I have saved a lot of money to book our one trip this year so when booking a two night stay I was shocked that the room wasn’t replenished with clean cups or towels and bed not made. I would find this basic customer service.
Spending £350 for two nights in a travel lodge not a cheap stay shocking lack of customer service and hygiene.
Curtains broken unable up close and mold on shower curtain and bathroom smelling on urine.
Mentioned to the front desk but very unhelpful and dismissive.
