Tim Hortons lids

Since they have been introduced, the new lids have a hard time creating a seal to the rim of the cups. The lids pop off suddenly if they were not pushed down properly from the store. The old lids, if not propely pushed down in place, would simply slowly pry up giving you a chance to rectify the problem, but not pop up like a projectile.

Second time driving my new Ram pickup today when a 1/2 a cup of coffee filled my center consol, my pants and sweater.

1/2 hour to clean.

Put me down as a customer that passionately dislikes the new lids.

Tim Hortons dipping sauce

I was standing at the third in the line and four people were working but still it took 15 bloody minutes to finally give my order and till then my wedges were useless. Finally when my turn cane he gave me the names of dipping sauces I asked for spicy mayo he said we dont have it then I asked what do you have he gave me the names and I picked ranch he came back saying sorry we don't have that sauce which was frustrating four people working but not a single guy could manage . And when I complaint why they were taking long that idiot told me that I can complain later because they have huge line and he was rude. Rather than trying to get my dipping sauce he was talkingg to me saying please complain later ! I mean come on just give me my dipping sauce even I dont have any interest in talking to you. So you need to consider this very seriously.

Tim Hortons candy cane hot chocolate

We ordered 2 candy Cane hot chocolates at the Tim Hortons On highway 5 going out of Waterdown. A little drive through. The original hot chocolate has a disgusting after taste. The garbage was falling out of the garbage cans. We were at the Tim Hortons at 3:10pm. Also the lady that took our order was extremely rude. The garbages should have been changed on the 7-3 shift and it looks like it hadn't been changed all weekend. This Tim Hortons is our regular one and this is the first time we have had issues. We did not go back as we were already on the road.

If you have any more questions you may call me at [protected].
Thank you Kasandra

on Friday December 20th, I called the store at 8am to order a box of coffee and donuts (1doz) for a meeting at 9am. I was told that it would be at least an hour to get the coffee. When I asked why I was told they are busy in the morning and didn't want to set time or coffee aside for my order. I had called a couple of months ago to order a box and when I...

Bonjour, Tim Horton is Canadian and I care about my country more than the other popular brand that is not. But... Yesterday, I stopped by the Tim Horton franchise in Saint-Romuald and presented my «Fidelity Card». The employee told me I would earn a gratuity on my next visit. I went today for a 1$ ice coffee with a code from the last survey I had...

This is my home town. Yesterday (Dec21), my wife and 2 kids decided to pay out friends a visit and planned on meeting at the Cayuga On Tim's. We ordered 1/2 Dark Roast Coffee with 1/2 French vanilla x2. Both items were made wrong. We ordered a chocolate chip cookie, we got a chocolate chip muffin. Staff there are all in training or just don't care...

Last week when i went in to get my paycheck, my coworker Danielle Lavancha, got in my face and screamed at me about rumors. I reported it to my manager, with no actual results. Yesterday, I was scheduled to work with Danielle and my managers. Comments were made to me all day by Danielle. I was called a snitch, called slow, was screamed at for placing lid...

My husband and I go to the various Tim Hortons in our area on a regular basis (4 times per week). This morning we visited the #100578 location on 1675 Tenth Line Road in Orleans Ont. and were very disappointed with both the service and our bagels. I stood in line for almost 10 minutes waiting for a cashier to take one of two cash registers to start serving...

Tim Hortons advertising

I am writing to complain about the ad, where the boy offers Santa a Christmas drink and then pulls it back and says not so fast. No socks this year.

This child demonstrates an entitled arrogant attitude.
We do not want to encourage children to be greedy and rude.

What were you thinking when you came up with this ad?
It does not demonstrate the true spirit of giving, instead it demonstrates a gimme gimme attitude.

Ordered two #7's, medium black coffee, CremeBruelee Latte, two extra potatoe patties... charged over $14.00. After leaving the drive thru, found that both crescents were over cooked and one was actually burnt black. My black coffee was correct, but the latte my wife order was flavored coffee. No extra potatoe patties and all served with an attitude from a...

I work across the street from the Tim Hortons in Calgary at 49th Ave. Every break at 10:00 am I go to Tim Hortons to purchase a cappuccino and donut. ( December 19th 2019) I have the rewards card and on my 8th purchase I was told that I qualified for a free purchase. I asked them if I would get my coffee free. They told me that the Cappuccino was not...

Tim Hortons new tv commercial

I'm concerned that your new commercial with the young boy stopping Santa Claus mid sentence shows little respect for an adult by interrupting him the way he did. It shows the boy demanding no socks. I just find that this ad suggests that it's ok to talk to adults in this manner. There's enough disrespect going on amongst young people. Do your ad people not see this? I have 2 grandchildren that tell me how kids talk at school and it's not pleasant to hear how they treat each other.

Every time I go to pick up french vanilla drink mix they are out. Safeway stocks it occasionally and sells it for $6.99. Our local tim hortons rarely stocks and charges $7.99. What and why?? So maddening to sit in the drive through just to be told they don't have it. This is not a new store at all and there's no reason why they shouldn't stock everything that's on their menu.
