I work close by so I visit this location often. The requests I make some employees laugh at what I request and say "oh yea haha well see if the machine will allow that" (speaking about the toastiness of the bagel I asked for) the ice capp machine is always down. On February 19th 2019 @ 1:00 am in the morning I went to this location for my usual coffee run for the hospital (10) coffee's. The lady at the drive threw window yelled at me and said that I need to call first for a big coffee order. I explained to her I never had this issue with any of the other employees when placing a big order. (this is a 24 hour store) she said well you need to call next time, as she was raging. I told her mam (carol) calm down it's not that serious. I can see if there were cars behind me, but there was not. I explained to her our hospital spends hundred of dollars here every week and there should be better customer service given. So the next day when I came back for another coffee run for the hospital I asked (anna) what the older lady's name was, she said carol. I explained to her what had happened the night before and she said yeah carol gets a lot of complaints on her, I said well maybe she just need to be re trained on her customer service skills. I told her that I always talk to the people at the drive threw window because i'm the one always getting the coffee and establish a relationship with them and get to know them by a first name basis. They have had a lot of good night shift employees at this store, but they never stay.
So on february 27th 2019 I went once again to get coffee and carol was there once again. I announce at the drive threw window I have a large order. Carol said I told you guys before that if you have a large order from the hospital that you need to call in advance. I told her I tried to call and no one answered. She said well your going to have to wait for coffee, I said ok. So 2 night in a row I tried to order large berry smoothie, large iced hot chocolate and she said my machine is down. Now why if this is one of your more expensive drinks is the machine always down when carol works? Or did she just not want to make them? This matter needs to be resolved or our hospital employees will go else where for our coffee.
very rude and wrong food
I came in order xl coffee saug with bacon got this tiny wrap when I said this is a tiny one was asked to make new one one said keep it and the one that made my sandwich said very rude give it bake I will not come back to 3200 store again this is not the first time I have had rudeness I talked very quietly and said you didn't have to be rude I didn't want to keep the one that was wrong
out of stock counters
we are a groupe of people actually from 10 to 24 pers. every sunday we meet at tims for coffee and donuts or muffins the problem is the counters are always 80 percent empty not many choises, hope you can do something about this or do we have to go somewhere else for our members of our club to meet and have great service .

atmosphere of store
I have patronized the above store since it was built. I liked the atmosphere because there was no backgound music. Today I went in and found very loud backgrround music.
When I compained to a person there (a shorter, bald, brown skinned person), he first advised that the music system was broken since 2003 and was now fixed. When I advised him of my displeasure with the noise, he advised that Tim Horton policy made background music manadadory. I gave him my full cup of coffee and advised him that it was not manadatory for me to sit there and listen to the music.
The person I talked to appeared to be somewhat of a lier. When I asked him who was the manager, I beleive he said he was, and that he was there for the last 10 years. I have probably been going there for the last ten years, but he definately has not been there for 10 years.
He would not give me the number of of the owner, so I could talk to him.
This location has dropped from one of the best locations in Calgary to the worst in my mind and I intend to make sure that I pass this on to all my freinds. I don't plan on going back there anytime soon.
the lack of customer service
I visited the Tim Hortons on the way to work. I ordered an ice capp and a cookie. When I got to the window to pay, the workers were having a conversation between themselves they barely acknowledged me.The one lady told me how much it was. Gave me my two things by pretty much shoving them at me. They didn't say a word to me other that what I owed. I found it very unprofessional and rude and I'm never going to visit that location ever again.

A friend and i were chatting in this branch. We ordred, ofcourse. Drinks and food. We didnt notice the time and didnt realize that we were already staying for two hours, until a guy wearing casual clothes approched us rudely saying "you have been here for 2 hours. After u eat u should leave." - not the exact words though but this was his point. He did this twice, few mins gap. We looked around and there were few unoccupied tables. This is a coffee shop and people normally stays in a coffee shop longer than fast food restaurants. And if they want us to leave, they could have approached us nicely instead of making us leave like we're his tenants who didnt pay him for months. He is and indian guy. Feb 15, 8pm UAE time.

