TollFreeForwarding Competitive Fees and Excellent Customer Service: Our Review of Toll Free Forwarding

We've been working with Toll Free Forwarding for over a year now and we're really happy with the service they provide. The fees are really competitive, which is great for our business. One of our partners recommended Toll Free Forwarding to us and we did some research to compare them to other providers. But in the end, we found that no one was as competitive as Toll Free Forwarding.

One of the things we really like about Toll Free Forwarding is the range of phone number locations they offer. This is really useful for our international business, as we can use one provider for different phone numbers. It's really convenient and saves us a lot of time and hassle.

We also have to give a shoutout to their customer service. They're always really quick to reply and they're always professional. Even if we have a problem, they're really quick to solve it for us. We really appreciate their dedication to customer service.

Overall, we would definitely recommend Toll Free Forwarding based on our experience with them. They're a great provider and we're really happy with the service they provide.

TollFreeForwarding False Advertising: No Free Trial and Invasive Information Requests from TollFreeForwarding

I recently tried to sign up for TollFreeForwarding, hoping to take advantage of their advertised "free trial". However, I was disappointed to find out that there is actually no free trial at all. In fact, they asked me to provide pictures of my credit card, proof of residence, and a signed document authorizing them to charge me for their services without any mention of the amount, date, or terms. This was quite concerning to me, as I did not feel comfortable providing such sensitive information without any clear understanding of what I was signing up for.

When I reached out to their customer service team to express my concerns, they simply told me that they were unable to provide me with services and recommended that I look for another provider. I was quite disappointed with this response, as I had hoped to give TollFreeForwarding a try and see if their services would be a good fit for my needs.

TollFreeForwarding Unhappy with TollFreeForwarding's Billing Practices: Charged for Unrequested Number

I was pretty satisfied with TollFreeForwarding until today. I've been using their service for my business since 2008, and it's been set up for automatic billing. I haven't really kept an eye on it, to be honest. But today, I discovered that we've been getting charged for TWO numbers instead of just the one that I signed up for. The second number just appeared in my account one month after I signed up for the service, and there's no record of who signed up for it. The few voicemails I could find with this second number were from people calling a completely different company - and yet we were being charged for their number. When I called customer service to complain, they were really rude and told me it was my fault for not noticing this earlier. They refused to refund me for the second number. Honestly, this whole thing feels like a scam to me, and I'm really unhappy with TollFreeForwarding right now.

TollFreeForwarding Disappointing Billing and Unprofessional Customer Service from TollFreeForwarding

I recently signed up for TollFreeForwarding's services and was disappointed with the way they handle billing. They make decisions on your behalf and recharge your account according to the previous month's usage. This was frustrating for me because if I had predicted my usage, I would have chosen a different plan and paid less for my calls.

When I called their customer care to address the billing issue and the $54 charge, I was met with a rude and unprofessional representative who disconnected the call when he couldn't provide a satisfactory answer. I was shocked to learn that TollFreeForwarding employs such unprofessional individuals. As someone who also works in customer service, I know that employees like him would be quickly kicked out of any organization.

The representative even had the audacity to say, "I know thousands of call centers working in India, and none of them have such questions. Why did you opt for a plan of $9 if you knew that you have more usage?" This kind of response is unacceptable and shows a lack of telephone etiquette.

While TollFreeForwarding may have smart employees with great ideas and knowledge, their lack of professionalism and poor customer service skills make it difficult to recommend their services. I hope they take steps to improve their customer service and billing practices in the future.

TollFreeForwarding Unethical Business Practices: My Experience with TollFreeForwarding

I have used TollFreeForwarding's service for a whole year and I must say, I was not impressed. The system automatically billed me for another year without my consent and I was not happy about it. I immediately called them to cancel the service and get my charge of $108 refunded. However, they made me jump through all kinds of hoops before they finally agreed to cancel it and issue me a refund.

To my surprise, they forgot to issue me the refund even after promising to do so. I waited for two weeks and decided to take matters into my own hands by filing a dispute with my credit card company. When TollFreeForwarding received my dispute, they immediately called me and apologized for forgetting to issue me the refund. They asked me to send them a copy of my credit card and fill out a legal form stating that I will not dispute anything. I declined their offer.

To my dismay, they told my credit card company that they never received a cancellation from me and my credit card company reversed the charge back to my card. I am now charged for something that I canceled and they are claiming that I never canceled it. This is one of the most unethical businesses I have ever dealt with. Buyers beware! This company will scam you out of your money!

In conclusion, I would not recommend TollFreeForwarding to anyone. Their service is subpar and their business practices are unethical. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy service provider, look elsewhere.

