I live about 2 1/2hrs away from Gatineau Quebec. Tried to redeem it today but it reverted to 1 of 7 [ April 5, 2019]
Employee did not know what to do --- NO REWARDS
If this is just another of Tim Horton's scam then I am guilty of playing along
If NOT, employees need to be educated as to how to deal with such situations

loyalty card
I went to buy my daily coffee at Tim's, I have my loyalty card downloaded on my phone which was in my hand ready to be scanned. I ordered my coffee, gave her the money then asked can you scan my loyalty card. She said it was too late because she had already rung me in. Shouldn't the employees ask if you have a loyalty card before they ring you in so they can scan it. I felt like she couldn't be bothered.
Same thing happened to my husband at a different Tims location, didn't scan his card before they rang him through, but that employee was happy to refund his money and did his order over again so she could scan his card first. Again, Tim's would save a lot of time if they just ask for the loyalty card at the beginning of the order.

Hello. I'm writing in to file a complaint about a "newer" manager at this Tim hortans location. I'm a regular customer there, I've been going there for years. I've always had pleasant experiences until these past few months. I'm not sure if this new manager is temporary or what not but regardless her behaviour cannot go unnoticed. Numerous times throughout the past few months I have seen her humiliate her workers, she has fired someone right in front of customers. An Asian Filipino descent woman, it was completely unprofessional! Lately my co-workers and I have not been looking forward to getting our lunches from there. I can just imagine what goes on behind closed doors, I am not one to write in a complaint especially for fast food but this was much needed. It is utterly disgusting. If this occurs again I will record the incidents and upload them because I didn't realize I can send in videos until I seen the option, but I will deiniftely get that done.
I do not know the name of the manager but she has tan/brown skin with black hair.

We have a 3 yr who asked to add timbits on to her order after we left the thru box.
And when we got up to the window polielteoy asked to ad them on. The cashier said she can't do that and told us we had to come inside. As we disagree and advised her she could add it on other workers all came to the window. They began to argue with us.
We have added stuff on at other TH restaurant and know it was possible. I also worked at a TH in High school and know it's possible. After we left with out the timbits my daughter was crying. And my husband had called the store to ask for a manager and or a district manager and no one would give us the contact info they were saying rude things and we're not nice.
That's when we located this page to make a complaint.

I was in Store April 1, 2019 approx 4 pm, The service was very very slow, When I mentioned this to them, Was told that their focus was on the Drive-Thru. Also none of the tables were wiped, they are were dirty, and worst part of it all was that the Ladies Bathroom was absolutely filthy . From the floor up the walls, to the garbage disposal. Last three times I've been there my order was messed up when I called back was told if have to wait for a manager to call me, been two wks no call back.first time they didn't but the bacon on farmers biscuit breakfast sandwiches, there was tomato slices on both English muffins double toasted w bacon, egg, n cheese, even tho I specifically told my server that my girl friend is very allergic so please wear clean gloves n use clean utensils while making our food., (and somehow tomato ends up on 2 of 4, sandwiches.two days later we go late at night order farmers wraps and try to order two chocolate chills but are told we can't case whoever was working didn't know how to make them, this was drive thru person was also very rude The entire time, clearly not caring bout customer service or his job .finally the third time two days ago when I try reaching manager again whoever answered phone hung up on my twice when I asked for manager.most recently I ordered two large Choc chills and chicken wrap and two bagels with cheddar cheese n bacon egg and only cheese on the bagels.i live down street from the Tim Hortons on division street and I've been going there for year's and I'm very disappointed with the service there lately I've never had this happen there before, makes me feel like allergies aren't taken seriously, and I feel like this Tim Hortons location no longer cares about customer service, and I'm very upset I never got a call back from the manager .

I received the new Tim card for point collection on March 20/19. I have used it faithfully buying my breakfast sandwiches everyday from that Wednesday until Friday of this week along with a minimal of two coffees and a tea everyday. Today when I questioned why I have never received a free coffee yet, I was informed that my card doesn't work. I asked for another card and was told they have none at this time. I asked about all my purchases since this date and was told that they could not be honoured as the card had never worked but nobody until today had told me this. I feel that this is not good customer service and very misleading. I've been lied to and cheated.

I was standing there watching an argument between two employees this morning, Friday March 29 @ 8:30. When I asked who the supervisor was, it was the young Asian women who answered she was. I told her that I thought that was very unprofessional and all I wanted was a crueller. She actually said that she had to yell at her employee, so I told her that she just lost my business and walked away. She actually yelled at me walking away. Oh my god what is this world coming to. I should not have to experience employees fighting, but that was a supervisor (or so she said).

I just want to express how disappointed I am in your loyalty program.
One example is:
I buy coffee for my staff every morning. That is 5 large coffee's cost approx. $10.00
If I purchase this at McDonald's, I would have to spend approx 14.00 to get a free coffee.
If I purchase it at Tim Horton's I would have to spend approx. $70.00 to be rewarded a free coffee / tea or a baked item.
What is the incentive to make my daily purchase at Tim's?

My gosh this is by far the worst customer service I've had since I've been in Canada the cashiers name is Camella and she was so obnoxious and impatient and impolite that I was thinking of cancelling my order. I decided to go ahead with the order just so that I can write a review about my experience. My order number is # 344 and my th# is 106529. This is the second time I've had to write a bad review of my experience at Tim Hortons and I still remain a regular customer of this restaurant chain. Really sad especially knowing the history of the company seeing it's ethical values and morals eroded through franchising.

Was at the Tim Horton's at 176 Front Street East. Had gone to the ladies room and found a man in a wheel chair. Didn't know if he was alive or not. Two people had told the staff and nothing was done. So 911 was called. The fire department came along with the ambualnce. They checked up on him and left. The where told by the man that went not needed. Then after that one of the staff members went. Came out alone. So don't know what will be done when the store close's.

I was happy to win a 50.00 Tim card until I tried to collect. I live in a small town and nearest Tims is 25 km away. I had to visit 5 different stores to finally collect. These are the excuses I heard...I'm only supervisor manager must do it...manager has left for the day.. the access code is not working...have to call the owner. Finally I was helped by a great "Supervisor" in 5 min I had my card. The stores visited were all in Peterborough, On. The Supervisor's name was Crystal and the store was at 1200 Lansdowne St. W. I would like her to be acknowledged for her excellent service.
If you would send a gift card to compensate for all my trips that would appreciated

discrimination for vegans milk
I'm soo disappointed that Tim Horton doesn't considers vegan milks : almond, coconut, rice -you will gain lots of Starbucks costumer by being updated with new healthy options! Why aren't you considering all costumers?
I spend 250$ on Starbucks a month when I love your coffee but can't have it cause there isn't any vegan option!
It's the new generation movement more and more people realizing how healthy is to have non dairy products.

I purchased a coffee on Feb 13 2019 at 7:00 AM before leaving on a bussiness trip. I went inside to order and gave the worker $2 dollars for a medium coffee. The server did not offer the $20 cents back and I thought that was rude even though I would have donated the change. When I arrived in london I attempted to roll up the rim. It was obvious that someone partially rolled up the rim. I just want to notify you that someone is being dishonest. I will not be returning to that Tim hortons.
