This is absolutely the worst company I have ever worked with. I have the highest warranty coverage for my car and they have made making a claim and approving it the worst experience. My car has been making a noise, so I went to go get it serviced. I called the customer service representative prior to dropping it off, and they told me once the servicing technician finds what is wrong they will have one of their inspectors verify that there is an issue then approve my claim if it’s covered through my warranty. The issue was my transmission and they took over a week to have an inspector look at my car. They said after the inspector looks at it, it will take 24 hours to hear back from them. It has been two weeks, and I am not allowed to pickup my car. To make the situation worse, they refuse to give me a rental in the meantime. Every time I call they have ignored my calls. So my car has been sitting there for two weeks, and I have no report despite calling them at least 5 times a day. At this point I am almost convinced this company is a scam.
