As i'm a regular customer at tim hortons everyday. I'm not happy with my last visit at the store on malden road in lasalle. Wednesday jan 30th at 2:45 I was on my way to work and stopped for a large coffee and a couple of donuts. When I got to the window I had asked the girl (blond hair no name tag) if I could please have the donuts in two separate bags and she said no problem, as she took my money she told the other girl (name tag said britt) that I needed the donuts in two bag and britts remark was oh my god your kinding me two bags! The blond hair girl knew that I had heard what was said so as she handed me my coffee and donuts she apologized to me for the wait. I really don't know how long your going to have customers when get treated like that. I felt like I need to pay for the second bag of even explain why I need two bags. I have now enjoyed my coffee at the other tim hortons in the area. I really hope you can fix this problem as you already have lost one good costumer.

If I can't get basic customer service then next time I will cancel the order, get my money back and go to one of the competitors until Tim Hortons learns what customer service really is. It's really not complicated.

I have been drinking Tim's coffee for years, and I still do I am getting frustrated with the new lids popping off and not staying on. Can you please look in to this befor some one gets seriously burnt because of it.

I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and I first received a pumpkin spice tea. When I complained that it was the wrong item and I received the "right order" I received a very watered down, and only half full latte. I paid $4.20 for half a cup of warm water with foam on top.

I was at this location week ago purchased a lemonade and spell all over my car lid wasn't on properly today I ordered a French vanilla and when I tried to drink it it spelled all over my chest causing a red and painful burn . I will like someone to do something about this .

I don't know if I could trust Tim Horton again I don't know how there a bee in my pumpkin spice latte I'm not feeling well I'm really not happy with the bee being in my latte

Used the self order board. Worked good and was easy the problem was they severed everyone that walked in before is. I sat at a table and watched people come in get served and receive their stuff before they even looked at our order.

I had boughton a smile cookie today that only had a smile and no eyes. The second one I had boughton had eyes and barely a smile. I am pretty disappointed!

On September 21st, 2019, at 7:00 pm, while placing an order at the Tim Horton site, Esso gas station, while looking through the window to chose my donuts, I noticed ants around the muffin trays. I immediately informed the cashier that there are ants and that I decided to no longer continue my order. He was understanding.

Your new lids are crap and everyone agrees. It's all over social media. Can't carry my coffee in my mouth anymore...can't stop it from spilling in the car. Get rid of the new and go back to the old. They split and crack. This is not going to work.

I went through 3rd line drive thru tried ordering 2 for 5 breakfast sandwich that I've ordered before and ordered no egg on them and was told I wouldn't get the 2 for 5 price! Are you guys kidding me? I cancelled order and went to McDonalds instead!

As o person who buys 6 or 7 coffee aday..i realy dont like the new lids...i am not 3 with a sippy cup...and they spill it all down the front of you...back to the old lids please

A lady was shouting early in the morning. It was not pleasant. My brain wants peace in the morning as I usually have a very long day ahead of me. And a loud environment caused by the staff is not what I'm looking for. This is at 7170 80 Ave NE Unit 400, Calgary, AB T3J 0P6 tim hortons.

I received hot chocolate when I ordered large half coffee half hot chocolate and I specifically asked it is had coffee in it, didn't look like it, got a firm YES

I do not want hot chocolate...grrrr

Now how do I prove it was wrong to get replacement at a location I don't frequent?

Today I went 430 PM Tim horton intermodal &airport drive I order no 4 combo veg sandwich combo potato veg is very hard look like sitting for long time I order with coffe is cold but sandwich is ok

The new design coffee cup lid is the worst than the Mc Donald coffee lid.
Couple of times burn the lips.
When shake the coffee before drink you loose them all. Some time before you open the tap will go down inside.
You had the best lid before.

I orderd online on august 29 at 2:06 pm. But unfortunately, order was sent to wrong location. I immediately told them that it is wrong order. They promise me to refund my money. But i have not recieve the money yet. I even requested several times but they are not refunding.

I place, pay and wait for my order (2 coffees) by the cash register. The employee asks if i need a tray and i say yes. She walks back to the cash register area to get the tray and then walks to the other end of the counter and says my coffees are over there instead of bringing my order to me. There were no other customers waiting. Poor service.

Why did you get rid of the old lids on your coffee cups, oh I guess they worked, the new lids don't seal, yesterday when I purchased a coffee at the drivetrue in Mount Pearl it spilled all over myself and the console of my new Toyota Tundra and that wasn't the first time, next time I'll send you the cleaning bill.

The cook literally washed her counter with a nasty rag and put my food right on it and stoped preparing my food like 3 times to make other orders so when I got my food it was cold. I was looking at her make the food and it's sloppy and not done properly. Looks very unprofessional. All the staff were talking to each other and not really working

I own two Tim Hortons drip coffee machines, and now I cannot find any place to purchase coffee filters for my machine. There was no problem selling the machine to me 3 years ago for $125 plus tax. What kind of customer service do you call this. Can I order them online with FREE SHIPPING, or am I SOL ?

This location is dirty. Floors should be cleaned with scrub brushes and sweept regularly.
Shameful. Also witnessed coffee grinds holder being banged on top of garbage container and then reinserted into coffee machine.

There arent any handicap power pads to open any of the doors in this restaurant. I thought this was illegal, not sure how city of ottawa passed this. This location in particular needs it because it is right beside old age home. I take my mom there every week and it's a real hassle to get in with her walker.

Store number 101773. I waited about 15 minutes in line and one cash is open. Then one worked (maintenance or something) had one of the other Tim's worker open the other cash just to take his order and then closed it. He had a safety jacket on and carried a bunch of equipment out after. There were also other workers "working" but not doing anything

I ordered an oatmeal on Oct 3 at 7:50 am and it was very watery and could not eat it. this is the second time I received an oatmeal like this bc it was from a drive through I was unable to take it back.

I've spent over $40 in milk and every time for the last year, IT'S ALWAYS BAD! Evr since the company was sold I get bad customer service and they sell me bad products! They never give back my money, probably cause you pick retards to work for your stores, I'm sure this won't be handled and I'm sure I'll be screwed out my money, thanks for nothing!

I went threw the drive thru this morning and asked for 2 beyond farmers wraps. And was given a gross untoasted wrap with no hashbrowns no ketchup. If the staff didnt understand they should have asked. As if I was charged $5 for this. It seems to be a recurring thing at Tim's. You put in your order and get a surprise of something you dont want.

The muffin has carrots in there, and walnut on the top. Suppose to be banana not carrots. Whoever made the muffin mess up I guess.

Hello,

My name is Paul and I am a loyal customer. I have never had an issue or complaint until this morning. I went to the drive thru and order a caramel iced Capp supreme. When the employee at the window handed me the drink, the lid was not secure and the drink spilled all over me leaving my clothes and and my driver side interior a sticky mess

Order turkey bacon BLT got to lettuce no tomato no mayo just Turkey and cheese.

Ordered bagel with cream cheese got plain bagel.

So in other words both my meals today were messed up

In 40yrs have never had a rude TH employee til today. Drive thru Oct 9 1220pm, I came up to the speaker with window closed due to ++wasps, she tried to take my order while I was rolling down window, then angry I didnt respond right away. She waited a full min before admonishing me like a child "ARE you finally ready to order" VERY rude/angry girl