TollFreeForwarding Disappointing Experience with Tollfreeforwarding.com: Possible Discrimination and Poor Customer Service

I must say, my experience with Tollfreeforwarding.com was quite DISAPPOINTING. My colleagues and I were interested in purchasing a toll-free number from them, but we faced some issues with their customer service.

One of my colleagues contacted their Client Support Representative, but he simply told us that they could not provide us with their service and did not give us any reasons for it. We were quite confused and disappointed by this response.

We decided to try again and contacted another sales representative by email. This time, we wanted to make sure that they could provide us with their service, and the representative assured us that they serviced customers GLOBALLY. However, when we tried to make the payment, we faced some issues and had to call their customer service.

The woman who answered the call seemed quite impatient and told us that they could not provide us with their service without giving us any reasons. We were quite frustrated by this response, especially since we had been in contact with their sales representatives for over two weeks.

We cannot help but wonder if our nationality had anything to do with their reluctance to provide us with their service. We found it quite rude that they did not even bother to give us a reason for their refusal.

We would advise anyone considering Tollfreeforwarding.com to think twice before choosing them. We cannot say for sure who will be the next one to face discrimination from them.

TollFreeForwarding TollFreeForwarding's Poor Customer Service Cost Me My Business: A Terrible Experience

I had a terrible experience with TollFreeForwarding and it left me feeling absolutely pathetic. Three years ago, I helped a friend set up their business and we stumbled upon tollfreeforwarding.com. I suggested that my friend use their services and we both loved it after using them for some time. Since then, I have been recommending them to anyone who needs a toll-free number and have even brought them new customers.

However, when I decided to set up my own business and considered using TollFreeForwarding, things took a turn for the worse. After 21-22 days of having all my customers, new and old, use the number, they suspended my account. They claimed that they needed some documents for security measures, which I found odd since none of my friends had to go through this process. I complied with their request, but it took 24 hours, then 48 hours, and finally 52 hours. It was costing me my business, and they still had doubts, so they asked for even more documents which would have taken another 24 hours.

I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with their lack of understanding. As a company that is in the business of providing toll-free numbers, they should have realized that all the customers I gained in 21 days did not want to lose them because our toll-free number wasn't working. I understand the importance of security measures, but I would have appreciated it if they had considered my situation. My card was not declined, I had paid my dues, and my business was registered in the USA as an LLC. It was a shame that they failed to understand this and it cost me my business.

Overall, my experience with TollFreeForwarding was terrible, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Their lack of understanding and poor customer service left me feeling pathetic and frustrated.

TollFreeForwarding TollFreeForwarding Review: A Friendly Service Turned Scam - Beware!

I recently tried out TollFreeForwarding's free trial and was initially impressed with their friendly and helpful service. They took all my details and set up an account for me, building a good rapport in the process. However, as soon as the trial period ended, things took a turn for the worse.

Despite not yet having launched my business, TollFreeForwarding began bombarding me with prank calls using the number they had supplied. This caused my bills to skyrocket and, had I already been running a business, it would have been difficult to tell which calls were genuine and which were fabricated by TollFreeForwarding themselves.

When I tried to cancel my account, I was met with resistance. TollFreeForwarding ignored my emails and refused to delete my account, even charging me for calls I had not made or needed. Their website did not have an account deletion option and urgent requests to cancel were ignored. In the end, I had to cancel my card with my bank, causing further inconvenience with my other billing accounts.

I strongly advise against using TollFreeForwarding. Despite their initial friendly service, they are a complete and utter scam. Don't be fooled by their fake review blogs and websites - these guys are not to be trusted.

TollFreeForwarding Review: TollFreeForwarding.com - Easy to Use, but Expensive for 800 Number Forwarding

TollFreeForwarding.com is a website that offers 800 number forwarding services. If you search for "800 number forwarding" on Google, TollFreeForwarding.com will be the first result that pops up. The website is easy to navigate and user-friendly. I had to call their customer service, which was based in India, and they were friendly and helpful.

However, the only downside to TollFreeForwarding.com is the price. Their cheapest monthly rate for setup, an 800 number (which is actually 877, 888, or 866), and 200 minutes of service was $20. Additional minutes were charged at 7 cents each. It was quite challenging to figure out their pricing on their website, so I had to call them.

I didn't do much research, but I did check out Office Depot's program, which is through a broker called accessline.com. Their website is not well-designed, but a call to their customer service department revealed a much cheaper service. Their basic rate was $5 per month with no additional fees for 100 minutes, and additional minutes were charged at 5 cents each. I was able to set up my 888 number in just five minutes. I haven't had any experience with their customer service yet, but they claim that I can upgrade my plan to include more minutes anytime.

