timartin sandwich
I placed an order of 10 timatins sandwiches with biscuits breads between 9:30 and 10:00 at Salaberry Timhortons. However, the woman behind the caisse punched the English bread. I questioned her about that and she told me that it is written English bread but i will receive timatins with biscuit bread. I got home and saw that they gave me timatins with English breads. I live far and had to come back to correct my order and the manager assisted me, but the manager was rude and did not seem to realise the mistake of his team. The customer service was really poor. They do not listen to us when we order!
I demand to get call from manager and owner of this branch for apology.

not given order
On wednesday, dec21/16 I went through the drive-thru of the whitehorse plaza location here in simcoe. It is my regular coffee shop as I live one and a half blocks from it and it is my first stop on my way to work, 5 days a week. I gave the woman at the window my toonie, she gave me back 10c, and closed the window. I noticed a coffee sitting on the ledge beside the window. I tapped on the window and pointed to it. She opened the window and said, no that's for the person behind you. And closed the window again. I tapped and again and told her she needs to give me the coffee I ordered. She starts arguing with me. So I start looking around the inside of my car thinking that I must be pretty darn tired at 6 a. M. If I don't even remember being given my coffee already, but no, there is no take-out cup of coffee anywhere to be seen in my car. She's still arguing with me, so I left. I had to go to work, I can't be late. So I had to drive way, after paying for a coffee that I was never given. I will never set foot in a tim horton's again. Ever
product
We go to Tim Hortons alot awe have been to several of them and we get the same thing every time hot cocoa, mocha latte or double double coffee and for the past couple months it taste like hot water with a hint of milk I don't know if you have changed the recipe to lower cost and save money but it is crappy and we will start going to Star Buck's I was willing to pay the price for the drinks because they was very good but I'm not paying that for hot water that we throw away
making decaf coffee
I was with my family and we had ordered coffee that required the tim Horton staff to make decaf coffee. After we had placed the order, the membe stated that they did not have enough decaf coffee for the orders and suggested we take regular coffee. We stated no because of health reasons. They stated that they were not making decaf coffee. I find this truly unbelievable to hear coming from a place of service. This is not the first time this has happened. Fed up with wrong coffee orders and refusing to make decaf or lying about making decaf by using half water and half regular coffee. Are these staff members truly trained in customer service by providing all they can for their customers? I think not. And on a day where we could have had a free coffee for Christmas. Thinking twice about ever coming back to any locations...so disappointed. I will be speaking with representatives of this company. The shoddy service has got to stop. I have been trained to go above and beyond for customer service. So embarrassing since this used to be such an iconic thing for us as Canadians to do. It's what we did...we went for coffee to Tims. Not excited anymore.
rude attitude in serving customer
Hi, I am posting this complaint on behalf of my friend who he has been very badly treated by your staff in the Tim Horton #1992, located in 5555 Eglinton Ave. W. ON. Canada on 21December16.
My friend purchased coffee and muffin twice on that day (morning and afternoon 4:13 pm ) from this store. My friend asked for coffee from fresh pot. It was the same staff who received the purchase order on that day. This Tim Horton staff commented on fresh pot and then threw the muffins to my friend. There was no apology from that staff regarding her rude attitude in serving . She also yelled at my friend that "it is always fresh".
Please verify if Tim Horton provides appropriate training in serving food to customers.
very poor customer experience
Drive through at the 7995 Dixie Rd Brampton location has very poor customer service. They focus on the speed and often gets the order wrong as well as delivering the order in a manner that seems to resemble feeding animals. Another important note is that I have on repeated occasions I advised the attendant who works the drive through window, to not handle money and then grab napkins and place in my bag with the food as this is completely unhygienic.
I am there five (5) days a week for breakfast for the last year and think that I would have to start trying somewhere else! Very Frustrating!
poor service/always out of product
The Tim Hortons located at 1800 Tranquille Rd. Kamloops, BC V2B 3L9 is never prepared, always out of product, and consistently provides poor service. I have been going there 2-3 times a week for the past year and am completely fed up with always being told they don't have what I want. I always have to leave there empty handed and pick up something from somewhere else. I am done trying to order from this location. This issue really needs to be addressed. Customers should really be compensated for the inconvenience and poor service that this location offers. It's making you guys look bad. I say it's time for new management!
