sold me a new wrecked car
I purchased a (So I thought) new Toyota from pat lobb in Mckinney.not only was the"NEW"CAR previously wrecked in transit or unloading they never told me.
Also the mirrors leak water everytime it rains or car is washed.Toyota sent me to toyota of Irving they had the car a week I paid for my own rental while they repaired their shoddy work.Needlesss to say 2 days after I picked it up it rains and mirrors leaked worse.Dealer says live with it.Now they have the gas pedal recall so I called to see if my camry/solara was included in the recall and they said they did not know to call back.I hope Toyota suffers the same fate as Chrysler and GM because of the way they treat customers after they purchase a car.My next car will be a Honda and Toyota can kiss my ***.

quality has been sliding way before the recalls
Toyota Quality has been sliding way before the recalls.
I bought a 2009 Camry hybrid in the fall of 2008 and since day one, I have had problems with the electronic system, the software and the suspension system. I took it back to the dealership several times during the past 12 months and they could never "duplicate" the problems. When I called Toyota corporation for help, they told me they had complete confidence in their dealers mechanics and if I am not happy with the result, i can go through arbitration and if i am still not happy, i can take legal action. I asked them to send a technician to look at the problems, i just wanted the probelms fixed, but they refused.
I have been a loyal Toyota Customer and I have bought 5 Toyota vehicles during the past 7 years. This experience I had with Toyota just lead me to loose confidence in their ability to provide decent quality service. So, i bought a Honda 6 months ago, and I bought a ford Fusion yesterday. shall I say Bye Bye Toyota or Sayonara Toyota?

dealership scam
Same braking problem. If you hit a bounce or slide on ice it feels as if the anti-lock brakes fial or stutter real bad and appear to not be working. This is more a toyota complaint not a dealership complaint.

misrepresented vehicle.
I bought a used vehicle from Sherwood Park Toyota that turned out to be something completely different from what the sales representative said. The biggest surprise was the transmission. They told me it was a 6 speed (this model came standard with a 6 speed), but upon driving it home it was a 5 speed!!! Their "inspection" even missed a burnt out headlight!!...

I did a car booking schedule last month, the receptionist told me, person in charge will call me regarding the schedule, after 4 hour, person in charge called me and he told me later will let me know the service schedule .I wait more then 3 weeks, yet no one from Toyota service center call me " WHEN" my car will be service!

gas & brake pedal failure
In regards to the issues of the accelerating gas pedal/locked gas pedal on many toyota models, it is stated by Toyota themselves that their cars are unsafe to drive to the point of stopping production on more than a few models. My car, a Toyota Prius, is one of the very first of the models to be recalled. I have recieved notice from toyota that they are well aware and that I will be receiving further notice in regards to rectifying the problem. That was 3 months ago and now, just today, on my local news Toyota stated that tehy have discovered problems with their brake systems. Makes sense, if the car accelerates on its own-where do the brakes come into place? They don't because there is now a recognized failure with the brake system.
So being I am driving an unsafe car as stated by Toyota, can I stop making payments on my unsafe car until this problem is resolved? Toyota drivers are basically makng monthly payments for their metal casket. I honestly, hope that Toyota comes up with some kind of compensation. I'm not looking to sue, of course not But for the mean time, why should I pay? Can they freeze payments? I mean, this is ridiculous.
Please, knowledgable advice is appreciated.

I got a letter from Toyota Financial for my permission to "not to release my confidential information to affiliate" or they will take it as ok to release to them...
"Customer's personal information should be confidential" is basic business morality. It is no clear cut for "who is afficliate" either. I suppose it can be anyone. I would like to complaint that Toyota is too prideful and they start doing something very funny.
Their Babel Tower will fall one day because of their pride.
instant acceleration in cruise mode
I would like to submit a complaint about my 2007 Toyota Prius. I have noticed few times that the car accelerates instantly when moving in cruise mode. Fortunately, I have not been in any collision but has shocked me few times when this has happened. After reading that other Toyota Prius owners have gone through similar experience, I would like to place a complaint about the car.

