I moved in2 the apartmnt on Aug 8th, 2020. On Aug 13th the air conditioning went out. I bin fighting w the apartmnt complex 4 3 weeks 2 try 2 get it fixed. There is a lack of communication on their end and I am left getting the run around. I signed a lease 4 an apartmnt w A/C. This place is and has been less than helpful.

Apartment inspection was performed without my presence citing COVID concerns that are groundless as it does not apply to other parts of their business. They are clearly using the COVID epidemic as a convenience to them. Also regional manager, Michelle L refuses to give me name and contact information of her superior so I am at am impasse.
