awful service
My husband planned a surprise birthday dinner for me. When he called on Monday he was told to call 1 hour prior to coming in. So today he called at 5:00 pm to tell them he had a big party coming in at 7:30. My party arrived at 7:30 and my husband and I arrived at 8:00. We didn't get sitted until 8:40 because the large table they had was occupied. When they...

I had an early dinner at your Texas Roadhouse ( Restaurant # 30003) on 501 East Trenton Rd in Edinburg, Texas on 11-1-19 at 3pm. My Server was "Don" and my SA was Fred. The customer service was excellent, food was great and the my beer was nice and cold, prepared as I requested it. I requested to speak with the Manager on the floor and the GM. I first spoke...

I went to Texas Roadhouse and ordered salmon the 5oz and the same appeared to be no more than 3-4 oz and the staff was not customer friendly nor was the manager. I've ordered from numerous of Texas Roadhouse and the salmon is a lot bigger. Customer service sucks at the Indianapolis, IN location. When I asked the manager if she could get me another she...

My boyfriend, daughter and I went to this restaurant 10/27/19 and I must say it was the worst service I have ever recieved. Usually Texas Roadhouse is great, it is one of our favorite places to go and I have never had a problem. The food is always wonderful and the staff is friendly and attentive. However this night was anything but. Our waitress was a...

Hello,
My young daughters and son wanted to surprise their mother for her birthday. They had their heart set on their mother being serenaded to as she sat on the saddle. Service was ok. Our waitress was ever so polite and wonderful but forgot the biggest item. When my wife went to the restroom, I made sure to ask the waitress to make sure she brought the saddle out etc as my daughters sat in anticipation the entire meal. Well needless to say, we were given our check and a "have a nice day"... no birthday celebration. My 9 year old started to cry...we all left in complete disappointment. 😔😔
service
My family of 8 visited your Erie, Pa. store on Oct. 12, 2019, and I am writing on behalf of my daughter and myself. I first want to mention I frequent your restaurant in Duluth, Mn. often. We were at the Erie facility on Saturday night and it was quite busy. That aside I have been at the Roadhouse on other busy nights. Our waitress was quite abrupt and rude to the point of almost being afraid to ask her a question. From the amount of time to be waited on and to receive order was quite lengthy, while other tables around us were quickly served. Our appetizer was barely warm which we ate but then when we received our steaks they were barely room temperature . The waitress sent a manager over for our complaints and he seemed very unconcerned like it was no big deal, Some of our party decided to eat their cool meals rather than wait even longer. When the steaks did return again they were barely warm. I want to say we love Texas Roadhouse but this has to be the worst service I have experienced. In all our meal took over two hours which I know would be very rare for your establishment.
food and service
Wanted to have a steak dinner, husband, daughter and myself. We went to the Texas Roadhouse in fort Gratiot Michigan. First I will start by all the yelling for birthdays or whatever the occasion, it's annoying and unnecessary! We placed our order, husband ordered the 8oz thick cut strip steak, daughter and I ordered shrimp smothered 8 oz sirloin. Everything was cooked the way we ordered it. Here is my problem, husband's steak WAS NOT a strip steak it was the same sirloin that myself and daughter ordered. When I mentioned it to the manager he treated me as if I were stupid, He was extremely arrogant! Trying to educate me on the cut of steaks. After we were done with our meal the assistant manager comes over to speak with us about the meal, same thing gonna educate me on the cut of meats. Is this what Texas Roadhouse does trains their managers to give the same pitch? We were very dissatisfied with our visit. We will not be having dinner at this establishment again, there are other steak restaurants that will give us what we pay for.
needed repair in men's room!
We dine at four different locations within a 35 mile radius to our home. Anderson, IN Texas Roadhouse is one that we dine in at least once a week and as many as three times, every week. We diners there 7 days ago, and my husband returned from the men's room, stating in frustration, that the hook was not on the restroom door, so he had to hold his heavy...

The male manager at this store is an egotistical sob. Two weeks prior to our dinner appointment for a group of 20 on the patio, he gave our table away to another group. Stating that they called first. So much for my conversation with him two weeks prior giving him all of our details. I walked out and the rest of the group remained inside. From what I have...

I would like to stay anonymous please. I worked at Texas roadhouse in the back as a cook for a year and I loved my job. I always came in with a smile and greeting those who I worked with. Through out time I ended up dating one of your managers named Stephen Bohm. As time went by I was harassed by other employees including the GM James. Everyone would talk...

Went to have a nice dinner with the kiddos and witnessed a server clean a table and walk into the kitchen area. Then another server walk right over to the same table the lady had just cleaned and purposely spilled the salt shaker, knocked down the menu, and hurried away laughing. A few monents later (no one had sat at the table) the lady who originally cleaned the table was walking past and noticed her nice clean table had been sabotaged and stopped what she was doing and began cleaning the table all over again. I wanted to tell that lady what happened but the fact that it was Tuesday kids night and there was a manager behind the bar and one on the floor told me they were not only aware of but allowing this kind of bullying to go on in such a respected restaurant overwhelmed me. I couldn't finish my meal. That poor lady didn't deserve to have to do double the work because of someone else's ignorance! Managers that allow and encourage that type of behavior are not true leaders and end up hurting not only the victim but the entire establishment.
Went out to dinner at the Texas roadhouse in Newnan, GA . We go there about once a week, today we went a little earlier than usual. We had the best waiter that we have had all year her name was April and she was amazing.
we let her know how much we appreciated her service, later I called back and spoke to the manager about our service. I think so many times the servers go unnoticed. Thanks again for the great customer service.

I informed the hostess and a waitress that I had an allergy to cinnamon. I reminded the waitress again when I place my order and she still bought me cinnamon butter. I had an allergic reaction and her response was I'm so sorry I was busy. The manager never came over to greet us or ask for is everything okay. We have every birthday celebration at Texa...

I ordered a bone-in rib eye and asked if I could request a descent size cap on the rib-eye as this is the most delicious part of the cut. I tried call ahead seating. but was placed on hold for 8 minutes and no one answered the phone. Went to restaurant had a good meal, got up from my chair and saw salad on the back of my seat. Soiling my pants gross! Manager came and offered me free appetizer and to clean my pants. I refused both because my pants are washable and I just got a coupon for free appetizers for a year from a promotion you are running. This was one of the most discussing visit to a restaurant I have ever had.

My girlfriend came from Colombia on vacation and we decided to visit Texas Roadhouse lacated on Shadeland ave in Indianapolis IN. Manager refused to serve her alcohol, even the manager did not bother to confirm somehow if the ID was valid and government issued, so he refused. We left. We went to Red Lobster, they took the time and they did check the validity of the ID and naturally served us. The server at Texas Roadhouse rushed to conclude that the ID was not valid because it looked different, even when the date of birth was on the back of the ID and I pointed out its location. The server was not welcoming, and did not treat us properly since we sat at the table. We can't help but feel that we were discriminated and whoever needs to know about this issue will know it. This happened today Saturday August the 24th at Texas RoadHouse at Shadeland ave in Indianapolis IN. We have been at other restaurants in the city with a higher reputation than Texas Roadhouse and they all took the time to confirm that the ID was valid.