Sincerely,
Amanda Mansell
burned my ceossaint and ignored when I asked fory receipt
I used the drive through today, 12th&Holland location in Erie. They burned the top ofy crossaint I took one bite and itbtasted aweful lost my apaetite it was gross just a mouth full of burnt flavor. Also, when I tried to ask for my debit card receipt o was ignored and the employee just closed the window without giving me my receipt. Not going to that location again...loss of customer.
staff
I have had many issues at this particular Tim Hortons and have spoke with management regarding some of them. One issue I have had numerous times is that I have to drink decaf because of medical reasoning. Several times I have had to stop a employee from giving me regular coffee. I don't even dare go through the drive thru anymore because I am afraid it will end up being regular coffee instead of decaf. A couple days ago when I went to get coffee the girl started pouring decaf and apparently the pot emptied out so she began filling it the rest of the way with regular. I told her that I couldn't have regular coffee mixed in so she slammed the coffee pot down and made a noise. She.proceeded to rudely tell me that I would have to wait a few minutes until the pot was done. Had I not already paid I would have left. There was absolutely no reason for her to be rude to me. Had I not been paying attention I could have had a medical issue if I drank the coffee she originally made for me.
I love Tim Hortons coffee and honestly it is the only kind I drink. I am at the point where I am considering not going to tim hortons anymore.

yesterday's service
Yesterday afternoon as I was sitting down enjoying my coffee I witnessed horrible service here. There were two younger woman stuck at drive thru, one was black with glasses and the other was skinny and white with dark hair. Also there were two young men one was making sandwiches while the other was taking out the garbage. I had no problem with them or the drive thru people. Another young lady skinny and lighter skinned was mopping and sweeping and she was also kind enough to help counter or drive thru when needed. What did piss me off was the older women either 18 or 19 one heavy set and the other skinny both with glasses stood at counter for almost 45 minutes talking to friends and not helping anyone else out. This is very unprofessional and I consider management to choose wisely for who closes your store at night. Those two older women were the main issue.
uniform money deducted
Hi everybody
I want to share some experience of Tim with u here. I worked there only 4weeks. One thing they hearse is they don't pay for break. They hire me for one new location and manager over there is very rude and want fix some of their community lady there. Then they ask me to join other location and I refuse to go there. When I get my balance cheque of wages they deduct uniform amount of $75 from cheque. The uniform they provide its not my use because no pocket in uniform and logo also there, they r not ready to get back, is there any body to help me to get my money from them. My no. Is [protected]
customer service
I have a hearing disability, they treated 'normal hearing' persons as normal and nicely, however when I come and tell them what I want, they all look and stare at me and treated me with a rude manner and guestre. This includes giving me the "evil eye" when they give the hot chocolate. Please try to solve this problem and treat everyone with respect
coffee cup not filled up
Hello,
I love your coffee and I drink an extra large everyday. On Sunday mornings I get my coffee from Marieville in QC. I will enclose a picture I took this past Sunday to show you the cup is not filled up.
I usually ask them to fill it and they categorically refuse. I ask to fill it to the line on the exterior of the cup and they refuse.
You know some Tim's don't mind doing it and better yet, some Tim's do it normally.
Please let me know how I should ask or what I should say, to have my extra large cup filled to the line.
Thank you for reading me.

breakfast
I ordered breakfast as I do any morning and I was so put off when I took my food out to eat it.I know speed in the drive through is a given but when it's not even toasted and looks like the pics I've sent I've been drinking tims since I was 11 years old.I've never had food that came out looking like someone ate it before me.I have tims ever morning before work and still do but this was just not right
Fast food locations such as this service a very high quantity of customers. The fact that you have visited many times without any issue at all is very fortunate. You may wish to check your items before leaving, as many people do.
Oh darn, a broken english muffin, what ever will you do?
not bilingual
I am English and thought all the staff were supposed to speak both English and french when I went in the morning for a white hot chocolate the person serving me would not speak in English when i asked for someone else to serve me the person said do not understand and kept talking in french with this i walked out I spoke to someone else and they said the person i spoke to is the manageress and does not like to speak English. This is a disgrace. yesterday I went in to order a $5.99 soup and wrap and was being charged $13.00 odd when i told them no it is $5.99 they said no it is not in our system and i would have to pay what they asked I had an arguement with them and in the end I had to walk out. I think this is such a disgrace. when i knew Tim Horton's were coming to out town i jumped for joy i was the first one in when the opened for the first time now i will not go there until you sort these problems out thank you john leach
If they are talking in one of the official languages, then you have no foot on to complain. Why are YOU not able to speak french then?
suckitup butter cup
If this was the US, I would, agree with you. However, since Canada has been English-French forever, then I must say it is you who should be bilingual.
health hazard - plastic in coffee!!
