service was the worst i've ever experienced for the 2nd time
Me and my husband decided we would go here to eat . It was busy so we opt d just for takeout, we ordered 3 meals and some sides . The host told us it would be 25 minutes we shopped close by at 2 stores came back and our food still wasn't ready . My husband spent an additional 15 minutes waiting to take out food this was close to 10 . We get home and we were pretty upset by the time it would take us to drive back to the store they would have been closed my husband steak wasn't cooked correctly as he asked it was way over cooked and the shrimp I recieved where over cooked as well and rubbery . They totally forgot a salad we ordered and we paid for the potatoes where over cooked we didn't eat 80% of our food. That we spent so much for and not to mention we waited and anticipated such a great meal . Every time we come here to this location they never cook the food properly and they are so understaffed ! There were other young ladies just standing around looking into space while another young lady took orders and ran take out food she was running everywhere while the other ladies at the host station just watched her didn't ask for help didn't take initiative to help . You guys have to do better it really isn't hard to not over cook food . I'm telling everyone how horrible this location is and never come here again I spent too much money on my meal just to throw it away because it wasn't cooked how I asked ridiculous! Don't waste your money or time
bad service. food not prepared the way we ordered it.
First the dishes were dirty. We ask for extra salad dressing didn't get it just got one cup. My wife ordered her steak well-done the waitress repeated back no pink inside she said yes. Steak came out it was pink inside sent the steak back the waitress said here I'll leave your potato for you you can eat that while your steak is being recooked. I had asked when we ordered for extra butter which wasn't there either so we couldn't eat our potato if we wanted to why the steak was getting cooked. I wasn't going to eat my meal without my wife not being able to eat her mail total of 7 Minutes went by now we figured the potatoes are cold so when the state come back it have to heat up our potatoes we got up and left I stopped and ask for the manager on my way out she told me the steak was getting ready to come out I told her we're walking out on her mail we don't wish to eat it because of what happened she said okay have a good night no apologies nothing that made me pretty mad
bad service/texas roadhouse in dartmouth, mass
WE went to Texas Road house in Dartmouth Mass on Aug.20th around 4:00, we got seated with our bread, waitress came over about 15 minutes later ask if we wanted a drink so we go our soda's & ordered our food, someone else came with our salads we had asked our waitress for more bread she never brought it so we sorry a waiter walking by he got it for us then we got our food which we both got filet we still haven't seen our waitress since we ordered our food she never brought our bread never checked on our salads never mind our steaks never came back to check on anything we saw a girl walk bye with a red shirt on I needed butter for my sweet potato she got that for me, of course our waitress dropped off the bill my husband said can I have another soda please she never ever brought that either he said forget it lets just leave we left exact money on table we didn't not leave her a penny, I've been in there multiple times spend 60.00 at least each time never been disappointed like that before I've never been treated that way ever this was very bad service .
very dirty dishes
My wife and I and our two teenage kids were at the roadhouse on outer loop on Sunday August 13th to celebrate my wife's 37th birthday as the roadhouse is her favorite place to eat in Louisville. In a nutshell when we sat down to eat our rolls initially my wife hands all of us our small plates and one of the 4 looked like it happened been cleaned at all. So I just chalked it up maybe it just didn't get cleaned so I simply asked for another and moved on but gotta say kinda uneasy. In midst of the waitress bringing our drinks out to then take our order I throughly look at my glass of water to make sure the glass got clean and at the top of my glass was what looked like A1 or something brown and the waitress seen it immediately as well and apolitical immediately and said I'm so sorry but only brought another glass out that looked clean. I would of thought honestly they'd comp half our meal or all or something other then a I'm sorry but they did nothing. A ruined 37th birthday if I must say and we eat there monthly.
peanuts / peanut buckets
The peanuts are were stale and the Galvinized Bucket were very nasty. Our bucket at our table was very rusty and had a lot of calcium build up on them. When touching the buckets they have a texture and stink like a wet old bucket. Possibly put a liner in the bucket or something to help prevent the staleness to the peanuts. Possibly go to a plastic bucket or something that could be washout.
poor management and staff
I want to submit a complain about the management and staff. It is very pathetic and sad that management and staff are aloud to allowed to mock and speak Spanish bad words to an employee who is there to do their job. These managers and staff should be punished or fired for one thing. There the ones to be setting an example and instead there degrating the employee. Let me name u some of these managers and staff... Jose, Jenni, Amy C, Serina H, Liz K, Victor, Hector, Joel. All of these people should change there attitude against a Mexican/American employee who's a hard worker and is there to do there job. I believe in this kind of harrassment it calls for a lawsuit against the company and these employees involved. Just cause there managers doesn't give them any right to do this. I will pursue this until Something is done about this. If this is the case I think I should also report this to BBB for poor business.

