TicketNetwork Never received my ticket!

I have purchased a ticket from TicketNetwork and was supposed to receive it by mail, but that never happened! I contacted customer service numerous times and they promised that I'll get my ticket before the even, but I never got my ticket and missed the even! And these scammers refused to give me a refund! I'm absolutely disgusted with TicketNetwork! This is the worst experience I've ever had! Never again!

TicketNetwork They sold the same ticket to 6 people

I ordered a ticket from www.ticketnetwork.com and was very excited. I really wanted to see the concert, it was my dream! So I arrived at the concert and only then I found out that there were 5 more people with the same ticket as mine! Security never let us in! So I paid big money for a concert I couldn't even see. I immediately contacted TicketNetwork customer service and demanded some explanations. They were totally rude and said that it was not their problem! They scammed 6 people, robbed us and run! This place should be shut down!

TicketNetwork Highly unprofessional!

I have purchased a ticket from www.ticketnetwork.com and paid over $200 for it. I ordered in advance and there were many tickets available. Several days later they contacted me and told that there was made a mistake and there was a bug in their system. There were no tickets left and they offered me a full refund. Well, at least they were honest, but still, I'm extremely disappointed. I was so happy and excited when I made my purchase.

TicketNetwork Worst experience ever!

Back in December I bought two tickets from TicketNetwork. That was a Christmas gift for my wife. They said that I'll receive my tickets by mail. Well, I waited and waited, but nothing ever arrived. So I contacted their customer service to check on my tickets. Their representative promise to call me back but he never did. On the day of the concert still never heard from anyone so I called again. They apologised and said that my tickets were cancelled. They returned my money back, but still I was very disappointed. They ruined my surprise gift. I will never use TicketNetwork again!

TicketNetwork Concert tickets

On January 18, I saw on facebook 3 bands coming to Maryland Heights MO July 16. I clicked on what I thought was Live Nation but really it was Minnetonka Tickets LLC but really was ticketnetwork. I ask the man if tickets had already gone on sale. He didn't answer me. I should have known it was a scam. Once I received email with prices and it didn't list seat rows, I became concerned. Then I saw where tickets will be ready for delivery by July 12 and concert is on the 16th. I became very worried because I had NO seat numbers and tickets might get to me by the 12th. On the same email, it is written "once available, your tickets will be delivered in time for the event via your chosen delivery method" I DID NOT CHOOSE $15 DELIVERY CHARGE. Previously, on Live Nation, you receive email to print tickets. Another reason why I should have known this was a scam. This is a scam whether they have me saying yes to his questions, I DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS AGREEING TO BECAUSE I'VE NEVER DEALT WITH SCAM PEOPLE. 1 ticket cost $668, service fee $160.32 which I do NOT remember man indicating that, if so, I would have known that no company that I have dealt with before has had that large of fees. I would have ended the call. I looked on other websites and tickets don't go on sale until 01-22-16. I don't remember calling a broker. I thought I was calling Live Nation which I didn't think they were a broker either. After seeing prices much lower for the same or closer seats, I decided to call to invoke my 3 day buyer remorse but when I called Minnetonka, they directed me to [protected], Melanie said there's no refunds. I asked to speak with her supervisor which she said that wouldn't change anything. I insisted on it so I was put on hold. Melanie said that Ismarie said the same thing. I asked for the presidents name and address, number, she refused but I can just google that. TicketNetwork and MINNETONKA TICKETS LLC is a scam. It's illegal. I will also be going on Heart, Joan Jett and Cheap Trick websites letting them know that I won't be attending their concert because MINNETONKA TICKETS LLC AND TICKET NETWORK scammed me and them. This was supposed to be a treat for my best friend, who lives in New York and our 50th birthday this year but not now. Will anyone stand up to this greedy LLC? I mean scam people?

I wish there was action we could take, but we reached out to Ticketmaster to verify the barcodes were ok and they sent back a report showing tickets were allowed in, were not "fraud" and they were valid.

