Furniture
I ordered furniture on the 30th of May 2021 to be Delivered by 22nd July from Bay St Vital Winnipeg Canada. The amount was paid in full at the time of order . Order no [protected] .
The delivery date since has been postponed three times and yet it is a tentative date September the 11th.
We are without a bed to sleep and sofa to sit in our family room .
This is very disappointing. We as a family have been very loyal customers of Hudson Bay company for more than a decade .
I shall request if the company can look into it and expedite the delivery of these items

I'm extremely disappointed with Hudson's Bay.
I placed an order for two items on August 23, 2021
The Givenchy Perfume and Miss Dior perfume almost $340.00 CAD.
On August 25, 2021 I received one of my package however, upon delivery my item was not in the box.
My item was missing. It was a empty shipping box.
I had to call over 9 times to actually speak to a customer representative to help me solve this matter however, they were not able to. Nobody helped me out. I'm extremely FRUSTRATED.
Im a very loyal customer to Hudson's Bay but I will never again shop with the Bay again.
Desired outcome: Send me my missing item.
Shoe department
I was at the Hudson Bay at Fairview Mall. I was looking to buy a pair of shoes l asked a lady who was working for a size 9 she took my shoes and said l will be right back l waited 10 mins before l inquired again and l was greeted by a young lady who said l had to wait my turn. I waited and finally a manager came and went a looked for my shoe. I asked where l could pay she said go over to the return desk and see if they can help you. I am in customer service myself l felt so mistreated. I still bought the shoes but honesty l don't think l should have. Looking forward to hearing back from someone

Finally after a 2 yr I went shopping at Lime Ridge Mall Hudson Bay. Went there in particular because I needed bra shopping and that sometimes needs a lot of trying on different types. Was greeted by the door but she never mentioned the store would close at 7pm. I am sorry I do not check that prior, knowing the mall is open till 9pm?
Gathered my different bras, no help to be found by the way, now was told had to use the fitting room all the way on the other side of the store because this one was closed...Why? you should have a least the one by the lingerie open don't you think?
As I am in the dressing room I heard the sales girl saying ; 10 more minutes until closing...I quickly went out as I needed a different size, asked the girl if I could still do that? sure she said, but when I came back with a hand full of bras, I was told no, we are closed now. It took me honestly not longer than 5 minutes to get my sizes...I was so mad that I left everything right there.
Wow Hudson Bay how you have changed! I remember classy and informative sales staff, not annoying ladies who kept asking; ready to check out? over and over...I ended up going to La vie en Rose and spent a nice $140 that you did not get, simply because you were rushing me out...you might want to rethink your policies regarding training sales staff..

I've been having issues for over a month getting a fraudulent charge on my neo card investigated. Neo informed me that the bay needs to investigate. I sent them a bunch of information that they requested over a month ago and since then have not heard anything back. I still keep getting an invoice for the fraudulent charge which I refuse to pay Since I never made these charges.

I am trying to get a copy of 2 invoices that i made on my Neo Hudson's Bay card on July 4th at the bay on Ste-Catherine St. Montreal and i have been hung up multiple times and no one seems to be able to help me. I spend thousands of dollar a year at the Bay and i am finding it very hard to keep loyal with this kind of service.

I DO NOT have an email address nor a computer. Therefore, my friend is helping me.
On a recent visit, I was denied a promo, credit card, because I do not have an email address. It seems absurd to me that the senior population is being short changed by this action. There are many seniors who have money to spend freely. I, personally, have spent thousands of dollars in your stores in the past 62 years. From now on I will be checking out other stores.

I submitted an order online.
I received an email that they received my return (even though I didn't receive the order and therefore did not return it either. I sent a message via their online customer service and was told that they didn't know why it had happened but I should re-order online.
However, I received an error message saying that they don't have any stock. When I attempted to call them, they told me to keep checking online. When i asked to speak to a supervisor, the CSR left me on hold and then when he eventually reached a supervisor hung up on me instead of transferring me. I attempted to call 4 more times and the call went to an open unmanned line once and on the other occasions, the CSR either hung up immediately or kept saying can you hear me before hanging up.

Hello, on July 20, 2021 I made a purchase at Hudson's Bay company. I bought set of Gluckstein Tea spoon. The package is supposed to have 12 pcs of spoons. After opening the package, I found out four spoons are missing. The set was on sale as you can see from the photos attached to this msg. They did not return my money back
I would like you to share my experience with Hudson's bay. I place the order (#[protected]) for $136.73 on Jan 11th, 2021. I returned the order and they recieved it on Feb 19th. They informed me about it but did not informed me that the refund was issued. The refund must have been for $128.73 as they deduct $8 for a shipping. They sent me a transaction number. However, my bank confirmed that they do not see this transaction number and I I have never recieved my money back for this order. I asked the HB to make an investigation but they did not respond me.
Desired outcome: I want a properly investigation and want my money back

Hello, I am Writing in regards to two pairs of design lab boots I got from the bay a month ago. I ordered them because I love the first pair but they lasted about 6 months before the insole completely came off. My newest pic purchased June 15 (online) has the insole already coming off and it's only been a month. I don't wear them much outside as I work in a salon and wanted to keep them nice for work.

