Ordered 6 items from temu had a message to say been delivered no one had knocked on my door so I checked my premises safe place nothing went on tracking pic shows wrong door wrong street Red arrow shows where my item has been delivered to and clearly shows it's not my address. Complained to temu who insist it's the correct address I've sent them proof of photographs etc. nothing no responsibility refuse redelivery or refund. Date of complaint Sept 18 2024 I don't know how much proof I have to convince them I've honestly not recieved my goods.

Claimed loss: £54.70

Desired outcome: Reshipment of items I've not recieved

I have they just playing Dumb automated response Everytime
We have verified that the package of order PO-210-[protected] was delivered to the address you filled in when placing the order. We understand your feelings very well and we suggest you look for your package a little more carefully. 😤 The address is correct yes but the delivered to address isn't. Till I'm blue in face I've said this.

You’ve already provided solid evidence, so now escalate. Email Temu again, referencing your previous proof, and demand immediate resolution—either redelivery or a refund—while giving them a clear deadline (e.g., within 5 business days). If they refuse, contact your payment provider to initiate a chargeback, citing non-delivery. You can also file a complaint with consumer protection agencies and online review platforms to increase pressure. Document everything and stay persistent.