Came to Texas Roadhouse today and sat for about 15 min and no one came to our table to wait on my husband and myself. We tried to get the waitress next to us but she pretended to not hear us. After several attempts we noticed there are only three groups in our section. Us being the second group to arrive. But yet the third/last group to arrive was given drinks and their orders were taken. Finally another waitress passed us and she stopped and seemed surprised we had not been waited on, especially since there is no one but two other groups back here. She politely took our order and apologized several times. NOT COMING BACK HERE EVER! PEANUTS WERE ALSO STALE! Haven't gotten food yet.
dirty silverware, hair in food, service
I recently visited the Texas road house in Killeen, Texas. I opened my silverware on two separate sets, and both knives still had good in them, as if never washed! Server apologies! She brings our bread rolls, after biting into on my friend takes a piece from her mouth, and attached is a long hair still attached to the roll! The manager apologizes! Let's us know he's comping the kids dinner? Then we order, our waitress then brings out my friends dinner and not ours, we asked why? She assumed! Now they are eating and will be done before we are, having two young kids not eating when we are trying is NOT GOING TO WORK! So we take our food to go! Ordered a salad NO CHEESE, we had to have that remade before we left, had cheese! So we get home I take my salad out, warm chicken in foil on top of my salad, now wilted because of warmth, open the foil, and lo and behold my chicken full of cheese. One of the worst Texas road house experiences I have ever had!

On 6 August 2017 I went to the Bowie MD location with family to have a farewell dinner before my nephew left for college and it was the biggest disaster EVER. We arrived at 610pm. Granted we had a large party of 15 so we anticipated the wait. More than one and a half hours later we were finally seated. Let me add here that the hostess staff was by far the only professional and costumer service driven individuals om staff and very communicative on our table and seating situation. We get to our table and our server had the worst disposition (Ameshia). I looked beyond it and still engaged her with smile. Three seperate tables and two different servers. Fast forward...it took an hour for our food to come out, son had hair in apple sauce, broccoli was overcooked, and food was sub-par. But wait...there's more. No refills, no check-ins and when enough was FINALLY enough we requested to speak with the manager. They did nothing!...but call the cops on us! My 9 year old daughter was in tears. Apparently they completely disregarded the complaint about their poor service yet claimed they heard someone say they weren't going to pay for the bill. Each of the 3 tables received a separate check totaling more $250. Not only did each table pay their bill but also left more than the suggested 20% gratuity. Not to mention someone from our dinner party heard the management staff making unprofessional comments at the hostess stand about another guest who was with us and the one who addressed them about the poor service..."if they don't like the service just leave." The owner even suggested tbat we NOT tip the server in a very condescending tone...so this is how he feels about and treats his staff?...Did I mention the called the Bowie Police Department who were standing in the lobby as we began to exit ..smh! I have the names of the entire management staff including the owner ROBERT WAKEFIELD who did NOTHING to rectify the legitimate concern and accommodate his patrons yet chose to call law enforcement which only esculated the situation. WHO TRAINED HIM?! I feel we were profiled and treated unfairly.BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE!
pork chop meal - independence, ohio location
I went to Independance restaurant on August 4, 2017. My reservation was at 6:30pm for my birthday celebration. My party of 8 was seated at 7:30pm. I ordered the pork chop dinner and the pork chops were extremely salted. I complained to the waitress who said all there meat comes with this salty rub. I ask her to redo the pork chop and she said they would do it with no rub.When she brought back the new meal I boxed it up and took it home.When I went to eat at home. The still salty chops were under cooked and swimming in blood. Very disappointed for a birthday meal.

Was seated in the bar area and waited 15 mins. finally went up to the bar to get drinks then seat another 15 mins.. A waitress walked by and we asked her if we had a waitress and she apologized and said she would take care if us. Then we waited again for our salads and noticed 2 other tables that sat after us already had their food. Finally salads then when our food came out the ribs where dried out and the steak was well done instead of med. we ask for the manager which never came over. The waitress replaced the steak which was another 15 mins., but not the ribs. Still no manager!
my food was not rite
First me and my husband order on line we order two road kills he had loaded potato and a salad it only had lettuce and dressing when it supposed to had tomatoes and cheese everything we ordered on line then got straight on the highway as we get 10 mins away we had no silverware to eat with they gave me two baked potato when it supposed to be one I didn't order that am so upset my rolls were cold are food was not rite then we had the app. On are phone when u order 30.00 in food u get 5.00 off I asked the lady bout it she basically said we had to sit in to get the 5.00 off when it clearly say order on line or eat in u can get the 5.00 I understand that it was almost closing time but if they were ready to close and not make are food rite they should've just locked the door am upset we spend a lot of money at Texas roadhouse and for my food not to be rite and cold and I payed 31.79 am upset I had to stop to get me and my husband something else to eat.
very loud music
My wife and I went to the Greensburg, PA location. At first the music was loud but barely acceptable. Then all of a sudden the volume increased to an obnoxiously high level that actually hurt my wife's ears. We got up and left but did talk to the manager. She said they always turned it up when they danced...I said "you have got to be kidding!" Just as we left I let the manager know we were not coming back and we're going down the road to Longhorn Steakhouse. We had a VERY QUIET and enjoyable dinner...not sure how we are going to dispose of the Texas Roadhouse gift cards we now have left
Don't bother coming back. Your business will not be missed.

