Ordered 6 items from temu had a message to say been delivered no one had knocked on my door so I checked my premises safe place nothing went on tracking pic shows wrong door wrong street Red arrow shows where my item has been delivered to and clearly shows it's not my address. Complained to temu who insist it's the correct address I've sent them proof of photographs etc. nothing no responsibility refuse redelivery or refund. Date of complaint Sept 18 2024 I don't know how much proof I have to convince them I've honestly not recieved my goods.
