Bait and switch
My father bought 3 cars there that were supposed to be identical but I just realized they were not when I was recently in Delaware from Florida and sat in the back seat of one of the other cars. They have seat warmers..mine does not...all 3 cars were supposed to be IDENTICAL ...the other 2 are almost but my car PA707878 is not even close. They have black...

On Friday, November 26, I went to this place to get my oil changed. I waited for an hour and they told me that they changed the oil. But when I left and checked the oil level, it was still at 40%. They didn't actually change the oil. They manually checked the oil stick and the oil level was still low. I paid $55 for the oil change and they didn't even do it right. I want to talk to the boss and get my money back. The person who helped me was *** and the technician was ***. I tried calling the management multiple times, but the phone is disconnected.
What a disaster!
What a disaster! I brought my car to Union Park Automotive Group because it broke down. They had my car for a whopping 6 months before finally putting a new motor in it. But guess what? It still won't run! When I went to pick it up, it was shaking and backfiring once again. I took it back to them, and when I got it back, it was still shaking. To make matters worse, I found birthday presents in my trunk that didn't belong to me. I brought it back to them once more, but they claimed nothing was wrong. So, I took it home, only for it not to start the next day. Frustrated, I called them and asked why there were over 1,000 miles on my car and why there was a receipt for Kohl's, along with the presents left in my trunk. Joe, the manager, got angry and hung up on me. Fed up with their incompetence, I decided to take my car to West Chester. They informed me that all the wheels were bent, indicating that something happened to my car while it was at Jaguar Wilmington.

Union Park Auto keeps sending me them email sales things for like three months now
Union Park Auto keeps sending me them email sales things for like three months now. They don't give me no way to say I don't want it no more. I talked to their Client Relationship Manager, ***, three times already and told him to take me off their email list. After I asked him the second time, he said he would do it, but guess what? I got another sales email today, like six weeks later. This is just straight-up annoying and spammy. They just won't stop sending me these emails. Can you please tell Union Park Automotive Group to stop bothering me with emails, letters, or anything else for the next 25 years? Thanks.

Sep 28 - *** went back to the dealer 'cause they didn't get the $1059.20 check. Sales rep *** Cancel said it'd take 7-10 days to get the check. As of Sep 28, they said it's been 10 days since the deal. *** asked *** to call Honda Financial to ask about the payment delay, but *** refused. *** asked what to do if the check doesn't come in the next few days and suggested calling Honda Financial from Union Park Honda to speed things up. *** said he's too busy.
So, I gotta tell ya, I don't have enough space to spill all the deets, but here's the short version
So, I gotta tell ya, I don't have enough space to spill all the deets, but here's the short version. My ride went into Union Park Honda on June 12th 'cause somethin' funky was goin' on with the anti-theft system. After waitin' for a whole 3 weeks, they figured out it might be a leak. They called up the insurance folks, got an estimate approved, and all seemed good. But here's where things went downhill real fast. While my car was chillin' at Union Park Honda, they left it all closed up outside in the sweltering heat, and guess what? Mold started growin' like crazy. Ain't that just my luck?
Now, here's where it gets even more frustratin'. They had to wait forever for parts 'cause they were backordered or somethin', causin' even more delays. Finally, they finished up the repairs, or so I thought. Turns out, they're now sayin' that the estimate they gave me was too low, and they need more money from my insurance. But here's the kicker, my insurance company has no record of any contact from Union Park Honda. They've been tryin' to reach out to 'em, but all they keep gettin' is some lame excuse like "it's bein' worked on." It's been a whole 3 months, and I still can't get my car back!
Man, this whole situation is just plain ridiculous. I'm stuck in this never-ending loop of waitin' and dealin' with these communication issues. All I want is my car back, is that too much to ask? Union Park Honda needs to get their act together and sort this mess out ASAP.
I had a service appointment on September 9th to get my vehicle fixed
I had a service appointment on September 9th to get my vehicle fixed. Once I arrived at 8:30am, the advisor at BMW *** said it would take longer, so they provided me a rental through Hertz. I had to pay a $50.00 deposit, but I didn't have a problem with it. The issue occurred when I took the rental back on September 10th at 3:30pm. Hertz was closed, and my car was done. I asked *** if I needed to drop the rental off at another location, and he said no, he'll take care of it. On September 13th, I was charged $73.43 for having the rental 2 extra days, even though I returned the rental on September 10th. I called BMW and spoke to *** on September 14th. He advised me that the money would be back on my card. It's now September 17th, and I still haven't received the refund. I've been calling BMW of Union Park, but no one has returned my calls regarding this matter. I'm very upset with the services I received and that I'm currently going through this. If you understand my concerns, please reach out to me regarding this matter at hand.