Without any other proof of denied entry we can't refund.

Be careful from buying from this company
( Monnetonka ) . I purchased two Tx from ticketsonline.com for Hootie and the Blowfish for $400 in Atlanta .
Lakewood Arena said my Tx were invalid, the Tx office stated my Tx were fraudulent and to contact the seller . Needless to say I am out my money, apparently with no recourse. They do not guarantee their tickets. Go use a different site !

Hey it's Duane from Minnetonka Tickets. I don't know how to address this, when someone says they think they called one company but called another? If you think you're at Macy's but really you're at a Nordstroms, not sure how to address it.

Buyer regret here from what I can tell. The call center employees are trained to give the order total, explain shipping fees and in hand dates as well as the terms and conditions are "all sales are final". Of course if you think you are talking to someone else, maybe you don't listen? I know we honored this sale exactly as the order was placed.

TicketNetwork I will never use ticket network again.

I ordered 4 tickets and paid $530. Seats were terrible. We ended up sitting on the second row from the very back in the top section. At first the tickets were only $30 which mean people paid a lot less than what I did and got better seats. I paid $530 and expected something else! That was a surprise for my family, but they ruined everything. I will never buy tickets from this company again. Lack of information as far as what I was paying for. I thought more money meant better seats, but apparently it doesn't.

TicketNetwork I will never use ticket network again.

On December 10, 2015, I purchased two tickets from Ticketnetwork. The tickets were sent over to me by mail. But the time on the tickets was wrong and I noticed it only few days later when I printed out the tickets. I contacted the company and explained what happened. The customer service agent who I talked to assured me that the tickets were actually fine. He said that time factor was okay too and the scanners at the door would know that the tickets are alright. But when the tickets were scanned it showed that they really messed up with the time. I told the man that I had spoken to Ticketnetwork customer service about the time on the tickets and they assured me that there would be no problem. He told that he was very sorry but he could not let us in. Horrible liars! Will never use them again!

TicketNetwork didn't receive tickets

My wife and I wanted to surprise our children and decided to buy Disney Land tickets. On this site tickets were 50$ per ticket. So we bought four tickets for the whole family. Also paid a delivery fee 10$. The total amount of our purchase was 400$ plus the 10$ delivery fee. So we received the confirmation email, but there was written that the whole sum was 500$. They added 90$ for nothing. But when we paid there was no information about it on the screen. But that's not all. They took our money and didn't send us tickets. We ordered tickets for 11:30am but there was no delivery. I called them to ask about the ticket and to inquire about the charges. The man on the phone was very rude and impolite. He said "well, if you had problems with charges, you should have called us earlier. And remember, it was you who agreed to the charges. And I don't know anything about the tickets. Be patient." I just dropped the call. But the checkout screen clearly stated 400$ plus 10$, I saw it with my own eyes. Yes, I agreed with that, but I expected some tickets. No money, no tickets! Shame on them, very bad company!

TicketNetwork Worst service ever!

I live in Paris and I really love baseball. So I've decided to go watch a baseball match in real life while visiting Boston. All tickets were sold but there were few left on ticketnekwork. I was extremely happy about it and bought a ticket using this site. I paid money and wanted to download the ticket. But when I did, nothing happened. I contacted customer service and they said there was a technical problem, but they'll will fix it soon. The next day I tried to download age, but same thing happened. I contacted the customer service every day, but agent told me not to worry and I will get my ticket in Boston. Well, I arrived, but still could not download! On the day of the match they called me and told that they can't fix the problem and can't give me my ticket, but will make a refund. I was so disappointed and upset. The worst part is that they never returned my money. They also don't answer my messages. This is the worst service ever!