acceleration stuck
I write you in regard the toyota recall, I bougth a Toyota Camry 2009 and I've received a recall letter, first one about the mats, but they never contact to solve the problem, now I received another one about the acceleration stuck, in this letter they say that they will advise in another separate letter when a campaign remedy is available for my vehicle. In fact, the accelerator stuck me twice, today I was trying to call all numbers I have (Toyota Customer Service, Toyota Experience Service, Toyota of Orlando and Central Florida Toyota) to see when they going to solve this but nobody knows nothing, meanwhile the people are risk their own lives and the others in an unsecure car.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I too drive a Toyota that was recalled (2010 Tundra). They advised us that they do not know the remedy yet, (which was stated in your letter), Why would you then call to see what the remedy is? That doesn't make any sense. I don't think your complaint holds any value.
warrenty
Warranty
I own a Toyota Land Cruiser model 2008 Chasses number JTEAU29J680003721
A month a go I have noticed that the color of the right side panel has faded and changed its hue. Only this part has changed color and the color of the rest of the car has not changed at all.
The Israeli dealer has checked the part and found no signs of any injury or impact to the part. The color faded evenly across the surface.
I own the car for two year and have drove it for 35, 000 Km. The car had gone through all scheduled maintenance at an authorized service garage.
I do think that all evidence support that there is a fault in the manufacturing process of this part and the warranty should cover the cost of replacing the defected parts.
The Israeli dealer refused so far to take any responsibility. I would like your intervention and investigation of this issue.
Best regards,
Ami Gur

Dear Customer Relation Manager,
I am writing to you as you are representing Toyota Company which is one of the largest companies in the Car Manufacturing Business. Since over than 15 years, I was purchasing this product provided that Credibility and quality of work as well as attending to warranty claim is superior among of others. Now things start to change from first incident I encountered with Toyota dealers.
The latest car I purchased from Toyota / Saudi Arabia - Khobar was Prado, model 2007, I started to encounter difficulties when I send my Car for repair to Markazeia" Your dealer in Amman / Jordan" located at Markh when the engine was subjected to overheating due to un expected damage in the radiator. Al-Markazeia " Amman dealer" have done the repair with charge been paid fully by me as it is out of warranty.
By end first week of Nov, I found the RMP starts to de accelerate and Problem possibly generated from the engine. So, I send the car to Toyota workshop in Khobar / Saudi Arabia where, I purchased, After investigation by Toyota Workshop, They have advised me that the oil filter is counter fit and wrong assembly was made in the engine part. So, they have refused to cover it under warranty cause of damage was clearly from wrong assembly of engine.
I have requested a technical report from Toyota / Khobar where I have also send it to Markeziah in Amman as an evidence of failure of repair was reported. All issues incorporated in the technical report was caused by Al-Markazeya in Amman.
I got clear answer from Al-Markaziyah refusing to accept the technical report as an evidence of their failure.
Now, I got in the middle of two dealers neither one accepting the warranty nor admitting the mistake. The cost of repair will be SR. 8, 000 since sever damage incurred in the engine.
Dear Sir,
I am writing to you cause this will destroy your reputation and your credibility of authorizing none professional dealer in Amman to handle such incident. Incorrect Repair, un professional response nor acceptance of mistakes where no attics in such behavior.
Do you take the responsibility of protecting your reputation, Do you attend to claims to use your influence in order to respect the customers. Where Toyota position after selling their product through un professional dealers and authorizing such service providers workshop.
I am expecting your attention to this case and my plan to go far in pursing my case to the maximum level as it is more than repair charges, It is an attitude and un athical behavior from Amman Toyota dealer.
Wither I am correct with respect to my expectation from you, I will find out from your kind response.
By the way, photos of oil filter and incorrect assembly was taken by Toyota workshop in Khobar as reported by them. Attached is the technical report.
Thanks,
Omar Hassan