Overall, it seems like TollFreeForwarding.com is not a good deal for 800 number forwarding. While their website is easy to use and their customer service is friendly, their prices are much higher than other options available in the market. If you're looking for a cheaper alternative, Office Depot's program might be worth checking out.

TollFreeForwarding TollFreeForwarding: A Reliable and Efficient Alternative to Verizon for Call Forwarding and Toll-Free Numbers

I have been using TollFreeForwarding for over three years now and I must say, they are much better than Verizon. I used to have Verizon do my call forwarding to the UK, but they charged me a lot and it took over a week to change the forwarding number back to the USA. When I asked Verizon about getting a UK toll-free number, they had no idea what I was talking about and I got transferred many times and had to call several phone numbers. Finally, when I got someone at Verizon who said they could get a UK toll-free number, they said it would take 4-6 weeks to set up.

That's when I decided to Google and found TollFreeForwarding. I was surprised to see that they had numbers available on their website. So, I signed up and had a working number within a few minutes. A few minutes later, Derek called me from TollFreeForwarding and asked if I needed help - I was amazed. I just use their website to change the forwarding number whenever I want. I couldn't believe I was wasting my time with Verizon.

I don't understand why some people think it's not a reliable company. Maybe they weren't serious customers. I have had really good service from them. One time, I thought my Mexico toll-free number wasn't working, but it turns out my customer was trying to call from the USA which they said isn't possible. I believe them since their people know so much more about international telecom than anyone I ever talked to at Verizon. Because of the complaints below, I was concerned about not being able to cancel. I asked them about it and they said you just need to call and they will give you a cancellation number so you have proof - seems reasonable to me.

Overall, I am very satisfied with TollFreeForwarding. They have been a great help to me and my business. Their customer service is top-notch and they are always available to help. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a toll-free number or call forwarding service.

If you decide to try their free trial and enter your details, they will charge you every month, whether you cancel or not. This is not fair to the users who are just trying out the service.

Moreover, they also send a lot of unwanted test calls from other users, which can be quite annoying. After subscribing, you may receive calls from people asking if you are a police station or if you can take their order for a large pizza. These calls are not only unwanted but also a waste of time.

TollFreeForwarding Review: TollFreeForwarding's Customer Service Helped Me Find My Package

So, I had a bit of a hassle trying to track down my package, but TollFreeForwarding eventually came through for me. I found a card with some info on it, but no website to check where my parcel had been left. I tried a few different Toll websites that I found on Google, but they all seemed to want me to download some kind of parcel tracker. I eventually gave in and downloaded one, but it ended up changing my homepage to ASK, which was pretty annoying.

After all that, I still couldn't find the info I needed, so I decided to just call the number on the card. It took a while to get through, but once I did, the person on the other end was really helpful and gave me all the info I needed. It was a bit frustrating that I had to go through all that trouble just to find out where my package was, but at least TollFreeForwarding was able to help me out in the end.

TollFreeForwarding TollFreeForwarding Review: Buyer Beware of Hidden Pricing and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, TollFreeForwarding is not what it seems. I was looking for a way to get a toll-free number for my business and stumbled upon their website. The prices they advertised seemed too good to be true, and boy was I right. When I actually tried to sign up, the pricing was ten times higher than what they showed on the website. What a rip-off!

I called up their customer service to ask about the pricing discrepancy and was connected with an agent named Steven. Let me tell you, this guy was not helpful at all. When I questioned the pricing, he just hung up on me! Can you believe that? I was so frustrated and felt like I was being scammed.

But that's not all. I tried to make a payment to them twice, and both times my card was declined. I called up my credit card company to see what was going on, and they told me that there were no issues with my card and that TollFreeForwarding hadn't even tried to charge it. What a mess!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are not honest and definitely not customer-friendly. Buyer beware!

So, I wanted to get a number from TollFreeForwarding, but they put my account on hold for "verification". After a while, a representative called me and said that my account was on hold because I broke 2 security protocols. But, they didn't tell me what protocols I broke, even though I only made a request online. They said that I needed to prove my identity by sending them photos of my government ID and the front and back of my credit card. I thought it was crazy! It seemed like a scam to me.

TollFreeForwarding Beware of TollFreeForwarding: Fraudulent Billing Practices Exposed

This company is not recommended for use. They have been found to engage in fraudulent billing practices by using fake, but registered phone numbers to contact the number you have purchased. Whether your voicemail is connected or not, they will start billing you for every minute, slowly but surely scamming you and other unsuspecting customers.