TicketNetwork Paul McCartney tickets

We purchased two tickets for Paul McCarthy at Joe Louis arena from TicketNetWork with the understanding that they were side view seats. When we got there we were not only in an obstructed area we were behind the stage with the only site being in the front of the stage with a rear view of the band. Never were we to see all of the band as there was a large black curtain blocking the view. We called to complain and were told that the tickets were sold to them as a limited view because the were located on the side of the stage but that we would have no problem seeing the band but it would be from the side. When we told them they were behind and side stage they said it was the fault of Joe Loius. I called Joe Louis and they said we had bought the last two seats before total obstruction and that it was not there fault as we could see Paul when he was up front and the rest of the tickets sold in that area was marked rear side view. Had we of known this we would not have purchased these tickets. Enclosed is a copy of the letter we received stating that it was limited view because they were on the side. I feel we were totally misled and feel we should get a refund for most the show we missed.

TicketNetwork Ripped off thousands for super bowl tickets!!!

We purchased super bowl tickets from this unethical company in sept 2014. They kept delaying the pick up date for the tickets, until they finally pushed It back all the way until the day of the game. Now they are telling us they no longer have our tickets because the stadium is oversold and will give us a portion of what we paid for them. Yet they still have tickets available on their websit...but for $9, 000 more than what we paid for them-each ticket! We are out thousands of dollars because of how expensive the flights, hotel and rental car are for the special event. I have never felt so betrayed. Do not buy from this company! I think they wait until the last minute so they can try to get more money for your ticket and then tell you, oops sorry. Devastating...

TicketNetwork Poor customer service

This company was awful. My tickets weren't going to be delivered until 5 hours after the concert so I had to stop the tickets where they were at in route and drive 2 hours to pick them up so I would receive them on time which completely ruined my plans. I was told they would be shipped immediately and they waited until Monday when Fed ex does ship out Friday evening and Sat. Then I still wasn't going to receive them until Friday! If I hadn't wanted to see the concert for years I wouldn't have went to the hassle. Plus they charge a lot per ticket, an extra almost $200 dollars.

TicketNetwork Poor customer service

Do not use this website. I spent $2500 for tickets to an nfl game on this website. They were not listed as indoor seats but when they arrived they said indoors on the tickets and i found they were, in fact, inside. This was not what i wanted. I looked elsewhere on the internet and every other website i found listed them properly. When i called to try to exchange or refund or resell they refused to be of any help and were incredibly dismissive. I understand that this was at least partly my fault but it was the way i was treated that leads me to post this negative review. After 3 phone calls and 45 minutes on hold they expressed zero interest in helping me and denied any culpability for the situation what - so - ever. It was an unbelievably frustrating experience from a customer service perspective.

TicketNetwork Misleading Ticket Sales

StubHub indicated that TNDirect had tickets to a Bruce Springsteen concert in Row A. When I was directed to TicketNetwork.com, the ticket was represented as Row A-EDG. I never saw this labelling before, and even Google'd "A-EDG." Upon finding no indication of what A-EDG meant using Google I bought the tickets. When they came, they were row Y (the last row)! StubHub said that they are not affiliated with TicketNetwork.com. TicketNetwork.com said that the tickets were non-refundable. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. Avoid both StubHub and TicketNetwork.com.

Absolutely terrible experience. Bought tickets (so I thought) only to have the seller not have them. Re-bought tickets (so I thought) only to have the seller do the same thing. This website is a joke. It's more expensive, but just go to stubhub or ticketmaster.

TicketNetwork Gauging Service Fee

We purchased 4 tickets $296 each to the Eagles/Lake Tahoe, NV for August 30, 2014. The price for the tickets is $296.00 per ticket AND a $74.00 service FEE per ticket. At the time of the order I thought the $74.00 was the TOTAL service fee (25% fee charged per ticket). In addition there is a $15.00 standard delivery fee. This Ticket network is "scalping" tickets...$296 fee for what? Thank you. Megan Warren/[protected]

