TrustPilot censored my truthful and honest review of ProtonMail who censored my email account at the direction of the U.S. Department of Justice. It was kept for over a year without issue, then one day I receive an email that my review was removed and my truthful rating was removed.
I have evidence that ProtonMail engaged in unlawful or unconstitutional censorship at the direction of the U.S. DOJ. I sent an email to multiple Assistant U.S. Attorneys accusing them of lying about a criminal defendant and they got angry at the criticism (which is my constitutional right, First Amendment, to criticize a government lawyer) and reported me to ProtonMail and they claimed I was abusive. No I wasn't. I have the First Amendment right to criticize a U.S. Attorney working for the U.S. Government. ProtonMail can argue all day long that they are a private company, BUT, BUT, The DOJ cannot ask ProtonMail to suspend an email account when engaging in protected First Amendment activity. So ProtonMail did engage in unconstitutional censorship because of the U.S. Attorney employee or employees reporting me to ProtonMail and wanting me suspended. The First Amendment goes above and beyond even DOJ policy. DOJ violated my First Amendment and ProtonMail also took part in it.
So I told the truth on my review post at TrustPilot with a one star rating. They clearly didn't like my review, so some sort of retaliation had occurred.
TrustPilot doesn't offer any evidence uploading tools to upload pdf files and other pieces of evidence to provide proof for my review to be honest and not considered defamatory with the evidence proving it was truthful. They offer no way to provide pdf documents proof. So I provided a link at the bottom of my review to where the pdf files and evidence was located. I am all about providing evidence when writing a negative review where I am at risk of potentially being sued for defamation or slander. So evidence is everything when I write a negative review.
TrustPilot removed my review because of wanting to provide proof to my negative review, and they accused me of promotional stuff, when that is a lie. They should allow me to upload proof of ProtonMail engaging in unconstitutional censorship in violation of the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights when they are told by the Justice Department of the U.S. Government to suspend my email account.
I feel like TrustPilot is complicit in the unconstitutional censorship of my ProtonMail account by removing my truthful and honest review, all because the DOJ wanted me censored. This is illegal. It is unconstitutional for a private company to be directed by a Government agency to censor an email account. It is wrong for TruystPilot to condone the unconstitutional behavior by censoring my review about ProtonMail.
Desired outcome:
They should uncensor this. If they don't like the link, they should allow uploading pdf files and photos proving that ProtonMail engaged in censorship in violation of the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Federal Courts have ruled that if the FBI or DOJ asks a private company to censor, then it violates the First Amendment. The DOJ asked ProtonMail to violate the first amendment. TrustPilot didn't give me any way to show the evidence of my review so I put a link to the evidence. So if they don't want any links, give me the right to post the evidence and proof of my review.