East indian owner ask manger to go around search people pocket
We ask them to check the camera before accuse everyone
I am a realtor and my wife a fin. Advisor in bank / we went for a quick brkfst. And 2 manager came to our seat put their hand around us and said if we have item in my pocket, meaning we are thief.
They pologize after cheking the camera and say the east indian lady ask them to ask customer what they have in their pocket
new chicken fingers
A group of retired persons visit tims every day and sometimes we stay too long but are never called on this. Sitting at a table we say a new product on the tv in the store so being near supper time a few of us ordered the chicken fingers.in the advertising you see three large pieces of chicken in a squar container and a round small bowl of sause. What we got was something all together different. We got one piece of chicken cut into three piecees and put into the same paper shell you get a hash brown in and a kraft small container of bbq. Defnetly not what is shown on tv. I took photos of the order and put on line. I send a complaintto consumer affairs. Am sorry I am not very good with computers so canot get photos for you here from my phone. Easy fix would be to have a weight for each order all across the chain. I work nights and finish my route 6 days a week in Westlock around 6:30 am. I usually go to the Tim Hortons every morning for a steeped tea and a yogurt.
Last week I bought a yogurt parfait and there was literally 2 blueberries and a small piece of strawberry on top of the yogurt. The cup was filled less than halfway with yogurt. With the granola it came to just half. Today there is more berries but still very little yogurt.
In addition the ladies bathroom is filthy almost every day. Today was my 3rd morning in a row here and the bathroom hasn't been cleaned. I actually took pictures of it and will do the same tomorrow to keep a running log of when it might be cleaned.
I have always maintained that you can tell how a kitchen is kept by the cleanliness of the bathroom in an establishment. And the pin pad and area is also dirty, the front isn't maintained any better. I took a pic of that too.
Lastly, the last 3 Boston creams I bought had only a dime sized amount of cream inside. I don't expect it to be full but at least enough to taste it would be nice. I don't know about you, but I am so tired of going to Tim Hortons and spending $10 and getting poor value. It's not just this location. I notice the food quantity and quality is less and less in the city as well. This location in Westlock is the worst however by far. Even the soap dispense, mirror etc were dirty, 1 week dirty, not just a days worth.
If this place doesn't improve its hygiene going forward, I plan to write a letter to the local paper, the health inspector and the town citing how unfair that big box business is crushing small local businesses and when becoming monopolies ripping the locals off for food value and basic clean facilities. I am disgusted.
poor customer service
I downloaded the Tim Hortons App and put $ 100 in that app few weeks later my balance was 0 and it was suppose to be around $ 70.00 .
I called customer service to help me with that, but they were clueless about how to find out what happened to my app, and they said we will get back to you within 7 to 10 business day. and now almost a month and still no one getting back to me.
I called today again, to talk to a supervisor or a manager but there is no one wants to talk to me about my issue, as the customer service Rep. said, and he said I will have the IT department to contact you within 7 to 10 business days.

customer service
Went there this morning and order the 2 for 4.00 sandwiches. I tried to ordee one with no egg and the other with no cheese because if health issues for the people i was getting them for. I have ordered them like this before with no problem. Well this cashier said they can no longer do special orders because corporate said so. I dont understand why this is an issue . Its not costing them anymore to do so. In fact its saving them. We go there alot for coffee and donuts as a company, we usually like going there but this is just nonsense.

I have contacted this company 3 times now without getting any compensation or a resolution about the same problem. Very frustrating to say the least.
Why does a store sell the same product for a different price depending on who takes your order? I know different stores can vary in pricing but this is the same location. How come I can come in on a monday morning and order something and pay $3.91 it turn around at 8:00 at night and pay $4.23 for the same product? Please explain how that is possible.

quick pay card problems
I have 3 active cards registered on your system. [protected] is the card I'm having problems with. All of my cards are on auto reload and this card was working fine up to about 2 months ago. Now it has zero balance and I have to go into website and reload and go through the process again. I'm sorry, but your card system is very sporadic when it comes to reliability. I've incurred probable 2 or more hours on the phone over past years trying to get things straighten out - half the time I cannot understand your CSR's due to language barriers and the remainder is spent attempting to login. Your IT system should be able to detect the locale my IP is coming from and take me to the Canadian site. Not happy!

I worked for Tim Hortons Gina Kron was the franchise owner. I was fired for having no baby sitter for my kids a few times and Adrian Nutt was my manager and he was very nasty and sent me home and then fired me through text message I was contacted by Gina and Andrea to come back the next day to work and I was on probationary period and had to work for three months with no call offs but i couldn't commit to it because of my kids I end up being fired anyways . Prior to that I started off in the fredonia store where i was bullied and talked about on the floor numerous times by Liz who is now a supervisor and Brenda and Shara. The three of them used to talk about me and managers did nothing about it. They let too much [censored] slide and dont care about their employees worst place ever
new coffee lids
These new lids are garbage they dont stay on and leak all over my vechile. 😠Please go back to the old ones. When employees put coffee in the trays the lids pop off and they dont make sure they are on. Been burned by hot coffee a few times now. Not a very happy customer! Go back to the old lids please. Tired of employees who dont care about customers and having coffee slopped everywhere.
