Drive thru
Sat in drive thru for 24 minutes at 236-3:00pm to get coffee and Tim bits. Unreal. And no apology. When I was at window, they still had not grabbed my Tim bits and had to do that at that time so it's not like hot food slowed them down. The two people ahead of me only got beverages. I do not expect this from a fast food location that's primarily coffee and...

Good Day
I am emailing you for the terrible customer service I have had at the Tim Hortons' store in Barrhead, Alberta, Canada. My spouse and I camp up at the Barrhead location all summer long and it is a real treat when we go into town and stop at the Tim's there. Well the three times I have gone in there it has been the worst service ever, fist time they charged me for four coffee's when I ordered two, ending up to say give the two people in line a free coffee on me. Then the second time I go in there a few weeks later only to be told sorry no food today our baker didn't show up, what! Do you not have people trained to step in? Third time again a few weeks later I go in order two coffee's and a sandwich pay for it and remembered it was roll up the rim, asking if I can scan my phone. Only being told sorry to late you already paid for your purchase. Wow first why are they not asking customer's if they have the scan so they can get the roll up to win? If this is how the Tim Horton's is going to be running the business for the future then as such a loyal customer for over 45 years I will move onto another coffee house. I was not impressed at all, three strikes against them!
Thank you

Desired outcome: Train the staff
substituting milk products without customer knowledge
Date of incident - Oct 1, 2021
Client number - not aware of any client number
Order number 9169 placed at 10:06am
Ordered 1 large dark roast coffee (2 cream, 1 sugar)
Ordered 1 medium steeped tea (3 milk)
I placed a mobile order, came to the order screen and I was asked for my order. I said I had a mobile order for Kristine. A few seconds went by, I was then asked for my order number. Time went by again and asked if what my order number was again. After a minute my order was finally located.
I was asked to pull up to the window for pick up.
I picked up the 2 beverages and drove away. Very shortly there after I noticed a distinct taste difference in my steeped tea.
I returned back to the store to request a new tea. It was at that time I was told that they ran out of milk and substituted my tea with Almond milk. This was not advised to me at the time that the substitution took place and given the choice I would have changed my order.
When I spoke to the apparent manager on duty who refused to give her name, I attempted to advise her the consequences of changing orders without customers knowledge which in my case could have had dire consequences. The manager was complacent in her responses with several other staff standing around watching our interaction. She was more concerned with serving the next customer in line then addressing this issue of substituting the order without knowledge or consent.
I have no confidence that the manager nor staff realize that by substituting orders without peoples knowledge could be extremely dangerous and life threatening for those with nut allergies.
This needs to be immediately brought to the owners awareness and I would like confirmation that some action has been taken and what that action was.
Drive thru service
The Tim Hortons at King St. and ritson rd. in Oshawa has the worst drivethru in Ontario with their afternoon shift. It takes the staff 5 mins per car. And when you get to the speaker to order they ask you to wait. The afternoon shift at this location is the slowest group of employees in the history of time. PLEASE PICK UP THE PACE AND STOP HIRING TEENAGERS THAT THINK THEY ARE GETTING PAID TO SOCIALIZE!
Desired outcome: Fire those who aren't there to work
Time wasted
Tim Hortons on Graham Avenue Winnipeg, MB. The service was good until a year or so ago when it went totally down hill. I wait I. The mornings to catch my 8:00 am bus. One cashier insists on talking to people instead of decent service and the others are so slow I have to be there at least 15 mins ahead to not miss my bus. Today a woman came in without a mask...

To whom this concerns, my spouse and I visited a Tim Horton's in Courtenay near the home depot today and I was shocked at the poor service, lack of manners and the state of my food. 394 Lerwick Rd, Courtenay, British Columbia V9N 9E5 Canada I found the staff ignorant, I was served by this young man who would not make eye contact, kept speaking in hi...

I have been a Tim Horton customer for more years than I can count. I like it because of the coffee consistency, it's something I can rely on when it comes to my coffee. This Tim Horton owners are the worst leaders or business owners. No concept of customer service or food quality. Order a XL double double and double cupped. There is an extra charge for double cupping. What is the charge ? He has no idea and has to ask. The price for double cupping 65 cents then to 50 cents. 21% of the price of the coffee. No other Tim Horton charges for double cupping. I understand it's a cost, but be clear with the charge, be reasonable and be consistent. The attitude toward customers is ridiculous. Also when you get an sausage, egg and cheese muffin it's not a lot to ask your toast the muffin, the sausage be hot and cheese be melted. Pulling three room temperature items together and getting it out to the customers is really irritating.
Desired outcome: Standardization
Being denied service
Went to the Loutit Tim Hortons in Fort McMurray to order a coffee to go and was denied entrance for no vaccine passport. This was at 10:30 September 27, 2021. I have been a customer for over 20 years and get coffee almost every day as well as other items on a regular basis. You have now lost my business and will not get it back. Everyone I know is of the...

Horrible time reclaiming prize won on roll up the rim promo, website for skullcandy difficult to navigate re winning a contest. I still don't know if anything will come of me sending them promo code--they said invalid for a couple tries then it seemed to be accepted. Frustrating. If you are giving out earbuds, just give 'em out for pete's sake!

I want to get a breakfast sandwich from their app with a coffee but the app says iced coffee. I'm told I must get what's on the app. What the hell is the difference?
I have the same problems when I ask to get a sandwich deal from the app only one with meat and the other on the side because they won't put it into the first sandwich with meat.
I'm so fed up with the dumbness behind this!
Lack of product
Re: 6460 Ladner Trunk Road, Delta BC Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. This outlet is open to 10PM ever day. The problem is you can go in at 5PM to buy donuts or Apple fritters and the are always out of stock. We are talking about 5 hours before closing!! This is now the fifth time this has happened. Yesterday...

Called ahead of time asking if they made hot pumpkin spice lattes. We drove a while to get there. When we arrived after ordering and waiting in line they then tell us the espresso machine is down so they cant make our order. Then after a few words they decide that the machine isnt down after all. They took dark roast coffee and poured pumpkin flavour into it and gave it to us. it tasted like watered down socks. I had been waiting weeks to have a pimpkin spice latte on the first day of fall and they do this.
Desired outcome: An actual freaking pumpkin spice latte. For them to do their job!!
Employee
At your location in Middleton Nova Scotia, I had the unfortunate experience with one of your employees. To be laughed at, treated like like less of a human, all because of my disability is unacceptable behaviour. Whether they are behind the counter or outside an amount of decency should be expected in such a small community, from employees at Tim Horton...

Haven't had a coffee at TM in years. personally and also the thoughts of many people I know, your coffee is horrible, dirty water, not to mention the dog food menu. Regardless of this, I was offered a coffee and to be polite, because that's how a civill society should behave, I accepted. The lady at this particular location was disgustingly rude and...

Tonight we waited half an hour in the drive-through line after placing our order. We ordered two coffees and two roast beef and cheese sandwiches. When we got to the takeout window, the rude server informed us that they were out of tomatoes. This was after he took my payment. So I told him give me my money back I'll just buy the two coffees. He left the...

Hi there, I have been visiting the location 6460 Lander Trunk road, BC, Canada for a while now and I find it troubling that there are no garbage bins available. This complaint is about the manager and the supervisor of 1382 Tim Horton situated on mt Lehman rd Abbotsford. I have to face discrimination as a new employee. The manager always gives priority to old and morning shift employees and never ever listens to a single problem of evening members. The manager demands extra time but I never get overtime pay for even a single time. I always feel depressed due to their unequal behaviour.
