I have contacted “help” on my Uber app twice and both times promised a special team would review and email me. I have yet to get a response. I found my account was accessed by “new device sign in” on the 17th

I only use my cell phone to access my Uber account. Cinottis bakery is in my neighborhood and I order from them 2-3 times a month however I would not order from them or any other if delivery fee was $4.99. I’m retired and on a fixed income! I hope someone can respond to this 3rd try!

I am a delivery driver and I was only supposed to deliver 11 items from Walmart, the customer reps at Walmart put all these groceries in my car. I did not know that it was two orders, one with more than 11 items and the other with about 50 items.
Furthermore, I called customer service and I was transferred 6 times only to be told I could not get any more pay for this order. Also, I really hate that you guys ruined me from driving for you and I will never drive again for you because they said I couldn't get paid for all the food I delivered on top if the 4 large cases of water I had to cart. Your customer rep did nothing to help me and that I could have canceled the order... Which I had already delivered it. I feel used and cheated out of money because you guys won't pay me what i'm worth to deliver your other order.
Also, my pay was supposed to be in my account, well now it says January 23 which would be two weeks. Why do u have to wait so long for my money?
You guys are trying to keep my money that I already earned. Don't use Uber ever to deliverance, a rip-off.

14/1/23 20:08 arrival of my order. Earliest eta 19:25 latest 19:55. I waited for well over an hour for my delivery. I tracked the motorbike right past the end of my road, Bardwell Road, just 20 yards away and my delivery wasn't made at the latest time it was due to be delivered which was 19:55. I then tracked the bike to Wolvercote in north Oxford, my delivery time increasing by the minute. An expensive meal and really disappointing that I was left waiting when the bike had virtually passed outside my door. It was stone cold when it eventually arrived. Bike RE70NRJ.

Me and my partner ordered a McDonalds this evening, 13/01 at 7:48pm. When our order showed up, only the drinks had been given to the driver so we had no food. We told the driver that there was missing items but he said it wasn't his problem. We requested a refund on the app which was accepted.
However, now we have had to reorder the food but have had to pay an additional delivery fee as that wasn't included in the original refund. This isn't acceptable as why should we be charged extra for a mistake on the restaurants/ubereats part.
The reorder was suggested by an employee at McDonalds as the food is there but apparently, they cannot deliver it.
This isn't the first time that this has happened, last time it was my partners food that wasn't delivered. I would also like to add, I have a disability and need to take medications at certain times which has now been impossible because of their incompetence.

I am totally frustrated. First driver didn't provide me the order, left somewhere on the street (like picture which he took shows) and I wrote him that I have gas inspection and the order was to my flat not in front of the building! He left it on the street - that is how picture shows. But it WAS NOT THERE! I went there to check after gas inspection! I am hungry, mad, lost my money and trust in Uber Eats at all! Unauthorized order for pizza
I've never authorized or order anything. I see there's a pizza that was ordered 02/01/23, please explain to me what's going on. Clearly there's fraud on Uber app and I need this matter to be sorted a.s.a.p
On Saturday 31/12/22 I tried ordering from Parkt from the App and since I was getting different drivers asking me the same questions about the address until I decided to cancel the order was after an hour. Since then they've been attempts on my bank some correction and reversal on my bank.

Yesterday I was charged a 15.00 cancellation fee for an order I made for Outback Steakhouse. The driver showed up here at the address and when he came into the lobby he became very angry because it is a hospital and I requested a drink with my order. Because the nurse came to him to receive my order he was angry because she did not have my ID and said something about being late to his next delivery, REFUSED to leave my food, and stormed out! There were several witnesses to this young man's behavior! He could have left my food. I was tipping him 20% and I do not understand WHY he didn't leave my food. He could have poured my drink on the ground and I would not have cared! When the nurse came up to my room without my food, I just cried! I've been in the hospital for almost a month and only wanted to buy myself a DECENT meal as a Christmas gift to myself. To add insult to injury I tried to contact UBER with my story so that I wouldn't be charged but then was charged 15.00 for a meal cancelation which I understood would mean the Outback would not charge me for the meal but was then told that they would charge me (the almost 50 bucks) because they had already prepared it! I NEVER got it! I think the driver ate it himself! I want my 15.00 back AND whatever the Outback Steakhouse is going to charge me! PLEASE help me!

Uber Eats deducting money from my account when nothing has been ordered
I do not buy from Uber Eats but have money deducted from my bank account. I have contacted the Bank and they have advised that I get in touch with you whilst the payment is pending and that is what I am doing.
The date of one of the incidents is 17 December 2022 when £19.29 was deducted from my account.
Another date is Wednesday 14th December when £30.52 was deducted.
Would you please investigate and ensure that these amounts are not taken from my account. Thank you.
Delivery never came and UberEats refuses to return £95
I tried to get lunch and our team at work sent me their money for what they wanted, I made the order which came to £95. The delivery never came to us and our front door is always open so there was no reason not to receive the delivery. We then went outside looked for this person for 10+ minutes in the freezing cold in the car park and around the building, no one was there.
So I returned the money to my colleagues as nothing came yet UberEats cannot return the money to me which is a real kick in the teeth.