We conducted some research on the billing practices of TollFreeForwarding over the past 12 months and discovered that less than 10% of all incoming calls from the numbers we purchased were legitimate.

This is a clear case of fraud and we urge all potential customers to be aware of this before engaging with TollFreeForwarding. It is important to protect yourself from such unscrupulous business practices.

TollFreeForwarding Terrible Experience with TollFreeForwarding: Harassment and Scams

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with TollFreeForwarding. I mean, I get it, they're supposed to be a service that helps businesses and telemarketers make calls without revealing their actual phone number. But come on, do they really have to harass people 4 or 5 times a day? It's ridiculous.

And when you try to call them back to get them to stop, you get a message saying that the number is no longer in service and that you can purchase it. What kind of scam is that? The latest number that's been bothering me is ***978. I mean, seriously, who was using that number on 7/11/14 at 6:34, 6:41, 7:06, 7:11, and 7:15 PM? That's just insane.

And what's even more frustrating is that I'm on the do not call list, but it doesn't seem to mean anything. The number shows up as out of area, so I can't even block it. It's like they're intentionally trying to make it difficult for people to stop the calls.

Overall, I would not recommend using TollFreeForwarding if you're a business or telemarketer. It's just not worth the hassle and annoyance that it causes for people on the receiving end of the calls.

I gotta say, TollFreeForwarding is not a company I would recommend. They seem like a bunch of scammers who don't know how to treat their customers right. Every time I called, I got a different person who gave me a different excuse. It's like they don't even care about their clients. And they claim to have a ton of customers, but that's just not true. I checked with the Business Bureau and they've got over 47 complaints against them just in 2019! That's not a good sign. It seems like they don't have many happy customers in the United States. So if you're thinking about using their services, you might want to think again. They could end up ruining your business. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if this company gets shut down soon.

TollFreeForwarding Beware of Unlimited Charges: My Experience with Tollfreeforwarding

I been using Tollfreeforwarding for like 2 years now and it was pretty good, you know what I mean? But then one day I messed up and made an error, and they just kept billing my credit card like there was no tomorrow. I mean, they don't have no limit on how much they can charge you, which is crazy if you ask me. I normally only spend like a hundred bucks a month, but they charged me like two grand in just a few hours!

They told me that they don't have no limits because some big companies might spend thousands a day, but come on now, that ain't fair to regular folks like me. I would rather have a limit so that if something like this happens again, I won't end up broke.

Anyway, I closed my account with them and I ain't never going back. It's just not worth the risk, you know what I'm saying?

TollFreeForwarding Disappointing Customer Service Experience with TollFreeForwarding: A Review

I recently had an experience with TollFreeForwarding that left me feeling quite disappointed. I discovered that someone else was using the phone number that I had been paying for, so I decided to call their customer service for assistance. Unfortunately, the woman who answered the phone seemed to be in a bad mood and was not very helpful.

Instead of being polite and friendly, she spoke to me in a rude and dismissive tone. It was almost as if she had just woken up and was not in the mood to deal with any customer issues. When I asked her to explain the situation to me, she simply repeated herself and told me that someone else had been assigned to my phone number nine months ago.

I was hoping for a more helpful response, but instead, she offered me a new phone number and told me that if I didn't take it today, I was on my own. I was taken aback by her unprofessional behavior and the fact that she raised her voice to me, a paying customer.

I was disappointed by this experience and felt that TollFreeForwarding had lost a client. I had no intention of canceling my service, but after this encounter, I decided to take my business elsewhere. It's a shame because I had been a loyal customer for some time, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Overall, I would not recommend TollFreeForwarding based on my experience with their customer service. If you're looking for a company that values their customers and provides excellent service, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

TollFreeForwarding Poor Service and Call Quality: TollFreeForwarding Review

This company is not good. We haven't tried any others, but based on our experience, we wouldn't recommend TollFreeForwarding. We agree with other people who have left reviews.
This morning, we got disconnected from our service without any warning. They said it was because our credit card expired, but we hardly ever use that card. They claim they sent us an email about it, but we only got one last night. They say they sent another one a month ago, but we never saw it. We checked our spam folder, too. Our credit card expired at the end of November 2013, but they cut us off on December 1st. They only sent one email for a client with multiple phone numbers. That's not enough.
Their website takes a long time to send a password. When we called to try to fix the problem, the woman we talked to, Mia, was really rude and talked down to us.
On top of all that, we've had problems with the call quality for the past five years. We usually have to call our clients back so we can hear them better. It's not good.