On 07/28, I bought a Certified Volvo 2018 XC90 from Union Park Automotive Group, Inc. through their website. Since it was an online purchase, I asked the salesperson, ***, for all the deets about the car. I specifically inquired about any dents, dings, or scratches. He replied, "There are a few small scratches here and there, which is normal for a car with 45k miles, but no dents." I requested a facetime video to get a better look at the car, but they said they were too busy. Instead, they sent me a blurry walkaround video that didn't show any details.
When the car finally arrived, I was shocked to see its condition. I couldn't believe they sold me a car like this. *** had mentioned "several small scratches," but the entire passenger side was covered in scratches from front to back. It looked like someone had keyed the car or scraped something against it. Then, on 09/13, I received an email from *** saying they would cover the cost of touch-up paint. Seriously? The car needs to be taken to a body shop for proper repair and painting.
On 3/23 I went to Union Park for an oil change
On 3/23 I went to Union Park for an oil change. They said they'd do it for free 'cause of a previous problem. The guy who helps with the service talked to me about the oil change, but he never said it would cost anything. He just said they'd get it done quick. But I ended up waiting for more than 2 hours. When it was time to pay, he said they gave me the oil for free, but I still had to pay $251. I felt so embarrassed 'cause I didn't know what the charge was for. I thought maybe there were other things they did that weren't included in the free oil change. Right away, I called my husband and told him what happened. If I had known, I would've called him before they did any work. He said to bring him the invoice so he could talk to them. He talked to Jerry Husbands and Scott Woodruff, and they basically said I left happy. But I didn't. I left feeling embarrassed and just wanted to get out of there 'cause I was there for way longer than I expected. Oh, and on the work order, it said I couldn't sign it 'cause of COVID, but I could sign it once the work was done.
I took my BMW to Union Park BMW for a brake pad replacemint
I took my BMW to Union Park BMW for a brake pad replacemint. When I bought the car in Dec 2017, I also bought an extended maintenance and service plan that covers stuff like brake pads, and it says so in the contract. Look at the contract ("BMW maint"), page 4 under COVERAGE. The service center at Union Park BMW didn't wanna admit that I had the maintenance plan and didn't wanna honor it. They kept saying I either didn't have an extended maintenance plan or had the wrong one. I told them to check my profile 'cause the contract is there and I can see it. They said they could see the same info I can and the warranty manager at the service center said the brake pads ain't covered. I also attached the quote they gave me for the repairs. I called BMW corporate office and the dealer I bought the plan from, and they both said the plan and contract are attached to my car's VIN number. I think this dealership tried to trick me on purpose by lying about what my maintenance plan covers. If they did it to me, they probably did it to other customers too. I tried contacting the service center manager and the owner of Union Park BMW, but they didn't respond. I want a clear explanation of why this service center ain't honoring BMW maintenance contracts and why they're misrepresenting what the contracts cover. If they don't wanna honor these maintenance plans, they should tell customers straight up.

I wish there was an option to rate something really really bad because the service provided by Union Park this time definitely doesn't deserve a single star for sure. I've been going to Union Park to service both of my cars. It was just a regular oil change and tire rotation on July 15th, but on the way back from the service center, my car started making a weird sound when I went over 55 mph. I called them the next morning and they told me to come back and get it checked. I visited them again on the 21st, and Union Park rotated my car tires back and said it fixed the issue, but it DID NOT. I went back again on July 27th, and the manager took it for a drive and acknowledged the weird noise. At the end of the day, they couldn't figure out the root cause. They asked me to leave my car, but when I asked for a loaner, they refused. I left my car again yesterday (4th time on Aug 4th) for the whole day. The manager called me at 2 pm and said, "Sorry, we can't do anything. The technician says there's no issue. Please talk to Director Mr. ***." I called *** 5 times, left a voicemail, and he never answered or called back. I took my car keys at 5 pm and left their facility really disappointed. My car, which is still under warranty, has been messed up by them. I tried everything I could, wasted 4 days after paying $232 for the oil change, tire rotation, and the issue introduced by Union Park Honda. Union Park Honda's director contacted me after almost 20 days and said they can't do anything. He contacted me after reading Google reviews instead of going through his voicemail. I've been asking them to go for a test ride with me so that I can prove my point and help them replicate the issue that started after getting my vehicle serviced at Union Park. They have been so stubborn, declining any of my pleas. This is my appeal to Union Park and American Honda to help me solve this issue.
