Tradesy Review: A Steal of a Deal for YSL Purse with Minor Communication Hiccup
I gotta say, I absolutely adore Tradesy. Recently, I snagged myself a YSL purse for a real steal - it was a couple hundred off what it would go for in store! And, I'm pretty darn sure it's the real deal. I mean, I'm no expert, but it looks and feels super legit.
But, I gotta be real with ya, there was a bit of a hiccup while I was buying it. I tried to reach out to the seller to ask about shipping - I was totally polite and to the point - but I never got a response. That made me kinda nervous, 'cause I'm the type of person that likes to get updates and know what's going on. To be fair, it seems like my questions may have triggered an action on Tradesy's end, 'cause the sale was activated and the item was shipped. Still, I wish I had gotten some kind of message from the seller.
Now, lemme be clear, this is the first time this has happened to me. I've sold and bought tons of stuff on Tradesy, and I've always had good communication with buyers and sellers. But I guess there's always a first time for everything! Anyways, like I said before, I'm pretty happy with my purchase - it's the real deal, after all. And hey, all's well that ends well, right?
Review: My Prada Body Belt Bag from Tradesy - A Great Experience!
Oh man, let me tell you about my dope new Prada body belt bag from Tradesy! I was a little skeptical, cause the condition was rated "very good," which is like fifth on the scale of 1-5. But let me tell ya, this baby is practically new! I'm so stoked with my purchase.
Shipping was pretty reasonable, arrived in just 10 days. It came in a big ol' box, but unfortunately there wasn't any dust bag included. I saw some people on YouTube who got one, so maybe it just depends on the purchase. But honestly, I'm not too bummed about it. I'm just glad my bag arrived safe and sound.
Overall, I had a great experience with Tradesy. I'd definitely use them again in the future. But maybe next time I'll make sure to get that dust bag!
Buyer Beware: My Scam Experience on Tradesy
So, I was checking out this Tradesy website and I got scammed. This lady sold me a supposedly "Burberry" bag with worn out corners, and guess what? Turns out, it's fake. Plus, she sold it with the same bogus description that she got from Tradesy's website. And the worst part? I only had four days to ask for store credit! No refunds. So yeah, be careful when buying from Tradesy. The photos are deceiving and you can't always trust these sellers. My advice? If you really want something from a designer, check out their website instead. You'll know what to expect and you won't waste your money on a fake with some wear and tear. Don't be like me and just be watchful when shopping online.
A Stellar Experience with Tradesy: Exceptional Customer Service by Bryce!
I had a fantastic experience with Tradesy, thanks to Bryce! I had a bit of an issue with a purchase I made a few months ago, but Bryce was an absolute superstar in helping me resolve the issue. I had ordered a gorgeous pair of Louboutin shoes, but unfortunately the supplier was unable to provide the shoes that were represented on the Tradesy site. I was a bit frustrated at first, but Bryce was quick to jump into action and help me out.
I was really impressed with how professional and friendly Bryce was throughout the entire process. Even when I was feeling a bit frustrated, he was always patient and understanding. He kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure that I was happy with the solution that we came up with. I really appreciate that he took the time to find me some great options to choose from, and that he was so prompt in getting my new shoes sent out to me.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Tradesy to anyone who is looking for high-quality designer items. The site has a fantastic selection of products, and the prices are really reasonable. And if you ever have any issues or concerns, you can rest assured that you'll be in good hands with Bryce and the rest of the Tradesy team. Thanks again for all your help, Bryce! You're a true asset to the site.
Tradesy Review: Easy Buying Process with Great Customer Service, but Check the Seller Carefully
The process of buying something from Tradesy was a breeze! It was fast and easy, which was a great experience for me. I was excited to see how their shipping and customer service would fare before I can complete a thorough review.
Flash forward to 2/10/2022. My watch arrived in two weeks but unfortunately, it was dead on arrival, and the bracelet clasp was already worn out, making the watch pop open even with the slightest movement of my wrist! The watch was so intricate that no one in town could get it open to replace the battery. So, I had to shell out $40 bucks to send it back to Movado and have them do the work. When I reached out to Tradesy, they were very prompt and responsive, apologizing profusely and even offering to reimburse me whatever it cost to repair the watch! If they follow through on this promise, I might just become a loyal customer just for their customer service alone.
However, at this point, I will no longer deal with the seller, Ngyen, who had no regard for the amount of time he took to ship my watch and didn't even bother to respond to my issues with the product. This entire experience has been quite frustrating, but the excellent customer service team at Tradesy has managed to salvage my opinion of the site. Overall, I urge you to give Tradesy a try, but make sure to do a thorough check-up on the seller before making any purchases.
