On 8/26/23 at 4:10 am I started the offer called Puzzle Panda I was tasked to collect 1000 coins and had 3 days to complete it I got it done in about an hour app says it takes about an hour to reward you so I decided to go to bed and check on it when I wake up.
8 hours later still no reward so I contacted support let me remind you the offer was only valid for 3 days it took them 3 days to respond back which granted was a lot faster than the last time I contacted them (Which was on 8/16/23 that one took them a whole week and multiple support tickets to get resolved) since the time for the offer was so low I figured they would actually take action faster than last time Nope. Even after sending 3 screenshots indicating the offer, the time left and finally the app showing me having 1302 coins at that time I now have 1864 coins.
They finally responded with this "Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, you are ineligible for the reward, as we haven't received confirmation from the advertiser that you installed the app for the first time through our offer wall. In order to avoid such reoccurrence, before participating in any offers, please make sure you have read and met our Terms of Service and the conditions that the actual Advertiser sets. You can also refer to our FAQs for further explanations of why your offer is not attributed to Tapjoy and therefore, cannot be accepted. Thank you Customer Support Team". This right here is horrible customer service telling your costumer that they cant get rewarded because the Advertiser never sent them a confirmation that the offer was started or even downloaded. Good job blaming the costumer for something they have no control over if you send us crappy offers that don't work its not our fault its yours.
First off I have Never downloaded the app from the offer Before starting said offer I (Never downloaded it at any other point so you can not say I was disqualified for having already downloaded it) even followed instructions by immediately playing the app after I downloaded it from the offer screen.
I've read the FTC report from January 7th 2021 that stated Tapjoy deceived people who used apps that were associated with them by not giving what they promised as in-game rewards and that they were going to clean up their act I call BS its been almost 3 years and they still have many problems with giving rewards that the offers offered. Be Better!
Desired outcome: I want what is owed to me the offer was for 642,400 Loyalty Coins.
