product, service, general experience
Good morning. I honestly wasnt going to send a message like this but it has gotten so out of hand I feel I need to now. I live in Wyoming Mi and I was going to the TH on the corner of 28th and Burlingame from day 1, since it opened replacing Boston Market. The place was fabulous! i held all my church meetings there inside 2-3 times a week, and I picked up multiple coffees 4-5 days a week in the morning thru the drive thru for myself and co workers. In fact i was there so much they almost always knew my order whether i came in or drive thru...But i would say since the beginning of 2017 or so, it has severely declined. they consistently get drive thru orders wrong, run out of proper lids and carriers, and get offended when you ask how your going to drive with 4 coffees and no carriers. I have stopped going there anymore about 2-3 months ago because I got sick one day after drinking some of the coffee i recieved, and continued to be nauseous all day.. when I opened it I saw what I assume was curdled cream or some junk from not cleaning properly (I attached 3 pics of my coffee). In addition, another reason i have stopped going, i regularly took my daughter there for ice cream that we pick up thru the drive thru...I was handed what i ordered...over filled and some improper small tops jammed on the ice creams, and the outside of the containers covered in dripped product, it was all over the side of my car and on the seats. When i asked the guy at the window to clean them up for me he handed me a 6 INCH stack of napkins and told me that was the best he could do ( I have attached pics of the ice cream and napkins also. I will not be returning to that tim hortons, and possibly the other tim hortons, because the new one on 44th and clyde park that I go to on my way to work consistently get my order wrong at least once out of the 3-4 times Im there each week, and its hit or miss on customer service, with a rare good attitude or thank you. I will be posting this message and the pics to the Tim Hortons facebook page also. I hope to hear your thoughts on this soon...thank you.
discrimination
I was in line ordering at the Tim Horton's located just inside St. Andrews subway station by the office building. I have been there several times and noticed all the Tim's workers had practically memorized the regular customers (probably the workers in the office building above) and this time I had to practically yell my order several times just so the cashier would 'hear' me. And she still didn't do her job as she didn't even know what I was ordering the the 3rd time. Meanwhile, the lady after me (Caucasian woman who probably worked in the office building) practically whispered her order on the first try.
After that, the cashier who was previously serving me had the guts to tell me to move over in a rude voice.
I had had enough of this 'subtle' discrimination as the lady who ordered after me was also staring at me as if I was 'rude'.
I calmly said no and decided to wait where I wanted and calmly picked up my order when it was ready.
Usually the coffee is fresh here, but at this time the coffee didn't taste right and they called out the wrong food order I had repeatedly told them at the cashier.
I don't like being treated like second class. It's because I am not Caucasian and it was very obvious I was discriminated for my looks. I will never allow people to do this to me and I don't care how 'rude' I look to others. Treat EVERY customer with respect and treat others how YOU would want to be treated.
bad service
I went to my local Tim Horton's in Salem Ohio 44460 and ordered 2 ice coffee one black and one with cream and sugar, I got to the window and the woman tries to hand me one, I said" I ordered two", she said "you ordered a black mocha" I corrected her on what I actually ordered, she rolled her eyes at me and yelled " what do you want lady" so I left and will never return again I will visit dunkin donut, I'm sure I won't get yelled at there
service and quality
After so many years of quality product and service much to my dismay I need to report this terrible experience of customer service. While travelling towards TO from London we went to the Enroute just outside Cambridge. Service was slow ( granted the lines were long ) when I was waved to come forward and place my order the worker did pick his nose, rubbed whatever he had retrieved between his fingers then proceeded to ask my order. I simply ignored him and went to the right of him where another worker was waving to the line to come place an order. I placed my order yet did realize the offending smell looming around was in fact coming from him. The body odour was overwhelming and while I stood back with my receipt waiting for my order I did hear other waiting customers comment on this too. After about 15-20 mins the whole Tim Hortons seemed to be in disarray. Customers were complaining on the left and on the right regarding wait times and wrong orders. I received mine about 20 mins after I placed it. When getting into the car we opened the bags...The panini was not cooked at all ( white bread a slice of processed cheese cut in half. The bagels we ordered were wrong and one was not toasted...the muffin was missing. I closed the bags ( by then tired and quite disgusted at the whole scenario ) I returned the bags and asked for my monies back . I was asked to wait and could see a manager/supervisor ? discussing other customer problems to the left of me. The place was in a mess people angry etc. After more than 15 mins another manager/supervisor ?/ came out the back to me and gave me $ 8.55 ? I know my bill was more but byt then I just took the money and left. Total disappointment of the way things were run that day. Very poor worker personal care/hygiene, poor quality of product and poor service.
