I whos follow in the store for hours, and the so calk manager see me there so many times she also whoa being lourd and rude, she had a customer service / cadhier stand almost over me loking at everthunf I whosoever doing I whos not feeling well she whos so much into 👀👀 me do the manager call mewrong rhing that me being sick sweading she dis not offer me not even water, I whis being question every five minutes by the cashier to the point that I had to ask her do she treat all customers these way I payed for my purchase whos walk to the door and she close the doors had me waiting in the dark sick for over 1 hour waiting for a cab that not where I want to spend ny money anymore rhat for sure u report ut the next day and another manager call me first thing cane out of her mouth whos a big lie so I ended that conversation know in my heart that prejudice behavior well continues til the end of time store owners lie to continues to get u money and abuse and prejudice behavior from employees well continue because managers and store owners are prejudice themself sad but true th max well not get my money any more to abuse and mistreated me has a senior sorry tjmax has not follow up on these at these point

Good Morning,

I am a loyal TJ MAXX, HOME GOODS and Marshalls shopper!
I love your bargains and could make a career out of shopping in your
stores. The new practice you have of the employees asking if you would like to open a charge is very annoying! It is like hearing a used car sales man try to sell you a car. Please stop this. Some of your employees are so obsessed with this that it takes the sale longer as they keep persisting.

T.J. Maxx Customer Service

On Sunday March 28th my daughter and I went to the TJ Maxx in E Brunswick, NJ. We purchased a set of dumb bells for $16.99. We asked the manager (Sandy R.) if there was anything she could do on the price but it was evident that they were used. (I have pictures of the dumb bells with all the nicks and scratches). Not only was Sandy R. rude and loud, my daughter and I felt threatened by her behavior. She said that she could return the product and get full price for it an proceeded to snatch it from my hand where I had to say "please let go of the box-I am going to purchase it". Even the cashier couldn't believe how she was behaving. I told her I no longer wished to speak with her and that I would reach out to TJ Maxx Corporate and she said "go right ahead, I don't care". I'm not upset that I didn't get a 10% discount which amounted to $1.70 and it wouldn't make or break the purchase but I am concerned of how she treated a customer who shops at that location frequently. I will be waiting for a reply from you and what actions are taken to prevent this from happening to someone else. There was another "manager" directing the cashier lines and said nothing and did nothing. I understand we all have bad days and I'm very sympathetic, however, this was unacceptable. T.J. Maxx Store less than TEXAS

Really? The governor of TX lifts the mask mandate. I walk in the store in Prosper TX and the 16 year old girl at the door tells me I can't come in without mask. Didnt ask if I had the shot or were there medical issues.
I'm I lifelong TJMAXXer. Very disappointed.
It's sad to see TJMAXX is one of the sheep.
This is the United States and as of right now you can make the bold decision to open up without the masks. There is no proof that a mask protects anyone. Actually it is the opposite. Masks cause bacteria intake, causes anxiety and depression. Please reconsider your decision

T.J. Maxx Texas rescinds MASK MANDATES

Texas has more than FLATTENED the curve on Covid infections, therefore the temporary mandates has been removed and we are operating at 100% Please respect our successful status and remove your masking and distancing signs from your stores.
Our State DA is looking forward to ALL BUSINESSES TO COMPLY JUST AS QUICKLY AS THEY DID TO THE TEMPORARY MASKING MANDATES.

Mask mandate lifted in Georgia. You demand your customers still wear one. Don't think that's legal. I have other friends that won't be shopping with your corporation anymore. I can't breath with a mask but can't get a doctor's excuse. Filing a complaint because you are losing business and also my favorite store😢. I'm not sure if others are sending in complaints, but I do know of many. Going back home now.

T.J. Maxx Old and ripp of an item

I bough a comforter at TJ Maxx store locate at 3718 Henderson Bl, FL 33629 on February 24, 2021. When I got home then open ...

It look so bad... Old and tear off... I feel so bad... What going on?

Why is a store carry old stuff? I really do not understand. Then i went to the store to return at customer service... they check out then scan...

they said it did not match to the code... they refuse to return... I spoke to Manager at the store to help me out but nothing she can do... She sounds like I put different item in then return...

and do not want to touch the comforter. Her attitude so bad... (She told me put them back... I do not to touch it.

She said.) I am feel so sad... Why was she treat customer like that? I do not have times and free try to get money from store it was not belong from me... I just want fair for me...

I did not do that... I really do not know why is that old comforter at the store and no one know about it. It's seem i am a bad guy. This complain I want the store to investigate this case find out what going on?

Please check the camera from the times i walk in store to the times i check out at 12:41.

T.J. Maxx No access to online account

I have been attempting to view my account online for weeks now and I cannot access the site at all. I'm now confused as to what email account I used, because in my confusion, I've been trying to use both of my email accounts in an attempt to figure out what's wrong. The account doesn't even come up with either of them. I ordered items online and paid for them weeks ago but can't see anything to know if they are actually on order or what is going on with them. My email addresses are Gloria.[protected]@gmail.com or Gloria.[protected]@outlook.com. I have a Case number CS3496135 and I am a credit card holder. I need help asap. I'm extremely frustrated and don't know what is going on! Please look into this matter at your earliest convenience because I am more angry by the day over it. T.J. Maxx Return without receipt

All the stores - Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Sierra don't have their dressing rooms open. All my family members shop there since the beginning of the pandemic season once the stores were open. You have to get a lot of merchandise at one point to try them at home, so it's natural that the receipts get lost in the process, especially when it has to do with men or children. As a result a woman has to take all that merchandise back to the store what didn't fit.
In their desire to make as much money as possible, the stores decided not to allow or to put a limit on how many returns you can make without a receipt. It never happened before the pandemic season. Which makes me think this is one of the ways of them trying to make as much money as possible. Last time when I tried to return the goods without the receipt that my husband purchased for himself, they rejected my return saying that I have a warning on my record and that I've been returning too many things. So I think this is totally unfair policy towards its customers. Either open dressing rooms or make the returns as easy as possible for the customers.

Tj maxx has long failed its customers. the credit card is shoved down the customers throats at the registers. the cahsiers are dinged for not pushing the cards, enough! so they ask repeatedly, then comes the pressure! I have never stood at any tj maxx cashier who knew the credit card interest rate/ daily. I have asked repeatedly! one cashier told me "there is no interest, charged!" can I get that in writing? no interest, on a store credit card, ever? what? many of the cashiers are super young, they have no idea how to do anything, at all? thye arw roked to ddeath, no breaks, then clean the public toilets, clean the store, attend the stupid store meetings, answer customer questions, incorrectly almost every time! and then refuse all returns wwith receipts or not! tj maxx has lost lost my business, long ao!

I'm upset by the behavior of the manager named mike. Not only was he stopping every employee assisting customers, putting out stock, etc, he makes them introduce themselves to a visitor of some sort.