Trying to get the new neo hbc credit card is next to impossible
Even though I was pre-approved thru HBC email for $10, 000 limit I was declined by NEO Financial.
Never had a late payment in the 30 years that I have had a HBC MasterCard
1) 1st tried to do it on line from home
2) 2nd tried to apply thru local store
3) 3rd trying to call HBC directly
4) 4th tried calling NEO directly
Please let me know how this can be resolved

Wow. If you hear my story, you'll be happy if you don't get this Neo card.
I did, and within 3 days, Neo put through $2, 836.78 of incorrect transactions, from 2 departments at the Bay. I do not think that by coincidence 2 salespersons, with floor managers attending and overseeing the transactions, made these errors.
That's $2, 836.78 Neo has credited to my account, which I did not charge to my account!
I've contacted Neo by email, and by phone with the sales clerk present, however they only say, "wait and see, then contact the store". The same response was given to the sales clerk, and she was told, by the Neo customer service, that there was a glitch in the Neo system that was doubling transactions and not accepting voids/refunds and posting them as transactions.
So, I assume if they are speaking of this, they are aware this may have been the cause of my extra transactions, but they don't care at all. Not even to say they will look into this.
I'm stuck with a lot of time consuming hassle and anxiety.
I wish I had never gotten this card which I thought was a Bay card.
I wish I had looked at online reviews such as Trustpilot before accepting this card to get a deeper discount on my purchases. The reviews are not good and say Neo financial is a scam bank and credit card provider.
bed sheets
I have purchased a set of bed sheets from Hudson Bay, 9350 Yonge St Richmond Hill ON.
The price was reduced, I thought it may have been discontinued; it was most probably a return now that I think about it.
within a few days I opened the pack to wash the sheets before usage. The pack looked OK on the outside; the fitted sheet and the pillow sheets were on the exterior and they were ok and packed properly. When I opened, there was a very strong smell which I thought was vomit; when I reached for the flat sheet placed inside I was horrified to view that it was overused and had spots of blood on it; I did not completely opened but there must have been other spots as well from which the smell was coming from. I put everything back in a bag, unpacked and was so horrified that I have touched this dirty sheet that in the end I was unable to re-open and take photos. The smell persisted up to the return (next day) even when sheets were taken out of the plastic pack. However it is returned today as of July 16 and anybody from the store can take a look. The attachments show the return receipt if you want to locate this item. I completely disliked a question from one of the employees that seemed to have a supervisor role "was this opened when you purchased it"? I believe this is unprofessional; it must have been obvious that it was a return and also anybody can unzip in the store even if it is a new package.
I am a customer who purchases from The Bay in value of thousands of $ annually. It has been the most horrible purchasing experience of my life.
It will be my last purchase from your store; Though, I at least hope that I will be contacted by your management who can explain to me what has happened, and hopefully returned sheets would not be re-sold or at least properly checked.

For context in-store manager at first billed and sold me wrong items which took me weeks to resolve which was his fault
After fighting with your online team for 6 months part of my order arrived and was told that due to the massive inconvenience this caused you would deliver that part and then the remaining that was coming in May after original delivery was for January. We haven't had furniture in 9 months due to this and I feel like not ONE person has offered us anything and I had to beg to send it.
MY ASK:
Deliver my remaining one chair as promised by your staff to my address as I paid for delivery. Yes, I paid for one delivery BUT have some customer service sense as this has been insane. I don't want anything else but this issue to be resolved and to never shop with you again as it is insane to me.

I bought a ring on Amazon that arrived from Germany. The total was 50$ and it arrived by standard mail in 2 weeks.
I visited the bay store at Limeridge Mall Hamilton to have it sized to my finger.
I was told 75$ and 4-6 week wait.
The ring was cheaper and arrived sooner than your proposed price and wait. This is pathetic and I will never shop at the Bay store again. You are very out of touch with reality to expect a customer to wait 4-6 weeks for a quick adjustment that takes maybe 15 mins.

We were in the Bay Abbotsford store on July 1st in the furniture department and we did get asked if we needed help. At the moment we did not but an hour later we were looking for the gentleman and he was no where to be found. We went to the til to find help and the clerk did not know where he was but took our name and number for him to call back. He didn't call back. So on July 2nd we drove from Chilliwack to Abbotsford again to see if we could get help to purchase and get delivered a mattress set with a frame and headboard and a leather couch and no one was in the department and the clerk said no one knew how to work on that system and could she take our name and number. I told her we already left it. On July 4th we called and finally spoke to Marg to get a price. She called us back with a quote which was only 10% off. We realized that today was seniors day and we could get 15 % off so I called the store 8 times and no one answered. I eventually called Cassidy at [protected] who attempted to contact the store several times. She finally got someone who said Marg was off today. Cassidy attempted to place the order but since some of the items are in the "Dwell" section and is specific to this store she could not place the order. I asked for her to put me through to the store and she tried but again it rang and then hung up. I tried to call them again several times but just kept hanging up. I then called head office and explained to the lady who answered what I was looking for and she put me through to some financing department. So here I am wanting to order a leather couch, a king size bed mattress & box spring, a knickerbocker bed frame and a king headboard and no one to help me.