TicketNetwork Ticket Prices

I purchased tickets via ticket network.com for wicked for march 2013 at the bob carr perf arts ctr.in orlando - i paid $231.00 for 1 ticket plus 42.00 for handling plus another 15.00 for service charge.. $576.00 for two tickets. I went on the website for the bob carr center and looked up the tickets and they were only $121.00 a piece. I paid more than double for these tickets! This site is a fraud - i called the company and basically the nasty girl told me that i was the fool for paying that much. When i went googled this show - this site came up and i thought it was ticketmaster... Do not get fooled. You think that you are buying from ticketmaster but you are not.. Be very careful. I am very educated and usually very careful but i just got scammed... Do not buy off this site.. Buyer beware

TicketNetwork Legalized extortion

Ticket Network is LEGALIZED EXTORTION. BEWARE! The tickets we order by phone were $39 plus additional handling fees equaled almost $50 per ticket. Received the tickets and discover they were only $15 each at face value! I called the company and asked why they had charged my almost $40 per ticket when they were 15 dollar tickets. The lady I spoke with was very rude and basically shut me down by re-explaining all their legal extortion language. I told them I was going to report the to the BBB and the Attorney General's office and anyone else I could think of and they said OK...guess they have heard that before and just don't care because nothing ever stops them from ripping off the next victim.

It is very interesting to me how they come up as the company to buy from when you have not listed ticket sellers just the name of the team.

TicketNetwork Be warned to never use this site for purchasing any tickets

BE WARNED TO NEVER USE THIS SITE FOR PURCHASING ANY TICKETS!

I accidentally purchased tickets for The Book of Mormon on this site - First mistake, was that I didn't use the trusted, tried and true http://StubHub.com site that always stands behind your purchases!

Within minutes of receiving my email confirmation from my purchase with http://TicketNetwork.com I realized that I had purchased tickets for the wrong day... I was planning my trip to NYC 2 weeks later and I called them immediately to ask them to switch out my tickets or refund me, so that I can buy tickets for the right day. BUT, they told me that I needed to contact the actual seller - This is where it all went wrong. A very SHADEY company called Bryant Entertainment Services in New Jersey... Some guy who refused to give me my money back said, "Too Bad!" He then told me that I needed to contact TicketNetwork again, because they are the broker.

I called them back and spoke to a guy named Drew who told me to write customer support an email with my case to see if they might be able to refund me... Two days went by and no answer. I did get an email with a FedEx confirmation telling me that the USELESS tickets would be arriving to me on Wednesday. I responded with the same request for a refund and said that i didn't want these tickets and to place contact me... NOTHING.

On Wednesday (today) I called my bank and we called TicketNetwork's customer support together... the very rude customer support agent told me that their policy is that they DO NOT refund online purchases and that the purchase is final. I then asked her for her name and asked to speak to her supervisor, to plead my case. She said to me, "If you don't stop taling sir and listen to what Im saying I will hang up on you." She kept speaking bout their policy and I asked again to speak to her customer service supervisor and she hung up on me.

Whatever happened to the good old American business proverb, "The Customer is Always Right?" I would have expected a lot more from such a large company.

The reason to write this email is to WARM EVERYONE TO NOT USE TicketNetwork or Bryant Executive Services! Use http://StubHub.com instead... They stand behind your purchase and they will refund tickets if you make a mistake and have excellant customer service... I will never veer away from them again!

I was the original poster on this topic. Update is that they have offered to refund my money and I have purchased new tickets for the right day without issues. It has been resolved and I am now happy.

TicketNetwork is operating a scam. I purchased 2 tickets after looking at the venue map. I received an email confirming that I'd indeed purchased two tickets in Section A Row J (12 rows from the stage). The tickets I received in the mail were in the 2nd Balcony A, Row H (2 rows from the ceiling). I was told by TicketNetwork, "Well, we never specified *which* Section A your seats were in, " and they refused to refund my money. At the concert, I met 8 other people in the nosebleed section who had been victims of the exact same scam. Certainly we represent a small percentage of people who are being ripped off by this company. I am contacting the Oregon state attorney general's office this week, and am actively seeking others who have been victimized. Stay away from TicketNetwork!