leakage
To Whom It May Concern,
Three and a half years ago, I bought a Toyota Avanza from a Toyota Agent in Klang, Selangor Malaysia. After a month of driving, my 2 years old son then noticed wet patches at the floor carpet near the front passenger side. I went to the Toyota service centre (Sg Rasah, Shah Alam) to get it checked. The Service Advisor informed me that the leakage was from the windscreen and it was repaired. 3 months later (during the monsoon season) I found out that there was leakage again at the same spot. I left my car for 3 days at the Batu Pahat Service Centre (after the Sg Rasah Service Centre insisted that the leakage came from the windscreen), and I was informed that the leakage was not from the windscreen but the 'wire harness' (I am not sure of the term used) and they changed my entire front carpet. At that time I was sure that my car was leakage free and have had my confidence back towards Toyota Products.
During the 2nd year of ownership, the leakage came back at the same spot and this time of my own observation the leakage was there all the while unoticeable (perhaps of my too high hopes and confidence of Toyota products). I went back to Toyota(Malaysia) HQ in Shah Alam, Selangor Malaysia and they sent me back to the Sg Rasah service centre again for a thorough check up (it seemed to be). As I have only one car, I have to rent a car for RM 300.00 a day for 5 days (including weekends) . I have spoken to the Customer Service in Shah Alam HQ about my predicaments and constraints. I think they symphatized me but beyond their powers to help me to make claims of the amount that I have spent. Again the Manager of the Service Centre in Sg Rasah confirmed to me that my problems solved and the leakage was from the rubber stopper at the floor board.
3 months later (my last month of warranty period), the leak came back at the same spot and I went back to the service centre. I was deppresed and very angry and the verge of freaking out to the local press! Mr Koh, the manager of the Sg Rasah service centre called me (after I made a complaint out of anger to one of the Customer Service Officer, Ms Nicole). I sent back my car and this time they took a day to check again and I was informed that the leak comes from the car door rubber. It took me another day to change the rubber and now I am a Toyota car owner with less confidence on the product. Right now, with the warranty period ended, I have fobias whenever it rains! My problem started since day 1 and I am asking another year of warranty from Toyota Japan. Kindly check the history of my car registration number BJB 1730 for your kind referrence. Thank you.

