the food
The food at your locations gets worse and worse. I just ate part of the worst sandwich I've ever had. Rock hard bread and rotten lettuce. Years ago you had a ham and Swiss that was so good. It's gotten so downhill over the last 10 years. That along with the rude, incompetent non English speaking staff makes me want to stop coming altogether. The language barrier is often so great that they can't provide service to your customers. It's really unfortunate because Tims used to be a great place to get a coffee and a bite to eat and the quality has just gone to [censored]. In both service and product.
missing food items
The past few times we have gone to this Tim hortons, we are missing a food item we have ordered and is on our receipt so we know we had ordered it. Yesterday for breakfast we ordered a beyond sausage egg and cheese meal with a vanilla dip donut, and drove home to discover no donut. This has happened multiple times with different food items missing the last couple of months. Thank you, Sarah Kriston [protected]@yahoo.ca

I'm an writing to complain about a worker at the Lunenburg Tim Hortons store number 1872. The workers name is Charlie and she is very rude has a sailors mouth on her cursed the entire time I was waiting for my order. I go to this store everyday 5 plus times a day however I think I will start going to the Irving to buy my coffee. I have had issues with this store before however it is getting worse
new lids are impractical
Your new lids are completely useless and un practical for many reasons 1 if they do not stir your coffee you cannot shake it which it's rarely mixed enough. 2. You can not drop it there is a 0 percent chance of recovering it well the old lids stayed tight and barely spilled a drop .. 3 as a busy person I and many people I know often use our teeth to hold it while completing a task which now is impossible 4. The hole to drink through is not large enough and is to far back from the edge of the rim of cup please discontinue the lids and go back to the old flat style . As a frequent customer spending 2.000 -4000$ a year I will consider taking my coffee addiction else whare thanks
food quality and customer service
So rude, employee talking on phone while talking order and cash at window. No please or thank you. Bagel hard as a rock and u cooked when asking for double toasted, sausage wrap nearly all tortilla with no filling. Employees not knowledgeable telling us what were asking for doesn't exist when we order it almost daily. Earlier this week asked for blueberry...

Honestly tell me who cuts open a croissant and toasts it black? Tim hortons in blenheim does when you ask for a warmed up croissant! Disgusting! Not to mention they argue you over your order, insisting you didn't order items when they've made the screw up and ignorant staff who tell you to speak up and when you do, they get defensive and tell you not to yell at them! Horrible customer service, especially on the weekends!
customer service
I went into to tim hortons ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and coffee. I received my coffe was told to wait at other end for sandwiches. After about 10 min or so i realized people behind me are getting thier orders and leaving. So i then say to the manager i think someone forgot my order . she sighed at me and said well what did you order. Then person making the food realized yes he had forgotten my order and then made it. No apologies nothing from the manager. And too top it off the order was wrong so had to go back and then still no apologies for screwing it up after waiting for so long.. The manager has zero personality and is just rude. I feel like i should have been compensated in some way but norhing not even a sorry wow great customer service at this location.
early morning service staff and product availability
On Sunday August 25, 2019, I stopped at the ENroute Tim Hortons with my kids at 5:00 a.m. First of all, they don't offer Breakfast Wraps or Bagel BELTS anymore, or a lot of other things my kids looked forward to. This location used to offer everything and was our favorite stop. They didn't put bacon on any of our breakfast sandwiches even though we ordered...

I have stop going everyday. Today we were leaving for a road trip and the service inside the store was ok slow and half bake goods gone at 830 in the morning. A customer had said something about no donuts and the server said the baker is on break. They had run out of 2/3 of bagels as well. A customer came back into the store cause his order was wrong. He got into a heated conversation with a server and the server told him if he doesn't like the service there is a Tommy's down the street. I was shocked the way this had gone down. I have had two had experienced at the same store one where my egg wrap was green but didn't know until at work and one when the manager talked rudely to me because I used a free coffee coupon and she told me she had destroyed them and was just rude.
New cup lids
Today August 30th 2019 i stopped at the Tim Horton on Osheweken oOntario at approx 9:00pm I ordered a large double cream coffee.
I drove away headed to London Ontario. I waited awhile to take my first sip to make sure it cooled down. I took a sip but it was was too hot to drink. So as i p
reached to put it the cup holder the lid lifted off the cup spilling on me and my car. I was slightly burned and my clothes and vehicle were all coffee.
I would like my clothing replaced and my car be cleaned/detailed. Approximately $200.00
I would also recommend these lids be taken off the shelf.

