TurboTax review: Intuit turbo tax online

I paid for : DE State $49 Turbo Live Premium $169 ax Benefits $59 and Refund Processing fee of $39 which equals $316 When I called in to receive help with my taxes, when I startedd a live chat and then also when i did a live video chat- (all of this is on record through turbo tax intuit online from 02/20/2023 when I filed and again on the day I was supposed to receive my refund and I did not receive it. Each agent told me that they could not help. I was told that I wpild have to contact the IRS. I did all the work all year long to receive my check 12/19/2023 and Turbo taxes agents did nothing to help me. They would't even answer half of my questions. The only reason that I did choose this most expensive type of tax offer was because it stated "live help 24/7" and it was the first year that I filed self employment and I needed help. I filed a claim and i filed a dispute and I was told that they would review the live chat and the chats and they were going to make sure the fees were not taken out of my taxes. They tried to run the charges through my actual bank account in April then again in May. I called in and they seen the complaints and they said they would fix it so that again I wouldn't be charged for services I did not receive. Then, they automatically took it out of my tax refund that was deposited in Dec 2023. I want my money back. You had no right to remove any funds from any of my accounts, especially since it is documented that I did NOT receive the assistance I needed and there is proof of the recorded live video and the chat boxes with your agents, then the multiple phone calls. There is plenty of valid proof I was not supposed to be charged. Only $49 for the state. I am owed $277.00 by Inuits Turbo Tax Online Services. [protected] is my phone number.