owner illegally making copies of licenses for purchases with a debit card
On 6/15/17 I went thru the drive thru at this location ordered and then wanted to add $10 on my Tim card...the associates were not the ones this complaint is about they proceeded to take my debit card than asked for id which I gave them then much to my dismay they took a photo copy of my licences I immediately said I wanted that copy which they refused to give me. They said the owner of this franchise is requiring this. I immediately stated that this is not a lending institution and has no right to my licence information to keep on hand..This would in fact and could lead to identity theft which their owner and Tim Horton's would be liable for.. Unfortunately I have made several calls to their corporate complaint department to no avail...only Promises no results...I will now seek legal restitution to get this matter resolved
treated rudely by an employee
I ordered 4 coffee and a half dozen muffins paid for my purchased and proceeded to the muffin counter to pick out my flavours. There were only 3 flavours and only a few of each. So there was only one flavour that I even remotely cared for so I asked if they had more in the back the girl replied no just the same as what's there. I said ok and I waited but nothing happened she was looking at me like I was stupid. So I reluctantly picked out 5 more that I despise. I said again are there more in the back or on the cooling rack or anywhere of the banana pecan. An employee named jeremy replies very rudely "only the same as what's in the counter" I replied well that's fine so bring them out there's only have 1kind that I like and paid for 6i 5 of which are flavours I despise. I then spot some near the floor on a cooling rack and say to the girl what are those down there those are the kind I don't mind. This same employee named jeremy is walking by and screams "they are the same kinds as in the counter" the girl finally gets what i'm talking about but i'm so pissed off at being treated this way I say "forget it I need to leave befor I do something ill regret! Tell that [censor] I spend $20-$40 per day in this store and thanks to him... I'll be going to macs.
the way I was spoken to buy an employee
I had ordered a Caesar salad when I went to make my salad I accidentally spilled my packet of dressing all over myself and then fell on the floor I went up to ask the employee for an extra packet as mine had fell as mine had dropped on the floor and she informed me that she would have to charge me extra I was upset and said I would pay extra if I needed extra but I accidentally dropped it all over myself and on the floor she did end up giving me the extra Packet however continued to chastise me and make me feel that I was in the wrong by getting this extra packet
harassment at the workplace by another employee
assorted dates, Owner paul lawlor has dates written down to my knowledge.
Hi my name is Patrick Timothy Chipp. I work for Resturaunt number 5539. Tim Hortons Express in Stephenville Newfoundland Canada. Paul Lawlor is the owner and Joan Marche/Wheeler is the manager.
I have been threatened and harassed by a Employee named "Tyler Jesso" on multiple occasions. I have been told by him "No one would care if I were to suddenly die". He has told me on numerous occasions to "Shut the [censor] up and just disappear already. Stay the [censor] out of peoples lives" as if he owns me or other people. I have already requested not to be put on shifts with him to which it went completely ignored still having shifts with him.
He has joked about causing physical harm to me to which I get the vibe he is NOT joking around.
I have went to both Paul Lawlor and Joan Marche/Wheeler about this issue multiple times to which I know they are far too busy to play mommy and daddy with this. But it seems as if my complaints go unheard.
I have went to a lawyers office and was told it would cost 575$ for a retainer fee to see the lawyer. The lady told me to take this to the RCMP. I have the greatest of respect for Tim Hortons as after years of not having a job they were to ones to hire me and give me a chance. To which I have not yet failed them. I love this job. I love the people who I work with.