Tradesy Price Confusion: My Disappointing First-Time Shopping Experience
So, I was scrolling through MY Facebook page, just minding my own business, when I saw this crazy cool Gucci duffle bag on Tradesy's ad. The ad said it was only $315, which I thought was a steal, and I was all about it. I clicked the buy now button, ready to snatch up my new bag, only to be redirected to Tradesy's site and saw the actual price was $866. What the heck?
I called up Tradesy and talked to a guy named Luis, who said there was a Facebook error and the $866 price was correct. I don't know about you, but I was always taught that the price listed is the price you pay. Luis tried to make it up to me by offering a $100 credit, which was nice and all, but it didn't really solve the issue.
I mean, sure, the credit was a nice gesture and all, but it didn't change the fact that I felt misled. If it was a Facebook error, why wasn't it Facebook's responsibility to pay the difference? I went ahead and used the credit to purchase my bag, but I'm not sure I'll be using Tradesy again.
Overall, I'd say my experience as a first-time shopper with Tradesy wasn't great because of this confusion with the price. I wanted to give them a higher score, but this issue brought it down for me. Thanks for listening to my rant, y'all.
Tradesy Review: The Best Online Marketplace I've Ever Used!
OMG, let me tell you about Tradesy! I've legit never had such a great experience with an online marketplace before. Every person I talked to or chatted with was just so awesome. They were super friendly and caring, not like those other companies that treat you like some robot. They really listened to me and answered all my questions (even the dumb ones, lol).
So, I tried to buy something from them a few weeks ago and I was hella worried about when it would arrive. The seller was taking forever to respond and there was no shipping info updated on the site. But Tradesy totally held it down and cancelled the transaction for me, so I wouldn't get charged. Like, how cool is that?
And then I tried again and everything was so smooth! The item came super fast and it was exactly as described. And I was really stoked that Tradesy requested a signature for delivery because I was spending a decent chunk of change, ya know?
Anyway, I just had to share my experience because Tradesy is the real deal. I already know I'm gonna keep coming back for more and I'm gonna tell all my homies about it too. Thanks, Tradesy! You guys rock!
Disappointing luxury purchase experience with Tradesy & La Clochette - Beware of limited return policy!
I gotta say, I had a pretty disappointing experience with Tradesy. I dropped nearly $30K on a Birkin bag in December 2021, and when it arrived on the 21st, my wife found out she preferred a different color. We tried to exchange it, but we were shut down because their dinky return policy only gives you four measly days to decide if you want to keep something. I get it, they laid that out when I made the purchase. But come on, even big time companies like Tiffany or LV waive or extend their return policies over the holidays. It's just common sense, you know?
What really set me off though was the way Tradesy and La Clochette treated us throughout this whole thing. Their emails and texts were straight-up condescending, like we were a couple of toddlers throwing a tantrum. We ended up saving and screenshotting the entire exchange because we couldn't believe how ridiculous it was. If companies are gonna sell luxury items like this, you'd think they'd hire customer service people who can at least pretend to give a crap.
Honestly, I'd say steer clear of this site. Especially if you're looking to buy your partner a gift and don't want them to be screwed over by some dumb four-day time limit. There are better options out there, trust me.

Tradesy Review: Buyer Beware of Product Details, But Exceptional Platform for Women's Fashion
which I didn't know beforehand. Not sure if it was my own fault for not doing more research or if the site information could've been clearer. Regardless, I found this out after searching for a specific unique men's shoe on Google. The website popped up, and I had never heard of it before. The shoe listing didn't seem like it was for women, so I ordered it thinking it was my size (8).
However, it turns out that it was a women's shoe, which was quite disappointing when it arrived. I wish I had known beforehand, but it was probably partially my own fault for not being more thorough in checking the product details. Despite this hiccup, I will say that the Tradesy website itself seems like a well-run platform. It's modern and easy to navigate, which made finding what I was looking for a breeze.
In terms of the buying and selling process, it's quite straightforward and user-friendly. Though I didn't have a great experience due to my own misjudgment, I would definitely consider using Tradesy again in the future. I suspect that the platform is likely a real hit with women looking for stylish clothes and accessories, given its exclusive focus on them. So, cheers to Tradesy!
