I recently made a purchase from Titancustoms for my son's Christmas gift. Unfortunately, when the part arrived, it was not the correct one. I attempted to contact customer service, but was met with a long wait time of six weeks before receiving a return call. When Lori, the customer service representative, finally called me back, she informed me that they could not accept the return after 30 days had passed. I was shocked and disappointed by this response, especially considering the long wait time for a response.
I have never experienced such poor customer service from a company before. It is truly disheartening to see a lack of training for representatives, and I would not recommend Titancustoms to anyone. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would not even give them one star.

To make matters worse, this purchase was made back in March of 2022, and it is now several months later with no resolution in sight. My husband has even had to involve the Tumball Police Department to report the theft of his money, which has started a police report against Chris and Titan Customs.

We're talking about seven hundred dollars. Fortunately, there are still great businesses out there that treat customers like actual people. Matt from MRI has answered my call every time I've reached out to him. He has taken the time to try and fix Titancustoms' mistakes at his expense. He even took it upon himself to help me with my center stand instead of having to go through Titancustoms. I ordered from Matt, and my stand is arriving in less than a week and at a cheaper price. Although I had to pay almost double what I expected to pay for a stand, I'm grateful for Matt and MRI. I expect my refund ASAP. Enough is enough. I'll be contacting my bank and taking further legal action.