Me and my husband and our 3 year old went to dinner at Manhattan is Texas road house and I was not satisfied at all we spent almost 70 bucks in this place and out steaks was really dry and on top of that we waited way too long for our food ..the waitress barley came to refill drinks and she seem to have had a really bad attitude.. We paid way to much money to have not been satisfied.. Worst dinner ever.

The Alburqurque Coors By Pass Texas Roadhouse is Awful
Yesterday. I ordered the Country Fried Chicken had a hair in it and the size of the sticker was small not to mention it was dry and chicken was awful the way it was cooked . The sweet tea was barely sweet and the Cesar salad was dry and not mixed wield with dressing . Was horriable I won't go back to that one

My experience in Fresno ca was great, good service and great food and welcoming employees, there country fried chicken was covering the in tire plate was moist and gravy was the best .. It's a big disappointment to me celebrating my birthday with bad experience at Coors bypass in Alburqurque NM
service i'm complaining about
I went to Texas road house located in Winston Salem north Carolin hanes mall area to make reservations for my daughter birthday party the party was for 40 people I was told over the phone that I could do it and that it would be a 2 hour Waite from the reserved time. When I came into the restaurant to officially reserve the spot the facial expression on the lady face was terrible when I told her that I would have 40 people she said that she was going to get another manager that deals with bigger party's that manager never came out to talk to me he sent the girl I was talking to back out to say that they couldn't do it and that they don't make reservations on the weekend. These people are lazy and lost the company money by turning down this part the incident happens today 7/16/17 at 7:30 p.m.

My name is Shayla and I just went to Texas Roadhouse in Hiram Ga about a week or two ago and the service was terribly slow and it wasn't even busy. The water we had, had an attitude and was very impolite. He never offered to refill our drinks we had to ask for it. And not only that. The food was very bad. I ordered a well done steak and had to send it back twice. It kept coming back red in the middle and the sides I had were very bland and no flavor at all. I visited Texas Roadhouse in Gatlinburg, Tennessee June 18, 2017. The service was horrible. Our waiter only checked on us one time. We needed refills during the course of our meal. He would be in the area checking on others and I would think he was coming to check on us and would disappear. I even asked another server to refill our drinks and she disappeared after telling me she would. I finally tracked him down which is totally unacceptable. The only time he was attentive to my table was when he was waiting for us to leave to get his tip, which I found amusing that he thought he would receive one. Texas Roadhouse is my favorite steakhouse and normally the service is good, but our waiter went out of his way to ignore us. Texas Roadhouse can do better than this.

They called to set up an interview with me for Tuesday at 330 then on Monday they called and canceled it saying the manager has not arrived from vacation supposedly so they rescheduled it for today Friday at 2:00 I went first problem the restraunt was closed dident open until 3:00 second problem I called and the lady that picked the phone up was completely clueless about any interviews then when I asked for a manager she said there wasent any manager this was very unproffessional and extremely dissapointing and a complete waste of time I'm very upset on how this restaurant dealed with this situation if there can be anything done can u please call me at [protected] my name is Carrie soto
steak on mother's day
My family which consists of myself, my husband and 3 sons ate at your location in Sevierville, TN. We sat in large booth in the bar area and the server was ok, definitely have had better. Anyways, i order my steak medium, when it came out it was rare with blood all over the plate. After about 10 minutes we finally was able to wave down our server, who had not been back by, and i showef him the steak. He took it back and aboyt 5 minutes or so and Jeremy the manager brought it back. It was medium rare at this point. He agreed it still wasn't cooked correctly and took it back. At this point my family was completely finished eating. When he returned it was overcooked and a very medium well to well. He asked if it was ok and i said i guess so. When the waiter returned i explained it was overcooked amd he apologized. When the bill came, i told the waiter i was suprised they hadn't reduced my meal due duemy steak. He said the manager hadn't deducted anything and if it was up to him, it would be free. We live in Maryville and was already there too long so we left. The longer i thought about it the more upset i got. It was my Mother's day meal and i chose to dine with your restaurant out of all the many other places to eat. I called the manager and he said i should have said something before i left and he didn't remember me, that he had several issues today. He didn't apologize and was quite unconcerned about my complaint. I just feel like something should have been done to remedy this. Our dinner was around $60, i did have a kids meal token, but very disappointed in the matter in which this was handled.