Date: 11/09/2016 at 9:30
I have bought my coffee as usual through the drive through in the morning but wanted to see if the creamer was right. I opened the cap on the coffee and to my surprise a little object was in my coffee. I looked closely and it was plastic of some kind. I went back to the store and waited about thirty minutes since it tends to get busy in the morning and demanded to talk to the manager (Justina Spidey). I calmly asked her to open the cap on my coffee and she confirmed what I had seen, a weird plastic. She apologized and showed the person in the back who I assume had prepared it. She came back offering me a free coffee for my next visit. Not enough!
What if I opened the cap and decided to take fast fuller sips, I could have choked on that piece! What kind of clean place is this? I demand a health inspection on that place, particularly, the kitchen. In addition, some kind of health training to the employees so they can be extra careful. That should enhance your business and hopefully save lives.
It looks like part of a plastic bag, like the ones the cups and lids come in. No business is perfect.
customer complaint
On November 07th 2016, I will like to make a complaint regarding the Tim Horton's located on Victoria park and Eglington. I ordered a small hot chocolate for my child but was given a french vanilla. I didn't notice it was a french vanilla till I arrived home and was told it's a french vanilla instead of a hot chocolate. I am very upset because my child drank some of the french vanilla. I would like to get a full refund.
Oh for Pete's sake. Seriously?
no raise in over four years of working
I had the opportunity to work at Tim Horton's for just under four years. When I started I was told that every six months employees would go through a review of their labour. In my four years of working at Tim Horton's not once did this happen. I feel as though this goes against the labour board somehow. The owners of this particular Tim Horton's treated their employees as they were somehow less of a person. The only reason I left Tim Horton's was because I found a job in my field. The other employees and management were a joy to work with. I feel as though something seriously needs to change with the way the owners run their restaurant. The building itself is old, with old equipment that is falling apart. With no incentives for staff, especially with no raises that makes it seem as though they do not follow labour guidelines. I wanted to leave this establishment knowing that the rest of the terrific employees that I worked with had a chance for a raise. To me this system of no raises just doesn't seem right.
Against the labor board? No company is required by law to give you raises unless you sign a contract stating so.
I agree! screw the soo Ontario tim hortons.
unethical behaviour of the manager in tim hortons
My story of disgusting experience begins...
Store # - 5555 Eglinton Ave West Etobicoke (ontario), Canada
Day - 21st october
Time: 5:30 PM est
I was coming back from work on October 21st at 5:30 p.m...and remembered my family member had a birthday. I was too happy.
While driving I saw this Tim Hortons (been going there for 3 months) and went in...the address was 5555 Eglinton Ave West Etobicoke. In a good mood thinking I will order a wrap went to the Drive Thru and ordered a wrap with all the toppings ingredients I wanted.
The place was not busy...at the Drive Thru I repeated like the order 3 times...then went to the first window...there the order was ready and I paid...happily started eating the wrap...as soon as I left...I realized something was missing. I went back to the Drive Thru...and complained.
They said come to the Drive Thru window we will replace it. I said cool...reached the window and since I had eaten some portion of the Wrap...the Owner came to get my wrap...to add the ingredients missing.
I thought they will give me something like a new wrap or the ingredients on the side. Instead of that the Manager said "you have finished most of the wrap...we can't help it. Here is the refund" by giving me some $5 and change...and said "Never come back to this Tim Horton's we don't need your business".
I was just shocked listening to this statement. I said excuse me...The manager repeated "do not come here again, we cannot waste food after you. We have been wasting food for you - for last 3 months". I was surprised...wow... Went inside the restaurant...I said to the manager I would like your Name and talk to the head office. The manager said "No I won't share my name and you can leave..." I repeated this 3 times. He said "No no no".
He kept my wrap too which was not even returned. Hungry and angry I wanted to Scream!
I would like Tim Hortons to know that @ we are customers and order food because we like your food and pay money for it. We are not here to be told what to do! What the manager did was Height of Rudeness. Canadians come to your restaurant for food (fresh) and respect. And by not cooperating with me he has lost a loyal customer and he has humiliated a customer ie. me infront of everyone. This has definitely affected me so much I will never go back to Tim Hortons. It was just not expected.
What should I do? Was it my fault if they forgot to add an ingredient in my wrap? Was it my fault I was hungry and went to the drive thru? Was it my fault to ask him the NAME?