Tyler Jesso is the only one there whos threatening me when I have NEVER done any harm to him what so ever.
I am seriously ready to get a lawyer (Against Tim Hortons for allowing this to continue) and the RCMP (for death threats) involved for allowing this harassment to continue when there IS something Tim Hortons can do.
Tyler Jesso has broken his contract multiple times by threatening me and bullying me as well as talking about my personal life in the work place.
I do believe Joan and Paul has the dates of the harassment and death threats written down.
My phone number is [protected]. Again my name is Patrick Timothy Chipp and I would like it if someone were to look into this. I do feel that my life is threatened by this member named "Tyler Jesso"
drive thru
ha e been to your Chillicothe, Ohio location on Bridge St. This make the 3rd time in the last month that i have drove across town on my lunch. Each time i have ordered the same sandwich (ham w mayo n lettuce on a bagel) and everytime, i have received the wrong sandwich. It has been on a square style bun that is so hard, i cant eat and added items. I am very disappointed in this, as i dont have time to check my food nor take it back across town. So i go with lunch at work.
grilled steak panini sandwich
Today, 6/20/2017, at approximately 1 p.m. Eastern Standard time in Ferndale, Michigan, I purchased a Grilled Steak Panini sandwich only at your store on Woodward Avenue between Eight and Nine Mile Roads at the "drive-thru". I paid $5.29 cash, including tax. I purchased this sandwich at lunchtime. When I got back to my desk at work, I began eating one half of the sandwich, which was cut in half at your store by the preparer. It was very good and fresh...until I got to the second half of the sandwich. I began to smell a strong, foul odor. Either the meat was spoiled or there was fecal matter on that half of the sandwich. I threw the remainder of the sandwich in the trash.
Tim Horton's was a good choice for a lunchtime option when I compared your store to McDonald's, Wendy's, White Castle, Taco Bell, Subway, and Duncan Donuts -- to name a few of your competitors. Now, I cannot trust the quality of your food after this experience.
Please check your protocols in your store and ensure all safe hygiene practices and food storage/ preparation meet health code standards. A visit from the health department seems to be in order.
coffee donuts muffins and the owner
My name is Gus khaled I was in one of your stores on cherry hill and inkster I made a bug order and asked for a cup of ice and the employee said if we give it to u our boss will yell at u he said no free ice u have to pay a dollar for it, so I went and spoke to the owner who has a b, p gas station and a Tim Horton he said what do u think its for free nothing free second thing the donuts were old and the muffins were old and I spoke to the employees and kept on complaining to them about it all his products are old and he is hiring unprofessional people to make the coffee and the mixed frozen drinks, I've been going there for about 2 years and the owner is unprofessional and half of the workers have no uniform, I talked to one of the employee there they told me that we are not allowed to trow away any muffins donuts or anything we will use it for the people the next morning, also the owner calling the employees names and always yelling at them, I want u guys to go there and check everything out u cab even look at the camera and see everything I'm very disgusted with the owners additudd and what the employee says I don't think u guys need a man like him to represent your company, believe me they don't throw anything away after I send u this letter I'm calling the health department and if I forget a response from u guys within 24 hours in calling the news channel my number is [protected] thank u
Manager working afternoon hires only young girls which he engages in non professional relationships with and favors the ones he gets the best results with. I quit the first week I was there
landscaping around the building is a eye sore and bad representation of tim hortons
I was happy to see a Tim hortons location built near my house, but I am very disappointed with the upkeep on the landscaping .