Tradesy's shady return policy changes left me feeling frustrated and unheard as a seller
So, I recently had a pretty rough experience with Tradesy. As a seller, I was pretty shocked when I found out that the site had changed their return policy without giving me any heads up. Basically, now buyers can return items for pretty much any reason, which is pretty frustrating as a seller. I mean, the item I sold was totally accurately described, but the buyer still returned it because it didn't fit. And because I wasn't aware of the new policy, I didn't have a chance to take my listings down before any of this happened. It feels so shady and unethical for a company to operate like this, you know? Like, as a longtime member, I would have appreciated a little bit of transparency and a little bit of warning before all of this went down. But instead, I was just left feeling incredibly frustrated and unheard. It's really too bad that Tradesy has lost me as a customer, because I did appreciate their platform and their concept before all of this happened. But I just can't support a company that treats their sellers this way. So, yeah. Tradesy, I'm officially done with you.
Tradesy Review: Hit or Miss Shopping Experience with Misleading Photos
I gotta say, dealing with Tradesy is a bit of a mixed bag. You can either hit the jackpot and get exactly what you paid for or end up with a dud. It's a bit of a gamble, which is why I always make it a point to choose items that come new with tags. But even then, there are times when the stuff I receive looks like it's been through the wringer already.
One of my main gripes with Tradesy is that their product pictures can be misleading. There have been instances where I ordered something based on how it looked in the photo, only to receive a completely different thing. It's frustrating, to say the least. For the prices they charge, I really expect to get the quality I'm paying for. I mean, come on, I once spent $850 on a sweatshirt and found cat hair on it. Gross.
That being said, I still gave them three stars because they do get it right sometimes. I've had a few purchases that exceeded my expectations and arrived in pristine condition. So it's not all bad. It just really depends on the luck of the draw, I guess.
Overall, my experience with Tradesy has been a bit of a rollercoaster ride. It's definitely not the most reliable place to shop, but if you're willing to take a risk, you might just find some great deals. Just be careful and always read the fine print.

Tradesy Review: User-Friendly but Beware of Product Quality and Add Buyer Insurance
Tradesy was a breeze to use, even for someone like me who's not a tech whiz. Their website was user-friendly and I didn't get lost trying to navigate through it. Shoutout to the Tradesy team for making it easy for us non-techie folks out here!
I purchased a dress and I was excited to receive it as it looked great on the model in the picture. But to my dismay, the dress I received had a gaping hole on the side and at the back. From the looks of it, it may have been caused by the rough handling during shipping. Lucky for me, I'm a handy person and can mend it! However, when I lifted the dress, I saw a suspicious mark on the inner lining which makes me wonder if it was serviced before being shipped out.
Come on, Tradesy, I paid a fair amount for this dress and I deserved to receive a non-tattered piece of clothing. That's why I suggest that people add the buyer insurance because you never know what you're going to get.
On the other hand, their email notifications were on point. I was informed of my order status without being spammed in my inbox. High-five to the Tradesy team for that!
Overall, Tradesy has its pros and cons. They have quality products sold by honest customers, but it's a gamble whether or not the product will arrive as described. So, yo, if you're willing to take that risk, go ahead and enjoy the variety of products they have on their website. Just remember to add that buyer insurance, okay? Okay.
Tradesy Review: Do Not Trust Their Authenticity Claims – I Got Scammed!
Man, I'm so bummed. Like, really bummed, dude. I thought I hit the jackpot when I found this slick Louis Vuitton bag on Tradesy. I mean, LV for $700? Too good to be true, right? Well, turns out it was. I found out the hard way that my bag was a counterfeit when I got it authenticated by a more legit company. My heart sank, man. I felt like such a sucker.
And here's the kicker – Tradesy swears up and down that they authenticate all the goods they sell. What a load of baloney! If that was true, I wouldn't be stuck with this bogus bag. I'm not even mad – I'm livid! $700 down the drain. I could've had way more fun burning that cash than wasting it on a fake LV. To top it all off, they only give ya 4 days to return it if it's not legit. How convenient!
I'm not taking this lying down, though. I'm gonna fight tooth and nail to get Tradesy shut down if it's the last thing I do! And, y'all, I'm telling you right now – stay away from that site. These guys are nothing but a bunch of hucksters and crooks. Don't be a sucker like me – save your money and shop somewhere legit.
Vintage Jewelry Purchase on Tradesy: Dope Deal, Rude Seller, Authenticity Concerns
So, I recently got myself a pretty dope deal on Tradesy (tradesy.com). The seller was, well, let's just say not the friendliest person I've met. They came across as pretty pushy and rude, which made the whole purchase experience quite unpleasant. However, I still went ahead and bought the antique, vintage jewelry piece I was eyeing as a gift for my sweet 86-year-old mother, who had set her eyes on it.
Now, I ain't gonna lie, I was a bit concerned about the authenticity of the item since there was no appraisal paperwork or proof to back it up. But you know what they say about the power of love and all that shiz, right? So, I took the plunge, bought the item, and felt good about making my mama happy.
