want any cheese on the chalupe that i ordered because my friend is allergic to cheese. I told her several times I didn't want cheese on there. I paid for it and she grap the cash from my hands as I was telling her I had change to give to her but she didn't wait and then when I did get the change, she grap that to and she had to count it out what the correct amount was because she hadn't typed it in which took her awhile to do. She didn't give me a # so I would know what # my food was and I never recieved a reciept. So i figured it would come in the bag. When I finally received my order to go, I checked to make sure everything was there and it was but when I got back to work, there was no reciept in the bag, and when my friend opened her chalupe there was cheese in it and because I was on my lunch hour there was no time for me to go back to work so she was not able to eat it, she just threw it away. The other tacos that were ordered were correct with the stuff on them however they did not tast right...there were a little to soggy on the bottom.

I don't usually complain because I am in customer service for a prescription benefit service so I know how it feels to be yelled at, but this was just very poor service and I think that needs to be correct. I have in he past done the over the phone survey and I always rate it good but this was just horrible.
I ordered 2 veg soft tacos and i was served some non veg taco
I did not receive the cinnamon twists I ordered today. They were not in my bag to go. I am very upset because I was super excited to eat them when I got home and then I realized I just paid money for something I didn't receive. I also don't get to eat the food I was looking forward to the most.
I ordered for 2 shredded chiken burrito at taco bell 4807 stelton road, southplain field new jersy, 07080 NJ on 07/06/2018 at 6.15pm. Who ever made the burrito are soo reckless that they didnt even add chiken in shredded chiken burito. I was soo hungry and i am totally upset with their behaviour. Please make sure necessary actions against them.
It's 11 at night I live right down the road from Taco Bell and they wouldn't take my order because I didn't have a car not everyone can afford to buy a car but I know I can afford a burrito y'all need to change the rule cause the people with No Car are hungry too #DontDiscriminateAgainstUnderclassSociety

The store I visited this morning was not open. The business hours was supposed to be 7:00am and it appeared that no one was there the lights were all off.
I purchased 2 orders of the Nocho Fries that are supposed to come with cheese sauce and there was literally a drop of sauce in both containers, enough to only dip 3 fries into! Was very disappointed!

Waited in drive through for ten minutes...only for the lady to tell me they forgot to add stuff on my order of 12 tacos! They gave me 12 sides of sour cream and sauce! So what exactly was going on the entire wait time?
Paid for 2 chicken taco salads and there was 3 tiny pieces of chicken as if they cut 1 strip in to thirds and sent it out wtf not ok it would be one thing if there wasn't any chicken but to do that and pass it off as what I paid for well [censored] you to the whom ever was working at the taco Bell on s broad Street in Trenton at 12am seriously

Ordered 2 nacho fry boxes, waited 20 min while staff was joking around. Not very busy also. Very displeased with my service.
Taco bell woodland ca, 95695 on main street. I went to get some food and was waiting in line. Suddenly, a big middle eastern looking guy starting yelling at the customer while he was taking order. I saw a customer started crying and left the money on cashier counter, and it was I think a Muslim women. The manager name was Balwinder A.
My food didn't even look appetizing when I opened it up to eat. The manager handed it to me sideways. And got an attitude when my brother when he went back and showed the picture of what I came home with. The manager was very disrespectful. And I just don't appreciate it!
I ask for no tomatoes or sour cream every song time I go to Taco Bell...I haven't gotten it once the way I've asked. And also tasted like cinnamon twists. I just want a simple order, the way I simply order it...I know any other fast food place would get this easy order right
Is there suppose to be rice in your taco salad? The taco bell we went to today had it in there.
This has happened several times Pictures are attached. Employees don't seem to know how to make a chicken quesadilla. The pics show one shred of cheese no chicken. And that one item
Cost about as much has the whole meal. We shouldn't have to seat in drive thru and check every order please retrain

It's important that this is dealt with moving forward. I don't think there is any follow up, or investigation.
Something could have happened to me or to someone else. I want visibility to this.

Their trays are dirty, as is lobby food covered tables, the food was poorly put together, in lobby with one towel not two its gross. I wont be coming in to eat again. No one smiles or says hello. Its upsetting
Freeze machine ALWAYS DOWN! Why advertise something you never have...charge for sour cream and most times never received... U from Lee Harvard Cleve Ohio to Panola Road in Lithonia Georgia...y'all really need to do better as a franchise...getn as bad as McDonald's...very unhappy Everytime I choose to come here ( which isn't as often as it was)
I bought a Crunchwrap supreme I could smell it was burnt when I get home it was. This is not the only time they have [censored]ed up my food and I'm sick of it
The oil needed changed... Our 2 pizzas tasted terrible...i don't want them to get away with not changing.. Hard earned money.. Terrible
Very upset this is the second time we have bought this combo and both times they shorted us on the crunchy shells there is suppose to be 6 and there has only been 3 and they were completely broken both times. I don't think we will be buying again and we have always loved this product!
When I went threw drive thru this lady kastina in drive thru cussing me out and threw my food at me talking bout im a [censored] and don't come back to taco bell and I thought I just complaint on this lady that made me so mad
I asked for no beef and instead beans because i do not eat beef. they put beef. I specifically asked multiple people to make sure it was beans and they still put beans. this happened 4/24/18. i would like a refund
On 3/27/18 we stopped for the first time, since they remodeled here in Lebanon pa. The cashier was very rude and inconsiderate.
All the tables and the floor were very dirty.

I was at Taco Bell #024575 in Venice Fl on Sun Apr 29th. I ordered 4 items...I sadly waited for 19 minutes for my order..Also the man making my order dropped my nachos picked them up with his gloves on threw them in the trash and never changed his gloves before going onto making me another. I have NEVER in my life been so disgusted.Poor service

Hi I have order some food today on colrain 3/27/18 they said they was out of meat so I said I wanted some chicken she said i will have to pay for it then I got two ice an she give me two lil cups she said the was out
to whom it may concern I had place an order at one of your taco bell in fort Lauderdale and my order was all messed up my food was not good and I had hair in my meat I was on my lunch break so I could not turn around .
Very Rude asked for help with the cheapest way to get are food wanted the the 5 dollar fill up asked for chicken chulupa and 3 soft tacos got order everything was wrong got beef after asking for chicken went inside to get the right food manager and worker was extremely rude
Been to the Mooresville Taco Bell twice once inside once in drive thru had to wait 30 minutes both times completely ridiculous! Never again! The one in Troutman is nothing like this will go there from now on.