worse service/ service failure and breach of verbal contract of toyota dealer
I swear this is a BAD EXPERIENCES i have with this Toyota Dealer located Tampoi, Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
I am writing this letter to log a complaint on the breach of verbal contract and service failure from this Toyota dealer. I would like to raise this letter to the top management to ensure that this issue is handled in an utmost professional manner.
On 7 November 2009, I visited Toyota dealer to purchase a new vios and trade in my vehicle. I was served by a sales named Esther Tey from Toyota Hiewa offered me a trade in price for my vehicle at RM19500 confidently after inspected my car. During the selling process, the sales and I agreed at the trade in price of RM19500 and the price of the new vehicle, Toyata Vios but she needs me to hand over my vehicle 3 days later urgently. Thus, I placed an order and gave a deposit of RM1000 on the same day.
On 10 November 2009, as promised, I passed my vehicle to the sales girl, Esther Tey, together with all the relevant documents such as vehicle card/ log book/ payslip (3 months) etc. as requested. I had been asked to sign on a form to transfer the owner name/ bill of sale. No official receipts been issued by Toyota Hiewa. When I query on the receipt, she re-assures me that receipt of trade in vehicle and booking receipts will be given to me within a week. With trust toward the company and their sales personnel carrying Toyota dealership, I accepted her reassurance.
2 days later after I passed my car to this toyota dealer, I been told by this salesgirl that because of my car had been hit badly in an accident before; she must reduce the Trade in price from RM19500 to RM13000. This has violated the verbal contract took place on 7 November 2009 whereby it led to the agreement of the purchase of the Toyota Vios. This is not acceptable especially to a company who carry an authorized Toyota dealership!
I demand for the return of my car and had a shock to found out that they drove my car for more than 800km within these 2 days time.
As a consumer, I am very disappointed and unhappy after the entire ordeal. To make matter worst, after that, Toyota Hiewa is avoiding this matter all together not to mention being yelled at by the sales personnel, Esther Tey and the administrative staff named Jeslyn.
Again I would like to emphasize on they offered me the trade in price at RM19500, and i accepted the offer. Thus, I place a booking with them. Because of their breach of verbal contract, I have no choice and have to cancel the order with them. But this dealer is not refund me with full amount of RM1000, but RM985.20. They deducted RM14.80 as previous credit charges.
This is totally unacceptable!
With their irresponsible and unethical attitude given by the way they handle this issue so unprofessionally, I am very doubtful on the professionalism and their capability to be an authorize Toyota Dealer.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
My toyota 2.5v camry having sonar system problem(front left hand side sensor with all the way on) so i send to Hiewa service centre Kota Tinggi branch for checking. After troubleshoot the service adviser informed that is due to i additional fixed in the centre lock and additional fixed the double lock caused the sensor spoil due to over current supply.I was fully not agreed with the above reason given to me.So i got no choice and send my car to JB Larkin UMW service centre to double confirm the defect. The result of troubleshoot is totally different from Hiewa service centre. The main cause is due to the sensor spoil and not related to any extra power supply to this sensor from the two items which i installed.
Base on this result i conclude that Hiewa Kota Tinggi service centre, their technician skill is very LOW and i totally no confident to their service anymore. Please upgrade your skill to be more professional.
Deal All - Had these complain etc been forwarded to Toyota Customer Service Center ? It seemed to me not Toyota was having problem but the personal they engaged, in which stern action needed to be executed immediately. Hopefully by now she had been out of job ...or she has transformed to a new, refresh, dedicated and vibrant sales lady ... Cheers
I got the same problem as Mandy Goh, I book a camry with Heiwa Auto located Tebrau, next to Tesco, the lady by the name of Esther Tey. She tell me to pay a deposit of RM3000 to log in the low interest rate or 2.55%, as she say the interest rate will be increase tomorrow. yet she did not issue any official receipt to me on the sport, she say that office is close, i can collect the official receipt by tomorrow, and yet the next day i been waiting for the half day, she is absent for duty and can't even get her by phone call. finally i look for the official only can get her. actually that is a few item that i m dissatisfied with her service, i cancel my booking but i got deduct about RM200+- from the admin official, and it took about a month to refund.
I am really pissing off, right now.
Last years i was trading my Proton to Proton and been waiting for 4 mths still didn't get my car. The Salesman said that, their Boss won't do that exchange car, coz Proton didn't paid them back. And then, before Chinese New Years 2010, i asked my Salesman to order Avanza for me and all agreement ( load that approved by bank, deposit, etc).
And Yesterday i called the Salesman and ask him it's end of the Mth of March, coz they promised i will get my car on March. And he say, That Manager miss order my car ( didn't order for me at all), Ask me wait 3 more mths or they jz return my deposit.
It that call pro service, i don't think so, and if i change others Dealer my % of car load will rise.
As a Manager can it make such HUGE MISTAKE AND IRRESPONSIBLE?
Without a Car for Half Years and r they trying to bully me or jz make a fun of me .
THAT CALL PRO < GO TO HELL
Nowadays with more and more dealers exist and the toyota sales is getting better. They have neglect the services and professionalism they should have for their customers. I truly understand how a valued customer felt toward this matter.
The sales force team/ administrative staff from this dealership still have room to improve themselves.
Mandy, suggest you log this complaints to customersupport@toyota.com.my
mark mcdonald perjury
Mander Toyota Queanbeyan NSW employ a liar & perjurer
Mark McDonald (liar & perjuror) of Mander Toyota Workshops Queanbeyan NSW committed perjury 0n a sworn Affidavit No. 2330/02 on 16th May 2002, signed in front of and witnessed by Benjamin Nicholls a solicitor for Elrington Boardman Allport solicitors Queanbeyan NSW when he lied (committed perjury) on a sworn Statement for the Supreme Court in Sydney NSW.
This liar, perjurer and "dope-smoker" (he buys his "dope" of Lloyd Stephen Ganzerla. Qbn NSW) lied on a sworn Statement saying Lloyd Ganzerla was the owner of Lloyds Tyre & Battery factory in Queanbeyan. This liar knew full well that I (John Reid) owned these businesses and also that I only dealt with Guido the Manager of Mander Toyota Queanbeyan, indeed I also purchased a forklift from Guido at Mander Toyota Queanbeyan, and it was my cheques that Mander Toyota Queanbeyan recieved, and Guido THE MANAGER AND Mark McDonald knew full well that I was the owner of those businesses.
The reason Mark McDonald (liar) of Manda Toyota Queanbeyan lied and commit perjury on his statement I think, was that he was doing his drug dealer and user friend Lloyd Stephen Ganzerla a favor.
This idiot, liar, perjurer and "dope smoker" Mark McDonald also said in his Sworn statement for the Supreme Court of NSW that everytime he went to my tyre business he used to observe me not fitting tyres, but just watching customers and the workers, he indicated that I did not change tyres.! IS THIS IDIOT "dope-smoker" FOR REAL ? .. a successful businessman like me 56 years old in poor health ..changing tyres ? ... what sort of "dope" was Mark McDonald smoking when he signed that sworn statement under oath... I, like any other successful bussinessman was watching to make sure my business (businesses) were running smoothly, thats why I had successful businesses.I never ever saw Guido at Mander Toyota working in the workshop unless he was showing a worker something, Guido was too busy running the bussiness effectively to be doing manual work.!
Mark McDonald of Mander Toyota Queanbeyan lies and perjury on 16th May 2002 (and at other times) contributed to my losing hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Mark McDonald was only employed in the workshops at Mander Toyota Queanbeyan at the time and did not have any authority to speak on behalf of Mander Toyota Queanbeyan or swear on Supreme Court Statements on behalf of Mander Toyota Queanbeyan NSW.