However, I hope that the seller won't treat their other customers with the same level of disdain that they showed me. Even though we were only texting, they had a pretty condescending tone that made me feel like they thought I was dumb or something. Totally not cool, bruh. Anyway, they did come around and gave me a 30% discount, which was nice. But honestly, I still didn't like the interaction at all.
To summarize, Tradesy is pretty cool but watch out for some of the sellers on there. You never know what you're gonna get. But hey, that's the thrill of online shopping, amirite?
Nightmare Shopping Experience on Tradesy - Seller Cancels Order Without Reason
Tradesy has been a super convenient platform for me to buy and sell items. But let me tell you about my last shopping experience there - it was a bit of a nightmare!
I made an order and was so excited to receive my purchase, but things quickly went south when the seller cancelled my order without any good reason. I mean, come on now! I was so disappointed and didn't even know where to start with my complaint.
I just want to let you guys know that the seller didn't send my item and made several excuses about how the pricing was incorrect and how they needed to cancel my purchase. Honestly, it was all very shady and ruined my Christmas gift for my beloved wife.
It's really frustrating when things like this happen and I feel like I need to share my story so that others can avoid this kind of situation. All in all, Tradesy is a great site, but they really need to do something about sellers who cancel orders at the last minute for no valid reason.
Anyways, I hope they can figure it out soon because I really want to keep using their site and recommend it to my friends. Thanks for listening to my rant!
Tradesy Review: Great Seller and Product, But Shipping Issues and Delay Disappointing
Yo, so listen up - I gotta tell you about my experience with Tradesy. The seller was the bomb - we stayed in touch and everything, but it took way too long for me to finally get my hands on the goods. Like, we're talkin' 20 whopping days after I threw down my hard-earned cash. Turns out Tradesy had some issues with shipping, which held up my seller from sending out the stuff. But once the seller got their paws on the merch, they didn't waste any time - they shipped that stuff out the very next day and even sent me updates to keep me in the loop. Respect.
Now, the product itself - it was chill, but not without a couple flaws. There were a few minor marks on the bag, no biggie. There were only two or three, so not a major deal, but worth mentioning.
I raised some concerns with Tradesy about the delay, and while they gave me some credit (props for that), it still took way longer than what was advertised on their website - like three times as long. Come on, Tradesy, let's get it together!
Tradesy Review: Great for Secondhand Fashion, but Beware of Shipping Methods
So, I gotta say, Tradesy is pretty great. I'll definitely be using it again (but more on that in a minute). I did have one major issue with my recent purchase though: the seller decided to use Fedex to ship my order. BIG MISTAKE. Not only did my package arrive looking like it had been through a warzone (thankfully my item was okay), but it took a whole nine days to get to me. And on top of that, Fedex's customer service was a virtual nightmare. I could only talk to robots that couldn't give me any real answers. Never again, Fedex. You're dead to me.
Now, putting that Fedex disaster aside, I was really happy with the item I bought from Tradesy. Sure, it was a little more worn than the seller made it out to be, but nothing a quick polish with some brass cleaner and a little leather conditioning can't fix. And now that I've finally got my order, I'm a happy camper.
All in all, I'd recommend Tradesy to anyone looking to buy some secondhand (but still awesome) clothes or accessories. Just make sure to check how the seller is shipping your order so you don't have to deal with the Fedex nightmare like I did.

did not receive purse
I am extremely upset. My mother purchased a purse for me last Weds 2.26.20 It was the Michael Kors rhea Zip Med signature bag.
Her card was charged. We did not receive any confirmation. Today she went to check on the delivery status and you credited her card back. I am pissed. The bag is now on Tradesy for 130$
Why was it not sent to me? I am furious!
sale#5552793/transfer#1957821
Sellers Beware! Tradesy will steal your money. I sold a high end bag on this platform on 9/18/19 (id# 5552793) and still have not received my funds. I called twice(10/17 and 10/21) asking what the hold up was in which the reps told me that they would expedite the process yet I still have not received payment. I just filed a complaint with the BBB and will also be filing a lawsuit! Processing funds to the seller should not take this long especially when buyers are paying and we are sending our products to them withing 3 days of the sale. Not to mention the hefty fees they charge in addition to the transfer fee they charge for wanting our money!
Be more patient?!are you kidding me?! This is absolutely ridiculous. You guys are scammers for sure. I will be seeking legal council about this. Also, I have a good friend that works for a radio station here in Seattle and I will be spreading the news on this. The way you guys are conducting business is absolutely unacceptable. I've sold things on 3 other platforms and it never takes this long!
returns
I sold a Chanel bag on tradesy and was forced to take it back 62 days after it was delivered ..The claim it was not authentic ..
