Hello back in November I ordered a swing for 02208 and I have not received it and I have reached out many times to get some information and have not received a call back or a email. My next call will be to my credit card company to resolve this issue. I was really looking forward to using your product. Never received a refund like was promised in the course of 5 months. Order a spring and was wrong this happened in December. In January was told by *** sales rep that Inwould.receive a refund within a week and it never happened. Called weekly from January all the way up to april and talked to dave but have not received a refund. He asked if I wanted a replacement part never received that either. Finally when my patience was finally out asked if he could send a paper check with a tracking number he refused and said he would send me the check tomorrow without tracking info. Waited 10 days and have yet to received anything at all.

I bought a Harley Davidson Swingarm on 05/19 and have yet to receive it. I want my money refunded. The purchase was for a 05-19 Sportster Swingarm from TRAC DYNAMICS. I paid in full with my credit card. After initial follow-ups, TRAC DYNAMICS stopped responding to my emails in late July.

I purchased 2 swing arms and paid in full on Jan. 15th. I have not received my order after 9 weeks. Ordered 2 swingarms for the Harley Dyna model on Jan. 15 and paid the full amount via credit card. I called them several times in the past but mostly got voicemail. The owner picked up occasionally, promising to email me within 15 minutes, yet never followed through. I even have a receipt from them. When a friend called to place an order, they responded promptly. The owner is cordial but seems to disregard customer investment and orders. Their business practices are questionable, as they fail to fulfill orders. It feels like they've taken money without delivering. On 3/16, I spoke with the owner who repeated the empty promise of an email update within 15 minutes, which I never received. Their selective customer treatment is baffling and unacceptable.

I ordered a custom swingarm and paid in full in November . No product has been delivered or refund offered in a year in a half. I purchased and paid in full on Nov 30 *** and I have my credit card statement) for a custom swingarm for my *** road king. I spoke with *** on the phone and he assured me the custom job could be completed. I waited for several months as I know they can take some time. I did not hear anything and after several calls and emails, I was finally emailed an invoice(***) on January XX XXXX. The invoice had a due date of May XX XXXX on the top so I waited patiently. May comes and no product so I send emails with no reply and make calls in which I was given a run around about mistakes made in the office and was assured that the product was going to be made within the next three weeks. Still no product. I finally reached *** several months ago and he stated the product was finished and needed to be prepped for shipping and I would receive a shipping/tracking confirmation in a few days. I reached him again after two weeks and he promised me a tracking number the next day. Here we are over a month later with emails sent and calls made and I have neither a swingarm or a refund. I would honestly like the product as I have purchased other items to complete my project but I will take either at this point.

Non-delivery of motorcycle swingarm order in Jan. 2020, which was prepaid in full. I placed an online order *** with Trac Dynamics (***/) for a Yamaha RD350 +4" swingarm on January 27. The owner *** called back to take full payment by card over the phone. During the call, *** said that the swingarm would ship in 4-6 weeks. Since then, I have sent several specific inquiries to Trac Dynamics via e-mail, text, Messenger and phone, regarding when the swingarm will ship. The responses from *** have been very intermittent and vague, like those he has given to many other dissatisfied customers. There was time enough for the swingarm to ship prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Trac Dynamics has continued to advertise new products during the months following the outbreak, which indicates that they are still open for business. The company lures customers in with their slick looking website, but POTENTIAL BUYERS SHOULD DEFINITELY BEWARE. Trac Dynamics is happy to take your money but deliver nothing.