The Tim hortons on Kenmore /Military Buffalo NY USA is a fairly recently built location, but I feel this far into spring the landscaping around the building should be taken care of. Its a eye sore, and very visible to the main streets.
bad service by sadia
I went to the Tim Hortons Sunday 18th around 7:09 am on 3351 Taschereau Blvd and I ordered 3 breakfast wraps and two small fruity frozen drinks. It came to $20.82. I go to the window and first it took them like 5-7 mins to come to the window to serve me. It took them so long that there were two more cars waiting and the car behind me left after 5 mins waiting. Then a black comes with one wrap and she tells me it's $8 something. I'm not no, I ordered 3 plus two fruity frozen small drinks. She's like no you order one. Them Sadia comes and she started giving me a lot of attitude and she started arguing with me. Telling me that I ordered one. So I asked her if I ordered one, then how come it says $20.82 on the machine? Then how come she told me for the frozen drinks they had strawberry and banana? Now she wants to hand me one breakfast wrap for $8? She couldn't answer she just argued with me some more. Then she told me in French " arrêté de chialer je vais vous en préparer un autre !" So I'm like what?! Did you just told me that? She looked at me straight in the eyes and she said yes! I did! Then I asked for the manager but she said she wasn't in. So I told her to write down the managers name and number and her name because I will be filing a complain against her. Her only response was do u want her order or not? I said no. She went to write the number down wit lots and lots of attitude mind you, then handed it to me.
managers lack of service
The manager at Tim Hortons on genesse and Harlem is not professional at all and not sanitary i have watched her go from taking orders to making coffee and a bagel never putting on a gloves I have been there several times and the place is a mess when I'm there
My order was messed up and I got a whole attitude from her it wasn't my fault and now I feel uncomfortable to go there cause of the dirty looks and laughs now.. the managers name is Melissa
staff, food, coffee, an entire location
Blackfalds, Alberta location. Still, as has been the case for a long time, is staffed by [censor]. Cold soup, cold coffee, taking the orders wrong, all around a bunch of [censor] idiots. This has been the case for YEARS. Multiple complaints have done nothing. Don't have this issue at other locations. Even people who have just moved here to Blackfalds recently already know (Without me saying anything) that this location is no good. 0/5 And with the price increases...Good luck getting me to go back, had enough of wasting my time and money on your swill.
chicken wrap
I went through the drive thru at confederation drive in saskatoon, sask., on June 11th at approximately 2:30 pm.
On June 12th I woke up with a stomach ache and by noon I was throwing up and had severe diarrhea. I went to the doctor on the 13th after a night of hell! And he said I had food poisoning probably from that chicken sandwich. I have been experiencing symptoms of food poisoning for 5 days. I have missed work for 4 of them. The doctor even said not to trust chicken of any kind from Tim's. Obviously you are getting a reputation that needs to be rectified! I enjoy your coffee every morning but you can be sure I won't be eating anything but donuts or muffins from now on.
mistreatment and verbal offence
Today is June 15, 2017 and this is complaint is regarding today at approximately 1145pm.
There is a Tim Horton's located @ 9710 132 Ave. NW Edmonton, AB. Which myself and many of my co-workers go to as its close by. Today I order my usual drink a small French vanilla with 1/4 coffee by the drive thru. But after getting to work and tested my drink it is not my usual look like they put more coffee than French vanilla, so I went back again and asked if they can make it right for me. But the guy who help me at first name is Joshua who seemed like he hated his job, told me he made it him self and he is sure that my order is right and called me liar and start calling me names. That was very offending. I have been coming to this location for more than a year and I paid my money to get what I order not to be insulted. Terrible experience.

I have sent my passport scan and i received contract agreement to sign from Barrister Allan Hutchinson. Please inform me whether it is genuine one or a scam. I am attaching the contract agreement pictures. Request to suggest me for proceeding further if it is a genuine offer.

Kaitlyn Bell at the c-line Tim Horton's location in orangeville doesn't like me and I saw her go to the back, touch her vaguna and then come back and serve me a donut without gloves, waxy paper or washing her hands. I don't know how many people she's done this to but I don't think an employee like that should be working at a place that serves food. I won't be returning to Tim Horton's until she's been fired.
tim hortons children's camp
I will no longer donate or make purchases supporting your camps. I'm so sick of seeing/hearing of the same child attending these camps more than once. With limited opportunities to attend, and so many deserving children who don't get these types of opportunities, I feel children should only be allowed to ever attend one time. Instead, year after year, there are repeat children attending. I work in the "inner city", directly with underprivileged children and I find this so frustrating and actually think its disgusting.