Uber Eats Delivery of Cosmic Wings in Oak Harbor
On December 13 at 5 pm I ordered from Cosmic Wings on the Uber East site, which stated that the delivery fee was $2.99. When I placed my order I was charged over $10 for delivery and when I tried to cancel it immediately the message I got was that the restaurant had already received my order so they would cancel it but still charge me $42 for a $26 order of wings.

Uber driver was allowed to entre my condo parking lot to make a delivery.
He choose to use my private parking space, instead of using the guest parking to stop and make a delivery. I waited for him to arrive and told him not to use my private parking space for his deliveries. I told him that next time, I would have his car towed. The driver stared me down and told me thay I needed to be careful how I speak to people because there are alot of crazy people. He left the space in his car and stopped his car nearby, He stated that he was going to kick my [censored] and as I walked away he said, yes [censored] walk away before I kick your [censored].
I yelled at him and stated Uber Eats is sending drivers to my home to threaten me?...Sarcastically, he stated "I don't know."
I reported him to my condo security and a filed a police report with Miami Dade Police Department.
I called the complaint number. It was not a direct line to UBER EATS company, I don't know how seriously the complaint will be taken.
I was able to obtain the LISENSE plate number to inlcude it with the police report. UBER eats needs to train its employees on basic courtesy, respect for private property and not making threat of violence to the public. If UBER EATS wishes to use my parking space, it must reimburse me, after getting my persmission. Your driver does not have the right to use my parking space as his drop off zone. Your employee does not have the right to threaten me with violence.
I hold you both responsible if any violence comes to myself or my property, or my family. I will be contacting a attorney if this driver escalates this issue.
Desired outcome: That they are respectful to private property and to not resort to violent threats as a means of settling disputes.

I'm learning to hate the service Uber Eats provides. It starts from the beginning of the experience. As you are considering where to order from Uber Eats tells you a window of time that this particular restaurant can fill your order. Every time i have placed an order the delivery window comes back as longer than advertised. I have never appreciated a "bait and switch" but if I'm hungry and the additional time isn't completely aggravating wont cancel my order. Tonight started with these familiar annoyances...and then got worse! Ten minutes after placing my order I get an announcement on the app, "Oops there has been a problem." No other details and the latest delivery time has gone from 10 minutes longer than advertised to 37 minutes longer than advertised when I ordered. I tried to get through to a human via the app on my phone. That process is needlessly annoying and did nothing to encourage me to be calm as I waited for 15 additional minutes after the app said I was being connected to a customer service rep! Why is it that Uber Eats doesn't seem to understand that if a customer is angry enough to contact customer service it is in the company's best interest not to create an experience that adds to the customer's sense of being poorly served. The customer service rep on the app stopped responding after a few questions leaving me without answers, satisfaction or enough time remaining to cancel my order. So food arrived 57 minutes after ordering instead of 20 and what was delivered came in damaged packaging and ice cold...which would have been fine if I'd ordered ice cream but I'd ordered a hot meal. I don't know who will read this review but if you are anything like me you see no reason to be charged for the privilege of being told substandard and ineffectual delivery service is worth the expense because it allows you to order something other than pizza or Chinese food. Uber Eats, if you are listening or reading, the service you currently provide is not at all worth the fees you charge and if it were possible to launch legal action over your bait and switch tactics at the time of ordering I would be very happy to meet your lawyers in court. As it is I must be satisfied with writing this review and then copying it to every online forum I can find.

Me: Oo? Well, we never got it. second driver: *cancels order*, app sends 3rd driver. me: 2nd driver said order was already picked up, we have not received said order, we are starving. 3rd driver: *calls me when arriving at Taco Bell* manager says it was picked up not remaking. me: >< what!? me: *speaks to manager* taco bell manager: *rude af* how do we know you didn't get it? we're not remaking it. me: um, im disabled and so is my husband, we did not get our food, why would the app send THREE drivers?! after some argument manager relents, we get hot food delivered. Which was the first time EVER we got actual hot food from the app, normally its warm and acceptable. Complained on app about stolen food from 1st driver. Never. heard. a. word from Uber Eats on the matter. Hopefully, they caught the thief.

Food ordered at 10:30am, food picked up at 11:15am. Food Arrived 11:30am one whole hour after being ordered. I get it, we live in an urban area, with a high population, so sometimes drivers pick up more than one order, but do they not get an insulated bag to use to help keep food warm?! After calling the support line, that I had to google, our order was not eligible for a refund just because the food was STONE COLD. I explained my husband is immunocompromised and we are disabled and rely on the service. Cold food is a SAFETY ISSUE but apparently not to uber eats. If I didn't rely on uber as a service I'd cancel my sub to uber one and never use them again, unfortunately other services in the area charge more/aren't as reliable, and while I'd say a good 80% of our orders come find and acceptable, two in the same span of time is unacceptable and all the customer service person could offer is an apology?! When Asked to speak to a manager they were conveniently on another call. mmmm, hmmm.. right...
This is unacceptable behavior of a multimillion-dollar company. Issuing a 31$ refund is a drop in the bucket for them, and you'd think you were asking for the Taj Mahal.