I hate the new lids. The hole is too small and you have to tip the cup so you can’t sip, which is one of the pleasures of drinking hot liquids. Also it negatively changes the taste of my tea. I no longer buy tea unless I’m at the store and can remove the lid. Awful choice and design to something that wasn’t broken.
no donuts, no timbits and closes at 11pm
This tim hirton is listed as a 24 hours restaurant, although the drive through is kisted to close at 11pm. The restaurant closes completely at 11, and by 9pm they do not offer any hot food. By 10pm there's zero timbits or donuts. This situation is not professional and is misleading. Someone needs to get that branch owner to hire more staff or fix what ever...

Hi there
Today I been to timhortons at fort street in victoria(did blunder by choosing it over timmy at hillside in Victoria)
I ordered large double double, bagel toasted with herb and garlic and muffin pumpkin spice
Bagel was cold and I think it wasn't toasted
Coffee hadn't had sugar at all
Lady who took order wasn't confident in listening and speaking English
Young guy doesn't know at all about what to do how to do? Check cameras for that. He was struggling even to close the lids
Senior guy was only one, who was quick enough, way quicker than other two. He made my bagel.
Please revert at [protected]@gmail.com.
Because that order has ruined my day, that's why I spent 5 mins to write about that to you.
And
Yes I didn't write millions of time before because tim hortons did a great job always, millions of thanks for that
Thanks
the lids
Your new lids for your coffee cup are no good, I hate them, I'm a fishing man, I have to climb down a ladder to get aboard the boat I use to put the cup in my teeth in climb down, I can't do that no more with the new lids. The lids leak too, allway spilling coffee, I stated to drink robins coffee now because they got lids like Tim's use to have the good ones, get old lids back in I'll come back
unsanitary choices
I was in the drive thru and ordered 1/2 doz donuts and an ice cap. I told them I would like 3 sprinkled, 1 boston cream, 1 choc dip and 1 apple fritter. When I pulled out of the parking lot and started driving down the road we opened the box of donuts and they gave us 2 wrong ones. I had 3 kids in the car that all wanted sprinkled ones so i turned around and parked and walked in to tell them this is not what i had ordered. normally i would just keep driving and forget it but it was frustrating as 1 confirmed the donuts a few times . I didnt think the order was that hard. The girl took the box and took out the 2 other donuts and PUT THEM BACK ON THE SHELF! I was so shocked! They should have been thrown out. What if someone did something to donuts and how many times have they put them back ? I was disgusted and wont be going back to that tim hortons which I go to at least 4 days a week.
food and customer service in drive thru
Went thru the drive thru . Paid for two bacon B.E.L.Ts. Which should have lettuce and tomatoes, but did not have lettuce or tomatoes.
Instead of the guy at the drive thru saying "bacon or sausage" he says "what kind of belt would you like?"
"Well there's two kinds of belts." He says.
I'm pretty sure the "b" in belt stands for bacon. Also the "L" stands for lettuce and the "T" stands for tomato...
Then we received our hash browns and they were soggy and burnt. Over all a very disappointing visit.
We have Never had good luck with the gasoline alley location in red deer, alberta.
Breakfast order
I went thru drive thru ordered 3 breakfast everything bagels with bacon egg cheese, 3 apple fritters and 2 coffees and an apple juice, and a half pint white milk. I got home and only had one donut, all breakfast sandwiches had sausage on them, no milk, no apple juice, coffee was made totally wrong, we live across town and had no time to go back we ended up throwing most of it away, no one in our house likes sausage and there was no drinks for kids

drive thru wait time
15 minutes in the drive thru is unacceptable! Late for work. Your staff doesn't care when it's not the usual morning rush. Your establishment is awful. When someone orders $35 worth of food, have them pull ahead and allow your other PAYING customers to move along - it's not difficult. This isn't the first time that this has happened, and obviously you've designed your drive thru lines so customers can't "escape" if the service is taking forever.
drive thru
Yesterday ( friday august 30th 2019) at approx. 9 am. a friend and I went through the drive thru we were not asked at the board for our order. We ended up pulling up to the window to place our order and were greeted by the woman who tried to give us someone else's order when we did finally order she took quite a while to get the order straight and then delivered it wrong. I wanted a large coffee with 2 cream and got a double double. Not sure what was going on but there were 3 women from what I could make out from the passenger seat and the location did not look busy at all however employees should be focused on what is going on. We should have been able to place our order at the board and receive our order correctly.
service from roberta is rude and without principal
Every time I go into this tim hortons I am treated as though I am an uninformed/stupid person that doesn't know anything about cooking, despite being a master broiler during my teenage years. I simply request, as I do the same manner at every other Tim Hortons without refusal, a bacon belt on a pinched croissant, grilled. The woman named Roberta blatantly...

I stopped at the Tim Hortons near the Kelowna airport on my way home. I went into the store and I literally stood there for 10 minutes while the 2 girls behind the counter were busy with a car in the drive through. They did not say Hi, did not say we will be with you in a minute, nothing. They just acted like I wasnt there so I stood there patiently, but 10...