Around (approximately) 1995 self made, hard working, extremely honest and trusting prominent Queanbeyan NSW businessman John Reid (the proprietor of quite a few successful local businesses TYRES/BATTERYS/AUCTIONS/AMUSEMENTS) paid Elrington Boadman Allport Solicitors of Queanbeyan for a commercial industrial property in Silva Avenue Queanbeyan.
John Reid purchased the property through Mr Tim Leggett of Leggett Real Estate Queanbeyan
Because John Reid had serious coronary failure and (at the time) and John was separated from his wife (Joan Margaret), (John & Joan upon their separation had settled all their wealth etc 50%/50% )
John Reid did not want to put the title of this property (25 Silva Avenue) in his name, as he was worried his ex wife (Joan Margaret, who was a "gold-bricker" and "money-waster") may have managed to get her "claws" into it upon his death, so John Reid had the property put into his young teenage daughters name (Gemma) who at the time was a student at Merici college in Limestone Avenue Canberra.
Not long after this transaction, John Reid purchased another property, this time a second story strata title one bedroom brick unit in Mowatt Street Queanbeyan
from Mr Tim Leggett of Leggett Real Estate Queanbean.
John Reid paid Elrington Boardman Allport Lawyers Queanbeyan to also do the conveyancing on this property for him, and John Reid had them place his young teenage daughter Gemma, who was still going to school, on the title as a trustee for John Reid.
Things progressed smoothly for some time, and John started a relationship with Barbara (who is now his present wife) and after some time, John and Barbara decided to sell the Mowatt Street Strata Title Unit, which they did through Mr Brian Worth Solicitor of Canberra ACT.
When the property was sold, and Mr Brian Worth sent the cheque for the sale of the property to John and Barbara.
Because that property was in Gemma, s name(she was the trustee for her father John) the cheque was in Gemmja Reids name, so John requested Gemma to sign on the back of the cheque "PLEASE PAY TO BARBARA, S BATTERY FACTORY" which was one of John & Barbara, s businesses, so Gemma signed this on the back of the cheque and the money went into Barbara, s Battery Factory, s account at the Snowy Mountains Building Society.

This was only possible with the help of corrupt NSW Police Officer Leslie Charles Gilroy who was "in" for his "cut" of the "proceeds" which included over a quarter of a million dollars in cash which was kept on our premises to run our "cash-flow" businesses on weekends when the banks were closed.
Leslie Charles Gilroy (NSW "bent" cop) armed with a pistol, seriously threatened my wife and I, and ordered us to immediately leave our property at 25 Silva Avenue or he would immediately arrest us, Gilroy did not offer any reason or explanation for these nasty and viscious threats and actions.
Luckily for my wife and I, all this happened while my Solicitor MR Brian Worth (from Canberra) was present and was a witness, yet NSW Police refused to do anything about it because one of the "boys" (a copper) was involved.

