This Tim Hortons located inside theCircle k gas station 2485 Bloor st west, Toronto, Ontario. it's been month every day rush hrs 2 ppl working and long lineup and mistaken order . Complaint to the owner no action taken. We been coming this location about 20yrs live around the corner never seen anything like that . We will appreciate that if some one from Tim Hortons visit Unannounced visit the site weekday morning see your self and talk to customer on the line they will tell you real story.

Ordered a grilled cheese panini and it was not made properly and was very dissatisfied. The cheese was not melted and the bread wasn't toasted properly with the mozzarella cheese, Waited in line for longer than should and for tomatoes in the panini also. As a staff member at Humber it is very disappointing getting something like this with employees that do not care,

everyday at 1200 noon- i go to tim hortons and every day at noon they are out of soup- at 12pm HOW ARE YOU OUT OF SOUP IT LUNCH TIME- every day im told the same thing- sorry we are out of soup- so should i get my soup at 630 in the morning will it be ready-... i know the soup is frozen its not homemade i get it, you are losing out on money everyday when we are told sorry were out- or heres IDEA get more warmers so you can have back up- so we are not told sorry were out! or take it off the menu

I asked for a latte, and got plane milk and sugar with not even 1 drop of coffee
Paid for item in app; store did not have item in stock when I picked up
I purchased TimBits in the app for me and my daughter one Friday afternoon. Got to the drive-thru and was told they didn't have any timbits to fulfill my order. We don't like anything else there except Birthday cake and chocolate timbits. They had neither. I left - they kept my money (I had already paid in the app). Got managers name (Francis). I called the Tim Hortons customer service line from the app a grand total of five times, beginning that night and once each week for the next five weeks. I also attempted to contact the store directly and speak to the manager but it he phone is never answered. I also emailed TH customer service (I still had a saved email from a prior bad experience at a different store - which was resolved immediately, by the way!) I have never been refunded my money. I paid for a product, wasted my time and my gas in the drive-through line, was not given what I paid for, and I have never been reimbursed. The store manager did text me and say I could come in to get my card refunded. I don't think that should be necessary considering I would have to waste more time and gas just to drive to the store to get $2.49 back. The app - or the store - should have refunded my card by now. Absolutely ridiculous. Tim Hortons basically stole my money by never refunding my card.

Hot chocolate
Every time i purchased Hot chocolate at Mc Cowan rd and HW 7 and Missisauga and Royalbank Dr, the cup is not full . They told me its the machine when they push for Med it just stop in a certain quantity. The problem is when the chocolate subside the quantity became less . Its like im paying a medium hot chocolate but it bacame small.

Employees attitudes and comments
Employee with ugly piercing above lip and large red headed employee was both extremely rude and messed up my entire order! Terrible service and I will not be back. Employees also stated that they didn't want to serve anyone and was talking about me behind the window. Also slammed window in my face. Need nicer employees like the male manager with face tattoos, he is the best!

I repeated 4 times my order, is was plain bagel warmed up and medium black coffee in the large cup.
When i came to window one of the employee gives to me cold bagel and medium coffee in the xl cup.
When i give him back the bagel because is was cold and i tell him i asked medium coffee in the l cup not in xl cup the employee start argue with me " what the diffidence"
On the end the was telling me that he doesn't want to serve me.
Is not the first time happening bad service on that location.
The owner have to explain to employees how to deal with a costumers.

Good Evening, My name is Cecile Delaney and my Tims reward card number is G04449QDW9JK. Today Oct 10th I activated 2 chocolate glazed donuts which I won on my Tims roll up the rim. I then went to the local Tim Hortons and ordered 2 chocolate glazed donuts and I also ordered 4 large dark roast coffees which I buy often and know that it comes to $8.88. She said your total is $11.85 and I said you must be mistaken as I activated 2 donut wins. She said that is the total so I paid it then came home. When I got here I did not get my 4 roll up to win cups so I called the store where I got my order in St George NB. She told me to call the number on the back of my card which there isn't even one. I order my chili with a Boston cream donut. At 1019 Dundas in London. I waited 10 minutes at the drive thru until they taken my order. But when I got to the window I told them my order was not right. I ask if she can fix it.I got the window slammed with a very rude not professional lady. What IS TIM HORTON doing about this. If I would be the owner I would talk to my staff.THIS is NOT acceptable.

Coffee and belt
I have complained before about this Tim Hortons as I live next to it. Every single time I wait in about a 15 minute line up with hardly any vehicles. Today I asked for a bagel belt I asked for Mayo they put so much on I couldn't even eat it I had to wait till I got home to scrape off most of it. I asked for half coffee half French vanilla and it tastes like coffee with a tiny bit of cream. I am so overly disappointed by this tim Hortons. Everyone I speak with who lives in Armstrong won't even go there anymore because the customer service is so awful and orders are always wrong.
