Time: 8:04pm on 12th, and 1:04 AM on 13th.
I ordered a pair of loafers that never came. Intel delivery notified me they had delivered, so I went to lobby and front of building, and nothing. I did this 5 times that evening until I went to bed at midnight. Nothing was delivered that morning either. I had 3 delivery notifications for this delivery. So after realizing that my package was nowhere to be found, I looked at the confirmation pictures taken from courier. The picture of my building was correct but there is blue sky in photo and it is dark at 8:04pm in Vancouver in November so picture was not accurate, as well of the fact that the picture the courier took of my mail room is Not my Mail room! So courier sent pic of the wrong building mail room, so my package may have gone to wrong building. So discrepancies with all of the pictures sent for proof of delivery.
I have emailed customer service about this and Intelcom and everyone is telling me the same thing. "Sorry, it shows your package was delivered, nothing we can do". No one is listening to me about discrepancies with pictures and sending wrong mail room where he left package! They said they investigated the issue but are not investigating the facts! I called too and the man said he would gladly issue me a refund for the loafers. That didn't happen either. I want to put this forward to Consumer Reports on CTV because no one is listening to me. I feel like I got scammed. I feel like I cant trust my favorite store the Bay. I feel taken advantage of, and I feel like no one cares! I want someone to take responsibility for this mishap. I will never order from the Bay online again, as I don't want to be left feeling like an idiot again...
I need someone to actually care about what happened to my order!
I am a teacher and I really needed these shoes, and now I am without, and refuse to shop at the Bay again until this issue gets rectified. I have all the emails and pictures sent and I can send all for your review if needed.
Claimed loss: $80.63 inc tax and shipping.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the package that was never delivered for 80.63.