I should mention that I have sold over 2000 items on eBay over the past 10 years and I have had nothing but Perfect feedback, , Not good, Perfect
I had this bag authenticated by a reputable online authentication site, Tradesy also authenticated it as their claim to fame is they authenticate items within 48 hours of listing
But, I am not even disputing whether the bag was fake or not
My complaint is this happened 62 days after the bag was Delivered
They pulled the proceeds from another large sale I made and they took the entire proceeds from that sale, which was $110 more than I received from the sale of the Chanel bag . They also did not refund me the $170 commission they made on the Chanel bag ..
Of course my lawyer suggested I take them to smalls claim court as he believes it is a slam dunk case and I don't even need his assistance ..
He also believes Tradesy will get hit with a few fines as they clearly have broken the law with their actions ..
Shame on you Tradesy ...
unethical behavior,
From march 2018 until present july 2018 this shabby tiny company run by 3 people-primarly- tracy dinunzio-has
solicited me over 200 times for clothes, bags, goods, etc...
It is so over the top-a nightmare of 'unasked for' contact..
There days and nights are spent chasing buyers and sellers down -
many of their goods are not authentic-
i have a blog of reviews for on-line retail purchases, travel sites nationally..
With over 78, 000 follwers i review for a fortune 500 group.
Run don't walk this group is a 'nightmare'
sold wedding dress / waiting for money
Sold a wedding dress through Tradesy- the dress was in perfect condition and never altered. Tradesy quickly took their cut (a ridiculously large cut that no other selling site takes that much)...they're charging me for not using the funds on Tradesy?
I'm currently still waiting for the funds to transfer to my account. I filled out all forms correctly - and they send me an email saying they can't verify my identity and try again. I went back into my account and there are no funds - $0. I'd better get my money.
Worst part- no customer service number listed on the site. Such poor customer service. They want you to email only and say they'll respond in 7 days...? I wish I had read the reviews before selling.
DO NOT USE TRADESY- help them go out of business!
seller
I sold a pair of Red bottoms on their site that I actually brought off their site which ran small so I couldn't fit them. I sold them about three weeks ago and my funds were held for inspection policy but than they email me back saying my shoes was returned because "the heel is wraped and didn't stand up alone " which I never heard of that . I wore the shoes one time walked from the car to the door and took them off. The heel doesn't even look like it touched the ground. However they mailed them back without communicating with me to my old address and when I reached out to them they advised me that they normally reach out via email however NO ONE EMAILED me about the return so further more they brought their policy . Now if the item is stolen or uncover because I don't gave access than What?
tradesy steals your money!
"horrible! Whatever you do do not I repeat do not sell on this site. Tradesy will keep your money. They charge a whopping 20 percent off of your sale and then they even charge you to transfer your money to your bank. No other site does this. Also if you pull them up on the bbb (better business bureau) they have 328 complaints filed against them. I sold a pair of valentino rockstud heels which retails at currently 1000 btw to this person, she wore them and damaged them and tradesy kept my funds and is making me take the shoes back damaged even though the buyer damaged them. They don't give a [censor] about the sellers they just want to make the money off of you and they steal. Look them up on the bbb and see all the complaints. Poshmark is great! Sell and buy on poshmark and ebay not tradesy. There is another lady below who also states they kept her money and have not returned her jewelry. These people don't even have a phone number in thecreturns department, so you know they are shady. Poshmark is awesome. Whatever you do don't sell on here you will regret it!"
awful company
Thanks for letting me down, Tradesy.
Knowing how slow online websites can be, I ordered several items (as presents) two months before my sister's birthday.
Guess what? Yesterday she turned 20 and I had to give her different presents because the ones I ordered never arrived and I have no idea whether they actually arrive or not.
Taling to their customer service is like talking to a wall (and I think a wall is much smarter and talkative than their clueless staff).
I want my money back. That's all.

returned order #4156070
purchased a katespade bag at Tradesy but unfortunately I put my previous address. I tried to call the carrier (UPS) to update my address but they said that only the sender can do it. And as part of their policy they need to send it back to the sender. I tried to communicate with the sender gave her my new address and got one only response (she will call ups to update my address) but As I checked the ups tracking it says that the item were already returned to the sender. ( in short sender didn't call the UPS) I communicated again with sender asking since the item were already returned. What should I do now? She answered me, UPS sent the item to the wrong address. and will file complaint with UPS.. WHAT THE HECK! How could it be? I don't want to be deducted which will start on November 14. I just want to cancel this order. Need help pls. I emailed your customer care but no response.