Gemma, Johns daughter has two "loser" brothers, one an absolute imbecile with less brains than a white ant, Eugene Cleveland Ganzerla who is also a "two-cent"
standover merchant and bully, who is constantly in trouble with the law for violence and assault.
Her other brother Lloyd Stephen Ganzerla is a dangerous psychotic "head-case". He has (and his wife Belinda Jane Ganzerla) have smoked too much "dope" over the years
and he has become a "full-blown" schizophrenic who is totally unreliable, unpredictiable and deadly violent.
He is also a chronic liar and you cannot believe anything he, or his (always "drugged-out") wife Belinda say.
He has spent time as a prisoner at Stuart Creek Prison near Townsville Qld.
These three criminals,
Lloyd Stephen Ganzerla - 9 Bangalay Street Qbn NSW
Eugene Cleveland Ganzerla - NSW
Gemma Mary Christina Reid or Newman or McManus or Hunter or Ganzerla NSW or ACT (she uses many different names as she "ripps-off" people, real estate agents, banks,
building societys, landlords, and all types of people
in the company of a "bent" armed & corrupt NSW Police Officer Leslie Charles Gilroy
and with the help of a stupid (believe me STUPID) Solicitor Benjamin Nicholls of Queanbeyan NSW who works for
Elrington Boardman Allport Lawyers of Canberra, Queanbeyan, Yass, Boorowa
These criminals in company
Tracy Anne Ganzerla -- nee Payne
Ronald John Smith -- ex Harden NSW
Barry Smith - ex Harden NSW
Joan Margaret Ganzerla - nee Reid - nee Newman - nee McManus - nee Hunter
decided to get their inheritance BEFORE dad (John Reid) died.
These criminals couldnt wait for their father to die, they wanted their inheritance early, BY ANY MEANS.
So the above criminals, after many discussions and plans at 9 Bangaly Street Qbn NSW, Gemma Mary Christina Reid went to Ben Nicholls Solicitor and told the idiot
that she had bought the property at 25 Silva Avenue, and that her father John Reid was just "freeloading" there with his defacto Barbara, and neither Barbara nor John lived there..
Idiot Ben Nicholls put together an eviction notice for Barbara & John and nearly got away with evicting John & Barbara from their home and businesses,
except Johns lawyer MR Brian Worth prevented this.
Enter, corrupt, thieving, liar NSW Police Officer Leslie Charles Gilroy, who we can only believe for his percentage of the robbery that occurred, threatened John and Barbara with arrest
if they did not leave thyeir property.
This idiot Ben Nicholls cost John Reid at least $200, 000 in legal fees in the Supreme Court in Sydney NSW, through his absolute stupidity, because idiot Ben Nicholls
did not check the truth in what Gemma Reid claimed.
IDIOT Ben Nicholls would have found out that Gemma Reid was only a 15years old Merici School student when she claimed she worked, and saved, and paid for the property
at 25 Silva Avenue that John Reid had purchased through IDIOT Ben Nicholls employers Elrington Boardman Allport Lawyers of Queanbeyan.

rude sales person
I am in the market to buy a new Toyota Corolla. I contacted several dealerships via Internet for quotes. When I contacted Hollywood Toyota, I spoke to their Internet sales director Reza Laleh. He seemed courteous at first and asked me to send him all the quotes I had and vin numbers and so forth, in order for him to send me a quote. When I never received a quote, I called back and asked him for the written quote, his tone suddenly changed and he started to be antagonistic and rude. He wrote in his emails that I was wasting his time and that I was hiding behind a computer. His insults were extremely offensive and rude. I have never been faced with such lack of customer service. I resent the fact that a Toyota store has such an unprofessional and rude employee with zero customer service. I would highly consider a different vehicle just of the level of aggravations that this man has brought about.
